I came here for my birthday, something different. I made a reservation on Instagram and headed in. There was miscommunication about my reserved time, but the staff cleared everything up and got us set up. I have a shellfish allergy and they were able to accommodate my needs. Our teacher was so patient and made the experience so fun. It would be nice to get fun facts or history about sushi making while doing the class, but overall this was such a great experience. I am now a sushi master (in my mind), but this is definitely something to do as a date experience, with friends or older children. Definitely worth it.

I placed my order for hot green tea, California roll, and fried gyoza. The tea and food arrived at my table pretty quickly and it all looked amazing. The green tea was hot and soothing. The California roll was freshly prepared and delicious. There was less sodium soy sauce available for dipping which added a bit of flavor without being too salty. The fried gyoza was also nicely prepared and the sauce it was served with was lightly sweet with a touch a tanginess. I enjoyed it so much I ordered some more gyoza but this time steamed and it was as delicious as the fried gyoza.

Service was satisfactory. I was checked on in a timely manner and the empty dishes was removed when needed. I look forward on returning to try a different dish.

They assisted us the entirety of the class and allowed us full control to customize our sushi however we’d like. We had boba tea which was also very good and I’m excited to come back soon.

I participated in a Sushi making Class and it was so much fun! The instructors were super nice and helpful. The food was delicious! Everything was clean and directions were so clear, I felt I knew how to make Sushi all the time lol Such a lovely class!
They show how to make three different kinds of rolls.
Drinks, besides water, are not included. You have to make a deposit per person when you register but it goes towards the total of what the class is. $45 per person and the classes fill up fast so, book ahead of time.

Service was fantastic. It was a little more fast food style than I had hoped for. Food was great for lunch! I would go back and try some other dishes for sure. I had Drunken Noodles. Flavors were good! Noodles were over done…possibly due to being pre-cooked or kept in a warmer for lunch rush.

We’ve been coming here for many many years, since they opened in like 2020ish… Their food was always amazing up until recently we’ve gone a couple times and all these times we’ve gone the service has been terrible and the food is not the same quality as before. Honestly food is great waiters are super nice .. which confused me I come here often but what confused me is they actually said NO to me for wanting edamame with both spicy and garlic.. what!?!?!? Maybe up charge me or something but to literally deny me is a definite no go .. also now they put the sauces on top the appetizer??? What 8f I just want a little bit I got the spring roll drenched with sweet sauce and gyoza with that soy sauce as like a soup soooo weird .. please go back to how you had it .. won't be coming back for a while hopefully they revert to how they had it .....

There is nothing Authentic about this place it's another one of Florida's Asian Fusion Confusion restaurants empty on a Friday night. One day Florida will have Authentic Asian food, but until then you have to deal with nonsense like this.

The waiter misled me to double tip him. Be mindful that they include 18% mark ups automatically. The food is like frozen microwaved food.

I have reviewed a lot of restaurants, but this is the first five star review I've ever given. Everything was absolutely perfect nothing could have been any better. Let me start off by saying all of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This place is very handicap and wheelchair friendly, one of my two stepdaughters is handicapped in a wheelchair. They were extremely accommodating.
Everything we ordered and tried was absolutely amazing and delicious. The staff was very informative on how we were supposed to eat certain dishes, and they made great recommendations. We ordered two ramen bowls as well as an assortment of different sushi. We couldn't believe how amazing everything was. This was the greatest Asian restaurant that we have ever been to in our lives. I cannot stress that enough. The prices are very very reasonable and the portions are very generous. The flavor of every dish was exceptional and unique. My family and I going to be repeat customers for life. It was the greatest experience I've ever had at any restaurant. We were all fully satisfied in every way. Make sure you try the popping boba fruit teas! Also they have an incredible variety of desserts unfortunately we were this time we will absolutely try some next time! I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone to try! Very unique very ethnic very friendly very humble very exquisite food! EVERYONE MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!! 🙏😃😃😃🥰🥳

Great place!

I tried Wonton Soup & vegetable Fried Rice and both were good. They only have 1 size, so I have to order 2 soups.

I am really surprised this place gets so many good reviews, as, in my opinion it doesn’t deserve them at all.
The quality of the rolls is barely acceptable, and the miso ramen is just outright bad: low quality ingredients poorly cooked.
Plus, and most annoyingly, they decided to clean up the dining room more than one hour before closing time, with the result that the (already unexciting ) food was further ruined by the constant poignant smell of detergent.
Will not be back.

I eat here like 3x week for lunch! Absolutely delicious! People are super kind! Great variety!

I use to love coming here for years, but after new management took over recently they fired everybody who use to make the place enjoyable , since Customer service has gotten extremely rude and short. Kept trying to give them another chance but food got really bad, they Messed up my order the last time I went and kept blameing me for it. Guy at the front desk got extremely aggressive and aggravated I got scared and had to walk out and leave my food there after I paid for it already.

The food is pretty average for a Japanese restaurant so for that I would recommend any other Japanese restaurant, and it would be just as good, if not better. The customer service here is unwelcoming. It does not invite me to come back for more. You walk in, and they ask if you're here for a pick-up. Like relax, not everyone is here to do Uber. It isn't polite to assume. Also, if the customer is struggling with finding what to eat on the menu, make some suggestions; it is not okay to stare when there are no other customers. I spent over 30 bucks on subpar food. This is lunch price-worthy food. They fooled me once, and now I've been fooled twice. I won't be fooled again!

Super disappointed since I used to eat here all the time, but recently the food has taken a huge dip in quality. Today I ordered the Popeye roll to go and it was burnt and dry. Tasted much worse than it looks. This is the second time in a row that I've ordered from here recently and been so disappointed, and I won't give them a third. Waste of money

This was my first time ordering here and I am very disappointed, the food was not fresh. I ordered the Popeye roll and the chicken Karaage, the chicken used was clearly old thigh meat. the meat was so old it was brown when I bit into it. I also ordered the crispy bok choy and the gyoza those was really good. I spent over $50 and threw half the food in the trash.

100% go check this place out! A friend of mine told me that his daughter really loved this place and the very next day we were in the area so we checked it out. I'm so glad we found this place. The food is so delicious and have so many choices. The Ramen is amazing, delicious sushi, and their boba is so so yummy! They have a lot of flavors and jelly options. I went back again and noticed they have sushi making classes! so my friend and I signed up to do that and it was so awesome. You sit at the booth and they give you all the ingredients and materials and an instructor walks around and tells you how to make your sushi rolls. There was more than enough that I was full from eating what I made and had enough to take home too. It was very generous and informative. They even had a little take-home sheet so now I have it hanging up on my fridge so I can try to make sushi at home. Lucky Cat quickly became one of my new favorite spots.

Great food great service

I spent $175 on a Door Dash order for six meals at this restaurant for an out of town corporate lunch. Two of the meals were not packed with the rest of the food by Lucky Cat. Time was of the essence, and two members of the meeting had to sit around without food. I then spent an additional $44 for the missing two meals to be replaced. I spoke to the restaurant. I thought they would at least refund the items they didn't send. Just saw my credit card bill, and Lucky Cat did not refund the money. Worse, they told DoorDash I declined the refund, and DoorDash is no help at all. This is not ok. Why in the world would I decline a refund? Why would I spend an additional $44 and pay to have the same food delivered? Maybe this is a good restaurant to eat at, but I would not count on them if delivery is important.

Horrible service, I showed the manager my good had 2 pieces of hair in it and she would not remake my food. I then asked for a refund instead since she would not remake and she said she can’t. I then asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. She wouldn’t give me her name when i asked and she wore glasses. Such a shame i came here for what i thought would’ve been a great sushi spot. I don’t recommend.

Sort of surprised by all of the raving reviews, maybe I got the wrong thing. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and added the pork belly to it and found it to be quite underwhelming. The broth itself was lukewarm and the soy eggs were ice cold. I was craving a nice hot bowl of ramen and it was really disappointing that it was warm at best with boiled eggs right out of the fridge. The pork belly was awful and tough. It did not melt in your mouth like most pork belly. The mushrooms were really rubbery and just tasted old. Overall do not recommend the ramen.

Went to the Sushi class today and it was phenomenal. All of the staff were attentive and kind and the food was superb. My 9 year old son had a blast. You make 3 rolls in total and when signing up you can choose raw or cooked platters (we had both) and it was so delicious. Definitely recommend coming here and can’t wait to come back to try more items. O also had the Brown Sugar Boba and, yum.

Came here to eat around 7pm. Everything was good until our waitress waited for the tip and slyly selected “20%” before giving us the machine to sign. I’m not a fan of someone waiting for me to tip them. Most restaurants leave the machine and come back. But she was persistent which made me uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back. Learn to have some decorum and not stand over people while they tip you. It’s tasteless and classless. You ruined a whole experience being tacky. Beware of this behavior.

The portions are so small for a high price. I got the Bay roll and it cost about $15 for a tiny portion of sushi. Should have cost $6.

What a awesome place..... I wish I could show you the pictures food was excellent people were very attentive and don't forget the ice cream. Each week the ice cream flavor changes and it is so delicious!

Food was good, some things like the fried duck and bao buns were fantastic! And the other things like the noodles, fried rice, and gyozas were just ok. Staff were super lovely and friendly.

This was my favorite place to eat the employees that used to work here before they were great the two new young girls they have in the front are gonna make you guys lose a lot of customers myself. They said the kitchen was closed at 9:45. There was two people in front of me by the time I got to the counter it was 945. They said they couldn’t serve me on the table. Sad I drove 45 minutes to come in here and I get the kitchen is closed. Come back another day and whatever else the girls say in Chinese very rude Saturday, May 4. I was feeling a stressed and super annoyed. I wanted a Brown Suger Boba and something to eat. The people here are so nice. Their energy alone helped me relax a little. After one sip of my boba I realized why I picked them after a day of annoyance. They never fail me. I have been a costomer of there’s since 2019. Never had a bad experience. I love their Karaage Chicken.

Got a Oreo latte with boba and it was one of the worst I ever had, I had to buy real Oreo cookies and add it to my drink so it can taste better. It's like I paid almost 9 dollars for oatmilk and boba, never again

Stopped in here on a whim as a group of 3 and ended up being super happy we did! We weren’t planning on sitting in at a restaurant to eat today, but the second we walked in to Lucky Cat, we were suddenly like ‘Yes, we are sitting down’. We ordered the tonkatsu ramen, miso ramen, chicken teriyaki bento box, Thai donuts, mango sticky rice and two milk teas. All of them were excellent and flavorful in their own ways! The ramen was delicious, tender chicken and noodles, bold broth. My husband has never tried a bento box before and enjoyed his teriyaki chicken bento box with white rice, veggie mix and spring roll. I ate his California roll sushi option and we took the rest home! Then we decided to order dessert and the Thai donuts were fantastic. Crispy, fluffy, hot and fresh donuts served with a sweet dip. The mango with sticky rice has a subtle but unique taste that was devoured by our table. The milk teas were wonderful, my husband and I shared the Oreo milk tea with boba and it is like a blast of Oreo, chocolate sauce and coffee, topped off with the boba pearls. Better than something Starbucks would make in my opinion. I tried our friend’s Thai milk tea and it was also lovely, a flavor I’ve never tasted before but enjoyed. The drink looked like a sunset! 10/10, would come here again! Such a hidden gem with anime comics on the tables and Japanese decor everywhere, a nice open and modern feeling with great food and vibes. Our waitress was sweet and I’m sorry we didn’t catch her name for this review! Also, they have sushi making classes here! How cool! (:

Unfriendly to takeout customers. We have had positive experiences here in the past eating in. From the moment I walked in, the younger hostess was incredibly rude and dismissive. This can be very damaging to a business, and I sincerely hope they can turn it around. In the meantime, we'll get takeout elsewhere.

So this is was a first for my friend and I. We were waiting for a waitress to appear at our table after 10 min. She finally came and we asked that no one has come by and she rudely replied "I was busy serving other tables". Nasty attitude. And when we were placing our order, not one word. If you do not have the personality to deal with customer service, please don't deal with people! Apparently she only goes there once a week to help, but her attitude stinks!

The food is fine, nothing special - the biggest issue with this place is that one of the waitresses/hostesses called my husband a derogatory name under her breath when he (very politely) asked for some extra soy sauce and clarified that there were chopsticks included with our $70 takeout order.

My bestie treated me here for my birthday. It was a sushi making class where as you make your own. There were 3 different styles of sushi roles taught. You can choose cooked or raw. I did cooked and it was delicious. I don't think I've ever had such flavourful sushi in my life! I'm planning on going back with my sister. This place is a must try if you're into sushi.

Ordered tom yum, poke tuna bowl and salmon roll with my boyfriend, everything was good, but the salmon roll was different size, dry and not tasty, also gave Very little wasabi and ginger, everything else was delicious, nice service, quickly brought the order

Only good thing about this place is the decor. Unfriendly staff, food is mid, everything is overpriced, workers complaining about tips, overall just bad vibes

Ordered a 27 piece Sashimi Chef Choice togo order, unfortunately, there was no wasabi, ginger or Soy sauce included in the order. Had to go to Publix to buy soy sauce and Wasabi from a Tube: Needless to say the Sashimi does not taste the same with out Wasabi and Soy Sauce.. the Boba Drinks are great!!

There was a Sushi class going on at the same time as dinner guest arriving and staff were busy with the class rather than taking care of their dinner guests..

Maybe as a suggestion hold the sushi class during a slow period of the day rather than dinner time

Had a good meal with one of my good friend. We ordered in one check and the gratuity was added on at 15%z unacceptable to not be given a choice. Tipping culture is beyond me!

Over all wasn’t bad but felt it was lacking flavor. The crunchy spicy tuna was the best of the nice but over all I would have to used the sauces to add flavor. The eel roll was interesting with the flavors especially since there’s a grape in it

I participated in a Sushi making Class and it was so much fun! The instructors were super nice and helpful. The food was delicious! Everything was clean and directions were so clear, I felt I knew how to make Sushi all the time lol Such a lovely class!
They show how to make three different kinds of rolls.
Drinks, besides water, are not included. You have to make a deposit per person when you register but it goes towards the total of what the class is. $45 per person and the classes fill up fast so, book ahead of time.
Worth it!

The decor is very nice, but the prices for the sushi is a little unnecessary high. The sushi was bland, no flavor at all thank God for the spicy mayo... Oh that I had to pay a dollar something for a very small portion.

Had sushi delivered from here and the first thing we noticed was the smell. It was not good. The crab Rangoon was also very unconventional curry flavored and it was not good.

We did the sushi making class and it was fantastic. The service was awesome, accommodating and very patient. The sushi we made came out pretty good and it was quite the experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing Asian Food place. Taste just great 👌🏻 Service can be an issue. Tip is already included on the Bill 18% so make sure u know that much.

Food is Delicious

As I walked in here to estimate some I found the place completely disoriented and the owner yelling at those more disoriented beyond my expectations. I noticed a bit of filth in the kitchen that deemed me not to eat here. Some food was sitting out in the open with flies rummaging. Enough observed, I would never eat here nor work for them. They tried to offer me free food for my work. Disgusting 🫣

Brought my daughter for her birthday and we did the make your own sushi and it was great. Fun experience with the servers explaining every step and very attentive. The sushi was great and the Bobba tea is delicious(strawberry cream).

Wonderful atmosphere at a great location. Arrived for the sushi class. At first i was nervous, however assured by the knowlegable staff regarding the process in creating sushi. Will come back again if im in the area!

Love coming here. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The staff is so sweet. They have amazing sushi and the boba is bomb.

I ordered my food on my lunch break and was told I could not eat inside the restaurant because my order was not placed as a dine in and was placed as take out. I was not advised of this policy that you had to order dine in to be able to eat inside the restaurant. The manager refused to let me eat inside even after I told her that I was not advised of there policy. Bad service and I didn’t appreciate how I was treated considering this was my first time here.

I order off of Uber eats from this place all the time but actually coming here was an even better experience. The service was amazing. All the servers and runners were so attentive. We had the takoyaki, the shoyu ramen, veggie sushi and spicy miso ramen and everything was so flavorful and came out in a timely manner. Definitely would like to come back and dine in more often! Thank you for the great lunch!

Awesome and delicious. Green Curry and Krab Rangoon were absolutely amazing. Service was great and a nice atmosphere for a group setting or date night.

Lucky Cat Eatery is a solid choice when you are looking to eat some Japanese cuisine. They offer a verity of style just as rolls, ramen, dumplings, bento and a few Korean and Thai options. One detail that I like: they have a soft serve machine 😋

The food is always good, they serve pretty quickly, price is reasonable and the staff is super nice. They also have a cool decoration, you can see the owners are trying hard.

They also have a tone of events and workshops. I never tried them but I think it’s a great idea.

We got carry out, spring rolls are hard to mess up and the pad Thai was so so at best!

My husband and i went for the sushi making class and had a great time! You definitely get your moneys worth. We want to come back and bring our daughter next time! My only gripe was the class size was way too large and you are sitting shoulder to shoulder and don’t have an area to really work in. our table mates were fun so it was ok.

Every part of this experience was 5*, from the service, to the amazing food, and the overall atmosphere, there wasn't a single negative thing I could even say. I had the Green Curry Ramen with chicken and my goodness was the dish full of flavor. My stomach told me to stop eating, but I couldn't. I didn't want the meal to end.

I'd rate it six stars but that's not an option.

I placed my order online and picked it up in store. Dine in service available. I ordered Ramen and fried octopus. Every thing was yummy. Well prepared for a to-go order and very friendly staff.

First time visiting for the Sushi Making Class and it was great! We loved spending the afternoon being taught the art of sushi rolling. The class included three rolls and a booba tea. We loved it! My first roll was tuna and salmon, my second roll shrimp tempura and my last roll salmon tempura. I had the Oreo booba tea which was delicious. Overall the 45.00 each person was well spent for the amount of food and time spent. I can truly recommend everyone to do this for fun with you significant other as a date or family time like we did. Thanks to the amazing teacher we had we had a blast!

The Tea is sooooo good. My only sadness comes from there not being more restaurants. I believe this is the only spot.

8/15/23-Wow , very good, fresh. I had the wonton soup, and the pork/shrimp shumai. They must make every thing in house. Plus I had a choose of teS . I choose boba . Lots of tapioca balls ( ? ) G had the beef pad Thai. All very good . A very hip place. Big inside and out dinning . Hood music playing too. Fast service.

Delicious Sunday lunch

The food is overpriced! I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and it had a weird aroma, garbage like. I'm thinking it's coming from the "chicken". Also tried the Thai donuts, which is just plain fried dough with a cup of condensed milk (very simple and bland). The crab ragoons were pretty good and different (the filling has curry). I spent over $30 for subpar food. Maybe I got the wrong things from there...

The food was fresh very tasty. Recommend to come and eat here.
Service was amazing I complain. The eggroll wasn’t cooked all the way they gave me a brand new one and cooked it all the way with no questions.

Staff was so pleasant! Seated immediately and waited on with great customer service !Food was good but the noodles could have been cook a little more. Kids enjoyed their food and boba.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant! Everything is always fresh, The wait staff, sushi chef, even kitchen employees are the nicest anywhere. And always interesting specials!

Fun, casual Japanese spot with tasty food. Stuck with sushi mostly this trip but the ramen looked really promising. The fried octopus appetizer was phenomenal.

I only go for the boba. Im not sure if it’s hate but this is the 3rd time this happened. I always tip when I go. Event 1 the girl filled my entire cup with ice barely any boba I’m like cool, today I go and asked for light ice a boba Oreo latte with boba balls, the girl at the register looks irritated and gives me the drink with five boba in there.
If someone is already paying for the drink what’s wrong with giving them the product.
These places are always trying to short customers on the product. $7 for a cup and I can’t even get what I paid for 😔

This is one of my favorite restaurants. It's the best ramen I've had in years. I recommend it

This place would probably be better as a mall spot then a standalone, but then again i have had better food at the malls food court so maybe not. Had I known ahead of time about the require 18% service fee when we were already spending $25 per person. I would have gone to Master Ba's or Miyakos after the service fee it would be the same price for amazing all you can eat food. If the only issue was the monotonous food I would have given it a 3 star.

I got the Tom Yum soup with a Poke Bowl and a Milk Tea Boba.
Tom Yum soup was good, Poke was the bare minimum require to be considered a Poke Bowl (I have actually had better at Publix), the Milk Tea Boba flavor was right but the bobas were mush and no longer chewy.

My girlfriend ordered the steamed Gyoza - Flavor was good but served to us cooler then room temperature, Tonkatsu Ramen both was flavorless and the toppings were few, and a coke (warning served in a can like a takeout place with no refills).

HOWEVER, WATCH YOUR receipt there is a REQUIRED 18% SERVICE FEE. this is not gratuity and so I still tipped my server as it is not her fault. Look if i ordered this through Uber Eats I would expect added fees. Yet i went there in person it was only the two of us and it is not like we were making a mess.

Everything was a smash!! Thank you for the amazing lunch! Food was fresh, fast, and kicking with authenticity amazing flavors. You need to check this place out for yourself. My strawberry and cream bobba I never seen anywhere else!

The corndog was not what I had imagined. It wasn't bad but it could have been better. The popping boba tea was delicious and I want to try the other dishes on their menu.

The decor is very nice, menu looks modern and appetizing. Lots of choices from poke bowls, sushi, bento boxes and my fave, ramen. I had the Tonkotsu ramen and the naked roll. Both were great flavors and I left feeling very full. Definitely will be coming back again.

This my daughter’s favorite spot. She is 4 and feels so special when she walks through the door. The servers are so sweet to her and the sushi chef is smiling abs making conversation. The food is Always tasty and good portion. We coming here at least once a week. We love everything on the menu and ambience is nice.
