Not many Thai places have the spice level I would love to have but this one was good on that note .. drunken noodles was spicy (we ordered Thai hot) but felt the noodles were so dry .. pannang curry with chicken was pretty good and the brown sugar boba tea was good.. boba was so soft ..! I would recommend this place ..! Ambience was cozy and pleasant..!
Food was pretty good (penang curry, basil fried rice) but service while polite was lacking due to them being understaffed on a busy Sat night. Had to cancel our appetizer as we were done with our meal. It still arrived many minutes later while we were waiting for our check - sent it back - and it showed up on the check too.
If you want a nice restaurant to go to then this is it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. Everything was so well balanced and cooked to perfection. Of course this is a expensive dining experience. We had Tom yum soup, veggie spring rolls and Pad Ka Prao (thai hot) and also extra side of Egg fried rice which was very yummy and idle for kids to eat. The dinner quantity is a good portion. Me and my husband shared the entree of Pad Ka Prao with extra side.
Cute place with great Thai food. Great for a date or a night out. Wide range of spicyness levels to accommodate anyone. Highly recommend the boat noodles, Tom Kha and Tom Yum soups, the Papaya salad, pad thai, and just about everything else we've tried on our many subsequent visits.
If you're looking for an excellent spot to enjoy authentic Thai cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. From the food to the ambiance and service, everything was perfect. As vegetarians, we often struggle to find good Thai options, but the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They crafted meals that were both delicious and packed with flavor.
We ordered Pad Thai, Red Curry, and Spicy Eggplant, and every dish was absolutely mouthwatering and satisfying. The staff didn’t rush us, allowing us to savor each bite. To top it off, we had Thai Tea and Boba Thai Tea, both of which were equally flavorful. We loved the experience and can’t wait to return!
The food was outstanding but I am using Thai2 as my benchmark for Pork Panang Curry and while it was a 5 star in itself it was still a tiny step behind them....but overall the food was 5 star. The Tom Kha soup was not too hot or spicy and was probably more of a 4 star....would want a bit more flavor to get it to the 5 star. The overall experience was good though.....service was perfect.
Me and my wife love Thai Food and we had a random craving for Thai so we decided to stop by M Thai Street Food and I have to tell you… it was amazing! The atmosphere it is super nice, the staff amazingly friendly! We sat down outside we had our puppy Mr. Fox (aka FOXY) with us (He is always with us 😃) recommended 100% if you are a Thai food fan!
A good place to hang out with friends and family.
It has a nice ambience.
For drinks we had Singha, Thai Ice tea, and a Mango Boba tea with Strawberry Poppers.
For Starters we had Goong tod and Tom kha soup.
For the Main course we had Pad Mama, Pad Kee Mao Drunken Noodles, Basil Fried Rice and BBQ chicken.
Out of all the drinks mentioned, the Mango Boba tea with Strawberry Poppers was the best. It went well with everything that was ordered.
Singha and Thai Ice Tea were a good deal.
Tom Kha soup had the freshen of coconut and veggies. It felt refreshing and fulfilling. It was on spot.
Goong Tod was crunchy and juicy. It was fab with the sauce.
The pictures in the menu showed the BBQ chicken served us just a small size but with a half chicken served. Taste was okay, not bad but too much of quantity.
Drunken noodles were juicy and chewable and good to taste.
Pad Mama was delicious.
Basil fried rice was yummy but again a huge quantity for one person to complete it.
The dinner quantity served for one is actually meant for two. They served Dinner in larger quantities, which will be difficult for one person to finish. They don't serve in huge quantities if it's a lunch order
All in all a good experience to have with Friends and family.
Excellent food and service!

Best Thai food in Alpharetta Georgia. Service is very good , ask for Alberto he is very nice and attentive . Crying tiger is always good and panang curry delicious!

Great...Great...Great...The Kaprao Talay was delicious.....
We love eating here. The food is always excellent fresh and tasty. The staff remembers our order and treats us like family. We’ve never had a bad experience here over the many years we’ve eaten here. The sweet staff is always attentive.
The bathroom door locked!
consistently good food and service

Go to place for the best spring rolls and pad Thai around here! Almost a weekly event in our home!
This is a over hyped restaurant with mediocre food. Another example of generosity of the people of Georgia - who gives high reviews no matter what! That's why this kind of restaurants thrive in Doordash and similar platforms. I ordered in Doordash and the food was tasteless and flavorless. In fact one of my kids complained about bad stomach after eating the food. Not 100% sure if food is the main reason but I would not be surprised. Anyway, this was my first and last time.
Yummy! Found this place on Seated. I had the medium spice Panang Curry Chicken. It was flavorful and spicey (Thai spicey...so had some heat). I had a stressful day but to the point of other reviewers, it's a calm and peaceful vibe. Service was great. I don't live or work nearby but I'm glad I found this place and can share my experience. 😊
Best Thai food ! Highly recommend !

We love M Thai! Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. Best Thai food that we have in the area!
Great choices 👌🏽
This used to be a great restaurant. My order was Pad Z U. The noodles were over cooked, dry and unseasoned. We won't be back.
The food is delicious. Anytime we go someplace else we always wish we could come here instead for a good Thai food. The service is unmatched, friendly and thoughtful. We love the relaxing atmosphere, the music, the mural and even the travel show playing on the TV. We come weekly!
i’m obsessed. I just ordered from this place for the first time. This is the third thai place i try in alpharetta and i just had to leave a review because my mind was blown. i’ve eaten at rick shaw and thai square but M Thai takes the crown. 10/10 food i got the pad thai and spring rolls both are GREAT. Also the service is super kind, fast and sweet. They will literally provide you with what you need and it’s qualityyyy.
I really enjoyed my meal here. Nice environment and great food.
Great ambience and good food. Slightly on the expensive side but excellent customer service.
This was our second choice and the better choice. I would definitely go back. The service was great and we all enjoyed our food.
It is a bit pricey but the food is very good, so it's worth it. I would recommend this restaurant for good Thai food over others. Although, $12 for mango sticky rice was not worth it.
I love this restaurant! My family and I have been coming here for years and it’s the best Thai food we’ve found in Alpharetta. Our normal order is the Panang curry with fried tofu, Basil fried rice with vegetables, Tom kha soup, green papaya salad (Som Tum) and chicken satay (If you’re planning on eating the fried rice with curry sometimes adding tofu to both can result in too much tofu). As someone who judges Thai restaurants based on their Tom Kha soup, I can confidently say that I’ve never tried a restaurant with a better version. The service is always amazing and everyone is super friendly and very quick. I ordered online once and removed eggs from every dish except one. They specifically called to confirm that I was okay with egg in the exception just to make sure they got my order correct! The atmosphere is very nice and I always like seeing their new plants propagations. This restaurant is definitely one to try if you want good Thai food that is not too sweet!
There is a section below that asks for recommendations, but does not have everything I listed above. To reiterate, I would recommend panang curry with fried tofu, basil fried rice with vegetables, Tom kha soup, green papaya salad (Som Tum), and chicken satay. Most other dishes are also very good. I did not like their Pad Thai, but I am also not a fan of large flat noodles, so that may have been due to personal preference. Apologies about the grammar as I wrote this on my phone.
Excellent options and great flavors.
This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food was so delicious and I really enjoyed the Massaman curry. The spring rolls were great and my whole family loved the mango, strawberry, coconut dessert! I did not get the teas but my family really enjoyed. The entire staff was incredibly nice and I hope to be back soon!
My family and I love everything about M Street. We dine in whenever we can and get delivery at least once a week!
One of our favourite and frequently visited restaurant. Food is great and the service is extremely good. Yuu has been so polite with smiling attends to her customers.. the staff at MThai is wonderful.
Sorry to say.. but the food is not worth the price.. Coming from Chicago we spent half the price for best of Thai food
Attentive and good!
Found food to be average. Overly pricey too.
Excellent Thai food in a nice dining room.
It’s is highly expensive restaurant. As compared to last 2022 they charged moderate but now they charged a 1 dish 19.50 $.
Great service, magnificent, food, perfect place for a lunch. Our server was attentive and delivered our food on time. Definitely looking forward to attending this place again. Personally, I know I just found my new comfort food.
We walked in to restaurant at 8:30pm on Sunday. We were admitted and given the table. We were constantly nudged by the waitress and owner to place our entire order in one go as they wanted to close kitchen. We complied with their demand. Bill was submitted to us even if food was just delivered and we were still in the middle of our dinner. They literally forced us to pay the bill while we were still eating our food. They were really keen to push us out as early as possible. The food is overpriced, service was pathetic and we didn’t felt welcome. They were keen to have our business but not committed to serve us professionally. Please avoid. There are good Thai food options with welcoming team and professional set up in the area.
Really good chicken pad Thai
The meal was great
They charge 20% mandatory gratuity for 5+ guests, even if there are 4 adults & a toddler !
The manager is rude and disrespectful! Food is ok.
Everything was excellent, but it's overpriced.
Excellent place for Thai food
Quality food from this Mother daughter team. A treat for the family!
One of the best Thai restaurant

We recently catered from M Thai for my Moms 80th birthday and we were so glad we chose this restaurant. The food was amazing as always, they provided us with all the serving pieces, and gave us some complimentary Thai Tea! Molly was extremely helpful and patient with me. We have eaten there quite often and I would recommend them to anyone who haven’t tried them!
Used to be very good before, but I somehow felt it was not that great. Little pricey for the quantity though.
Very good food, excellent customer service. Clean and tidy restaurant, highly recommend the Thai tea ice cream with mango!
A good place to hang out with friends and family.

This place has become a new family favorite. We really enjoy trying different items on their extensive menu. The food and service is excellent. I often order Shrimp Pad Thai and they give you such a large portion I always have enough for a second meal. We are obsessed with the appetizer Nam Tok. It is just delicious!
Excellent food. Family-owned Thai business who know how to cook well and offer friendly hospitality. Nam Tok is incredible. My mother is obsessed. There is a variety of very good appetizers and quality meals for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend.
Favorite Thai food in North Atlanta. Have only ever had fantastic service. Great ambience.
So delicious and great service! Our new favorite! We will be returning!
Very good, very pricey
After living in Thailand for over 10 years, I can happily say that M Thai Street food is the most authentic and delicious Thai place that I have tried in the USA.
There are a variety of delicious dishes including their pad se ew and pad Thai. A must try is the spicy steak salad and make sure to pair it with the Thai beers, Chang or Singha.
They have achieved an amazing atmosphere at M Thai. The walls are covered in beautiful murals that remind me of my second home.
The bathroom is well kept, clean and spacious.
Update:
After a few more visits to M Thai, I can say that everything is consistently delicious. M Thai has become my go to place in Alpharetta.
Food is mid
We were there late for appetizers and dessert. I’d never seen many of these dishes in other Thai restaurants. The nam tok was incredible. Coconut cake was nice and light. Very friendly and attentive service. Will definitely be back!
,
Food sucks , no lunch menu so we ordered regular menu but overpriced and no taste . Don't waste money and time since there other thai food options around .
If anyone is looking for an amazing Thai restaurant in Alpharetta! M Thai street food is the absolute BEST! Not only is the food amazing but the way they treat you as a customer is out of this world! You can make any changes without any pushback at all, they would literally do anything you want and treat you like royalty. Alberto was and is amazing every time we go there!! I would recommend them to ANYONE!
M Street Thai was a lovely place to have a good dinner on a cold fall Atlanta night. Setting is cozy and in an excellent location. Friendly staff, excellent food with a substantial portion.
I love family ran and local restaurants. M thai is ran by a mom and kids with a menu to die for!!
Love the curry dishes
Special dish with egg plant…so good
Coconut soup….yum!
Oh my Goodness. Mom (owner) just added a new item to the menu. Wrapped in a banana leaf with rice and beans. Tasted like Hawaiian mochi.
Get the award winning dumplings!
I order thai hot. The thai noodle dishes are fantastic!
Check them out. You will love it! Always always a great meal here. I sound like a commercial….bit this is the real deal!
Good food and nice ambitious!
Everything we had was delicious. Larb, pad Thai, som tum, chicken satay, and Tom kha soup were spot on. And, the chef can definitely dial up the spice levels of requested. We will definitely be back.
Very expensive pricing. It should be more like $$$ on google.
Excellent
Good food but expensive
M Thai Street wins awards for obvious reasons - their food is amazing! I most recently enjoyed the Massaman Curry, but every dish I've ordered has been fantastic. Moreover, the owners and staff are good people. I'm not even hungry, but writing this review is making me crave a meal from M Thai Street.
Great food and great customer services
I love the spicy brinjal and the fried rice. Served super hot and quick. No long waiting after order. Service was really good. They gave enough time to look at the menu before ordering although they came to check every 5 min to know if we were ready to order. The food was delicious. We loved it. Not much expensive($17-$19 for each item). I tried Boba tea, it comes in different flavors and you can choose one tea flavor and one poppers(bubbles kinda thing in tea). It was pretty good too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to try Thai.
My absolute favorite Thai restaurant. The service is always attentive, the food phenomenal, the price reasonable. This place is far, far much better than the expensive, tasteless Nahm Thai down the street.
Tastes good
I ordered 3 different dishes and was very underwhelmed by all three. This is hands down the worst Thai food I’ve tried. The basil fried rice was soggy and tasteless and the rice noodles in my other dish were not fully cooked. To top it off, the food is very expensive. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this place again. I’ve had much better Thai food that was so much cheaper in New York.
Good food, great service!
Had a great work lunch at M Thai this week - everyone loved their dishes and enjoyed the atmosphere. I got Drunken Noodles with a Thai Coffee Boba Tea and they were both delicious. The place is very clean, decorated really nicely, and would be a great spot for a work lunch or a evening date.
Ordered "to go" once, 5 different things. They forgot to put one, I didn't check, I called when I got home - they promised to refund money, but never did.
Good food, poor service, I will never order from them again. They probably do not care about their customers.
Upscale atmosphere with delicious food at affordable prices! The selection is impressive. Love their Tom Kha soup and Masaman curry! Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu!
Great service, amazing food! Can’t wait to go back
I ordered some chicken with vegetables last Friday and had to return it to the kitchen, because both chicken and vegetables were as raw as could be. Plus the dish was water and I have not ideas what they served me. That was my first experience and it will be the last. On a good note they offered to order something else, but my appetite was already suppressed. They didn't charge me for the food. Hope they find a chef who can cook.
Food was very tasty and freshly prepared, wasn't waiting too long, the portions were just right. However the meat was used very sparingly in the chicken curry I ordered. Pricing on the high side and 20% tips are taken automatically
Drunken noodle at Thai heat was fantastic, highly recommend!
Cute little spot! Every dish we had was amazing. Fish balls were fluffy and fresh. Boat Noodles broth was super flavorful. The Massaman stole the show.. super rich and decadent. Paun was a super sweet server. She is from Thailand and knew what she was talking about. Check this place out.
I've been comin here every Friday for several months now. I love the Matoom and Hibiscus teas - they keep me comin back. Today, Chef Lisa left a pleasant surprise for me and it just made my entire week to see that! Top Tier and Top Quality food, workers, and chefs!
Excellent authentic Thai food. Staff were professional & Friendly. If you love Thai, Go!!!
Order the hot stirred fry and it came out bland with no hot hot sauce at all. Instead of re-doing the dish correctly, they just gave me some hot sauce on the side.
This place was good pre Covid-19, not so much now.
The drunken noodles were amazing will definitely come back!!!
$17 for a subpar chicken fried rice isn’t my style. Service wasn’t great either. We were refilling our own water while our server was on his phone.
I was extremely surprised with the flavor each type of food my family ordered. Our waiter was great and very nice. The only reason why I gave them a 4 stars was it was a bit hot inside and they changed the hours to open at 4PM Tuesday-Saturday. Also, they automatically add a 20% tip into the bill which I found a bit disturbing but food wise. I can’t complain at all.
First time customer. Seamless online ordering and take out process. I appreciate how they have set up take out orders where I do not need to go inside. Now for the food. My family order 4 items. Jeeb, Chicken Pad mama, Chicken Panang curry and Chicken fried rice. The noodle and curry dishes were selected to b thai hot. We loved all the food, the spice and flavors were on point. The fried rice and noodles were not super greasy which I find often at other Thai places. I will return because I felt that I received good quality, tasty/delicious food and the service was impeccable.
I love the Red Curry !!!!fast delivery!!!
Food had no taste and the quantity was very low for $15/dish. Rice was in the curry bowl and had very little curry altogether.
Excellent food and service!
Always good
Had a take out yesterday. Food taste and quality was not good. Even the rice were not cooked right and taste dirty like it was never washed and directly used. Don’t waste your money here. I had three items and all were tasteless. First time I felt Thai food like this.
M Thai Street is as good as Thai food gets here in the Alpharetta area. The food is amazing and the service I have received with delivery has been the best ever. You can stop looking for the best Thai food in town. The even have Thai Tea....the read deal is M Thai Street.
Thank you M Thai Street for another wonderful dinner with enough left over for our Christmas meal too :)
Good food and quick service.
Worst Thai food I ever had!!!
Pad thai was tasteless, curry was not even taste like Thai curry at all!!
The pad ka prao was so salty!!!!
I love Thai foods and I never had this bad Thai food before!!!
Having been to Chiang Mai, Thailand fast year, I feel like I have a pretty good reference for what *real* Thai food is (as it's very good, and not what is sold in American restaurants much of the time). I've been enjoying M Street Thai quite a bit and order here a lot.
I've discovered that many Chinese / "Thai" (what??lol) restaurants serve bland, inauthentic food that's disappointing. Not the case here! Lots of flavor, and M Street is run by very friendly Thai people. Very nice atmosphere and decorations, too. Service is very good as well.
Unfortunately no sweet chili paste chicken dish sold here but they have a pretty good selection regardless.
Don't expect the lower-tier pricing like from the bland restaurants I mentioned. You're paying for higher quality food. Enjoy, I recommend it!
Note: Currently they're doing call to pick up orders and it's pretty fast. Worth the drive ! :)
One of my favorite thai restaurants. Talk about yummy! You can't go wrong with any of the dishes on the menu and don't skip dessert. Meal are freshly prepared. If you're on lunch break don't worry they are pretty fast.
Currently, they are only doing take out so call place your order. You will not be disappointed.
Go to thai place in the area. A little bit on the pricier side but highly recommend it. Pad mama has been my favorite dish!
Just picked up to-go since they haven’t fully opened. Haven’t had a great experience The last 3 times I’ve eaten here., 2$ for 3 tablespoons of sticky rice was the highlight this time. Ordered Thai hot and was not hot at all.
Not at all happy with the customer service. Upon arriving at 4:07 I called from outside and was told order wasn't ready but wait to be called on the phone. This was a new system due to COVID precautions which I can respect. Less than a minute later a bag was placed on the front table. We sat patiently until 4:16 when the service person came out to deliver another order when she realized the order that had been sitting since 4:08 on an outdoor table was our order. They failed to call us which was their protocol. The food was warm but not hot as it cooled on the damn table for 8 minutes. The food also wasn't that great. NEVER again will we visit this place.
One of absolute favorite finds after reading all the great reviews! Family owned, love that they remember our names and even wine order. The short ribs are to die for and the sticky mango rice as dessert! Go support family owned businesses, you will not be disappointed! Tons of gluten free options too
One of the best Thai places in the area. Right from decor to service to menu everything feels upmarket yet chic. Their menu is organized very well and they have quite a huge number of options. We had ordered the fried calamari and Tom kha soup as starters. The soup was so delicious. Calamari was fresh but the batter could have a little more flavor. For mains we had the shrimp fried rice and the green curry. Both were really tasty. The vegetables used seemed really fresh and was cooked just perfectly - they were not mushy and had a slight crunch to them which is how it should be. We didn't have any drinks. The service was very good too. On the price side, it's on the higher side relative to most other Thai places, but I found it worth the price. But definitely not a twice every week place for me. Overall very impressed and will surely be back.
The ambience top class . Service great but food is not Upto Mark . We did like the pad Thai but the dragon noodles was so bland and the portions was so small . Don’t think we will visit again .
Love this local little treasure!
Must Order Green Curry
One of my favorite places for thai food
Bland Thai Food
Great service. Clean restaurant. Menu options great. I picked dishes that were bland. I am used to Thai food offering levels of spiciness. Lots of flavor. This was one level... bland. Food was served up hot and fresh... but flavor profile was lacking. Basil tasted more like unseasoned bell peppers.
One assumption - food had none of the bad sauces with MSG. I did not bloat up or get sleepy. So likely cleaner. Not horrible but not the best tasting Thai food ever - like the Thai food I've had in San Diego!
Thai tea was awesome tho!
Overrated place. Definitely poor flavor and meat that has a stale taste.
Wow, flavorful pad Thai noodles! Very nice.
Awesome atmosphere, service, food! Owner is actually very involved and is the chef. Best Thai I've had down here.
Good food and decent service. Enough variety to go back a few times to try our different things.
We ordered veggitable fried rice and while eating we found chicken piece in that. Restaurant serving people didn't bother and didn't even sorry.simply cancelled our dish from bill.even they didn't asked abt replacement dish or remake .again we ordered same dish ..and they c
So, this place is a place known for Asian cuisine. Especially it's famous for Thai cuisine. The food was very good and it was delicious.
The prices are also not that much expensive unlike some places. so it's a good place for a casual dinner or lunch.
I've tried other Thai cuisines nearby and found this one to be relatively better in the neighborhood.
Verdict : So here we go, Thai food I would recommend this to anyone anyday.
Awesome food and the staff here is just unbelievable
