My wife can be selective on the ingredients - and they were very flexible to change it all around to our desire.

Came here last night with my wife, we live in Hồ Chí Minh City and were pleasantly surprised at this restaurant! We ordered the bún thịt nướng, bún bò, gỏi cuốn and everything was delicious! Even live entertainment.

Whenever I'm out of town if there is a Vietnamese restaurant nearby I'm trying it. I was not disappointed at all. The service was great and the place was nicely decorated and very clean. I ate here every day I was in Bradeton. I had pho, vegetable tempura, fish sauce wings, sushi, and pad pri king. Food was excellent!

We noticed a new name / new owner for this restaurant and decided to give it a try. WOW.. the Phỏ was extremely tasty and my Viet wife agreed. We ordered a couple Bánh Mì and OMG... I don't think I've ever had such a tasty sandwich - the bread was nicely crisped on the crust, and the inside was soft, moist and chewy. The fillings were fresh, tasty and flavorful!! I'd go back just for the Bánh Mì. There are so many food options on the menu, we need to go back and try more. We did order the Bún Bò Huế to go... it was tasty but a little too sweet for our preference. Still, so many more options to try out.

The server was friendly and quick. The owner "Tin" came over to say hi, introduce himself and we chatted for awhile. He's got some nice plans for the establishment. Really nice guy.

All in all, we will be going back. It's worth giving it a try.

We got some happy hour fresh shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and they were so good. It helped to have some food to help make up our minds!

The Thai tea was a big hit for my gf.

I got Pho Tai (rare steak Pho) and it was amazing. So flavorful and so many tastes together in every bite. The bowl was huge and I took so much home with me!

My gf had the pineapple fried rice and wow it was surprisingly delicious. So many tastes coming together perfectly.

I would add that the staff was really attentive, giving time when we needed but also right there when we were ready.

The food is very good and service was excellent. The new owner (Tin) came over to the table and introduced himself and he helped my son with the chopsticks 🥢 since he still having issues using them. We will be back soon to try more of the new menu. Highly recommended

I will be honest in my review for this place, it is quite awesome 🤩☝️. I went with my mom today after looking on Google for places to eat for lunch and found it with high interest due to the reviews and pictures placed by other customers. When we went inside the restauraunt the first thing we noticed was the music, the owner told us he puts modern Vietmenese music in sometimes during the daytime and plays more lounge music during the restauraunts Happy Hour! We loved the music playing since most asian restauraunts dont really put much music that fits the atmosphere so it was a nice change of pace to have this restraunt do just that, we told the owner of it as well in praise.

The food of the restauraunt, my mother ordered Vermicelli noodles (as pictured in this review) and I ordered the Phơ Bò Viên (I forgot to take a pic of it when I was there😅-- just imagine it) and for dessert we got the Fried Ice Cream and Fried Bananas(as pictured above)! The food was amazing, I really enjoyed the broth of my Phơ, the flavour of the soup wasnt lacking in any flavour that I had to put any added sauces to it, the flavour was just that good. I honestly prefer this places Phơ, in comparasion to the other places I've been so far! And as the flavours in the Vermicelli dish it was really good as well, you can taste all the flavours and one doesn't overpower the other!

The owner was really nice and kind, and even go out of his way to ask us about things and was curious as to how we found out about this place!

We have now gone 3x. First time we tried the Thai which was so good! We only found one good Thai place since we moved from NJ 4 yrs ago but it closed down in downtown Sarasota after the first Hurricane last fall. Next time we tried the sushi with extended family and pretty much tried everything. AMAZING!!! Tonight we tried the Vietnamese food. They have knocked it out of the park all 3 times!!! 12 out of 10

I walked in here at 6:45pm. I was ignored until 7 pm. Then, it was a fight for them to come to my table to take my drink order. And after my drink order, I didn't see them again. An hour and still no service, I paid for my drink and left. I wish I had never walked into this restaurant. Unless you like this kind of service, I'll suggest skipping this place.

Everything about this place is exceptional!

The Pho was very good, it was rich with great flavor. They cook the broth over night and add more spices than most places I've been. The servers work together and are very friendly. We'll be back!

We’ve been eating here for 20 years and love the summer garden rolls, pad Thai, mai tai, and their margarita. Update this is a review for the old restaurant have not been to the new one yet but looking forward to trying it. The bar was much better when it was Empress Gardens.

It's painful to eat there because you want to go into a food coma afterwards..... i'm a critter/creature of habit when I like something at a restaurant ..I typically order the same thing over and over again, !! however this new gem to our new sarasota culinary venue is a must go to .... it doesn't matter what you order! it is delivered spot on every time therefore will make my future decision ordering difficult for myself,,,let's start with the staff and owner. These people are kind, sweet accommodating. The owner is very active making sure everthing is perfect! . He is humble and kind. He has no idea how delicious the food is I'm assuming he's from somewhere out of the area😀. I don't know however it is beyond delicious. ", !!!not to mention the best grocery market within 100 feet "detweilers 2 doors down .... The ambience is calm and comforting. The staff are friendly and happy to be there. The food is absolutely out of this world! as a restaurant owner and partner of several restaurants that have been nominated top 10 in major cities .. ..I just can't stop myself from dining at this establishment like literally two times a week. It's that good !!!! I do not live close by. Reside lido area and ashville nc divided residency ..I wish I would've taken photos of my delicious past meals ,however when the food comes out delivered Omg! you just want to dive into this scalding "hot yummyness ! "New adjective... I have dined throughout the world to Michelin stars to just happy stars! this place will not disappoint. My boyfriend ordered his entree at the same time I ordered two sushi rolls, and unfortunately his food had come out and been eaten long before my sushi was done being made. Ended up waiting for over 45 minutes, the rolls had a super heavy amount of sauce on them, and stayed on our bill. Our server was very sweet and apologetic about the wait, which was appreciated, but I probably won’t be ordering sushi here again.

No longer inFusion Restaurant. New ownership. Completely different, reduced menu, new atmosphere. Was My fav Thai/Vietnamese restaurant. Home of many celebrations has bad food. All the food we ordered was awful, inedible. Had favorites cold rice noodle salad, forgot to add egg roll ingredient, overcooked noodles! Happy Pancake pork had more fat than meat, tasted funny. Traditional Vietnamese Bun ingredients tasted funny. Service was good. They re-cooked the noodle and pancake but still awful. So sorry to report. What are the chances that three entree items all be bad?

food was ok. went w my bf and we ordered pho, vermicelli noodles & banh xeo - they give you two banh xeo and are giant however they weren't crispy, more on the soggy side.

We used to go to Infuzions but the food slowly became less and less quality but now with the new owners we will be coming back regularly again! We had a little bit of everything and it all was delicious and fresh! Duck salad, sausage noodle roll, dumplings yellowtail sashimi, pho, and stir fry.

I ordered lunch and the Pho Noodle Soup.
It was the best Pho soup I have had in a long time. The ingredients were so fresh and the broth was delicious. Tin the owner was so pleasant and nice. This is going to be regular stop for me.

Walked in after getting a hair cut and we were greeted politely sat near the front service was friendly and lunch special included a drink or soup!

My sister and I have been to Tin 6 times. Today I tried the beef Bihn Mi sandwich. I love vietnamese sandwichs and was excited to try it. Home run. My sister had the fried gyoza and spicy tuna roll. I also had the tornado roll. Tron, our waitress, took care of us. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. The owner came by and visited us. His name is Tin and he will be successful.

I was a solo diner on a busy Saturday night. I ordered fresh rolls and pho. Got the fresh rolls within 15 minutes. Waited an hour for the pho. Never got it. Paid for the spring rolls and left.

Be careful using TOAST or another food service, just CALL THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY. Instead of paying $15.95 for a Chicken Fried Rice (price on their menu), my son paid $34 (w/tax) going through Toast. Toast says they don't have a service charge, instead they about double the price of the food. We picked up the food ourselves and Toast added $15 to order one Chicken Fried Rice.

The restaurant may want to consider having a way to order on their website or at least have prices clearly displayed so we know what things should cost. Companies like Toast will drive away your business.

Our party of four all agree their meal was excellent. The menu is very extensive with a wide variety of styles and flavors. The decor and atmosphere is pleasant. The service was efficient, timely, and friendly. We will definitely return to enjoy anther meal.

Sushi is so fresh and yummy😋 Grill squid is so tasty delicious. The place is very clean and service is number one 💯👏 Highly recommended!

Found the menu selection to be diverse. No gluten free soy sauce for the sushi. Food seemed very overpriced. Better pho elsewhere in the area. Skip the short rib. Chewy and flavorless.

This is the only place where we have found Bahn Mi in Sarasota, & it is excellent! We had the pork (w/ pate) bahn mi sandwiches along w/ the Vietnamese spring rolls. Highly recommend. The owner was very welcoming & friendly. There is a full sushi bar we plan to try next time. Looking forward to returning!

a chicken broth! Unfortunately this restaurant only offered the beef broth! ...don't enjoy beef. Very disappointed . Update; Thank you Tin, owner, for responding and telling me you now usei Chicken Broth in Pho. So happy that I went back and it was delicious! I will be a frequent customer now!

Ordered take-out pho (noodles in broth, shrimp, chicken) and it was horrible! We both have frequently raced to the bathroom all day. Both of us are very sick with food poisoning and it's 8;00 AM the third day. We both noticed a different taste/flavor and thought it to be the change in the way they make it since they changed ownership recently. Now we feel it was rotten and tainted food. This place requires a health inspector to evaluate their practices as their ingredients are clearly infected. Never again!

This restaurant is awesome! It’s incredibly clean, the staff is so kind and welcoming, and the food is fantastic! We had 2 different kinds of sushi rolls, fresh spring rolls, and a couple noodle dishes. The owner Tin is the one who recommended what we ordered and all the dishes did not disappoint! The food is extremely fresh and flavorful. Don’t sleep on this place.

I recently took a takeout of a meal. I enjoy from here. It was even better than it was before I definitely saw they added some more to their atmosphere so look pinning nice. I met the new owner really nice guy so I definitely would recommend if you like Thai and Vietnamese food. It’s an excellent choice.

I belong to a family of peculiar and picky eaters. We have eaten at countless Asian establishments within a 50 mile radius, in particular - we have never been satisfied at any Vietnamese establishment. At least not the whole family. My kids are the most ridiculously picky eaters on God’s green earth. They slurped up every drop of pho and said they wanted more!

I ordered them the filet mignot pho (tried it, great flavor, tender steak) wife got the seafood combo pho with egg noodles (tried it as well, amazing flavor, will definitely order that for myself next time) and I got the regular combo pho with squid, chicken, pork, shrimp, quail eggs with rice noodles. If I didn’t say this enough already it was EXCELLENT. Seriously this was the best pho we’ve had in Florida. We also got the dumplings to share, every kid ate them and said they were “bomb” and I agree 100%

Can’t wait to come back and try everything else, menu was deep with flavor and variety.

The seafood cuts are amazing. They’re huge sashimi cuts, beautifully presented, and deliciously fresh.

We visited from out of town and stoped by for lunch. The wide variety of foods was able to satisfy my whole family. We had Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Shaking Beef, and some sushi. Everything was fresh and the portions are generous. I would recommend Tin Viet & Sushi to anyone looking for great Asian food.

So glad Tin took over & changed the menu & flavors. WE CAN TELL IT'S MUCH BETTER. PLUS BIG SUSHI ROLLS. EXCELLENT CRUNCHY EGG ROLLS. We will be back several times. When it was Infuzions' owner, we only ordered pho & ginger salad. The egg rolls were not good so I stopped getting them. Excited to taste more on the menu now. Ginger salad tastes better as well.

New ownership. The spicy beef broth for the pho was recommended by the owner and it was delicious! Didn’t care for the noodles, they weren’t the thin rice noodles, more like udon noodles. Other than that it was good! Looking forward to trying more of their menu!

We are always on the lookout for a great place to have sushi. My husband loves Pho so this place was a win win at Tin, Việt & Sushi Bar. The sushi was very tasty. My daughter, husband and I tried 5 different rolls. All were very good. my husband got a spicy beef pho which he really enjoyed. We will be back soon.

New managerment took over 3 days ago but this place has been here for 5 years. I never noticed it till today. The servers and atmosphere is 5 star alone bt the food. Perfect fusion. I haven't even finished my meal and can't wait to come back.

When they and I realized after 30 minutes something was wrong, they kept on telling me for the remaining 15 minutes I was there that it was coming right out. Missing or somehow messing up the order is one thing, but please don't lie about it. Apologize and offer a free egg roll - or something. At least respect your customers a little. I finally couldn't wait any more, told them so and left.

Wow this place is awesome. We had the Summer Garden Rolls, Tornado roll, and the Phycho roll because I’m phycho! LOL. The sushi was fresh and the taste was impeccable. Tin was in the house and what a great person. I highly recommend Tin Viet & Sushi Bar. I live right around the corner and will be visiting often. Toni served us. Ask for her she is so nice.

I couldn’t recommend this place more! To welcoming atmosphere, the food was great! The tornado roll was excellent. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is still having issues from the change in ownership. Give it a month and it'll probably be fine. (As of 3/1/24)

Service was extremely slow and they got the order wrong. The curry was sauce, 2 tablespoons of beef and a quarter of a bell pepper. Nothing else. Pretty bad for the price.

Anyway, im sure they'll end up being fine. But it's a good idea to give them a few weeks to get in gear before you go there.

Pad woon sen was very good, better than some other local Thai restaurants. Fried tofu appetizer was not good. Restaurant also smelled of sewer.

I love coming here with my family and friends. The food is always amazing and the restaurant is always very clean. We love our server Jasmine, who is always there and she is very attentive to our needs, even if there is an entire restaurant full of people. She is excellent. We will be back over and over again.

5 years later and still eating here. Had pho, fried rice, panang curry, yellow curry, drunken noodles, lots of appetizers. Family of 7.

Very delicious. Went the Vietnamese route this first time. Will definitely be back! The boba was great, the coconut lemongrass and broken rice dinner plates delicious all the way down to the pickled veggies.

The food was good the place was nice but so weird that the food for each of us came at a different time. First mine came, then 10 minutes later my husbands food and then another 10 minutes for my daughters food to come out. Besides that it was a good experience.

The portions are very small for the price. One spring roll (not one order, one single roll) is $8.95 and it wasn’t even that great, and had almost no pork in it. The pho is $15.95 and was small and mediocre. I spent $31 including tip and I’m literally needing to go get something else to eat. This place is a no-go. Won’t come back.

Food was very flavorful and atmosphere was great. It’s hard to find good food. I’d go back many times. Feels like going to an auntie’s house to eat! I had boat noodle and fried egg pancake appetizer!

Ordered a food Pad Thai to go, the portion was so tiny compared to other Thai restaurants in the area.

The food was better than passable. That being said, so far that makes it the best Thai restaurant I’ve eaten at since moving to Bradenton two years ago.

Their curry is amazing! So glad we decided to try for dinner.

This spicy chicken pho and Thai boba tea are excellent! The atmosphere has a very chill mood with low lighting and comfortable seating. It's clean and well maintained. Prompt service with a smile. I'll be returning with friends and family.

Local THAI “go to” favorite when I visit family. They even have mango sticky rice for dessert.

The food was amazing! Pad Thai, Mild Yellow Curry, Crispy Pork Rolls and crab Rangoon. All was excellent and the lady who waited on us was super.

Food used to be great here years ago, but recently they must have hired a new chef. Pad thai that we used to love is now very very bland with no taste. Fried rice is also lack of taste.

Their noodle soup continues to be good, but i am not always there for noodle soup, so if i want pad thai, I am more inclined to go to other thai place than here.

Servers could be a little more energetic and bubbly.
Also, their A/C isn't runnign very cold, so when i go there, i am usually fanning myself with menu. Not so pleasant.

We have always loved the staff and the food at Infuzions. The curry is amazing and now the restaurant is even better with the addition if their sushi bar! The flavors are balanced, the rolls are well thought out and tight. Great treat and addition to one of our favorites. You won't be disappointed!

I love Thai food and so far this is the best Thai food I have tried. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, everything is so delicious!!

I really enjoy the food here. Quality, great flavors, and fast service. I like the curry dishes and the coconut lemongrass chicken!

The food is very good and service is quick. Our appetizers were out in probably 5 minutes and the entrees were out maybe 10 minutes after. The atmosphere is a little dim, but other than that the service is great and so is the food.

Excellent Thai food, good size portions, great daily specials. The only downside is the parking and split hours between lunch and dinner.

My favorite Thai place in the area. Such nice staff. The food is delicious. Their pho broth is so rich and flavorful. Their crispy quail was really good. They have a good mix of various Asian dishes available.

This place is a treasure !!! The Chirasi Bowl was AMAZING! The tuna was the freshest I’ve ever had! The bowl was vibrant and the sushi rice and roe was to die for ! My boyfriend and brother ordered the Combination fried rice and there was barley room left on the plate for them to put rice! Mountain high and packed with flavor! Don’t miss out on this little gem if you’re ever passing through Sarasota!

The food is great but the service is awful. We were sat and waited about 15-20minutes before the waitress/hostess took our DRINK order.

Had a great meal tonight! You have to try curry puffs....yum! I got Garlic thai stir fry. The Vegetables were cooked just right, great sauce with jasmine rice on the side.
We also got sushi, delicious, good quality. I think the Tornado 🌪 roll was my favorite. Comes out very beautiful!!

InfuZions will always stand out to me because of their taro curry puffs, something I had never sampled or even seen anywhere else before. They were so delicious and have a beautiful scalloped edge! Everything else we had was so so good too, like the veggie spring rolls, lemongrass tofu, and vegetarian pho. Service was on point, portion sizes are enough for an additional meal, and I love the variety of vegetables that were included in the pho. I always notice when the ingredients are prepped well, like when the ends of snow peas are trimmed off. Love this place!

Edit: I had the fried rice as takeout, and I hope they were having an "off" day - they just did not season the rice anywhere near enough. My husband and I knew just by looking at its pale color that it was lacking in flavor. I do not like how the vegetables in it were left in rather large pieces. I think fried rice typically has quite small, bite sized pieces. I seriously needed to doctor it up with adding my own chopped veggies, more egg, and a lot more sauce. I will deduct a star if I encounter another negative thing in the future.

So I came to this place and get hopes that I can get my food quickly and get out so it's not the case. I came in for an online order. Showed up 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be done and up. Staying another 30 minutes to wait for my order to be done when I got home which I wasn't far from home. My food was very much cold like it had been sitting. It was chewy and hard and some areas of the food. I understand they gave me my money back for the boba but that doesn't make it right for chewy cold food that I know for a fact has been sitting for a while like they forgot the food. I'll definitely won't be showing back up or ordering from them. Would have been nice to get my food hot and edible

Come here just for the taro curry puffs and you'll be happy. They also have good tofu which is a rarity around here.

We had dinner here yesterday with friends & it was great, as usual. The waitress was very friendly & helpful. We love Thai food as we are vegetarians & can always find good food to eat.

Everything here is delicious, my family has been coming here for years. It has the best papaya salad and lemongrass chicken and the customer service is always warm and friendly

Simply not the same quality and attention to service.
Not sure what’s happen. Been going for over 6 years and not once has it ever disappoint, until tonight. The combo pho had a sour taste and did not have the same amount of meat as before . The combo fried rice tasted old and had been reheated. Use to be our families favorite go-to restaurant for a good meal. I hope tonight was just a bad night.

Excellent food. I have been to this restaurant several times. Serving size is great and food is flavorful. Ordered yellow curry, pad see ew and pad thai. Great place to dine in. Food is pricey compared to other places but is good!!!

I've been there 4 times. I LOVE the Vietnamese Pho Combo.
But the last time I was there
(at 4:00 on Sunday) 9/18/22... the chicken in the soup was raw...not even cooked it was pink...and I know it was chicken. ..I let the waitress know but she just shrugged it off...so I ate everything but the raw meat in the soup...lol...3 good visits out of 4...not bad...

I went today for a lunch and I want to have a soup, but the waitress was clueless. The soup was really bad.....noodles and some broth. She didn't bring any utensils, napkins and the service was just awful. I will never go back there.

Good food. I took away one star because I LOVE boba tea and the boba here was so hard I could not even chew it. It was like a marble. I think it might have been bad or stale? That was a let down but the food was good.

Lard na was not great. Seemed really chaotic in there. Vegetables were good but mushrooms were not. Egg rolls were good.

The server lady was very nice! The food was authentic as far as I know. One of crab cakes was empty.

I enjoyed the pra rama with tofu. Lots of carrots, broccoli and sweet peppers in a peanut sauce. Excellent!
