Casual destination for Japanese specialties such as sushi or a long menu of inventive Thai dishes.
I had an incredible dining experience at Sea Siam on South Dixie Highway in Miami! The flavors were absolutely outstanding—each dish was perfectly balanced with the right mix of savory, spicy, and tangy notes. The ingredients were fresh, and you could taste the quality in every bite. I highly recommend the Pad Thai, which was wonderfully flavorful and had the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. The curry dishes are also a must-try, rich and creamy with just the right amount of kick. Also try the beef Pho and the dragon roll sushi, delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was attentive and friendly. Overall, Sea Siam delivers an authentic Thai experience with exceptional quality food. Highly recommended!
Sea Siam offers an exceptional dining experience with its unique combination of a sushi bar, restaurant, and a full bar. The food is absolutely amazing, featuring authentic Thai and Japanese flavors that shine in every dish.
I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh and flavorful tuna rolls, perfectly cooked chicken noodles customized just the way I like them, and the heavenly Thai donuts to end the meal on a sweet note.
The service was outstanding, with our server going above and beyond to cater to our every need, making us feel truly valued as guests.
If you're in Pinecrest and looking for a place that combines great food, warm hospitality, and a vibrant ambiance, I highly recommend Sea Siam. You won't be disappointed!
I'm redoing my review of this place..
Sea Siam is definitely my favorite Thai/ Sushi go to restaurant! The yellow curry with chicken is so delicious! If I'm in the mood for sushi- I get this boat called Sushi-Mori A as pictured here. Everyone is so nice who works there. I also love their 80's tiki bar- that is nestled inside.
It’s truly amazing how far this place has dropped. I used to love coming here to get sushi and now it’s pretty much unbearable. I think a couple years ago they changed ownership, and honestly my experience the last time I was there was so horrendous that it was about time to express my discontent. It’s night time and they had one waiter working. So obviously the service is horrible. That’s not on the waiter of course, that’s on the piss poor management forcing this poor man to wait everyone by himself. Meanwhile the “hostess” is just sitting on her phone because no one is coming through the door so she’s not really hosting anyone. Neither did she host me when I walked through the door. Perhaps her time could have been better spent rather than brain rotting on her phone at work. So you’re paying for a hostess to do nothing, rather than paying for a second waiter. The sushi was disgusting. The fried rice used to be amazing and I don’t know what happen but it taste like Panda Express. I mean this place SUCKS! The guy that sold it, man I’m happy for you, happy you got paid, but you sold it to people who have zero interest in running a restaurant. As someone who lives in the local area, and came here for over a decade, that’s heartbreaking. I hope this places closes down, or at least has a new name. This isn’t Sea Siam. This is Pinga Siam
It is with great disappointment that I write this review, as we have been loyal patrons of this restaurant, having spent upwards of $1,000 over the years. However, our most recent visit made it clear that this once-favorite establishment has dramatically declined in both service and quality.
The chicken dish I ordered was riddled with unpleasant cartilage, making it not only inedible but an affront to my expectations. The flavor, or lack thereof, was similarly disheartening—it was bland, poorly cooked, and left an awful aftertaste that lingered long after the meal.
To make matters worse, the service was equally dismal. Our waiter, was inattentive, rude, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Her demeanor throughout the evening suggested a complete lack of care or hospitality.
When we brought our concerns to the attention of the manager we were met with indifference. Her dismissive attitude further cemented the fact that the restaurant no longer cares for its customers. Any sense of responsibility or desire to remedy the situation was utterly absent.
It’s sad to see a place we once cherished fall so far by the wayside. After this experience, we will never return, and I caution anyone considering dining here to think twice. It’s a tragedy to witness such a sharp decline in what was once a beloved establishment.
We went there many times. But this time the food was horrible and the service as well. We ordered the yellow and red curry mild with chicken. Both curries were super spicy. The chicken tastes stale. We told the waitress and the manager. No sorry, expect don't come back, was their answer. At 1:30 PM the place wasn't crowded, there were only 3 more people there. It's absolutely not worth the money or aggravation. We won't even consider the place again, nor recommend at all.
Great

Ordered the chicken Pad Thai noodles and a Kirin beer. The Pad Thai had very little chicken meat and few vegetables. The food overall tasted bland. Over priced at $18. The beer was half frozen so I asked for another. Even the tap water tasted weird. The place felt dirty. I wont be coming back.
Ww always go here to buy sushi 🍣, lately the sushi is a little smaller than usual; but still is good enough.
My go-to Thai for decades. The last few meals have been disappointing, but I hoped this was not a trend. Pad Woonsen is my favorite, and I have to acknowledge, it's now a trend. Very little chicken, only a few mushrooms, lots of noodles and in general...very dry.

Large, delicious portions. The waiters were efficient and friendly, especially for a large group.
Bar service could’ve been better for the money I was spending
We have been going to Sea Siam for over 20 years. We are so disappointed over the last couple of years.
We do not know if the restaurant is still being run by the same original owners. The service is terrible and the food quality is not the same. We have been there several times and the waiter is rushing you out before you are able to finish your food. In one occasion the restaurant was about to close in 30 minutes and they were turning off the lights as we are finishing our last bit of our drinks. They gave us a To go container to put our beer in so we would leave.
Very fresh sushi. Service was very good too. Prices have significantly gone up here.

Great place!! We have always had great food, great service and the perfect ambiance. The owner is a legend and continues to show his patrons how consistently great this old Miami restaurant is.
waiter was rude big bad attitude food was the worst Asian ever 😤
We randomly went to this place for lunch without checking the reviews. The food was just tolerable. It was not terrible but below average. How can you screw up egg roll and egg fried rice? Just bland food and a bit run down environment. There are so many other options available. Why bother? Would not repeat.
Best sushi in Miami. The sushi and service is always consistently good. Try the spicy tuna, red rose roll and dragon roll. You will not be disappointed.
Math is not their expertise.
One of our regular stops. Food is consistent. Can’t go wrong with Pad Thai or Pad Woonsen.
Terrible food chicken like cardboard.
Don’t waste your time or money
It was chicken pad see-elew not pad Thai with absolutely the worst
It's OK. I had a bento box with chicken teriyaki. The chicken was good. But the tempura was, well, I'd call it fried veggies. Definitely not a light and crispy coating. My friend enjoyed her sushi (though it did come out 5-10 mins after my meal), so maybe sushi is the way to go. Not really worth a repeat visit though.
Been going to Sea Siam for years now. I find their food pretty consistent and the mix of Thai and Japanese staples they offer very satisfying.
This place is proof that if you have a good location, you can serve garbage, without any attention to detail or service standards. Should get negative stars. The food is an insult even to the tacky decor.
The place has been open forever. Decades ago it was very authentic, genuine, and bustling. Over the last few years, the decline has been noticeable. Now, the place is run by teenagers, and the food tastes like mall food court Chinese food. Such a shame.
The decor and insides have not been updated in what feels like decades. Poor quality seating, mismatched Marshalls art on the wall. Photocopied flyers advertising chicken tenders at the tables, taped to the walls. Even the ceiling tiles are a disaster at this point, mismatched and falling down.
It's gone past the point of even being convenient in the neighborhood. Not worth it.
Great place! Super pretty atmosphere and art, and the food was very good. Some of the sashimi tasted a bit bland, with no flavor at all, and even tasted store bought, but with soy sauce and wasabi, it made it better. Had a great time!
Great place for lunch!
Our favorite Thai and sushi. The golden bags are fabulous as is everything else the last 30 years.
Garbage
Always good and solid for years 😊... Health inspector always said " cleanest kitchen" 😋
Very arrogant. Food is overpriced. Found clear wrap in my lettuce! Will never go there again.
I love this place! Not only is the service great the food is always excellent! It doesn’t matter what dish you get, they’re all good
Love fact that variety of food all delious.
A Pinecrest staple.
Nices
First I'm not a Karen. I hardly leave bad reviews. Me and family are very foodie. I been to many thai restaurants. But this is one of THE Worst restaurant we been to. The service is THE WORST. We saw the review and thought to give it a try.
We order
Pad Thai (Spicy) which was low on SPICE and no peanuts.
Green curry which was water down and full of green beans, No other veggies.
Volcano Chicken, Chicken was so hard that it was in eatable. And so sweet while it was supposed to be spicy.
Red Curry, Water down and sweet
Fried rice, Fully sticky and tastless.
AND UPON LEAVING ON THIS WORST SERVICE THEY WERE NO IMTRESTED ON FEEDBACK AND I TOP FOR THAT THEY CHARGED US $28 GRATITUDE.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Placed a take out order through the phone and confirmed that the lunch specials were offered through take out. When I picked up my order, I was told the lunch prices on their website were incorrect and that each dish was $5 more. Really disappointing.
The red curry duck is delicious. Try it with a little extra spice
Is asking for sauce too much to ask for? I ordered my 4 sushi rolls to go. I asked the lady who was charging me if I could get extra eel sauce. She said “the eel sauce is inside” which it usually is but I wanted extra… I then asked for spicy Mayo, she said “there’s nothing there that you have that needs spicy mayo”… Ridiculous behavior, go do another task that doesn’t require hospitality because clearly you’re not good at it. I noticed on my way home that there is no eel sauce in ANY of my rolls. I had to drive to Publix to buy eel sauce and spicy mayo. I’ve been here many times but they’ve now lost a customer… if you want the same food options but a better atmosphere go to Rin Connection on 137 ave and 120 street, they used to be owned by the same company, but their customer service is better.
this place is always good. i only wish when you ask for very spicy you get very spicy
This place was actually pretty good. The flavor of the curries (green and Panang) was spot on, the service was fast and friendly. The Thai doughnuts are by far THE BEST I’ve had in Miami. I would recommend this restaurant.
God created this place so they create wonton soup and dragon rolls.
This place has gone a little down hill since I first started coming here. It use to look cleaner and the service was WAY BETTER. Our server didn’t really ask us for our drinks prior and I basically kind of had to flag him down for service…The food was good though. Wasn’t unsafe to consume. Our server had a weird demeanor. I did do the math wrong for the tip and it happens. It was a hefty check so rightfully so, he did come up to me and kind of questioned as why the tip was low. Which is something that a server normally doesn’t do, but it was understandable. I did realize my wrong doing and corrected my mistake. However him hovering over me looking at me do it completely ruined the experience and I probably wouldn’t go back just for that. The added audacity with the mediocre service just made it awkward.
I have been going to this restaurant for years but today ended in the worst experience I've ever had there. As my boyfriend was paying the hostess (says she's the manager) embarrassed him by questioning his tip amount and say that's all. He was paying some card and some cash. But he did not place the cash down before she rudely said that's it. That is the poorest most embarrassing encounter we have ever experienced. Probably will not return after tonight. The service is not even what it used to be.
Pad that was okay. Tom khai gai soup was sour. And the satay didn't taste very good.
It hurts my heart to write this review. I’ve been coming here over 20-years. I have so many amazing memories, but sadly it has gone completely downhill. I’ll make this very brief and to the point. I ordered a vegetarian fried rice and a Thai tea ($20) and within 1-hour of eating it, I was running to the bathroom to vomit and fill in the blank. I am sick. This food was 100% contaminated.
The worst service ever
Love this place, have been going there for years. Francis, the bartender, is amazing, very interactiveand attentive to her customers.
Excellent food service is awsome most of the time
Went for Thai food. They also have Japanese and Sushi. The Pad Thai Noodles were great. Chicken Curry was great as well. Had a Temaki Tuna and no complaints. Headed back next week for more sushi.
The food and service is amazing. Frances is also a great bartender.
I've been coming here for more than 10 years and never have I ever had bad food bad service yes but food was always amazing until I found bugs in my rice not one or 2 but multiple bugs . Disgusting never again they have poor ways of putting away the food and gave me brown rice with bugs I threw it all up disgusting never eating out again and I would come to this establishment almost every day and deal with the manager Paula that is extremely rude they need to put the food away better and the attitude needs to change I'm disgusted and sad about the experience that I had today and will not be coming back.
Best spot for lunch
We've been coming to this restaurant for 15 years; this is the worst service ever, Andrew was our server never came to take our order. I had to go to the hosted. Had an attitude and never came back to ask if everything was OK or to refill our drinks.
Great Thai food. Fun by the same family for years. Always consistently good
We visited this restaurant on Sunday at about 2pm for lunch, it was not many people in, but only 1 waiter, who simed to be extremely busy serving, taking orders, and cleaning tebles all by himself poor guy. We were camming to this restaurant for many many years, and due to shelll fish alergies, we always asked to do shushi boat with fish only no shell fish, this time waiter said it will be upcharge to change to fish only, we said Ok and its usually $4 , but he return back and said its $15 upcharge, we call manager and women came, and said yes there is no substitudes allowed , and to change to all fish will be upcharge $15, on the item price $30 ridiculous. She also completely desregarded this change needed due to alergy to shell fish. So we decided not to argee with her, and asked to not substitute anything just bring the ahell fish pieces on the separate plate. At the end there was ONLY 2 pieses (1srimp, and 1emitation crab) , and to chage this 2 pieses due to alergy was a big deal of $15 upchrge. I belive it was complete disregard to my alergies, poor customer service, and just simple GREED . We ordered food for almost $100, received poor slow service, and food : Tomka soup came with no spices, we ordered 1 mild spicy, and 1 not spicy, so both arrived not spicy, when we told this to woman manager, she just bringed a plastic cup with hot peper, so my friend had to add it , and since she is not a cook, she did not know how much of it will make it mild spicy, and good she did not put all was in a cup, because as putting a bid was allready too much spicy. Also Pad thie was over salty , and raw fish sushi did not tast fresh.Overall expirience was terrible, the only good was a botle of Perrier.
They were much customer friendlier place, and food was better quality.
They undermind their customers who were dining there for over 20 years, not good for busnes. We were very unhappy with our food, and poor service, but manager she did not care.
Yesterday my party of 7 came here after an 8 hour long and hot day of fishing for Peacocks. We got seated immediately and waited for over 25 minutes before leaving across the parking lot to another restaurant. My whole party felt awkward, uncomfortable, disrespected, and ignored. During our whole wait, we never was giving water. At the very least, a waiter or an employee should have come to greet or give an explanation. Walking us to our table and ignoring us for 25 minutes is all I need to know about how this restaurant operates. We figured, if they're taking this long, how long would our food take after our orders. Maybe another 8 hours.
This restaurant has to be one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
Great atmosphere and great food.
Sea Siam London Square Kendall. We have been coming to this restaurant for years. Unfortunately, tonight we had an horrible experience. The food was extremely salty, I asked the waiter to take my plate back(rice noodles with shrimp)because it was drenched in soy sauce. He kindly apologized and bought me a new order. Sadly, they had just rinse my noodles and re-cook them with less soy sauce. It came back looking like mush! They rinsed my original plate and refried them with less salt. It was a total disaster. I must say, for the first time in many years I am highly disappointed with the quality of food that was served tonight. I do understand the price to maintain a restaurant has increased tremendously, but I would rather they decrease their portions and keep the quality. So sorry to say that I think we will have to stop attending this restaurant. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the taste of the food. I gave it to Stines because the beer was good and so is the tuna tartare that’s it everything else trash.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I was given at this restaurant. I have been coming here for the past 4 years and have never been treated this unprofessionally. When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me, nor my family, just led us to where we were sitting and left. I was astonished at the way we were being treated. The food wasn't that bad, but the dishes looked very dirty, and the water gave me a sore throat. I found a NAIL in my sushi roll. To say I'm upset is an understatement, I am FURIOUS. Shame on the young lady at the front and to your restaurant.
We love eating at Sea Siam, especially my picky 5 year old who really enjoys the salmon teriyaki and now we've become regulars! The menu has lots of options, kid friendly, and the service is A+!
Amazing food, really good service
Great lunch. Love the robot 😁
This used to be a good place to eat. The food is not very good anymore and it's expensive.
The food was delicious and well plated. I loved the decor. Just an FYI, if you order a bowl of soup, be prepared . It is huge..
I would return.
The food there this time wasn't as good as its been in the past. Even though it wasn't very busy, the table service was slow. I believe these were inexperienced waiters that just need more training. They were really polite and responded quickly when called. My wife who is picky and has eaten there several times, said there must be a different chef tonight. The restaurant is clean and has alit of nice decorations. I'm going to give them another shot in the near future.
I started coming here about seven years ago. In those seven years, I've come to this location about once a year. It had always been good food and an enjoyable time up until recently. The lady at the front did not acknowledge us as we walked in and was not friendly showing us to our table. She didn't greet us or say anything. Only pointed and said which booth. We waited about 10 minutes before someone came. Same treatment. No introduction, no greeting, and even looked at our receipt to see how much we tipped at the end of the dinner. It was a very cold-like attitude coming from both the hostess and the waiter. The only plus was the young man who brought the food out. I believe he may have been the busboy filling in as a temporary waiter. He was polite and very nice with a welcoming attitude unlike the others. The food was terrible. I was surprised at how mediocre the food had become. We've always ordered the same set of food and this time, it lacked its usual flavors and spice. The serving portions have also decreased by 50%!
Overall, our dishes averaged 2.5 stars and service was a 1 star. The young man who brought our food should be promoted as a waiter because he was the only decent person in that restaurant.
Sat for 10 minutes and ended up walking out after not being acknowledged. Although, usually one of or go to spots.
It was a pretty good experience, great customer service, I 100% recommend. I got the fried rice with chicken, amazing. They misheard my mom and gave her pad Thai with chicken when she wanted beef. But overall it was a great experience.
Their Pad Thai used to be the best around, now it's just mediocre.
So disappointed..the dishes we get there everytime has changed! Smaller portions, regular white mushrooms instead of straw mushrooms and barely any ginger flavor.Way too much sugar. We have to find a new place.
The best
Charming place. Low lights. Wooden decorations are part of walls. Good Thailand food. But most of all, the staff is accommodating, polite. Wish I had not sat by the window. Better to sit looking into the restaurant.
Lots of parking. Competitive prices. Glass of wine reasonably priced. ( No, I am not rich.) Good chocolate-in- chocolate
volcano type cake. Two of us dined.
Atenciones de primera y gran variedad en el menú.
👍👍👍
Had multiple Thai noodle dishes. Meh. Noodles were over cooked, limited flavor.
Vietnamese spring rolls were better.
Worst sushi restaurant ever. The food was completely cold and no tasty at all. The sushi from publix is even better than the one from this place. The service was awful, the guy didn’t even know what to recommend or explain anything about the menu. Do not go to this place 😞
Great 🍣sushi and customer service. As for the place very beautiful and clean. I thought is was a great location also
Great food, fresh sushi
Great lunch deals
Always great food and service. The ginger sauce shrimp was one I hadn't tried before - really good. Yellow chicken curry is always good. Ate too much & enjoyed every bite.
Great food great service and the place is just wonderful
Looks like new owners? Food is suffering.
I'm not sure why people like this place too much, but I didn't enjoy my experience or the food at all. There are better places than this place, and for sure will not come here.
Beautiful place with great food and service, where we've been coming for, oh, 20, maybe 25 years. Lots of great choices on the menu, but my favorite is the crispy duck 🦆.
Amazing service, incredible flavors. Frances was a superb bartender. Love this place!
Had the worst experience. Did take out the other night. My order got messed up and I had to wait 45 minutes. The lady at the front was rude and so were the owners. I asked if they could at least give me a discount for waiting and they shook their head and said no. It was such a terrible experience I will never go back here and suggest the public find another Thai place that cares about their customers.
The most horrible experience for takeout, first since nobody answered the phone, went there to order, only to realize that I got the wrong order, after I come back the guy in the front handling order was combative, rude and disrespectful. Even after I wrote in a piece of paper what I ordered he continued arguing about what did I order or not, wow! This was an epic disgrace as a host. Just lost a customer that used to go there for years!
Take out order- their phone wasn’t working so we went there to order. They have one overworked person taking phone orders, managing takeout, and running credit cards. Took 10 minutes to get her attention to place our order, and was told 45 minutes wait. 45 minutes later was told “I don’t know, much more time”. Waited 15 minutes for more clarification. When pressed was told “ I don’t know, maybe 30 minutes”. Currently going home without food an hour later
Really nice place to get Sushi. The boat for two is a good value and, very tasty. Service is good in spite of being shorthanded (like everyone else). There's a full bar and, some interesting Siamese decorations. Seating is comfortable. Clearly, this is a Mamasan and Papasan operation and, pride in ownership is quite apparent. I would highly recommend Sea Siam.
This restaurant has excellent food and a good atmosphere; I especially like the crispy duck. However, the reason for which I issue this rating is because of the pettiness of whoever is managing this place. I invited my family for a birthday and when I mentioned that there is a birthday so that they'd bring a small dessert and sing, (as I had previously), the staff said that if I wanted that they sing Happy birthday and bring a dessert, I would have to buy a full dessert. I may be old-fashioned, or restaurants are simply becoming more parsimonious (tight, frugal), but I was taken aback especially with the fact that I just paid nearly $250 and the waitstaff add themselves a 20% tip automatically, which I do not feel the waiter deserved. I do not blame Andrew the waiter's unwillingness directly, but his management needs to acknowledge that this act of pettiness cost the restaurant my patronage, a patronage of 20 years.
As the Spanish saying goes, "lo barato sale caro".
Probably one of the worst sushi experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant is an icebox as soon as you walk in. It took over an hour to get our food and when we finally got it was wrong. Rice was mushy but the sashimi was fresh. It looked like they were prioritizing take out orders as the patrons who sat in were a captive audience. Manager just complained about everything including the chefs and would try but overall we wound up taking everything to go and getting out of there as fast as possible.
One reason I rated this place a four-star was because the water made my throat really scratchy and it looked like it was dirty the cups look like they were dirty. With the California rolls it came with 10 pieces they were pretty good size not small not eight pieces thank you for giving us a good proportion of California rolls. They were just decent they weren't all that they had imitation crab cucumber whatever comes with a California roll that's cheap it was decent rolls. Nothing too crazy.
The food was not good. The service was poor.
Not a good dining experience.
Consistent food, have tried many different dishes and always good.
Sea Siam is an authentic dining experience that offers the best of Japanese and Thai cuisine, without sacrificing either.
Their well rounded menu has something for everyone, from fresh sushi to hot and spicy curry. Definitely recommended. Don't forget to try the Thai donuts while you're there!
Muy buen menu, excelente la atención y la comida.
Service was very long and poor
i love the sushi here but they clearly don’t care about PAYING customers. i always order from here and today they really had the audacity to charge 4 extra dollars just for a side of spicy mayo…. really ridiculous and the guy taking care of takeout was extremely rude and lazy he wouldn’t even bother getting up and giving me my food he just pointed at it and made me get it. honestly disappointed with my service recently and the ridiculous price for a side of sauce considering they have a Sign on the table that says extra sauces may cost $.50 extra
The best edaname and agie tofu
I was always fond of this restaurant and have been going for years, but yesterday had loosy service. Our server and the suchi chef had a viable disagreement and she disappeared to the back I supose to vent. We waited to get served and even another person had to come bring us our food since she was nowhere to be found, and our rice was brought to our table almost 30 mins after they had brought the other items. Very disappointed with the service.
The only reason I gave it 4 sout of 5 stars is that they charge for refills of a glass of green tea. At $2.50 a glass that adds up. What "frosted" me was that the policy was not disclosed on the menu nor by our server.
Was excellent
Best everything
Great food & service .. But!! Enjoy dining in, Skip take out way too busy and orders take over an hour on the weekends.
Much better when food is freshly made served to table!
Really enjoyed this place. Got the yellow curry. Bowl was bigger than my head for like 13$. Definitely recommend. Sushi was just a little above par.
Terrible experience, my food came with a nail in my Garlic pepper pork
Server was sorry but no manager came to explain what happen
Beware of this place, Health Inspector should visit this place
Food is excellent service was ok
Very clean nice atmosphere. Server was very attentive and nice. The food was delicious , we had the Siam Roll and the Basil Duck.
One of the best restaurants in US.. we had thai food.. loved the food and the staff is very friendly.. and wonderful ambiance - clam, quiet and soothing.. just loved it!!
Fabulosa y deliciosa la comida,es mi restaurante favorito 👍😋😋😋😋
Food always good, no wait. Love the red curry.
This place is a delight for everything from noodle dishes to sushi. The food is wonderful and decently priced. The atmosphere is calm and polite. There is also a bar separated by doors so the main room is kid friendly! The décor is beautiful and intriguing.
Currently during COVID they are now (5/5/21) offering dining in. They have removed several tables and spaced them out appropriately. They also offer take out and pick up though as they always have.
I've been coming here for several years now and they are yet to disappoint.
Routinely mishandles to go and delivery orders. $60 worth of rolls, and a single miso soup arrives after waiting 90 minutes. Refused to take responsibility or accountability. Awful experience
The in room dining experience was excruciatingly painful. The server was frazzled and lost, likely from poor training, poor staff placement from management, and zero busing support. Either way it translated into a subpar dining experience. Our table wasn't never cleared, dishes and silverware had to eventually be collected by our party. Desert? Only 10 minutes after the check but of course.
Nice venue, great food. Went late at night staff was quite cold.
Great food and great service
My wife and I order food for take out from here very often. Lately, we have received some dishes that are NOT quite up to pare. We often order Nam Sod and lately have gotten hooked on Panang. We always order it Medium hot. However, I have always loved Cashew Chicken so I tried that last week. The dish was good, but had only a few cashews in it which was very disappointing. So, we tonight we ordered the Panang and the Chicken with Cashew Nuts again. We ordered it Medium as usual because we like it fairly hot. This week there were a few more cashews in it, but was NOT spicy at all. Had lots of carrots which were very good, but almost none of the other stated vegetables? They are begining to get very inconsistent. At the Sea Siam out on SW 120th St and 137th Ave by Costco... their Chicken with Cashew Nuts was loaded with cashews. Perhaps I need to go there for the Cashew Chicken.
The waiting time is ridiculous and they make no apologies for keeping you waiting over an hour to then tell you at 9 pm that it will be another 30 minutes before you get any food, terrible service. Never going there again!
Great food
Service took a bit long bit good food and extensive list of a variety of food! Come hungry! There is also a separate bar area in a other room
As I stand waiting for my order that was placed over an hour ago - asking myself why I keep coming back. Especially when they look me in the eye and lie - shameful. Food not bad though, just overpriced, so giving 2 stars.
Friendly staff. Good food.
Delicious sushi, Thai!
I enjoyed a very nice lunch. The wait staff was courteous, prompt and on top of the Covid protocols. The food was exceptional. I'll definitely be going back. Very reasonably priced.
Not good service
For over a year now I’ve been eating at this restaurant. It’s amazing how consistent they produce such quality dishes & maintain a hospitable environment during these times. 5 stars does not do this restaurant justice 10/10
Very disappointed I’ve been coming to this place for many years the last time I went the food was just OK it had appeared to have gone downhill, today I gave them another chance and it was even worse the soup was cold the chicken was cold, They had only one waitress for every single table and the poor lady was running around like crazy but was trying her best, Definitely will not be going back
Great food.
Es un lugar FRESCO!
Always good food, reasonably priced and huge selectoin
