Great experience! We've been to Thai Thai multiple times and it's always good food! We love the katsu chicken fried rice and we add pineapple to it. So good. And their mango coconut rice dessert is delicious! And they have my fave, Thai tea. Love the robot that delivers your order too. And they have outdoor seating if you want that. Can't wait to return!

The vegetarian spring roll was good. The service was fine, but our main courses were disappointing. My wife had a poke bowl, the flavor was bland, and the vegetables were too hard. I had beef Raman, the broth was not rich, it was a salty soy flavor, the beef was a bit tough, and there were not many other ingredients.

Best service, Pat and Pom very attentive and all of the staff are very friendly. The food is amazing and all of their food is freshly made. They have 20% off for the summer special! Got to come and try the food guy! I’d give this place 10 stars if possible. I’ll come back again for sure!

What an utter delight! I order some miso soup and chicken yakisoba. It was delivered piping hot and fresh and warmed me to the bone. Absolute perfection! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful

The food and experience was very good! Was surprised to see 3.9 average rating so I thought I’d share. We took my parents visiting from out of state there and it was all of our first times, we all really enjoyed the food but also the presentation of the food. It was delicious.

Apart from the price of the teriyaki chicken being too high for the portion, the sauce (hence the reason you order teriyaki chicken) was akin to a watered down soy sauce. We enjoyed the plum sauce that comes with the spring rolls, however the actual rolls were a bit too greasy when you bit into it. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t return here.

Food was ok but not worth the price. Chicken was so try it was hard to swallow. No sauces were included. Ask if you want sauce because you won’t get any. Surprised by the rating, definitely more like a 3.5 at best.

This is only for the Boba. It did not taste natural, especially the strawberry, which tasted like nesquick. The chocolate and mango we're a bit better but the strawberry made me uncertain about the other two's contents.

I recently attended a conference at the JW Marriot and was looking forward to this place based on the reviews.

However, I was disappointed.

Let's start with the food. We ordered the Tuna Tatake to start and when it came out, it had a HORRIBLE taste. My wife took one bite and couldn't eat any more.

We decided to try something else instead of leave (big mistake) and she got the Phad Si Ew and it was edible but not good. Bland, used American broccoli, no char, no spice even though she ordered it spicy

I ordered the seafood hotpot which was good but the ingredient list WAS WRONG ON THE MENU! Turns out they use the same Tom Kha soup for the hotpots but that's not what it says on the menu. When I pointed this out the server, he started explaining to me that I was incorrect and was quite condescending. Afterwards, the head waitress came over and apologized and admitted that the menu was wrong after conferring with the cook in the back.

I'll finish with the ambiance. Honestly, the garish red, blue, and green LED rope lights are the worst you can have in a restaurant and it was very distracting.

They have a large menu but what we tried wasn't good. My advice to management is to keep what you're really good at, whatever that is, and eliminate the rest.

To top it all off, this place was SO EXPENSIVE! I've never paid $100 for Thai food before tip. This place was so mediocre but the price was salt in the wound.

Definitely avoid unless you want super pricey mediocre Thai food.

My friend and I chose to visit this place after reading great reviews and seeing how delicious the food appeared. Honestly, the food was fantastic, but the service from our waitress left something to be desired. She took our order, and our food was delivered by a charming little kitty robot. Unfortunately, she only returned to our table to take our order and bring the bill. We were enjoying ourselves until it was time to leave, and she glanced at the bill and remarked, "No tip?" in a rather rude tone. That really soured the experience for us. It's important to feel that tipping is a choice, not an obligation—especially when the service was minimal. Overall we will not be coming back.

Perhaps, the best Asian meal I've ever eaten. I had the Pad Sen Woon and it had light sauce, with lots of meat and veggies - absolutely fantastic. My wife loved her meal, and kids thought their chicken tenders - Rangoon fried style - where the best they've ever had.

Four of us went to dinner (2 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 7). Kids loved their chicken tenders. Hubby and I loved our meals as well. Food was flavorful without being drowned in sauce. Portions were large.

We come especially for the Lamb Basil dish! It's delicious, and we usually split it along with an appetizer. Our server Pom was attentive and his team made sure our water was always full. Glad to see this second location is doing well and innovating with the server robot. It adds fun to the experience.

I usually don’t ever write bad reviews…Was excited about the place..says on the menu soup included, didn’t get it with the meal, she begins to tell me its not with takeout..she said it was an additional $11.77 on top of the $16 i paid.
I get and TWO of the pieces of chicken were BLACK!!!! I have the photos on here. Im actually praying i don’t get sick from the pieces i wasn’t looking at.

Ordered via door dash so always a little different then eating in. They bagged the sushi in a separate bag from the Pad Thai which was nice. Pad Thai was supposed to medium spice level but felt like no spice at all. It was fine, not good but not bad. I would say the sushi was not good. Rice was mushy and over cooked.

Good gluten free options on the Thai and Sushi menus for my beloved. I tried the delicious spicy tuna roll and could not stop eating the beef ramen, the broth was out of this world. I'm looking forward to trying out the Pho on our next visit. The restaurant is SPOTLESS and very clean and the staff are great. The robot server is very cool!
