Taste of food made me feel like I was sitting in Thailand. They have parking accessibility too. They have all types of thai dishes and we can shop some Thai spices in this restaurant. I got one unique shirt for a reasonable price. Anyone looking for Thai food, you must try this place.

My family and I visited on a Sunday (June 2, 2024) and unfortunately, we all ended up with FOOD POISONING after eating their food. The food was not handled or prepared properly, and it's unacceptable that a restaurant can be so negligent with their customers' health.
I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone and hope that the health inspector takes immediate action to ensure the restaurant improves their food safety and handling practices.

My family's favorite Thai restaurants among the maybe 30 in the Destin - Fort Walton Beach area. Reliably above average classic Thai foods, friendly service, and availability even during Destin's tourist season. We've been eating here since around 2020, and it's always been a standout for us. Recently loved their red chicken curry and shumai thai appetizers. Closed Sundays currently.

Horrible food, worst Thai tea I have ever had and then had the galls to tell me that the Thai tea I drank at other places was fake because ONLY THEY carried the real ones. My friends are Thai and my whole family has been to Thailand… how is your disgusting Thai tea the only real ones compared to all the other Thai restaurants in town… don’t assume your customers are stupid. We spent about $450 for the 7 of us and we left very disappointed.. not one dish we liked… it was so bad that we didn’t even complain we just paid and left since we are never coming back. Ive been contemplating for a weeks now since eating here on our trip if I should leave this review because they have such high reveiws and idk how but because I went due to the reviews I wanted to share my experience.

Such good food! The serving staff was very nice and attentive. We were with a large group of people and they had no problem keeping our orders straight. Dishes came out of the kitchen pretty quickly. Thank for a lovely experience!

The name of this restaurant "Real Thai" doesn't apply to this place, in my opinion. None of the food we ordered tasted like Thai food or was tasty.
We ordered Tom Yum soup. The price of $16 oz bowl was $10.98. Plus, if you want to add shrimps, it's an extra $5.
That would be fine if this soup would taste like a Tom Yum soup, but, unfortunately, it DID NOT.
Instead, it tasted like a bowl of water with a few pieces of sliced mushroom, huge pieces of white onion, and one cherry tomato sliced in half, plus 4 shrimps for extra $5. This is the first time ever I experienced that you have to pay an extra $$$ for the main ingredients of the soup. What a scam.
The fried rice didn't taste like a real Thai dish, and again, we had to pay an extra $5 for a few pieces of tasteless beef.
The service was not that great as well. We got appetizers, the soup, and the fried rice all at the same time. While we were eating appetizers, the soup and fried rice were getting cold.
I don't recommend this restaurant.
The quality of food is not what you would expect, and the prices are too high for that kind of "thai" food.

This is the most ripped-off delivery I have ever ordered here in Miramar Beach. Spent $58.00 and it wasn't even hot I live 2 miles away. They put one (1) fortune cookie in the order. Very unsatisfied and I never leave a negative feedback.

Recommend spice tolerance- able to eat 4 hot spicy peppers without drinking water for 10 minutes. Then I recommend the 3 or 4, maybe 5 spice level if you're up for real Thai spice. (Could not handle. Delicious! After learning that Fawn had left Basmati’s to open her own place, we knew we had to visit on our next trip to Destin. All of the staff was so welcoming and it was a nice surprise to have Fawn come by to say hello. Everything we ordered was SO good. The crab rangoons have to be the best that I’ve ever eaten. The fried rice and our noodle dishes were all excellent. I think we’ve found a new favorite spot when in town!

This place has changed completely - we have been there before but it had never been this bad - stale food , poor flavors and just awful . On top they add gratuity as mandatory for that type of food . Apparently the ownership had changed and we are never returning back

This was one of the best Thai food I have had in a long time. Very authentic and tasteful. We ordered some yellow curry, lab and pad prik.

The restaurant was okay. the service was pretty good. However, almost every dishes we ordered, like pad Thái, pad woon sen, vegetables combination stir fry and the fried rice were so sweet. It's like sugar was on sale or something, and the cook has to use all of it. The only dish that we really liked was the roasted duck in Tamarind's sauce. The portions were small, and the price was high. If I wanted to come back, the only thing I would order was the duck. Everything else is not worth it.

Food was great. Yok is our server. She so sweet and always takes good care of us.

I stopped in for lunch at 1 pm. I was greeted warmly by Tatiya. I ordered spring rolls, which were hot crispy with excellent flavor. For my entree, I ordered the Garlic Black Pepper Chicken at a 4 on the heat scale. This comes with mixed vegetables (I requested they leave off the zuchini) and chicken in a tantalizing complex sauce. I could drink the sauce from a cup! Absolutely delicious. The heat was there without burning my mouth. The entree with rice combined for a smooth and spicy lunch, which the excellent service only made better. I will be back to my new favorite Thai restaurant.

Food is average but small portions. we are party of 4 and they auto added 20% for gratuity which is against the law. Usually 15-18% for party of 6 and up, I understand but 20% for 4 people ?? After i told one of the staff, she took it out of the bill so make sure yg check your bill.Also the price on menu is not gonna be it because I got tom yum soup for $32 like what?? Service is ok but I don’t like the way they are too shady.

Although we vacation frequently in Miramar Beach, this was our first time dining at Real Thai Fusion Restaurant. It will not be the last. The meal was exceptional. I ordered my favorite - Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) - and my husband ordered Panang Curry. We both agreed that the portions were generous, the food was delicious, the prices were excellent, and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. I am very picky about Pad Kee Mao and this was, without question, the very BEST I’ve ever eaten. One thing that set this dining experience apart from other Thai restaurants was the opportunity to select the level of spice preferred for the dish. This took my meal to the next level. I highly recommend Real Thai Fusion Restaurant.

We used DoorDash from this restaurant and were shocked to see that our $85 order, ($120 w/Door dash) was not only overpriced, but half the portions. After receiving the order, we called and were advised “these are just the portion sizes.” Disappointing.

Great FOOD AND NEW MENU AND new renovation

The restaurant was really cute. Everyone was really nice and the customer service was great! I got the chicken pad Thai and the red curry with grilled shrimp. I can handle heat, and got a level 4 heat which I didn’t think was very spicy so I would definitely get a 5 next time. I also got the sampler appetizer which a great assortment of things to try.

Best Thai restaurant in town. We love coming here when we're on vacation!! Now that we live here, we dine in or take out almost every week.

Not the cleanest place. Most dishes taste the same. I do like their brown broth soup but not consistently made. I ask no spice, sometimes it's spicy. Pad Thai very vinegary and noodles soggy. Prices have really gone up for chicken dishes, over $20. They add on 20% for 4 people..
Girls friendlly but place has not been as good since COVID. Don't know if have new cooks.

I ordered the beef pad thai with the spring roll and crab rangoon appetizers.
The pad thai is some of the best I've had. The noodles weren't too dry/wet and the beef wasn't chewy. The veggies tasted fresh and weren't wilted/overcooked.
The crab rangoons took me by surprise. They taste like real crab and not just straight cream cheese. I highly recommend them, just understand they're not the same as typical Chinese takeout, they're better.
Overall I'm going to give it 5 stars. My only complaint is that the amount of pad thai I got wasn't enough on its own. That's a me problem, though, and some people might find the portion size to be fine.

The food was Awesome! Brought the family here for a quick lunch. I got the wonton soup and some shu mai thai dumplings. Kids shared a combination platter as they were not too hungry. Wife got the shrimp pad thai. I can say the wonton soup was very clean and tasty. Definitely something to warm the body as it came out very hot. The dumplings were presented very beautifully and tasted very good. The atmosphere was very nice as you had to take your shoes off to sit down if you have a booth, which we did. Kids were confused but it brings an authentic style of the asian lifestyle while eating out. Service was great and we got our food fast. We were on vacation from WI and this was one of the spots I wanted to try.

Food and service was tasty and good. They have very good vegetarian options. But I am giving less stars since they took gratuity from us even though they served just 4 of us. Menu says 5+ would be automatically charged gratuity, but we were only 4. Need to be watchful on the bill. Sorry this will be the last time for us here.

Real Thai Fusion is worth the experience! It might not be my go to for Thai but I am not local to the area. I do visit frequently; about once a year. Often times when visiting we are hitting up only seafood establishments. We had a craving for Thai and were glad we did. The service and food is very good. I think they do a decent job of spice levels. The decor is slightly dated but still a great and private experience per table. Unfortunately the photos are an after thought… so they don’t do justice…

We sat in the Thai booth (which is very comfortable). Myself had Pad Prik w/ chicken and my girlfriend had the red curry w/ chicken. As a local, this is one the best Thai places in the area.

I'm writing this review in hopes that owners/management see it and can regroup with staff.
This place is fantastic, I've been bringing friends and family here for 5 years now. However, something has happened with the flow of dishes coming from the kitchen in the past 6 months. At first, I thought it was a bad night but, now that I've experienced it on my last 4 visits, I can say it's not a one time event. It's currently anyone's guess when your table will all receive their food, it certainly doesn't all come out together or even relatively close.
This last visit, we (a table of 4) sat down and placed drink orders. I observed a table of 4 with drinks, eating appetizers. We put in our order (no appetizer) shortly after drinks. Another table of 4 was sat 10mins after we arrived and ordered drinks. Then the chaos started... my dish came out before anything from the first table, who clearly had ordered before us by the way they looked over at my lone dish. Then, over the course of 20mins, 2 plates of the first table, 3 of the 4 plates of the last-to-be-seated table, then one more for us, one more for the first table, the last plate for the last table, and then one more for us, we then all sat for another 8 minutes for before the first table received their final plate and I had to inquire if our last plate was going to be delayed much longer as my food had long ago gone cold.
I realize some dishes are just a quicker make process but by the end of this kitchen circus, at least one person from every table was eating COLD food for their dinner.
I love this place and I will come back, crossing my fingers that the process improves and I can amend my review!

Very good Thai restaurant. Food was delicious, well priced, good selection, and on a Thursday evening was not busy though there were plenty of people picking up to go orders. Located in a small shopping center this is an excellent alternative to the beachfront crowded and not great food restaurants. We'll definitely go back!

DO NOT TRY THE LAOS STYLE PAPAYA SALAD. It's the worst thing I've tasted in my life. It's a delicious papaya salad that has raw crabs crushed into it. Imagine the fishiest, swampiest taste in the world.

Worst thai food ever. Why is everything so sweet? I should have taken a picture, but the Sriracha was expires. Definitely been left out far too long. They have been my go-to for Thai food during the winter Snowbird months for YEARS!! Their Massaman Curry is the best I've ever had outside of a native friend's own kitchen. We also like the Chicken Satay and Thai Fried Rice 😋 The staff is nothing but friendly, the place is spotless, and you honestly cannot go wrong here 👌 🙌 👏

Nice ambience, happy staff and good food. We had the summer role (vegan) and Hawaiian fried rice. Low on oil and delicious.

Fast, friendly service and good food. Pleasant atmosphere. They have some tables that you have to take your shoes off to walk on cushions to sit and shimmy your legs and feet under the table.

Husband had red snapper. We ordered spring rolls, satay, and crab Rangoon. Everything was delicious. Staff friendly and efficient. Particularly enjoyed the big screen video of Thai cooking. It is food but also art. Great experience.

I stopped in here for take out. I had the Pad Prik with chicken and it was excellent. Great service and very quick. Highly recommend.
