I had the panang curry with salmon filet and I was not disappointed. Delicious to say the least, and a tad different. Maybe because they didn’t make it as spicy as I’m used to for a panang curry but may they’re catering to the demographic. The nice and polite Argentinian girl that was my server the night of 03/12 was outstanding despite being by herself and getting a rush of people after I came in.

The food was terrible! We ordered food from here which it was total $83 and the sushi was $30 but they didn't give us any of soy sauce! Can you imagine eating sushi without soy sauce? The food looked good but the taste was really bad. I have been eating Western food for awhile so today I decided to order some Asian, but it was bad. The soup was so sour I have never tasted any Thai soup sour like this. The salad also not good. Sushi was good but without the sauce it was tasteless. The only thing good was the wonton soup. That's all. Not recommend this place!

Both the thai fried rice and stir fry chicken was a disaster. I had raw tomatoes in my fried rice, that is the first time i am seeing cut tomatoes added to my fried rice. Both dishes were undercooked has a gamey flavor to it that we couldn't eat more that 10% of the food. The soup and sushi was average. since it is a tourist place i believe they could survive serving inferior quality food.

We came on dec23rd ,and we are not the only disappointed customers, rather than spending all the time defending against the negative reviews for your food, please focus on improving the quality ,you are more likely to find more customers.

Went there just for sushi… because it’s got sushi right in the name, and sushi is on their online menu. But Believe it or not, many months of the year they do *NOT* serve sushi. We even went on their website and there is *no* mention they are not serving sushi. They are misleading their customers because they know you'll just order something else on the menu. **SCAM**

Hahaha the owner/server responded to my comment by pointing out that I didn’t leave a single bite if I didn’t like the food. I’m honestly surprised they remember how I finished everything four days ago. Clearly, they don’t have many customers—yet another reason to avoid this place.

This place is an absolute rip-off. The server who took our order was incredibly rude, and the food was subpar. The rice in the sushi roll kept falling apart, and everything we ordered tasted stale and flavorless even the food wasn’t properly salted. We ordered a green curry, fried rice, and a sushi roll and none of these were salted. When we asked for an extra plate, they brought it but also tacked on an 18% gratuity for the supposed “extra food.” If you don’t want to get ripped off avoid this place.

There jerk Salmon is 🔥🔥🔥. I was here for a Real Estate convention and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. I have to find this recipe and will definetly be back when I am in the area.

The food here is incredible. I was a little worried when we walked in and the place was empty, however we were pleasantly surprised by our dish. The curry here is phenomenal, some of the best Thai food we have ever had. The staff was kind, had ample seating and parking, and the food was superb. Definitely worth a visit!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this place earned it. Party of 9. The entire time we were there no one else dined in. Empty restaurant, should have been a sign.

First, the sold frozen spring rolls as fresh, pretty deceptive. The larger problems is all of the food was very, very bland. It was all WAY overpriced for the blandness. Meals were staggered, some of our party got theirs to go because the other members had finished eating (over 15 minutes). The sushi was acceptable. I’d only get sushi here if we ever came back.

Go to Thai Island. Much better atmosphere, cheaper food and a lot better quality.

Best pad thai I have ever had so I had to come back again the next day to try other things. WOW! It was well worth the hour drive.

The food was awesome ND the service excellent. The only reason I gave aosphere 4 stars was the location (shopping center). We were very pleasantly surprised. I had the drunken noodles with shrimp and hubby had pd Thai with beef. We also had a sushimi platter that was above awesome.

The notice from the outside: No shirt, No shoe, No service.
The waitress is not friendly, her face looks like not welcome the guest even though we are still nice with her.
She did not give us spoon and chopsticks, when we ask for 6 spoons, she just gave us 3 spoons and it were so dirty.
Food is so bad (pad thai is too sweet, tomyum soup is too sour and salty, pineapple fried rice is tasteless).
And they auto added the tip 18% for group of 5 people.

In an outdoor shopping center, easy parking and good food. We were visiting from out of state for the week and tried many places in the area. This place was a surprise win. Some of the best food we tried and reasonably priced. Beats anything we had downtown Duvall area. Fresh ingredients and good flavors.

I ordered the shrimp tempura roll for lunch. It was a busy place for to go orders, and folks coming on to pick up orders. I was very happy with the roll, the freshness and especially the taste. I will go back for dinner! I really recommend giving this place a try!

We arrived and were greeted by the staff which was very nice. Once we ordered the food came rather quickly. We ordered curry duck and drunken noodles. The curry duck was not likable at all. The noodles was very tasty and cooked just right. I really wish the curry duck flavor was different.

Called for an order, told me 20 mins. When i came in to get my order the lady at the counter said yes ok what did you order.

I told her what i ordered and she proceeded to put in the order, didnt tell me that they didnt put the order in when i called. She told me 20 minutes as im sitting in front of her.

I called her out on it and the chef (owner im guessing) told me that he was sorry and offered me a beer. I dont drink.

Bad experience. I waited for my food, paid, and will not be back.

Don't bother.

We found this place and thought it looked good. We ordered two apps and two meals. First they forgot our meal and literally brought the ticket back out to ask if this was ours. 30 minutes later my child was getting antsy because not even appetizers had been brought out soy spouse took her for a walk so she didn't bother others. I went to the bathroom door 3 minutes and on the way back the waiter asks "oh are you guys staying?" I mean, yeah, we've already waited more than 30 minutes and our stuff is still at the table?

Finally they bring out our appetizers one by one. 10 minutes after the apps the Pad Thai came out. At some point the waiter just shouted to all the tables, "how is everyone doing on drinks?" As if the rest of us were going to shout back if we needed anything. My dish (stir fry) never came.

In the end we ordered easy basic things--gyoza, crab Rangoon, pad Thai, and stir fry. It took almost an hour to get the entree and they forgot one even after checking. I went home hungry.

The food is decent, but nothing really special, and certainly not worth the weird dining experience. Do not recommend.

One of the worst thai food, I ever had. Ordered for a Pad thai and I could not eat even take a single bite since it smelled so bad. Ordered for a glass of wine and they did not serve even three forth of a small glass. Horrible customer service. They did not bother to give the printed customer copy of the bill and so I took a picture of the bill. I generally tip well. This is the first time in my life where I didn't tip a single penny at a restaurant - that bad is this place.

Found this place purely by chance when I was driving by. It's a no frills Thai and sushi restaurant in a shipping center with a CVS and Winn Dixie, but don't let that scare you.

We were the only non-Asians here, so we knew it would be good! Did not disappoint. Great food - very fresh. Our waiter, Facundo, was so friendly and on top of things. Stop in here, and you'll get great food. 👍

It was horrible! I ordered food through Uber eats and had it delivered to my hotel. The delivery was great, no complaints. The food was HORRIBLE! I actually got in the car and drove it back to the restaurant after Uber refused to refund my $. The "Teriyaki Chicken" was bathed in bathwater....Teriyaki? The pork fried rice was absolutely not pork! When I drove it back to the restaurant I was told this is "what they make". I told them to keep it and left, hungry, and 40$ poorer. Beware and don't make the same mistake.

Drunken noodles and dumplings especially were great. Staff was very kind as well and prices were good.

This was the second time we’ve been to this restaurant and the food is ok. The problem we had today is we both got regular iced tea and asked for refills and they charged us $2.99 for each refill, which we didn’t find out about until the check came. I asked about it and she said the menu explains that. I then got home and looked up their menu and nowhere did it say anything. I then called and the woman I spoke with said every restaurant in Key West
charges for tea refills and if we don’t want to drink then we don’t have to. I told her we have been here for over a month and have been eating at numerous restaurants and nobody has charged us for tea refills. Even if the server would have told us this policy, we would have been able to decide from there. She said that was the owners policy and asked what I want her to do and I asked for the owner’s name and she said she couldn’t give it to me and asked what do I want her to do again and I asked her to have the manager call me and she hung up on me. I consider this deceptive trade practices and having a policy that is not the norm for not only local restaurants but restaurants throughout this nation. We won’t be back so they’ve lost us as customers.

This is by far the best and most affordable Thai food restaurant in Key West. The servings are generous, plenty of meat served in all dishes, lunch specials included. Friendly staff, good customer service, would recommend to others.

Delicious food and a very nice, refreshing atmosphere. My husband and I shared the Beast roll and I tried the Red curry while he tried the Panang curry. Everything tasted amazing.

Came here to try while visiting the keys. My daughter and I ordered sushi. Mine didn’t have much flavor but my daughter loved hers. My husband ordered massaman curry with heat of 4, which they only go up too a 5 for spicy, as he loves spicy food. Needless to say it wasn’t spicy at all, as I was able to eat it with no problem and I don’t like spicy food. We also ordered fried soft shell crab which didn’t seemed cooked completely. Not sure if they don’t have many people order soft shell or what but the Thai places where we are from have no issues making it. Anyway, will not be back.

The starters came in pretty early. And the panang curry was yum!
But the quantity of the starters was less for the price. And they tasted average as well.

I changed my rating based on my recent visit yesterday. We tried the lobster fried rice and the garlic black chicken wings and the regular wings with a sweet chili sauce. It was really good a must-have.

Very good restaurant. The waiter got an order wrong but food was very flavorful. The pork friend rice slapped, but I recommend getting red or green curry because it had immense, powerful flavor. Overall, recommend coming here if you want some east asian food in Key West.

Great Thai food

The bag was sealed by the restaurant with the receipt taped to the top, the rice was left out of the order. It was not the driver’s fault — the order was sealed. So instead of enjoying my $44 of dishes, I have no rice for the stir fry & no way to get there.
I called to correct the error and was hung up on.
The order was underwhelming especially considering the prices.

Terrible customer service. Placed a 2-go order and got home to find out that a roll was missing. I called them back to let them know I would come back to pick it up and they basically accused me of lying. The man kept insisting he checked the order and it was correct. They refused to give me the missing roll. We are locals and have ordered from them quite a bit but will never order from them again!!

Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food! Ordered seagrass salad and Cali roll no avocado. Fiance ordered Thai tea and it was spectacular. Will be my go to when in the keys.

I understand that staffing is tough, but you still need to deliver on a decent dining experience if you open your doors. The chicken in the Teriyaki Chicken was cooked to almost powder. So dry that it was inedible. My wife’s sushi was just completely forgotten and worse yet it was forgettable as it had next to no taste when it finally showed up after everyone else was half done their meals. The couple we were with ordered spring rolls that showed up after they were 3/4’s done with their meal. Our appetizers showed up with our entrees. Just an awful experience. Hopefully they get it together soon.

First time eating here in the five years I’ve been living in Key West. I ordered the Volcano Rolls. When my order was delivered, it seem the driver took a detour off road because my sushi was a mess. It did taste good beside the overdose of sodium. At least my wife’s food was good and she was satisfied.

Based on the positive reviews we decided to try this restaurant. While I do not like to leave negative reviews, the food here was less than satisfactory. Absolutely nothing had any flavor. Rice, wings and dumplings were bland and wings not fully cooked. I was very disappointed and would not order from here again. Very disappointed as I usually do enjoy Thai food. (I will say, prior to receiving the food, the service over the phone was good and quick delivery.)

The best sushi place on Earth!! IMO everything I have eaten there is excellent BUT the Lobster roll is the best Sushi roll I have ever had. I have been around the world and have at a lot of Sushi and this roll is my favorite by far! Go try them out and tell me Oatmeal sent ya. Nila is a very capable waitress and is always nice

Disappointed. I picked a specific dish because I wanted snow peas.They were out of snow peas but did not informed when ordering. I was already eating and noticed it was green beans, not snow peas. Ugh!

I am a life-long resident and I support local businesses, especially during the past 12 months. However, I've had the same bad experience, twice!
I placed my order over the phone. When I arrived, the waitress told me that my order was $16.07. I handed her a $20 bill and she said, "THANK YOU!" and pushed my bag towards me. I have family in the service industry. I tip according to service and/or rapport. During my last visit to Seagrass I just walked away, providing a 27% tip on an order I picked up with absolutely no customer service!

Visiting on business... like trying local Thai when traveling. I had the TomYum Shrimp and the beef Drunken noodles.. I see why there are mixed reviews. Dishes had the medium heat I asked for and the taste was decent. Large portions but very chunky veggies. Beef was a bit dry. All food is subjective to a degree.. if you’ve had refined Thai and your used to a different quality then this could be a bummer. It all depends what your pallet has been exposed to! If this place was back home I would pass coming back. If I come back to Key West I will give a try to the other options. It’s worth the visit tho as it may please you quite well.

Great place authentic great service great prices excellent food hot saki and wonderful tasting food. Better than Stoned Crab accross the street was a total tourist rip off. We came here and enjoyed our meal!

Disappointing for sure. Duck is so dry and over cooked, the veggies are boiled to death and mushy... Pad Thai is also dry and not much flavor. Gyoza was good and spring rolls were okay though. Too many good places in key west to put up with this though...

Always amazing food. The Tom Kha soup is one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. The pad Thai is delectable and the curries dishes are artful and delicious. Their online ordering system is a great modern touch of convenience and their staff are always friendly and attentive. This is one of my top 5 favorite Key West restaurants. I am a repeat customer and will be for a long time.

Very good and fresh sushi service is great very kind.

The food was terrible! We ordered food from here which it was total $83 and the sushi was $30 but they didn't give us any of soy sauce! Can you imagine eating sushi without soy sauce? The food looked good but the taste was really bad. I have been eating Western food for awhile so today I decided to order some Asian, but it was bad. The soup was so sour I have never tasted any Thai soup sour like this. The salad also not good. Sushi was good but without the sauce it was tasteless. The only thing good was the wonton soup. That's all. Not recommend this place!

Food was good. Basil was made with italian basil rather than thai basil, which changed the flavor substantially. Tom yum seemed to have an excess of kafir lime leaves.

First off the food was really good
But I had gotten my meal way before my husband did and all he got was Amigos roll and soup .I think they forgot about his order and I had to ask the lady where his food was .
The Thai tea was really good , first time ever trying that .
Over all it was a fair experience .Would we eat there again , maybe we are visiting from upper Florida .

With as many high ratings as this establishment had I expected at the least decent food. The food was unflavorful, and non appetizing. I do not reccomend this restaut to anyone. Sinz burritos was delicious and close by. Go there instead

Everything we ordered said spicy but nothing was. It was cooked well, just not spicy at all. Ive had Doritos spicier than our meal. I am not a crazy fire-in-the-hole spicy person so didnt think on adding spice to any of it. You nay want to request sine on the side. Items ordered where: Tom Gai soup, Fiery dragon roll and Spicy Conch roll. Bonus point on the kitchen being open after 9pm on a Thursday night during Covid times and Uber Eats delivering by 10pm.

Great fresh sushi, excellent service and good prices!

We tried the fried rice and it was super bland. The shrimp were tasteless and overcooked. The chicken was rubbery.

I ordered Som Tom, Pad Thai and Tom kha. Som Tum was not what you would get from any Thai restaurant at all. There was no lime juice nor fish sauce in it. Tom kha was too sweet to be Tom kha. Pad Thai was ok. I wouldn’t call this restaurant “ Thai” but a wanna be Thai restaurant. By the way I am from Thailand.

Food was good. BEST pad thai I've tasted. Had the lobster pad thai. Also had roast duck basil and Seagrass seafood combination. Not to keen on the roast duck. Would eat again

Got sushi and pad Thai to go. The pad Thai was good and had a large portion. To be honest, I was not impressed with the sushi. I’ve had better sushi in land-locked states with better flavor profiles and artistic presentation. The lobster roll was good, but wasn’t much more than fried lobster nuggets. Overall it was just okay/good, but I wouldn’t eat there again. I’d probably just try another sushi place.

We ordered some pad Thai and curry for delivery. Overall it was pretty good but we have had better Thai food before, better flavors. Also ordered shrimp curry and got beef instead, but no biggy. A bit disappointing considering this restaurant was recommended to us.

Доставка работает на отлично, но желательно платить наличными, тогда будет бесплатно! Немного маловат зал, но это не критично! В целом рекомендую...

Excellent Thai cuisine served piping hot by quick attentive servers. Very reasonably priced menu and a charming, if understated decor. Relaxed easy atmosphere. If your in Key West and in the mood for Thai cuisine give Seagrass a try!

Very disappointed! Wanted to add pineapple to a lunch menu fried rice meal. The waitress said they couldn't do it. I would have to order the dinner pineapple fried rice meal which was $4 more.
Any decent restaurant would say no problem and just have a simple upcharge for measly extra pineapple, instead of making you order an entire different meal.
Need to work on customer service!
