Oh My God, this place is great! Loved all the sushi and rolls that we tried dining in. Also excellent for take out or delivery. The Duck Noodle bowl was a show stopper. Wow. I loved the Spicy Tuna salad, and the Green Papaya salad.
Staff was awesome. This is now a local favorite. Good job team!
First time here and it was amazing! The service was great and the food was very good. We got the boat for 4 (pictured) which was MORE than enough for 5 people to share and you can sub out the rolls that come on the boat if you want which was nice. We started with gyoza, crab Rangoon, satay chicken and fried calamari. The entrees we tried were teriyaki chicken, chicken yakisoba, and spicy-Thai basil sauce with chicken. Each entree, including the boat, came with a choice of ginger salad or regular or spicy miso soup. Definitely will come back again!!
Sort of went here in a whim the other night when I was in town . Decent experience overall. Food took a bit of time but they were very busy for a Monday so it’s understandable.
The appetizers from the kitchen came up pretty fast and they were extremely tasty .
We ordered a total of six rolls and it took about 45 minutes or so to get them to the table.
The flavor profile was unique and a cut above the rest . There are other sushi shops in Merritt Island, that are more expensive they don’t have the same level of detail in their flavors
They seem to have a lot of to go orders. And the staff was super pleasant .
All signs of a great restaurant.
I would recommend this sushi place to anyone in town or if anyone stopping by from Cape Canaveral
Most definitely worth your time
We pulled up and were a little Leary because the restaurant is in a strip mall however, we were thrilled with the food, presentation and taste! The people were so nice and helpful as well. Great service!! Our sushi roll was huge, beautiful and delicious!
Went with a friend and few weeks back and I have been craving the pho with pork ever since! Excited to try the other dishes.
Genuine Sushi bar, excellent food quality with large portions.
Food quality , taste, best we have found on this island . We eat out often , at least 2-3 times a week, and this restaurant has had the best food so far.Definitely a hidden gem, it's AWESOME!!

Wrong food was brought to the table. Takoyaki was cold, and could not tell there was any octupus in it. No chopsticks were given nor a drink menu. Long wait period for appetizers. Sushi tasted good. Staff was friendly. Don't like leaving negative reviews for restaurants, but I would not recommend going there. But maybe it was an off day for them

First and likely last visit, unfortunately.
Gyudon: was served with long grain rice, not short grain/sticky rice. Totally inappropriate for a Japanese dish. Egg was half cooked with raw/clear whites. The meat wasn't thinly sliced like you'd expect for Gyudon. It was chunks of steak, like hibachi, or leftovers honestly. This dish was a total miss.
Tonkatsu ramen: Pretty average. Chashu was really thick-sliced and chewy.
Sushi: Can't comment on it since the roll never came. Server never rang it in apparently.
Service: See sushi. Also never got a refill on our drinks. Friendly enough but maybe stretched thin.
While the menu boasted a wide variety of dishes, the food quality was underwhelming. The Japanese curry sauce, for example, was disappointingly thin and watery, leaving a significant amount of rice unconsumed. The miso ramen broth lacked the depth of flavor expected from a traditionally simmered broth, tasting more like a simple miso paste mixture. While the sushi was acceptable, these shortcomings were significant. Service was extremely slow, with a wait time exceeding an hour. This led to visible frustration among other diners. It became evident that takeout orders were prioritized over dine-in customers. It's likely that food is prepared based on order arrival, meaning that dine-in orders can face substantial delays if preceded by numerous takeout orders. This prioritization of takeout orders is a recurring issue in many Thai restaurants. However, this establishment has the advantage of being the only one open late in the area, especially during the holiday season.
I have been there 3 times now. The last time was 6 nov. I love katsudon, can't find it anywhere unless you are willing to drive to Orlando. First two times it was really good. The last time the onions in the sauce were not cooked enough and to be honest there wasn't much sauce. The pork was very tough and instead of cooking the egg over the katsudon it was more like a fried egg shoved underneath. Come on.i know that you can make it but more sauce and cooked properly is important. less sauce ment more soy sauce and then was too salty. PLEASE TRY HARDER.it was so good before.
I amend my post. Last week I went and had katsudon again. And this time like b4. Hardly any sauce. It was dry. The egg was a fried egg on top. Should be mixed and poured over the hot Porto and sauce. The gyoza was not properly prepared. I know that the owners know better. There is a new place in cocoa beach that calls themselves Japanese but a true Japanese restaurant serves staples and miso,, yaksoba, katsudon. Yakitori, gyoza, are found in any small eating place in Japan.

Ordered Uber Eats. Very poor quality sushi. I am very surprised by all the good reviews.
My wife and I were at the restaurant during lunch today. There was one other couple in the restaurant. I ordered two of my favorites, California roll and Pad Thai. My wife and I like to order different in a restaurant that we haven't been to before. She ordered another one of my favorites, Shrimp Panang. I ordered a Corona beer and my wife went with the Boba Tea. The miso soup was good but not special. Everything else was a complete disaster. The sushi rice was pasty, the Pad Thai was trashed with sugar and the Panang was boring and tasteless. The drinks never came. Never again. How can this business survive selling garbage. You can't make money by not serving drinks that are ordered. Which, by the way, they tried to charge us for anyway.
This place is always perfect everytime we go. Food, service, and environment is just astounding.
Worst experience ,they should close their doors
On Nov 9 2024 my wife and I got there at 3:40 for an early dinner. The Thai Spicy Stir Fry was super, super-salty, so I couldn't finish it and won't go back to risk getting this level of salt in anything again. It's too bad because, other than that, the dish had a great flavor. I don't know why so many restaurants ruin so many items with far too much salt. Please let the customer add the salt if they want it (it can't be taken out once too much is added).
Very good
Cool, little spot, decor, and service and food were delectable...
Amazing service. Great prices! The food is super tasty. Highly recommend this place!
The best Japanese, Thai and Asian food we've had in a long time. Their menu includes an impressive variety of dishes, and includes a number of vegetarian dishes that my wife enjoyed. The miso soup was delirious and their Tom Kha Soup was one of the best I've had. I had their great Sushi Mori and was stuffed to the gills. We plan on making this restaurant one of our favorites in Brevard County.
Door dashed an order. 2
Ramen bowls and a sushi roll. Everything was absolutely awful. Had to warm up the broth. Ramen and meat was terrible. Basically got a rice bowl instead of a roll of sushi. Never again and I hope you don’t either. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to wabi sabi!
We stopped by based on an ad, when we arrived we realized it was a place we had tried before a few years ago. Our experience was not very good back then. I am so very happy we tried it again, not disappointed with any of the food we tried. The Black Garlic Ramen was amazing and we highly recommend it. The Unagi was tender and melted in your mouth. The Dancing Ell roll was excellent, the cream cheese highlighted all the ingredients of the roll. Tuna Tataki was good.
Food was good but the place smelled weird -- but I would eat here again. Good sushi
Hole In the wall spot, delicious.
We found this gem and we were pleased with the great selection the fresh variety of sushi- everything was simply delectable. Priced very reasonably and the sashimi literally melted in your mouth! Wish we lived closer, definitely coming back!
Great Thai food with Japanese sushi! Service is excellent and a must to come back.
The food was very bland. I had Penang and my fellow diner had pad Thai. The waitress was very aggressive when I informed her it was bland and she repeated the same question many times as if I had no clue what I was talking about. Very unprofessional even on an unprofessional level. Not sure if they’ve changed cooks or now skips seasoning to accommodate the customers but if you’re going to serve Thai food it should be served as intended not bland with no seasoning at all including salt.
Great ramen and awesome dessert
I lived in Japan and Okinawa for many years and the food here had me remembering those years I was there good memories and great food. I will definitely return
I love eating here! The restaurant has such a welcoming atmosphere to it. The employees are friendly to their customers and the food was exquisite (Chef’s kiss). I would come back anytime!
I had a great experience at this local sushi bar! The staff were so nice and I felt welcome by all of them. Their prices are reasonable and their pan fried gyoza is amazing. I got their salmon rolls and they were spot on and the chicken satay was amazing. Definitely want to return!
My brother brought me here for the first time and the food is so delicious and fresh! Definitely recommend the curry ramen- it was to die for! I will definitely be coming back
Great Music with even greater food! Love this place so much, they're always very respectful, kind, and attentive.
A hidden gem!! Such authentic and delicious dishes. Strongly recommend for those who want to try something new !
Great balance of decent prices and absolutely delicious food! I like the spicy tuna sushi, the Pad Thai, and the the Massaman curry. We’ve been several times. I like how they have people making food on the TV screens too! 🤤
Pad Thai, seaweed salad and Tom Yum soup are especially th best. They have so many things to try you'll love.
Amazing food and service!
Some of the best sushi and Thai food I’ve ever eaten
Had a great lunch with a friend today
The Sushi, Pho,and the calamari all wher really good .We dined 🍽 in the server was really nice and friendly.
Thanks I give you guys an A+
Decided to try this place and ordered through Uber eats which is honestly always hit or miss. But I’m happy to say everything was absolutely delicious, the sushi was huge, fresh, and had nice big pieces of fish. We also got the red curry which was just the perfect amount of spicy. The hot and cold items were bagged separately and with care. Thank you!!
Enjoyed the Shrimp Panang Curry. It was moderately spicy as ordered. Shrimp were succulent! The dish included a variety of vegetables and was topped with ground peanuts. Choose the side salad with ginger dressing instead of the soup. Salad dish was chilled, indicating premade salad that was a bit watery. Service by Abby was delightful! Prices are reasonable. Happy hour glass of wine was only $4!
Had the Salmon Roll, nothing special, tasted good, made it look bigger by have a lot if rice in the wrap. The Katsudon (a favorite for many years). Tasted great. Thing is rice was undercooked, to the point that I could only eat a few bites, and there was no sauce to speak of. Service was fantastic and the staff was very pleasant.
Was introduced to this tucked away restaurant on Courtenay Parkway and really glad I found it. Healthy options and very authentic Japanese cuisine. Guilt free if your keto and want an affordable change. Highly recommend....servers were knowledgeable and great without too much banter. Tip them well and enjoy!
This is my favorite sushi place in Brevard county. I have dreams of the food from here. It’s the best priced and best tasting sushi in Brevard. The family that runs this place is a class act. 100000/10
My favorite restaurant on the island, and easily one of my favorites in Brevard Co. The service and food are always exceptional. I do food deliveries, so I deal with hundreds of restaurants in the area, and nowhere else has such consistent excellence. They should be very proud of themselves!
Some of the best food and service I have ever had!
I just ordered Door Dash and this is a must. I can't speak to the sushi but the food is outstanding.
They were bizy as he'll but still got us a table in a decent amount of time. Had 3 sushi rolls, My girlfriend had a Thai coffee and we still made it out of there under 40$, including tip. The food was good, but it's a small place. larger parties may have a problem getting a table.
This was our first time in, on a suggestion from a friend.
We ordered satay chicken, drunken noodles with chicken and mango sticky rice.
Holy cow, everything was fantastic! Spice in the drunken noodles was a 4, and it was PERFECT!
We just finished, and are talking about our order on our next visit!
We love Yaakuza, it is without a doubt the best Thai food in Brevard County. Delicious food and the nicest staff.
Great staff, very attentive. Fresh sushi great Thai Dishes. I cannot say enough of this place. I'm a Regular here for lunch and sometimes dinner
This is probably my favorite restaurant in the area. Menu has lots of variety, and I've never had anything that wasn't delicious. The staff is always kind too.
I've only had the food delivered by Ubereats, but I have never been disappointed. Delicious, great quality, very fairly priced, beautifully arranged food every time. Thank you!!
Best pad thai in town
They got some good stuff in here..
UGHHHH I LOVE THIS PLACE
The food was amazing! From the garlic, kimchi edamame, the amazing monkeybrain and fantastic main dishes (we got sushi, ramen and donburi) to the green tea cheesecake. Everything was simply perfect. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for some great food and welcoming ambience. Thank you to all the staff there for a fantastic evening with my family.
Great food!
Wonderful staff!
Kid friendly!!
We absolutely loved it all!
I've been there once in person - a Friday night and they were slammed with sushi orders however my beef yakisoba was AMAZING!! One of the top 10 best things I've eaten ever. Got it to go the next time and it was perfect! I'm sure everything there is delicious - I'm happy with my choice!
Fav ramen place!!!
This place has a great variety of Asian food, we're just starting to explore the menu but what we and friends have had are very good. Highly recommend!
I have been getting consistently delicious food from here, both in person and from a meal delivery service.
Octopus nigiri was awful, inedible, roll look like big thick pinwheel of rice little seafood indeed, fall apart difficult to put in mouth to large wheel, not the traditional spicy tuna roll here are inside out to much rice not existing spicy sauce, ell roll non existent eel can’t find it or tasted, not worth the price cheap service and quality food. Never come back. Don’t waste your money and time I don’t understand the other positive reviews nothing what the said is true, it may be the owner or friends multiple posting . Run Run away . Drive to Orlando better off
Amazing food and atmosphere. I recommend getting a boat and trying the monkey brains.
Food was delicious until I found a long black hair in my panang curry. Had high hopes for this restaurant.

I would recommend this sushi place to anyone in town or if anyone stopping by from Cape Canaveral
Most definitely worth your time
I have been coming here for a few years now. I wasn’t a big sushi guy then but I was taken to this place and fell in love. I’ve since tried many sushi spot in and out of town. There’s not many that I found, that has the same quality of service or sushi rolls. They are always huge, normal double the size of other local sushi places. Small establishment but wow this place has sushi
We are in cape Canaveral for our cruise. We decided to eat and I am surprised by the food quality, service and pricing.
We came here for lunch and I ordered Thai curry and fried rice. Both were amazing. Sushi was average but other things were good.
Our server was nice and polite. What surprised me is the price . We live New York Tri state area, everything is so super costly there.
I forgot to leave a review and pics. I had been wanting to try this place and it came up when I searched ramen. We order pad Thai, tonkatsu ramen a sushi roll and a couple of apps. We were pleasantly surprised with the ramen and pad Thai. Will def come again when I’m craving ramen.
Combo fried rice was delicious!
I cannot praise the staff here enough, I appreciate everything they do. The food is ALWAYS exceptional, the servers are super friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding, and the chef's really do amazing things!! I cannot stay away from this restaurant too long, I am in LOVE with the food, the staff, and their amazing service!
Appetizers were phenomenal. A couple of our dishes were meh, but some were outstanding.
Highly recommend the pad see ew and curry ramen. Both 10/10.
Best I've had in the area!
An experience so bad we walked out without even eating.
The people running the restaurant tonight (9/17) have no business being in customer service the way we were treated waiting over 50 minutes for 2 rolls. When one girl brought our sushi over all we did was ask why it took almost an hour. She said well we make them in the order they come in and “we have a lot of takeout” and shrugged. No apologies no nothing pretty much oh well. We asked “so does it normally take this long why were we made to wait like that?” All she does is go “sorry there’s only one guy. do you want your noodles in the back or not. We can make them to go.” Our server then came over and shoved a ticket in our face and said “actually it wasn’t almost an hour it was 37 minutes” 37 minutes since you rang it in.. not when we ordered it..okay? Was this point better? 45 minutes/50 minutes is this acceptable to wait for 2 sushi rolls when we were one of the two tables without food? We were actually trying this restaurant for our coworkers and we will be sure to tell them to never go here. Being told no manager runs the restaurant & take out food is priority over us so “deal with it” is a disgusting business practice and if there’s any virtue in this restaurant at all someone should reach back out that they’ve rectified how these servers treat the customers.
After getting ganged up on and argued with at our table in front of the whole restaurant like we were the bad guys for questioning why we waited an hour for 2 sushi rolls that weren’t even presented nice, we decided to just leave. Never coming back and being sure to tell others not to either. Never seen anything like this.
Best pad thai ever
Really good fried rice
Sloooooow. Finally paid for drinks and left. Our food never came. Kept getting told that it was almost done...
The BEST sushi I've had in ages! Went on a Friday night. I recommend ordering appetizers as the sushi is made FRESH and totally worth the wait! The pan-fried gyoza was incredible. The super volcano roll is divine. Friendly staff, amazing food, and loved by many. We sat next to a couple of regulars and had a great chat. All things considered, my new favorite spot for sushi!
This restaurant always throws me back to eating in Japan. I have been back many times and it is worth it every time!
8/17/2023
Made a reservation here for 7 for a friend's birthday. Upon arriving at 6:45, we were told the table had been given away to walk-ins. Dropped rating to 2 for lack of commitment
4/15/2023
Absolutely amazing. Our friends took us here for the first time. Got Thai Tea, takoyaki, Tom Yum Ramen, and Unagidon (rice bowl with BBQ eel). Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was outstanding. Wasn't terribly busy and didn't have a long wait for food. Will come here again and again.
Was charged $5 for sauce
The dining room is small so if you go at a busy time be prepared to wait. Food was ok, I don't really like how they cut their sushi and their fried rice was way too greasy.
The best thing about this place is that they don’t play loud music or have big tv screens. Their spring rolls and sushi was great and nice staff.
Very authentic
Simply one of the best places around. the staff are funny, the food is delicious, and space is cozy. everything on the menu is good and well worth the price. I can't recommend this place enough this is without a doubt a must try restaurant.
(I highly recommend ramen on Tuesdays for two bucks off making them around 10$ for a hearty bowl.)
The servers are so nice and very attentive! The fish is fresh and the spice levels are perfect. Flavor and heat. There aren’t a lot of veggies in the Tom yum soup, but the broth flavor is good. The spring rolls seem like they could be frozen. Crazy salmon roll was great. Tokontsu ramen was fabulous. We will be back!
Simply delightful! Thank you!
We ordered a sushi, red curry and drunken noodles . Amazing taste and hospitality. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting cape canaveral.
Delicious food.
I give praise to the ramen. Nothing stands out in particular excellence, but it was executed well. They don't provide an option for noodle firmness or a level of spiciness but the spicy broth I did get was good enough to drink afterwards. Definitely a place to keep in mind for a quick bowl. Now unfortunately where points are taken off is their sushi. Not only did it not taste fresh, they charge full price for half rolls. Now I don't know about you, but being overcharged for low quality small portions is not something I can get behind. So as far as this place goes, ramen yes, sushi no.
I got the Tamari for dinner tonight. The best I've had.
I meant to go here sooner, but every time things lined up for me, it was closed.🤣. It's a small environment in a shopping strip, but it was decent for what you get. I haven't had a spicy tuna roll with cucumbers in a minute, but it tasted fresh. The other roll was decent also, but maybe it was the atmospheric smell that was throwing me off from fully enjoying the food I received. The Crab Cragoons were small but with a hot sensation. I tried the temaki for the first time, and it's a great concept, but it's not for me. Eating the seaweed was hard to get into, but the salmon and rice were fresh with impactful flavor. It's a good spot to get some food, but it can be improved just like any food. 🤙🏽.
Kind of quiet in the seating area for 7pm on a Sunday, but boy did the service and taste blow us away! The two women handling the tables worked as a duo team in perfection together. The food came out super quickly and all tasted fresh and delicious! The flavor were spot on and the options seemingly endless. Plus, the TVs set to foreign cooking provided something to talk about in between the bites lol. Highly recommend this place!
Yo… this place is alright. Not the best not the worst. Had the pad see ew and crispy pork app and spicy tuna roll. It was okay at best. Took way to long to receive my order and there was only two other people there. Came out coldish. There are definitely better Sushi and Thai places in the area. Pricing is good though.
This was an excellent dinning experience the restaurant was very nice, the customer service was excellent, and the food was even better!
Delicious Ramen and wait staff was helpful
The staff was an absolute delight. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was way better than expected. We have been looking for a good sushi/ Thai place, however here I found a FANTASTIC place. I got the super crunch roll, which was huge! And reasonably priced throughout the whole menu. I will be returning soon to try more. The pad Thai was great, and a nice size portion as well.
The staff was very attentive. Our water glasses were never empty. We ordered three rolls and they were all delicious. Our favorite was the spicy crab roll. For an entree, we decided on Ramen. I got the mild spice curry Ramen and I will definitely be back for more. It was delicious.
I'd definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.
I was in town visiting a friend who is local to the area; he said that he’d heard good things about this restaurant so we decided to check it out. We shared a few of the specialty rolls & shrimp yaki soba. All of the food was extremely fresh & the rolls were fantastic!!!! Even more impressive was the service we received, our waitress Gabby (I think) was by far one of the most cheerful, pleasant, polite & just sweetest young lady on the planet. She went above & beyond & even made some recommendations on an amazing vegetarian roll for me to try. This restaurant had better hold onto this absolute gem of a person. I will certainly be back to visit the next time I am in the area & I am almost certain that my friend will be making this place a staple.
We were freezing cold from a day at the beach and their ramen bowls warmed us right up. Delicious and can't wait to try their other dishes.
Yaakuza is a very small, cozy place. The food was delicious, and the waitress (Gabby)was amazing, very attentive, and memorized all the orders from table to table. They are supposed to have alcohol starting next week. Everything came back exactly as we ordered. They now have new owners, and serve alcohol. They have a sushi bar if you are interested in watching them make your sushi and sashimi. Will definately go back again. The only reason I gave them a 4 was because the establishment is probably going to be too small in the coming weeks.
A great place for a nice lunch. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They have a lot of different dishes than you usually see. This is a cool spot.
The meal was delicious and service great.
This place is truly only place open early in the am ..plus their menu is reasonably priced with sushi some at $10 a whole roll not over priced like beachside unfortunately...!! Soup is amazing plus rolls are to die 4 must come off the beach here to see for self wow.!!!
Met a new friend at a 5K and she recommended Yaakuza. So, the next opportunity I had, there I went. I discovered a gracious, friendly, and welcoming staff, professional and attentive, but not intrusive.
Dining solo, I ordered Drunken Noodles with chicken and the pepper tray so I could season it to my heat preference. The meal came with Miso soup or house salad, I chose the soup and was not remorseful. Veggies were fresh in the miso soup and the noodles dish, the chicken tender and moist, sauce quite yummy- before I spiced it up. The chili crisp and Thai red pepper I added warmed it nicely and gave a bit of a crunch.
The Jasmine Hot Tea was a nice touch of warmth on a chilly evening and it was served in a generously portioned mug.
Parking was also easy, in front of the building.
Well done, Yaakuza! Hope to be back soon and try another delectable meal!
Love this place. It's small and personal. They know their regular customers by name. Fish is fresh and delicious. The different noodle bowls (we've tried 3 so far are all unique and tasty). My 15 year old is a very picky eater and she cleaned out her Chicken Udon bowl.
Easily the best Japanese style restaurant on the east coast! Loved the food and the vibe of the place, we will definitely be coming back!
Best fried rice and krab rangoons!
Amazing place!!! Curry Ramen was so tasty!!. They made my kids feel special for there birthday
Food was so so good!!! The staff were very friendly!
I really struggle in this town with the Japanese food selection. (I’m half Japanese but I’m going to be kind) What I always hate about Thai/Japanese combo restaurants is that they always use the same chicken. Always too thin for the teriyaki chicken, because it’s sliced thin for the Thai dishes. That being said, the chicken karaage was pretty good, the temaki I got was good, my daughter did like her teriyaki chicken dish, and I ordered the tonkatsu ramen. The flavor and toppings in the ramen were great but the noodles were SO over cooked. I’m hoping this was a fluke but I’m not sure I would spend $15 to give it another shot. I will definitely still be back for other things I want to try.
Great place for Ramen, fantastic food, amazing and kind service, I am glad we find it. Will definitely come back.
This place was amazing! The Ramen and pad thai was terrific and they were fast delivering us excellent service!!!
Friendly and fast staff with delicious food
Never seems to be open.
Always a great experience!!!
Great service, Great food, who could ask for anything more. The waitress was down to earth and friendly, I will come back.
The service was superb, gabby is a spectacular waitress. I will return the food was also great, best place in Merritt Island
Great service and good food. I ordered the sushi roll. Sea of Love, crazy tuna roll. Excellent. Definitely would come again.
Delicious seasonings, and fresh meats!
We are in town from another state visiting family from which this restaurant came highly recommended. This is one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to! The physical restaurant itself is not fancy (which we love), but the food is fancy!!! We got a crispy rice w/ spicy tuna appetizer, TR sushi roll, katsudon, and tonkatsu ramen. We all tried each others’ dishes and we all agreed it is some of the best food we’ve ever had. My husband said verbatim, “I just got the chills, that’s so good” about the katsudon. The service is amazing and the people are SO nice (especially Gabby!!). We are major foodies and very much noticed and appreciated the love and flavor that goes into the food here!!!
I love their ramen! I'll be back. Sake was only so-so.
Great sushi, nice employees, awesome prices.
Really enjoyed our dinner consisting of soy garlic edamame, crazy salmon roll and spicy tonkatsu. Server was sweet and attentive. Will come back!
Very disappointed. Let me say why:
(1) The salad was chopped by someone who either had no will to work today or broke his knife during the process.
(2) The beef curry was very "watered down". It was a large plate but simply quantity vs quality. It was disturbing to look at.
(3) There was no flavor in the curry, obviously caused by the issue noted above. Usually, they ask the level of spiciness, there was NONE!
(4) The bamboo shoots of which I really love the texture were simply flat, dry and semi chewy. There was no liveliness... just sad...
(5) No anbiance to the place. It's located in a strip mall and the parking lot from outside continues inside. Tables are cheap diner look from the 70s.
I could go on, but i think I'll stop here... Anyone who is satisfied eating here really does not love themselves...
I love sitting on the counter, I love all of what the got, they can make ANYTHING that's Japanese and Thai food. Curry is awesome. Ramen is awesome. I'd give ten stars if I could.
I Always get fresh sushi! It's very good. Noodles are great. Staff is helpful friendly and knowledgeable! Great date place
Just ate at Yaakuza fur the 2nd time. Service was great again.
Tonight’s dinner was spot on for flavor, presentation and price.
Split a delicious version of “monkey brain” for an appetizer. Very well presented and the flavors were great.
Then we split the tuna lovers sushi entree along with a curry ramen.
Both were delicious and the ramen was one of the best I have ever tasted.
Will be back to explore more of their ramen choices. Hot miso and kimchi ramen both sound good.
Disgusting, overly salty, otherwise bland food. Prices are marked up, making one think that quality mist be good - no! It is terrible!
Delicious and great service! Our favorite Asian cuisine in the area!
Favorite of our whole family 😍
I have gotten many people hooked on this place. They drive over here from Orlando. The food is amazing. It's one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is really great too!!
I have done takeout here a few times, and it was good each time. Their ramen, sushi and gyoza are great! I do think they could benefit from offering more topping options for the ramen, though, as there are only a few provided with each and no extra ones offered (like bok choy, ginger, shiitake, tofu would be great)
My only complaint is the service is so slow. I have definitely learned that if they say 25 minutes, you're better off coming in 45 minutes later to pick up an order. I have waited 15-30 more minutes each time I picked up takeaway.
