We randomly tried it after we left a Noodle restaurant extremely dissatisfied and hungry. The outside doesn't look like much but the food and the service is 100% that. Now we come once ot twice a week. Beef bulgogi and Red shrimp curry. I've been trying a few other dishes and they are absolutely delicious as well. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. I hope they never leave.

Only recommendation would be for them to sell their chili sauce to go, but I believe it’s a private recipe. Haven’t been able to have Thai food in a long time, so this was an awesome treat.

Balanced flavor profile and quality cuts of proteins, veggies are fresh and crispy, sauces are complex yet simple and clean, leaves your palate in a beautiful place. The wings are spectacular, idk what they do with them but we get 2 orders at a time due to their unique flavor and cripsy skin, the meat is tender and flavorful with notes of ginger, the sweet Thai chili sauce makes it tangy jet playfully sweet..they’re done just right..
The pineapple curry is really authentic, has a beautiful kick of heat, the coconut brings out the the rich and creamy flavor and speaks well with this dish.
Yummy Rice “Don’t play” they are a jewel in the rough and a delight to experience.
9/10 a regular of mine.

Everything I try from here is perfection! My go-tos are the yellow or massaman curries, the PSE, or the fried rice. They are all in the rotation of my hyperfixation meals.

This is a very consistently impressive restaurant. They make the best curry we’ve ever had. We like the red curry but you can’t do wrong with any dish - they have always been fantastic. Our order has never had an error and our food has always been ready earlier than the estimated wait. Give it a try and the food and service will sell itself - at a very competitive price!

Ordered 7pm on a Sunday night. Got Beef Bulgogi, potstickers, and rangoons. All hot fresh and delicious. The Beef Bulgogi was such a comforting dish to enjoy and you could tell was made with effort and love. Was very flavorful and savory. Came with side of kimchi which was unique and compliments the dish. Will be ordering again (:

Yummy Rice is our “go to” for amazing Thai food in Volusia County. There are a lot of good Thai places in and around Daytona, but the food at YR is delicious and the owners are so kind and wonderful! Plus, it’s a woman owned business! We love the peanut chicken, curries, and pad thai. For authentic Thai food, you won’t be disappointed!

Very disappointing! I ordered drunken noodles w/chicken and teriyaki chicken, both with extra sauce. When I got it home, the Teriyaki Chicken looked nothing like the picture on their website and was basically just watered down Teriyaki sauce. Additionally the chicken was tough and I could hardly cut it with a knife. After calling they offered to fix it, if I brought it back. So, I made a trip back to the restaurant to get the dish fixed. When I arrived the woman behind the counter said the chicken teriyaki was “Thai” style and if I wanted the the “Chinese” restaurant style (for a Japanese dish) there are a number of Chinese food places I should got to. Why they have Chicken Teriyaki on the menu is a mystery to me. When they were returning my money they giving me a hard time about not bring the rice back too! The drunken noodles were OK, but little chicken was tough and the flavor was nominal. For a first and only experience at a restaurant, this was a real disappointment and I certainly won’t be going back!

We ordered takeout tonight for the first time tonight. We didn’t even realize this hidden gem was so close to our house. And that’s exactly what it is, a gem. Our food was ready to be picked up ahead of schedule and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the pineapple curry with chicken and my husband ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. We were totally impressed with the food. It was so, so delicious. The spice level was spot on and both of our dishes were so full of flavor and piping hot. We will definitely be adding this into our rotation of takeout. The only thing I’m sad about is that we didn’t discover this place sooner!

Got the garlic and pepper beef. Tasted like meat was boiled, all flavor removed from it. Then a sauce was added, but you can't really taste the flavor. Very disappointed, as this dish at other Thai places is very juicy and flavorful. The meat is so light in color you'd think it was chicken.

Honestly the best Thai fried rice! Also the Tom Yum soup is so good. Just the right amount of sour, sweet & spicy. The green curry is another winner as is the fried fish.

This is the best thai restaurant in the daytona/port orange area. They do not have very much seating so this is for more intimate one on one situations. All the four person seats are close together at the back of the room. The Pad Kee Mow is amazing and authentic. The peanut sauce house special is very tasty but if you’re starving you’ll want to get a second dish. I suggest pairing it with a noodle dish. Their curry is delicious and light. Their bugogi servings are on the smaller side compared to going out to a korean place but it is one of the best tasting in town. Everything here is great to try it really depends on what you enjoy eating.

First time at this place. I actually was going to another place but it was closed. They were very kind, my food was very good and flavorful. I ordered the yellow curry and pad se ew.......my spouse thought the pad se ew was a bit salty but i loved both dishes. Great place, can't wait to order again.

The name here doesn’t lie! YUMMY is the truth! Tonight we ordered for the second night in a row and everything was excellent. The fried rice is perfect, the duck was great, curry on point just an all around great experience! Pricing was super fair and all I can say is please check them out, it’s a small locally owned family operated place and should be a staple in your go to dinner spots!

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend the chicken wings, definitely some of the best battering I’ve ever had and the meat is very tender. The soups are very fragrant and delicious, all their specials are great, and the Thai iced tea pairs perfectly with any of the spicy items on the menu.

We’ve eaten here a couple times and every single time it has been a wonderful experience. We’ve eaten in and they’ve gone the extra mile for us eating with a baby. We’ve taken to go and have had amazing delicious tasting food. Their Thai tea is stellar. Im fully addicted to their yellow curry. I would encourage everyone to eat here.

Delicious!! We ordered steamed gyozas, teriyaki shrimp, yellow curry with shrimp, and beef bulgogi. Everything was flavorful and fresh. We’ve been on the road traveling for the last 5 weeks across the country and this was the best meal we’ve had in a month! Will definitely be back.

After spending some time in Thailand, I have to say this is hands down the best Thai food around! Our go-to dishes are the papaya salad, pad kee mao, and the snapper. But really, pretty much anything on the menu is going to be delicious. There's something here for the whole family. Great menu, delicious food, and warm friendly staff.

I have come to find this is the only place that can make my red curry perfectly every time with the right amount of spice.

Pad Thai tasted wayyyy too fishy. Fried rice and veges were tasteless, rice was dry. Giving a 2 for the fried spring rolls. I was hungry and they tasted good. Overall, wouldn't recommend.

The staff was lovely, and the portion was huge. But it was incredibly bland. I had drunken noodle, hubby had pad thai. Both had pleny of protein (chicken, shrimp) but no flavor at all.

I was looking for an authentic Thai restaurant near me and found Yummy Rice Thai and Asian. I have been here twice and the food is absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, the best Thai food that I have ever had, anywhere. I also have to say the staff are amazing and so friendly. You must try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

I have travelled all over Thailand and the world eating Thai ........ in maybe 18 different countries. This holds it own. Excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly suggest this spot over any other Thai place in a 30 mile radius. This place would be a hit in even places like New York, Chicago, San Francisco or LA. Everything was just perfect!!!!!!

Saw this restaurant listed in a Facebook group (Foodie Reviews...) and decided to give it a try. Wow! Everything was absolutely perfect! The dishes were prepared perfectly, great flavor, and great presentation. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and attentive. So so very good, we will definitely be back!

Absolute best!

We did takeout tonight and the meal was absolutely delicious!! The pork bao buns were light and full of flavor with the perfect crunch from the vegetables. We also had the beef bulgogi which had just the right amount of heat and tons of flavor. We shared the order and there was more than enough for two of us. It was easy to order online and the food was hot and fresh when we picked it up. We can’t wait to try the other menu items!

Tried Yummy Rice Thai and Asian for the first time today, and I'm impressed! We used to order Thai from Queen Bee all the time before they closed, and we are super stoked to see that this is equally as good! Their Pad Thai had the perfect amount of spice (Medium), and was super delicious. We will be coming back!

Have been looking for a new Thai restaurant to try, this place did not disappoint! Food is delicious the beef is so tender, very flavorful. Pad Thai is amazing and very spicy how I like it!
