This place is so good. Please do yourself a favor and order the sushi pizza (sounds weird but it’s amazing!) I order from here at least once a week, and everything I’ve had has been very fresh and delicious. The shop is also super cute so it’s really nice to eat in if you have the chance to go there.

The food was so fresh and delicious, love their spicy Korean rice cake highly recommend it if you like authentic Asian cuisine, of course they have great service as well. Will come back again soon

I ordered delivery for lunch & they had pretty high ratings so I was excited but the food I got was super Blan… and the rice was under cooked. I did not enjoy it at all. First & last time.

It didn't smell or taste bad it just was clearly not fresh in fact I've had fresher seaweed salad on buffets and fresh salmon sashimi shouldn't fall apart to the point where you struggle to pick it up and move it from the plate to your mouth. The yellowtail had so obviously be previously frozen and barely thawed and was... well wet. There was literally water dripping from it. My boyfriend had pieces of plastic wrap (most likely broken off during the rolling process) on top of his eel roll so they clearly focus more on speed and being able to keep prices lower than on quality. I will not be ordering from or dining here again. There are MUCH better, fresher and higher quality places around although if you want cheap edible meh sushi then this is your place just check for plastic wrap before eating.

The rice was rubbery,I couldn’t eat it this was fried rice,general tso chicken was nasty the broccoli was ok I ate a piece a chicken and the broccoli the rest went in the garbage waste of money

I have been an avid lover and promoter for this restaurant, but tonight was a total disappointment. The shrimp aren't the same, the dish was sloppily thrown together and just thrown in soggy sauce.
The flavors are not even similar to the product I have gotten in the past.
Be wary, not what it used to be.

This was my first time ordering from here. I was looking forward to trying their sushi and it wasn’t fresh. The rice and seaweed wasn’t good either.

Garlic shrimp!!

Today I had one of the best Thai/Chinese foods I’ve had in a while. I ordered something new, the Szechuan sauce with fried tofu (add basil - my idea), medium spicy, with white rice (Jasmin), yummy!!! I usually order the Thai basil which is also good, but it doesn’t come with broccoli. Their food is very flavorful and just perfectly cooked (not overcooked and soggy). My husband ordered the red curry with chicken and he loved his food too. We’ve been ordering from here since the quarantine and this will become our to go place for ordering out Thai (Asian Fusion) food. Their prices are VERY reasonable, and their portions are good.

While eating I saw this white thing that had some pink circular design on it. I was suspicious and googled what it is. It turned out to be a fish cake.

I do not eat meat and having found this in my food was a horrible experience.

In West Palm Beach, Florida, I just had dinner at Fresh Element, and it was a delightful excursion into the realm of noodle soups. Our total satisfaction was enhanced by the helpful and polite service provided by Emily, our server.

The noodle soups were without a doubt the best part of our trip. When I ordered the Pho, it arrived in a steaming bowl with juicy beef chunks, flavorful rice noodles, and an enticing aroma. Each spoonful had layers of flavour from the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime combo. My dinner buddy chose the Ramen, which was similarly outstanding. A filling and cosy lunch was created by the rich and savoury soup, which was served with wonderfully cooked noodles and a choice of toppings.

We were impressed that they had Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food, and all of the food was great! Not often that you find a place that can do more than one nationality’s food well.

Great place. Best Asian food in West Palm Beach. Most people get their food to go; they have two tables inside and we always eat there. There are also tables outside,!if it is not too hot. Very reasonably priced as well

Very sad that I will no longer be ordering from here, the food is delicious but the customer service is horrendous and the up charge isn’t fair. Rachel the manager ( as a manager you should be professional )wouldn’t let me talk because she was talking over me. I have ordered here over 6 times in a month so a good customer? The last time I asked for sauce on my roll the girl said it would be on side didn’t tell me of the 1.50 up charge for a TINY spicy Mayo. So I call today after I placed my order on Uber eats and said can they just put it on my roll? A dusting of sauce apparently a big problem never in my life has a place not put it on the roll if I’m asking for extra ok understandable because of 1.50 & Rachel’s inability to handle things correctly!

Ordered delivery via DoorDash. We got Pad Thai, Sesame Chicken, and Kung Po chicken. Everything was great. Spice was just perfect (#2), vegitables were fresh, and portions were large. Good amount of chicken in the Pad Thai which was nice and the sauce had a ton of flavor! Will be ordering from them again!

I'm not feeling well and was craving soup. Decided to try the Ramen; I usually always get the rice bowls. I tried the Beef miso Ramen and it was delicious, colorful and flavorful.

My husband ordered in from here last night and we agreed it's the best Chinese food we've had yet! I see they also have Japanese food and Thai food. We were very pleased!

I’ve been looking to find a good Asian place a whole week, and this certainly fit the bill. I had Mushu chicken, very very good. Little trouble to find a place it’s kind of sandwiched between two other businesses. Definitely would go there again.

I’ve tried to do the sushi here on 2 separate occasions and it’s always sub par. On the bright side They make it quickly and I’ve never gotten bad customer service but the sushi rice is always mushy and the flavors aren’t incorporated well.

The tonkotsu ramen is the richest there is. It is the best place to eat typical Japanese food. I recommend it 100%. And the service through uber eat is excellent.

Super deli

Ordered them through DoorDash and it was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. The Udon bowl was so bland and didn’t come with any hoisin or Siracha to make it bearable. The wonton soup was so bland and the filling of the wontons was weirdly hard. The orange beef was greasy, over fried and inedible. The fried rice wasn’t good either. Tasteless. The only thing we could eat was the edamame. A complete waste of $70.

PF Changs used to be my favorite. But this place is absolutely 100% recommended. Everything I've tried it's just so great. They follow instructions for pick up or delivery. They always have a great service.

I've ordered from here nearly once a week as it's close to my job. I've also ordered the same exact thing every single time, the pad thai. I always order it 1 STAR MILD as that is the most mild option. Previously I have received the dish and it's perfect, not spicy at all and delicious. Recently, I order three pad that's every Wednesday, at least two if the three would be so spicy they were no longer edible. Every week this happened until today when all three were so spicy I could not eat them at all. I called the store and was told the 1 star mild was spicy but I've gotten it so many times before I knew this wasn't the case. I was then denied a replacement or a refund and the excuse was because I'd ordered through Doordash. I'm disappointed they wouldn't replace the items I literally have to throw away now or to refund me what portion of the money went to the restaurant and not to doordash. I no longer trust them and unfortunately will no longer order from this location.

Oh my goodness why??? The spring roll was soggy & I found red hair in it. Ewwww I was completely grossed out & was done after that. Sushi was ok, for the price I was expecting better honestly. Welp gotta try everything once I guess. Very disappointed!!!!

The Good -The lady at the order counter was very nice, friendly, exuberant and ready to delight. The food was good and fresh, however, a little bland for us. The Bad - Eventhough we dined in, we were given plastic-ware and all food was served in takeout containers. We ordered a $50.00 Sushi Platter and had to tear open takeout packets of soy sauce. The Ugly - As we were eating we noticed a roach crawling a wall near our table. A few minutes later we noticed a roach crawling on the wall above our table. Not sure if it was the same roach or another, doesn't really matter, one is too many! We won't go back.

How is this 4.5⭐️?!! I got a “rice bowl” entree. The rice is disgusting, how you even do that I don’t know. The stir fry it came with also disgusting. I LOVE thai food and even bad thai isn’t that bad but this was actually inedible disgusting I threw it out after two bites. Gross. Never again

I remember when this first open it was not plastic ware I felt like an actual Ramen place, now it is like when you go to the mall and they give a small amount of food and charge a bunch, Polite staff but I don't see the 4.5 a 3 maybe they need to go back actual ramen and not ramen noodle you get at mall or Walmart go back to how you were.

Delicious food fair pricing. We were very happy with our dinner we picked up to go recently. It’s always questionable at a restaurant how the food will turn out when you get home versus when eating there. We were impressed food was hot after the 25 minute drive home. All items were in the bag, the sushi and food items we ordered were very flavorful and fresh. I was very happy to see you carry gluten free soy sauce!! An added bonus for someone who can’t consume it. Thank you! We will be back!

Mu shu was fab...

Just AMAZING. I order there since the last 2 years when i discover this place. The owner Joe and Rachel are hard worker and take care of the customers really well. I try everything on the menu from the sushi to the pad thai and i am always happy with it. On top of good food, having a smile everytime you enter the shop is a plus.

This little place definitely has the right name.The food taste fresh and very delicious. The staff is Oh so friendly and cater to their customer the best they can. The prices are by far the best in West Palm Beach for the Thai/Sushi restaurant. Once we found this place we never went anywhere else. My family loves this lil spot and we miss it bec. The Spring and Summer Rolls were huge amounts of carrots and very few other components. They should have been clear that they were carrot rolls. Most rolls contain a good balance of green vegetables, a few carrots and either avocado or shrimp.

I am in love with this restaurant. I have ordered take out from Fresh Element more times than I can count. The food is fantastic and the customer service is refreshing. I also LOVE their Milk Tea flavors. The Honeydew is to die for. The Boba's are great tasting too. 100 % recommend if you love healthy asian fusion :)

Usually good but ordered the Udo Noodle soup and shrimp tasted like dirty ocean water. Idk if they cleaned the shrimp before hand but my soup tasted like dashi and saltwater.

I got the teriyaki Noodle bowl with tofu and it was good. Could of used a little more sauce. But I enjoyed it.

Was craving Ramen so I looked up noodles near me on Google and found fresh element. This was the best Ramen I have ever had in my life! Everything was fresh, hot and tasty and for 10 bucks you cannot beat how big the portions are! Seriously, eat here! Yummy!!

I love the extensive menu: I’m vegetarian so I asked them to substitute the broth for the udon with miso and they were happy too! There’s not much seating due to COVID-19, but there’s a couple seating options outside. The teriyaki sauce is a bit watery and sweet, and the curries have fish sauce so it’s too bad I couldn’t try them. But I definitely cannot wait to go again!:)

Not a bad place. Atmosphere is pretty good, service is good too. Not a cheap lunch, but not crazy, $48 for 3 people with one beverage. Food is OK. Not bad, not great. Pad Thai was edible, the Poke' bowl was adequate, the teriyaki chicken was probably the best of everything we had. Adventuresome diners will probably try it once and move on, never to return.

Love this place! So fresh and it's REAL sushi, not that fake stuff most places try to pass off as real. I like oily fish (salmon, white tuna - escolar) and seriously delicious! I always order the Japanese Bento Box and it's perfect for lunch! And the fact that I can walk there from my work doesn't hurt either lol.
