Authentic Thai food in downtown Cartersville, GA now offering Korean fried cheese dogs and boba blended drinks
We were in Cartersville and wanted to get a bite to eat. We looked at the the area and decided that we wanted some Thai. We read the reviews on here and decide to give it a try. First of all, let me address hospitality. Such warm and friendly people work here. You know if you come and our friendly and open people be friendly back to you. Not saying other reviewers or not friendly people but we had absolutely no problem. Just had to get over some language barrier.
Now the food was wonderful. Some of the best I've had. We don't go to food trucks. Don't know why. We much rather dine in so to speak. But we sat outside the little table other than some traffic going by which was kind of interesting. But it's like dining alfresco other places. Was fine. Of course most of their items are to go and so they're going to be and to go containers or bagged up. I mean it's a food truck. But great food. Great humble people. Please stop by. This location is very new to them and hopefully it can become a success. We'll definitely be back
Discovering this place was the best highlight of my visit to the area. Wonderful!! My food allergies (including shellfish) were a non-issue with dishes being made to order from scratch including sauces which is incredibly rare to find. The owner is such an amusing and friendly woman, we ended up chatting the entire time I waited for my order. When I asked if their 1-5 heat rating was a Thai range or white people range I got a good laugh out of her (it’s a white range fyi).. She happily went through the menu with me picking out what she thought I’d like best and made it a Thai-4/5 spice rating which was perfection. Quite a few items on the menu are Americanized Chinese dishes that she purposely offers to accommodate locals who are not used to legit thai flavors. Told me to let her know when I’m visiting again so she can make me some dishes not on the menu - she won my heart, love her lol..
Wife and I visited Oct 6. 2022 about 6pm. There is no table service. You walk up to a partially covered counter (Covid leftovers I suppose) and order from a lady standing there with a mask on. She takes your order, charges a lot of money for a little food, and asks you to seat yourself.
The food was nominal, lacked any real flavor, but portions were decent sized.
I had the pineapple fried rice (no flavor and dry); wife had the spicy jungle curry which had a little flavor but not very spicy overall.
The coconut soup (Tom Kah soup) was ok.
Parking was easy. Place was clean appearing. Food prices were high for quality. Service was nonexistent.
It was a very strange, lackluster and almost depressing experience. Will not return.
The food was excellent. We had spring rolls as an appetizer and they were hit, crispy and perfectly filled. I had pineapple fried rice as an entree and it was full of peppers, onions, and shrimp, but felt it definitely needed more pineapple, I only found a few pieces. My husband had a chicken dish and chose dynamite got for the heat level. He loves spicy food and found their sauce to be excellent. Our only complaint was the difficulty ordering (no table service at all). The paper menu had such tiny print we needed to use our phone camera to blow up the size so we could read it. And due to no table service, you have to bring your drink up to the counter for a refill, which when you're eating something spicy you drink a lot, so that was very inconvenient. We ended up cutting dinner short and taking the rest home to eat where we could get enough to drink. Other than the lack of table service this place was great and the food was outstanding.
For everyone saying the owner is rude, you probably don’t understand Asian culture at the least. With her accent she also pronounces words a little more harshly, as that is normal. And the culture communicates differently as a whole. I am honestly shocked that there was even a Thai restaurant in this town to begin with! And if you give them a chance, they’ve been surviving for 7 years to date on people who only understand the culture and the cuisine. The food tasted how it should. We had curry and pad woon-sen. Ordering at the window didn’t bother me (yes it’s different) but that’s just what they prefer. Only thing I would have liked dining in was actual china to eat on instead of the Togo container. But people seriously, their from Thailand, not Georgia. So, cartersville, have some patience and understanding with people from other countries.
The food is delicious and the service is great! I was unfamiliar with most of the dishes, but our server was able to show us pictures of the food and that helped us out a lot. She also asked us about flavors we prefer eating, and she made recommendations that we might like, and she was totally right!
If I can only rate this restaurant with zero star. This place is horrible. The moment we step into the restaurant. We saw a sign that says, "If you want order to-go or you want dine-in, come and see me". So my friend and I went all the way to the back of the restaurant, and this lady in her 60's. Ask us a question where we come from. It looks like she was so scared that we might have some kind of transmitted disease or virus. She puts her face shield immediately and she asked us again where we come from. We said, we're from Georgia.
She took the menu of the restaurant and gave us a long 15 mins. lecture. I told her, we know what to order. We've been to thai restaurant many times. She insisted that we listen to her and our eyes must be on the menu not to her. We were treated like a kindergarten. My friend and I were starving and we just really want to place our order. When we place our order, she said "you have to pay first and give me your card", so I gave her my card, she didn't even told me the price of the food. She just said it's total $50.00.
Because I can't stand her negative attitude, I sign the bill and even give her a tip. But later on, I was thinking how did 2 Padthai and 1 appetizer with no drinks cost $50?
When our food came, it was served in a Styrofoam. Which I was disappointed because what's the point of dine-in? Not only that, she gave us a super cheap toilet paper instead of napkins.
The food looks delicious, but when I ate it, it was too salty. Kinda remind me of Chinese food. Neither my friend didn't finish her food.
The restaurant has sign everywhere like a kindergarten classroom. Even a trashcan has a sign that says, "Trash go here" which is very self-explainatory, later on, I understand, it's because, it's a dine-in restaurant but you have to clean your table as you go. This woman is so paranoid with germs. Also, she keeps on asking me where I came from because I look Asian, in my mind, why would it matter? But eventually, I told her I am from the Philippines.
This woman is extremely rude. The food is not even great! She is a disgrace to Thai people because Thai people are friendly, gentle and kind. But this woman acts like women from China; Rude and arrogant.
Will definitely not comeback anymore.
Hands DOWN great food & people. You won’t be disappointed! We love this place.
Food was amazing. Had the Pad See Ew. They have an indoor dining area which was a welcome place to eat on a cold day!
Great food, generous portions, served hot. Very fresh and made as spicy as you prefer. Also, provided menus with pictures of each entree.
One of my favorite spots in cartersville. They aren’t afraid to add some spice to your food(which I love), and they seem like a lovely family. Would recommend if you want some yummy Thai.
This restaurant closed and now is an Indian Cuisine restaurant. Seems Sriacha may have a food truck now. We have always enjoyed our meals at or from Sriracha Thai.
Okay I got to say it is pretty good the noodles and the Thai fried rice was actually tasty and I got the dumplings I know it's not called that but it's actually really good compared to all the Chinese food places in Cartersville which to me are just barely okay here this is actually good can't complain the portion are fair other than that I'll be going back

This is my favorite Thai place I’ve been everywhere in GA and this coconut chicken soup is better than anywhere else the lady who owns it is a sweetheart 10/10 I recommend this to everyone who’s in the area or just wants yummy Thai food.
Real, authentic Thai prepared perfectly. If you're in the mood for great Thai, this is the place.❤️ If you're looking for attentive service, think twice.🤔 If you're looking for atmosphere, run for your life!🤣
I'm so excited that the owners of Sriracha Thai opened a new location. The kee moa was delicious as always. Will definitely be back for more!
The food is amazing, the owners are so sweet and I am beyond thrilled that they have opened up the new location - one of our favorite places in Cartersville!
Highly recommend!! The food is great and the owners are fantastic. They will forever have my business
The rudest welcome I have ever have in a restaurant.
Amazing!
I really dislike leaving poor reviews but this restaurant needs a lot of work done. The space is dirty, messy and uninviting. The bathroom in particular was disgusting. The corners of the floor were matted with dirt, there were no hand drying options and there were open cleaning containers on on floor (bleach). The hostess has been rude on every visit to this restaurant. She snaps at you when you order, complains about your order and has you come collect your own drinks from the counter. I was shocked to find out they charge $1 for a cup of water. The restaurant itself was so hot in 90f weather that I had to leave and members of my party were visibly sweating. My own drink was cold for not even 5 minutes before it heated up due to the room temp. The food itself was undercooked, an unusual color served in a styrofoam container. It was a large portion but I wasn't able to eat more than three bites. I have also never been to a restaurant with so many hand written signs on the wall. It's cluttered and looks messy. I'd hoped the first time I went it was just a bad day for the restaurant and not a true reflection but each visit has been worse.
Great food and great customer service. When we are in Cartersville again, we’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful birthday lunch with my sister
I don't often write a review but in this case I had to. To worst food I've had ever! Don't bother going here in spent 70 and no one liked any of the 3 things I always get at other thai places and gets devoured.
Somewhat unique system but the food was very good, including the quantity. It came in to-go containers and I thought I had ordered to-go but that is how they do it. I asked for a plate and was gladly given one, same with chopsticks. I ordered the seafood dish and it was plentiful of shrimp, scallops, mussels and some good veggies. I left satisfied, and I would go back again.
Today was my first time at this restaurant and I loved it.
I ordered the Green Curry with chicken, Pad Thai, salad and the sticky rice and mango!
Everything was outstanding!!! The lady that took my order was ver sweet and pleasant.
I will definitely be back!
Stunning food, wonderful staff, the curry is 🤌🤌🤌 literally everything slaps
Loved the owner and her energy. We had a good conversation and great food. Fair prices. Tons of vegan options
Taste Amazing every time I take a bite I dance 😍
We love these authentic mom and pop Thai places. You get the REAL stuff not some funky fusion. Expect to follow their lead when you come to places like this. You'll get more out of it. Maybe even learn a little about the culture and the interesting histories of the owners!
I have had Tie hot is several places in different states. This is 5 alarm and not good. I would strongly suggest you put a scale from 1-10 on hot. This order was an 11.
Not a pleasant dining experience had the eggplant and beef was to tough to eat
True Thai.
I went a long time ago. One person working, told us to hurry up and order. As we left, she shouted at us on the way out. We never got drinks or anything other than rudeness. Since I can't fairly review the food, suffice to say it's not worth going back to find out.
Addendum three years later: We placed a to-go order, which was extremely painful. The person taking the order was very hurried and rude. The food wasn't bad, though Bangkok Cabin and Curry Curry still have my favorite Pad Thai. After waiting 40 minutes to pick up (as instructed), we waited an additional 30 minutes before it was actually ready.
Great variety of delicious Thai food.
I highly recommend this restaurant and will eat there more often.
Was not impressed. But its the only Thai on cartersville.
Wife and I visited Oct 6. 2022 about 6pm. There is no table service. You walk up to a partially covered counter (Covid leftovers I suppose) and order from a lady standing there with a mask on. She takes your order, charges a lot of money for a little food, and asks you to seat yourself.

Naw Bro! Don’t do it. Food and service was very disappointing. Should have looked at the reviews first. I was treated like I possibly had a highly contagious communicable disease. The lady that hat assisted me was wearing PPE with the face mask. The lady immediately asked me if I was from out of town and where I was from as if she was conducting a health survey and not just being cordial? I was almost scared to eat! I was wondering what in the world was going on in that place. She was very rude in my opinion. Instead of letting me sit down and look over the menu, she called me over and showed it to me from a distance and I had to make my selection as she called out the different entrees as if I couldn’t read it myself. Even though my order was dine-in, it was served in styrofoam containers and my coke was served in the plastic bottle. The food was bland which was a shock compared to the Thai food I’m accustomed to. I should have taken the hint of an empty parking lot and dinning area.
Terrible service. Over sweet food. Same experience with J Seno' commet.
Our first experience with this restaurant was a tad underwhelming. It was quite warm inside and not very well lit. The dining area seemed a bit cluttered and disorganized, almost as if plans for expansion never happened. The food was good quality and fair portions. In my opinion it was all just a little overly sweet, but It was definitely fresh and the staff was helpful and friendly. If we had stuck to the drive-thru I would have preferred our experience.
Not only did the husband accommodate me when they were on a lunch-dinner break, he cooked my pad won sen in less than 5 minutes. The pad won sen was phenomenal and the wife’s customer service was great! Must try!
I’ve been coming here for years because I love duck basil. It’s not worth it anymore. Somehow every time I come the price goes up.
I asked for a receipt and she wouldn’t give me one. 50$ for 2 meals including a pad Thai listed as 12$. No drinks.
They rip you off and are extremely pushy and annoying. (The receipt I signed wasn’t itemized either)
I won’t be going back anymore.

Excellent food & excellent conversation with the owner. Thank you for the great dinner.
This place is awesome! Anytime I pass by, I always stop here. My recommendations are the Pad Thai - Thai hot (if you like spice) or the Pad Prik Khing.
If you like curry, they have some great choices.
Also if you get the K Dog, i recommend the spicy or potato with full cheese.
Strange atmosphere but excellent food - would definitely go back.
Great food, service was fast
Menu isn’t correct online and the service is bad
Excellent Thai food!
Our food was not horrible but it was a stressful experience. Truly Covid has caused lots of fear for the owner.
The rules are over the top you have to disinfect your table after you eat which is a good practice.
The men's bathroom is out of order The locals spoke with me to smooth out the culture and the owners roughness about where you sit, how you order, where you refill your water.
I thanked them for teaching me grace. Her intent is not evil at all but it was a complete turnoff for me. As a consumer I go out for pure enjoyment.
There are notes all over the bathroom as well
Those were smart because you will keep it clean for the next person
I do not believe in giving poor reviews ever but I feel that I must express my experience. My husband asked to stay because I would have left immediately.
If you want a calm meal this is not the place to go.
If you want authentic home cooked Thai food do a carryout and eat at home then you will enjoy your meal!
What an authentic Thai experience! Thai hot is definitely the best way to go for spice.😊
Such delicious Thai food
This is what we have been looking for! A nice local place to eat Thai and don’t even get me staffed on the owner. She is so funny and really completes the whole experience. Will 100% be eating here again.
This place serves great Thai food! The crab rangoons are exceptional. The chicken coconut soup is highly addictive. My girlfriend and I had the Masamun chicken tonight. It was also very delicious with plenty of left-overs!!!
I will say that the building itself could use some updating, and they are still very covid aware, but don't let that make you miss out on this great little gem! They will also serve you with to-go containers, and no plates of you dine in. I consider it part of the experience! The woman who works behind the counter is very friendly, and I love that she will take the time to turn on the ambient music when she has diners. I will go to this place for Thai food every time. 🤞
The best Thai restaurant in Cartersville. I’m a big curry fan so I normally get the Red, Penang, or Massamam curry. The Curry sauces are exquisitely pleasing; creamy and incredibly spicy if you want it to be.
Some people complain about the owner being “rude.” I do not think this is true at all. I always look forward to interacting with her vibrant and strong personality. She’s fun to speak with and it’s part of the joy of eating here for me.
The best Thai food in all Los Angeles
For everyone saying the owner is rude, you probably don’t understand Asian culture at the least. With her accent she also pronounces words a little more harshly, as that is normal. This place is great if you're looking for some authentic Thai cuisine. The owner and the chefs certainly know what they're doing.
Amazing food!
Friendly staff, nice dining atmosphere, geusioleptic food, highly recommend
Used to be my favorite Thai place, now it's a little over priced IMO. Love the owner though, she's always welcoming and so funny.
Nothing beats drive-thru Thai food! delicious!!
My first impression when walking inside and trying to locate where to order and even trying to find a menu was quite alarming, but I soon realized you just have to read and follow the directions on all the handwritten signs. This was mine and my husband’s first time visiting this restaurant, and despite what felt like a ton of disorganization in the beginning, it turned into a good experience. The lady that took our order (and that seemed to be running the place on her own) was very informative when trying to order and at first seemed a little rude. She’s really not, so don’t take offense. We also realized after ordering that ordering online would have been easier verses coming inside and ordering. All orders are served in take-out containers (even when ordering for dine-in), so it wouldn’t matter anyway. Order and wait time was approximately 35 minutes (it was 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon) before receiving our food, but it was well worth the wait! We enjoyed our meal so much, and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting some delicious Thai food to make a stop here.
I’m a long time supporter of this business. I’ve been here a LOT over the years. The food is always delicious. The masamun and pad see ew are my favorite dishes here. The Thai tea is always yummy. However, this is not the restaurant for you if you want good, polite customer service. The owner has never offered that as a feature at her restaurant. She will condescend to you. She will talk to you like you’re a 5 year old. If you try to order anything above American hot, she will laugh in your face. But she will also feed you some bomb Thai soul food. I’m at peace with that. Don’t go if you’re not.
I was thinking with all of the positive review this place would be good, but it was bad all around. The building is so darkly lit, and felt like the heat wasn’t on (absolutely freezing, had to keep my coat on). Ordering at the counter wasn’t a big deal, but the food was SO disappointing. The shrimp basil rolls had no flavor, and fell apart in my hands (mainly lettuce…). The beef pho came in carry out containers (noodles in a small plastic bowl, broth in another). When I asked for a large bowl to combine them (which is standard in any restaurant that serves pho), she told me to combine them together in the plastic noodle container. The to go containers are definitely not big enough to do that! It was spilling over. The beef was over cooked and the broth and noodles had no flavor. Worst pho I’ve ever had (and definitely overpriced); I ended up throwing it and the rolls away after a few bites & leaving it was that bad. Don’t waste your time.
Not impressed at all. The food i have had is mediocre at best and not presented as described and service leaves much to be desired.
Example - this time I ordered the basil shrimp rolls. Two huge (think burrito size and not in a good way) rolls with one shrimp cut in half lengthwise and one thin, strip of cucumber with basil sprinkled on top on a huge bed of wilted salad mix wrapped loosely in a huge rice paper. So floppy you could not pick it up and tasted of wilted lettuce. So much lettuce you could not taste the shrimp or cucumber unless you picked it out which is what I ended up doing and i tossed the wilted lettuce and wrap. Not at all what was expected. A waste of my money. Also Spicy basil eggplant with veggies. Eggplant was not cooked through, all other veggies were way overcooked and soggy in a tasteless runny brown sauce with no basil flavor. I picked through it then believe me I did not save the leftovers. What should have been a lunch treat (prices are high for lunch) was an epic fail.
Being the only Thai restaurant in Cartersville I have given it a few tries per pandemic and now recently and have been disappointed every single time so it's not a case of they were having a bad day. I have to give small kudos on the Tom Yum soup with shrimp but while tasty it is far from the best i have had. I recommend looking elsewhere for authentic and good Thai cuisine.
I'm so glad I found this place! The woman holding down the whole place was very sweet and the food is delicious. Great tea too!
Craving curry in Cartersville? I was. Not anymore, the red curry with chicken is scrum-umptious-diddly.
The service was great, the woman working really helped explain the different tastes and foods available, and I got my food quickly after ordering! I had the red curry, and I can honestly say that it was the first time I've fully enjoyed eggplant in a dish. It was very flavorful and they have the option to add more heat as well, which I'm probably going to do next time to make it really spicy. Overall great experience!
Ordered the spicy basil fried rice with chicken… it’s literally doesn’t have a flavor at all. The only thing I taste is the spice, other than that it’s basically cardboard. Not even salty just zero flavor. I’m also very dissatisfied with the owner. She was extremely rude and kept talking to me like I was stupid or something. All around my experience was awful.if I could give zero stars I would
So fresh and wonderful flavor! I recommend you try the Thai tea, it is sweet and creamy (wow!). A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I can't say enough good things. My wife loves their pho and pad kee mao.
No . Just don’t do it. What a disaster. Turned down terrible pad Thai, reordered Panang curry. Tossed it out. Hubby got a chewy overcooked beef dish. Service was rude.
The lady was rude and even “” asked “” for a tip. We said no, ordered to go, and she said “” I don’t need your help “. Worst Pho soup ever and the other chicken fried egg meal very hot. The rice smelled very bad. Should never have gone there.
Food was pretty good. The individual who assisted us, I’m assuming one of the owners, provided a “UNIQUE” experience with a language barrier. There’s was a brief moment when I almost got frustrated. In hindsight I feel that it’s part of the experience. Given other reviews I think it’s part of her charm.
Rude owner, food not good, plastic boxes instead of plates, plastic forks, plastic cups. Don’t go.
Delicious! Wonderful curry! Thai tea and coffee were very yummy too!
Amazing place. The Duck is incredible.
Great experience.
Menu is laying flat on a table where you order, covered in Saran Wrap in low lighting. Dishes are served in plastic and styrofoam “to go” container. Flimsy plastic forks and spoons. Food is about a 3 on a scale of 1-10. You bus your own table. Dining area is black, dark, and blah.
Love this restaurant!!! Great food and AWESOME STAFF
This place is INCREDIBLE. Hands down the best food in all of Cartersville, and the best Thai/Vietnamese food I’ve ever had all over the U.S. Everything looks delicious and tastes delicious but my husband and I ‘s go to appetizer is the ‘Vietnam roll’ and our favorite dish is the ‘chicken Pho’ and I always Get a Thai iced tea. Yum!!
Pretty good food. A strong spirited waitress
Way to over priced, no service, hinted for a tip even before I ate. I love Thai and have never had any issue with a Thai restaurant before!!
The food is great, the pricing is outrageous. I ordered based on the website, meal was 12 dollars yet they charged me 16.
We have visited here many times and my favorite is the chicken pad Thai. The owner is very friendly.
Awesome Thai food. I'd you're I the Cartersville area do yourself a favor and stop for dinner.
Great food. We enjoy eating in and picking up to go. The lady who works here is helpful with the menu and makes excellent recommendations based on your preferences. I think she is sweet. Glad to have this in Cartersville!
If you must have Thai Food, then good luck. I always leave saying I'll never come back after timeless awkward visits. The prices seem to fluctuate, the restaurant is cold in both senses of the word, and and the environment feels less than accommodating. The food is comparable closely with food from Thailand as I have experienced. I recommend to atleast try it once and you'll see what I mean. 🙏✌💜
My husband and I ate here today for the first time. I had the chicken that is like sweet and sour I can't remember what it was called and my husband had the garlic & pepper chicken. We had fried rice to go with it and Vietnamese rolls. Our food was so delicious. We will definitely be back here. The lady that works here is very sweet you just have to know that not all people are the same. She loves to talk so just take the time to know her and speak to her like a human. I read some previous comments and was shocked because she was absolutely sweet tonight and took very good care of us. Just give this place a try.
Food is legit. Lady on the phone is so fawking rude. She’ll try to charge you extra if you take too long to place your order.
Food is excellent!
I ordered a Thai hot Basil Fried Rice. It was really spicy but I loved the flavor.i found the Thai hot spice level here was spicier than other Thai restaurants.
This is a place you dont judge by its cover, not appealing to the eye, but good tasting food. Thai fried rice was good.
Please do not waste time and money at this place went there today with my fam . bad service a sarcastic rude lady taking my order it was very unconfortable experience .nasty taste food .
I went for Pho. They boil the meat in the soup. The lady tried to over charge me for everything. I cancelled my order after the total was 32 dollars. Not only did she try to over sale me she was very rude from the start. Too many better places in Cartersville to eat. I chose Tacos across the street. I would suggest you do likewise.
Great Thai food very unique
The food was great
The food is great, if you can understand what it is you're ordering.
The service in this place is absolutely TERRIBLE! We walked in and asked if they were open for dine in. She said yes. We had to walk up to her counter to order. We weren’t even given a chance to look at her paper menu. She yelled the menu at us, and rushed us to order. When we told her what we want she told us that’s not what we want and yelled at us to listen carefully and yelled the menu again. We had to turn the menu around and tell her that what we said was what we wanted. After ordering $88 worth of food we sat down and waited for it. She called us back to get our food and when we asked for plates she wouldn’t give us any. She told us we had boxes. We had 6 people which included 4 kids in our party but she wouldn’t give us plates. She said it’s too expensive to give us plates. We ended up taking our food and drinking to Kroger to buy plates for the food and bowls for the soup. We would have gotten better service at the Taco Bell down the street. When we came here a couple years ago the service was not this bad. She treats people like they’re a piece of garbage that she doesn’t want to get anywhere near. She asked for our credit card before even telling us the total. We had to make her read the order back to us before we paid her. We will never return here again. Her attitude shows why her restaurant is completely empty while all the other businesses around are thriving.
Good Thai Food. Plus it is not high priced. The Service is Fast and on the money.
People who like Thai food must visit this Restaurant.
Sad Thai!
Worst Thai food ever! What a nasty mess that pad Thai was. I could not eat it. Chicken was dry, only glass noodles, no bean sprouts. A few carrots but looked packaged. It looked precooked.
I ordered the chicken pad Thai and the chicken was dry and not good at all i will not be going back
One of my FAVORITE places in town. The food is amazing and the owner is awesome. She knows me and my husband and makes us feel so welcome every time we walk through the door. If you are looking for a local experience, this place is highly recommended!
Very friendly staff, quick service, and food was absolutely delicious!
Decent food, but the owner is SO rude. She gets frustrated really easily, cuts you off while speaking and is very aggressive.
The best Thai food I have ever eaten!
Love this place. The spicy basil chicken is absolutely the best. Friendly owner takes great care of us every time!
Great Thai Food. I love this place ! everything is good!
Oh man, I am so sad! I ordered Masamun curry via DoorDash and it looked and smelled delicious! I opened it up and my rice had a LONG black hair all down in it (will attach photo). My dasher was blond and I am brunette. This hair is much thicker than mine too. I am very sad and have to throw out my food. Lost my appetite anyway. I got a refund from DoorDash (less delivery fees and tips, which is more than fair because it wasn’t their fault). I don’t know if they wear hairnets in the kitchen or not but this was down IN the rice. Gag me
The food was okay at best, but the service was horrible. The old lady at the front desk was extremely RUDE. While I was giving my order she said, " Shh, I'm typing!!" in a very rude manner. She also added an extra item to my order without my consent. And get this, it was not free or shown on the receipt. I am Furious. She is very forceful and disrespectful. I don't recommend eating here unless you are okay with mediocre food and bad service.
Food is good, but service is weird at the best. The lady put pressure to you to chose your dish quickly and later laugh at your choice! Look at the menu on the internet and decide your order before sitting.
Very authentic Thai food, absolutely delicious! 😍 I appreciate the owner going over the menu with us, so we knew for sure what we were ordering. It's a little unusual but it was helpful. I've been wanting real Pineapple Fried Rice rice and Bubble Tea, they didn't disappoint. Can't wait to go back.
OMG, the dynamite is hot, I love it, great place, love the food!
I always enjoy eating here. The food is so flavorful. Sorry Mom, but Sriracha has the absolute best soups everyday!
WOW! Authentic Thai! Sriracha Thai is a hidden gem in downtown Cartersville. The food is amazing. Owner is super nice and welcoming. Very informative on extensive menu options. Highly recommend.
10-Dec-2019: Finally made it back to Sriracha Thai for our 2nd visit. Food is absolutely fantastic. The owner is a delight a fun to chat with. We cannot wait to return.
Very good. Good food and service.
I can confirm as stated in many of the reviews, the older lady (who I believe is the owner), is not very polite. She will read the menu to you and talk slowly in a loud tone, as to be made to feel unintelligent. I was a little taken back. Maybe it is a cultural thing, but I would highly advise her to hire someone who is much more able to interact with the public. Now to what really matters to most people, the taste of the food. It was decent and flavorful. I give it 4/5. However, because the service was not great at all, I gave an overall score of 3/5. There are quite a few of great Thai restaurants nearby, and because of the service, I have no intentions on returning.
The food was divine. The woman who served us was very direct, but helpful. I will definitely be returning
The owner was very rude. Pointed at the menu as if I didn’t know how to read and read the description because I told her I did not want shrimp. We ordered to go but had an appetizer while we waited. We ordered the gyoza but she brought out the Vietnam rolls (which I would not recommend. It was filled with a very congealed chicken mixture that tasted like mystery meat from a school cafeteria) once we ate those she proceeded to tell us she gave us the wrong thing and she had the gyoza. We told he to just pack those up it’s not a big deal. She then proceeded to ask me to pay for the Vietnam rolls and decided to take out gyoza out instead. The pho was subpar, it was just beef broth with star anise and the yellow curry had 0 flavor. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Will absolutely not be going back.
Service is very awful. Literally scolded me to read my menu and had us read aloud signs to know what we want. When we got what we ordered, the food was cold. Just don’t go to this place unless you feel like it, the experience will be bad. Parking is annoying as well.
Over priced
The food is as always amazing, pick anything you'll live it and you'll leave happy.
The owner always remembers me and treats me with the utmost respect like a family in there.
Calm atmosphere it's my go to place to feel better.
Good thai, very clean, very friendly staff.
Not cheap.
Great place to get Thai food around here!
First time here and I have to say the curry was beyond excellent
Amazing authentic Thai food in a place your least expect it! The owner is a really friendly woman who takes the time to explain the menu! Definitely worth the drive out to Cartersville
Service wasn’t the best. Got rushed out & whenever I had to ask for something, it seemed like such an inconvenience for her.
Food was delicious, duck was well prepared, and the sauce....omg.
The owner was very talkative, made us feel welcome and as if we were part of her family.
Will eat there again.
Placed a take out order for two Pad Thai. Did not taste like the Pad Thai I am accustomed to from my various travels. Will not be visiting or ordering from here again.
We go here every time we come to Cartersville. Great food and service!
Kind hospitable service and the duck was delicious!
Food was delicious. The owner was very kind and took the time out to describe flavor profiles for dishes.
Unfriendly, sarcastic hostess. On most recent visit the experience was so terrible that we wanted to leave. The eggplant was tasteless saved only by the sauce.
I thought it was good. Only been a few times and every time we did not have any issues.
A little hard to find the entrance, but the food was worth it!!!
Excellent service! Amazing food! The venue was very clean, and price-conscious. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes thai food.
The menu and the service extraordinary
BEST THAI IN THE ATLANTA METRO.
Love it.
We eat here regularly. We love the little lady that runs the place. You have to have a sense of humor with her. I always have a special request, today she was jumping up and down because I wanted spiciness between their standards LOL. She brought me the dynamite to make my own. I guarantee the food is worth the hassle but don’t be in a hurry.
Way overpriced for very lackluster Thai food. Not Recommend.
Very nice a somewhat casual place. Panang duck was very good. And panang curry was even better. Good crabrangoon and spring rolls. Will definitely make this a regular place.
LOVE it. The food here is always good and the curries are soooo yummy. I love having them in downtown.
This is my favorite restaurant hands down! The food is always excellent and the service is wonderful. My kids (7yr and 2yr) ask to eat here when givin the choice to eat out. That alone should speak for itself.
Service and entrees were great. Pont off bc the fresh rolls we're only lettuce no basil or tofu slightly dissatisfied. Especially bc the entree was so great and aunthentic
Good food. That's the only thai rest in Cartersville.
I would give zero stars if it would let you !!
Excellent
Food is to die for! Very authentic
My wife and I love this place! Food is fantastic!
Delicious! I always have a pleasant time here. I have met friends for lunch and have been on dinner dates with my husband at Siaracha's. The owner takes great pride in her work!!
This place is awesome
Every time I've been in the restaurant always been cleaning. I have to admit I was a little surprised at how good their food was. I was definitely not expecting that.
*********Update**********
The food has gotten even better!!!
The only authentic asian restaurant in Cartersville. Thai spicy basil fried rice with Vietnamese roll are the best dish.
Extremely slow service. Ok at best food. Signs posted for help wanted must be intrinsic of bigger issues.
This is one of my favorite places. Can make really spicy food. Good lunch specials.
