We love this location. The food is very good and consistent. Mia has been our server the last few times and she is wonderful. She pays attention to detail and checks on us often. She works well with the kitchen to get the food out quickly. Dalton has been our server often as well. He is so personable and remembers our usual orders. He also gives us very prompt service.

This is our 5th plus visit. Most of the times we have amazing experience and food. We order the same items on every visit.
But the last 2 times we got the same server and both times it was a horrible experience and waste of our 100's or dollars. We ordered almost 5 soups, we told him soup is cold and there is hardly any liquid in it, vegetables are overflowing from the bowl, presentation was disgusting. Didn't even feel like eating them.
He mixed all our soups, my partner ordered less spicy Tom Yum Soup and got super spicy and my mom ordered mild and got spicy, when asked: he smirked. He didn't know was going on.
No sign of an apology. Sushi came out wrong. OMGGGGGG...
Service was too bad. People came after us left before us.
If it happens once, we could understand but second time the same poor food and poor service by the same server is not a coincidence. Unbelievable.

I ordered to-go and when I arrived home, I noticed my order was wrong. No big deal. It was my wife’s bday and we love this location. I called and brought the sushi back to the restaurant. I didn’t want to keep it, as it wasn’t what I ordered. When I arrived back to the restaurant I received the proper order. I then asked for sauce to go with the sushi. The young lady (who was polite) at the front desk went and asked someone named Diana for the specified sauces that I asked for. I literally watched her frustration. Diana then came to me and said “all of my kimchi sauce is out because I’m closing.” I said nothing and just looked at her with an expression of confusion. She then said “if you want, you’re gonna have to pay.” I told her that was fine. She literally charged me for every sauce. I spent $62 initially. Plus she charged me an extra $6.41 just for sauce. Granted I think anyone should pay for “extra sauce”. However, the demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then to make matters worse I have NEVER paid for EVERY sauce as sushi is expected to at least come with one sauce. The entire experience was unnecessary and distasteful.

Lemon grass fried rice came out under cooked. Beef was grey, calamari hard like rubber. They told me they rushed the order but gave me some old monogolian beef. Sent the rice back instead of ending up in the hospital. Even the plain white tasted burned. Rafael I guess who was the manager apologized and said even though I didn't ask he would take the rice off the bill...like I was going to pay for something I didn't even eat or touch. Then he reached over my food which is a big no no. Guy doesn't have a clue!

Was not going to wait any longer and my stomach was turned on the under cooked entree so trying a second time was not an option. The Mongolian entree should have been given to me when it was hot and it was not. I understand you wanting to defend you place of business and that's ok but coming on here to refute my claims is absurd. I spent my hard working money and had a trash experience. I've eaten at this chain before and I always had a good experience. This place by Wellington Mall was not the best one I have visited. The food was average at best. The service was very good and the atmosphere was cool. Very convenient. Located inside the mall with an outside entrance and plenty of parking. The menu is large and they have happy hour until 7:00 p.m. at night on weekdays.

Amazing dumpling/dim sum platter!

Went in to the Wellington location today after a long day at the mall and it did not disappoint! Opted to sit at the bar and the bartender, Gianna, was extremely attentive and made the best drinks! Food, drinks, and service were all on point! Definitely will be returning.

I come here almost every weekend always a wonderful experience when Mya and Mia are at the bar. Today was the worst service ever no one at the bar to barely take my order and the one girl that was at the bar was way too busy doing NOTHING! Today’s customer service sucked and when I finally got a server attention to order more apps her response was “you keep eating, you want to order again???” Wow never again will I come here unless Mia and Mya are at the bar taking care of us! The one bartender that was behind the bar never even said hi or acknowledged us the whole time!!!!!

I got Uber eats. Only giving a low review cause again no chopsticks (one pair actually for two meals). 8/31/2024 my bestie and I went to this restaurant after a movie. We arrived at 6:15pm. The restaurant was not busy. Several booths and tables were empty. The two hostesses said when asked " your wait will be extremely long for a table". They went on to say after they whispered to each other " we have a high top table if you'd like it" we accepted it and were walked through the bar area to a table literally put in the corner just outside the kitchen next to the wine and curb side pick up door. Yes we could have declined it but because the hostesses stated we won't get a table we took it. Let me be clear this table is pure and simply a money grab. There is no way the management of this restaurant. Can't expect anyone to sit here and enjoy their dining experience at this point that table is just a grab and frankly it was difficult to sit there while the employees gathered their right directly behind your back and gossip about everyone they worked with in the restaurant, I don't know who Pan is, but they said the worst things about that person. We could barely dine at one point we had seven servers gathered behind us, gossiping, coughing, blowing their noses, laughing, talking about the other guest eating talking about a table. No one wanted to sit at because it was so cold back there. It was horrible, but what made it even worse is that the same tables that were empty when we entered that restaurant at 6:15 PM were still empty and had not had one person seated at them when we left at 8 PM.
We expressed our feelings about what was going on around the area. We had been forced to sit in and the server agreed that they had already asked management to remove that table. It ruined our dining experience. It was horrible. If you look at the picture to the left is the entire kitchen and it's also where all the servers congregate and hang out when they're not busy and because it was not busy for the first 90 minutes that we were there they all just covered over there and stood around directly less than a foot from my back where I was eating or trying to eat. I'm trying to have a conversation with my best friend trying to enjoy our evening when we express our concerns, we were told to call corporate because there was nothing they were going to do about it on the restaurant end, you could've just moved us to a table when we brought it up at the beginning of our meal you could've just moved us. So yes, I will be reaching out to your corporate office on Tuesday morning to share my concerns and to share some of the unremarkable things that I heard the staff say.

Our schedule was tight as we had a movie to catch at the nearby CMX theater, and Mrs. Pat went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful meal without feeling rushed. From the moment we walked in, Mrs. Pat greeted us with a warm smile and immediately understood our time constraints. She personally oversaw our orders and coordinated with the kitchen to ensure our food was prepared promptly. Her attentiveness and efficiency were remarkable, making us feel valued and cared for. The food, was delicious, but it was Mrs. Pat's exceptional service that made this visit truly memorable. Thanks to her diligence, we enjoyed a fantastic meal and made it to our movie on time. Lemongrass Bistro is fortunate to have such a dedicated and considerate manager.

I have eaten here several times without any issues. The service is mediocre at Best. The first time I ever placed an order online to come and pick up I was charged a one dollar fee for using the website and special instructions were not followed at all. When I asked for spicy mayonnaise and eel sauce for the two sushi rolls that I purchased at full menu price, I was charged $.75 per. To add insult to injury they didn’t even fill 2 ounce container. When I sit down in the restaurant with my family, I pay full menu price as required, but I am never charged for spicy mayonnaise or eel sauce. This is a scam , and I will never eat there again.

We came on a Tuesday in the middle of the day when it was not quite busy, and we had stellar service. Our waiter and the manager were so accommodating and lovely, Rafael specifically was a star!!

My fiancé and I walked in for lunch and nobody came to greet us at our table. After 10 minutes a gentleman dropped off a water pitcher saying nothing but "hello" before walking away and chatting happily with other staff who were just standing around. Another 5 minutes went by and we decided to leave. It was clear the staff did not care about us or make any effort to show that they did.

Was we thought that the food we ordered was like an appetizers and when we realized that was our meal for the rest of the time unless we.orderd again that was it that made us really mad and not want to come here ever again I hope the people are more clear on the instructions this was pur first time here and we hated it

The drinks are good. I had the Japanese mule. I ordered the pork belly bao bun. The pickles throw it off and not much flavor. Too saucy for my taste. I also ordered the green curry. It was more like soup, hardly any meat.

This restaurant needs an overhaul. There are boxes in the hall on the way to the restrooms, and the soft drink syrup boxes are lying on the floor in the bar area. Food is ok.

Absolutely love everything about Lemongrass. We don't go out much but have already been there twice. Everything I have tried is delicious, the service is friendly and quick and I cannot wait to go back again. We ate and watched a movie afterwards. Such a prime location.

Fantastic experience. I'm from out of town and enjoyed everything we had on the table. We started with apps. The hot stone wagyu beef was by far my favorite alongside the spicy tuna crispy rice pop. It's a must try.

Food was amazing on Christmas Day, Rafael was our server and he was excellent, he knew about every item on the menu, didn’t make us feel rushed and was friendly and interactive with our party. I highly recommend him and will request him on our next visit.

AMAZING FOOD. Definitely recommend. The day before I went to different restaurant and was not pleased and was looking foward to having better service which I definitely got. The waiter Gianna was always checking on us and the food was great. Great music food and atmosphere. Really, this is a top end restaurant with lots of funky choices. Lemongrass is a quaint Bistro with indoor and outdoor seating. The food was delicious. I recommend the calamari it was the tastiest I ever had. The lobster pad Thai is delicious also. The cocktails need to be a little sweeter but they are strong. Nice restaurant with friendly and fast service.

I really enjoyed Lemongrass Asian Bistro in Wellington. The food was super fresh and the service was great too. We started off with cocktails. Tropical Typohoon martini definitely the way to go!! Try the gyoza chicken dumplings and edamame for table appetizers. Soooo good! We were a party of 4, three in our party had sushi which they said was really fresh and just delicious. I had the chicken pad si ew which I will most likely come back and order again and again!

This place has a good vibe and the food was great. We went here around 3 on a Saturday and they had happy hour going. I got some margaritas. For appetizer we got pork belly bao buns, spring rolls, dumplings. The spring rolls and dumplings were vegetarian. Both were tasty. The boa buns were also good. I also got sushi. Highly recommend their California roll and salmon roll. The sushi was fresh. For main course we got the shrimp tempura pad Thai. The pad Thai was good as well. The service was great. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have bar seating. Great place to eat in Delray beach.
