This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. Every time I come here to eat, I feel very comfortable. Their service is very warm, and they are very good at recommending good food for guests. And the drinks buy one, get one free, they automatically give us that deal.

The sushi and saki were AMAZING but the rice noodles (thin, angel hair style) was not. I ordered the Salman Tataki and a sushi roll, both were fresh and beyond delicious!
I don't fully blame the chef for the rice noodles, they have a tendency to end up mushy. The dish would've been good w/any other style of rice noodles.

Overall I'll definitely go back to try other dishes, like the hibachi

Today's specials featured a buy-one-get-one offer on beer and wine, and every table received a complimentary bowl of edamame, a thoughtful touch! Our selection of rolls was outstanding, with the Spicy Girl and Volcano roll standing out as our favorites. The restaurant also offers an impressive kids menu; my son thoroughly enjoyed the tempura shrimp with rice. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit!

This place is awesome! Me and my husband love coming here for sushi!!!! They have the best quality, taste and quantity of sushi in the area of Dunedin. We’ve been to many spots but this one is a game changer food wise and very friendly staff. Steak / Chicken Hibachi here is out of this world but we couldn’t snap a photo, we ate it so fast. Went to a great Asian Bistro that had an inviting atmosphere and very attentive service. Upon seating, we were provided with complementary edamame that was warm with a touch of salt. For appetizer, we ordered the delicious Sexy Salmon which was sliced salmon wrapped around jalapeño slice and fresh mango and seaweed topping. The shrimp Udon Soup had a great taste, however the shrimp was a bit over cooked. The Tokyo Roll consisted of salmon, tuna and yellowtail that was tasty. The service was truly amazing. Our server was exceptional as she was very helpful and was able to answer our questions as it related to allergies. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

This place is just full of magic :) as you can see from the picture, they’re go above and beyond for their customers.

Saw the many great reviews, so decided to check it out. Everything was great, service was good. They are quick to take plates away without asking though. I was there for my bday and we were going to get dessert. We were barly done with our meal and they brought the check without even asking if we wanted anything else. I asked for dessert menu and ordered the deep fried ice cream. It was the worst I've ever had. I asked when it was made. She told me the pre make them. this one was made wednesday, which was 5 days ago. So they make them, deep fry them then store/freeze them. It was a weird, bread/rubber on the out side you had to use a knife to break off. The ice cream had freezer burn and tasted that way as well. Very disappointed. Every deep fried ice cream I've had they make and deep fry when ordered. Over all it was ok, but most likely won't be back. Plenty of good sushi around.

Great fresh sushi. Had some maki roles. Others had tofu dish. Buy one get one on drinks. Good atmosphere and acoustics. Comfortable seating.

I gotta sushi roll which I was a bit chewy...I also got Ramen which was outstanding. Definitely will be a regular.

Everything was so amazing here. So much so that I am writing this review as I am finishing my meal. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. We had 4 different rolls. All of which tastes amazing. The hibachi is to die for and the gyoza was mind blowing. Our server was so kind and upbeat. It was an all out pleasant experience and already can’t wait to come back!

Our go to with my daughter after events on the west side of lake tarpon. It’s become a tradition to go with friends and celebrate their wins.

The goyza was as good as you can get in Chiba, Japan.

My boyfriend and I have been an about a thousand times and not once have we disliked our meals. The seafood is always fresh and prepared well. This place has amazing food we go all the time!

A hidden gem! Unassuming outside, beautiful inside with quality and delicious food. I got the nigiri lunch special, only $14 for all this and soup (or salad).

The plaza and outside appearance was deceiving when Uber dropped us off but we were pleasantly surprised by the quietness and cleanliness inside the restaurant, we were seated at the table we chose and got the menu which had everything you would want from a sushi place in unites states . We started with soups which we loved, broth was flavorful and fatty and full with Ingridients. All appetizers were delicious and every piece of raw fish that we ordered was fresh and appealing to the eye. Everything we have ordered we loved and would definitely come back here again, the only thing I didn’t like was how thick they cut fish for sashimi/nigiri I prefer it a lot thinner, even tho the fish was really fresh, thick cuts don’t melt in your mouth completely but it’s a personal preference. Well deserved 5/5

First time tried Mr LC Sushi for takeout. The food was excellent! We had pineapple shrimp fried rice, dancing dragon, spicy girl, and salmon avocado rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back for more.

I’m so happy they opened a ramen place in Dunedin! Food was delicious and fresh! I mainly came here for their Japanese Ramen and it was really good. The entire restaurant was very clean and our waitress was friendly and attentive. I would come back here and recommend this place they just recently opened. The Japanese theme made it welcoming and like you’re in Japan!

Got the pork katsu bento box and it was amazing! My boyfriend got the beef fried rice and the pork ramen which were also so so delicious. Followed it up with the green tea mochi which was the perfect ending. HIGHLY recommend this place!

Found my favorite sushi place! Always fresh, always unique and full of flavor! Nice full sushi rolls leaving you stuffed! It's so good we came in for dinner and lunch the next day because we woke up wanting more! Mr. LC is nice and very attentive! Staff is very friendly and service is fast!

I have to be honest. You are in for a real treat if you come to this shopping mall sushi 🍣 spot. This place will transport you to Japan, where there is a huge picture of the famous Kanagawa wave, Mt Fuji w/pagoda, which is a famous photo spot in Japan, and cherry blossoms 🌸 😀. The prices are comparable to any other sushi joint around, but the quality and the presentation are muah 😙 !! I live in Japan, and it is the best sushi I have eaten in the US so far. We ordered with our eyes 👀 😍 and not our stomachs, so we needed boxes to pack up our leftovers, but I left there very happy 😀 and content for money well spent. Also, if you know anything about Japan, you will know their bathrooms are the cleanest anywhere. Thank you, Mr. LC, you deserve 5 🌟!!

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I had never noticed this place before and the inside was not what I was expecting. The place was very clean and nice. The waitress was super friendly and accommodating. The food was great. We ordered 4 sushi rolls and it came out on a boat. The rolls were fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends.

Top-notch sushi restaurant in a strip mall. Excellent and fresh food, the presentation of the food was perfect, and the staff was well-trained and responsive. However, the ambiance/atmosphere of the restaurant was confusing with Asian decor and pop and country music playing over the speakers, and a TV playing a US comedy show.

One of the best Sushi experiences I've had in Florida! I ordered the Sashimi platter, and it was more than I could finish. Uber fresh and HUGE cuts of fish. My kids had some rolls and they were all excellent. Absolute 10 out of 10 experience!

Great Sushi I tried an Avocado Peanut roll. Loved it!

They have a happy hour from 5:00 to 8:00 where the sake is buy one get one free, as well as wine and beer. When you sit down at the restaurant they bring out a free hors d'oeuvre of edamame. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and artistically designed.

I also appreciate that they have been extremely patient with my mostly blind and deaf grandmother.

Lovely place with wonderful food! I recommend the sashimi and sushi combination plate as well as the tuna lover sushi and sashimi entree. My wife raved about the tropical ribeye first time and the teriyaki steak next time.

My boyfriend and I went here for a sushi date. For an appetizer, we ordered the pork gyoza. It was the best gyoza we’ve had thus far. It was pan seared on one side which we love. For sushi, we ordered a California roll (no cucumber), Tampa roll, spicy salmon roll, and Mr. L C roll. The spicy salmon roll was our favorite! 🍣 Be sure to make a reservation, they can get busy.

MR LC Asian Bistro for the win! Shishito peppers, spicy seafood soup, seaweed salad, some funky, roll with tempura, shrimp, crab, Connie, temporary crunchies, and a couple other random rolls. Everything was fresh and incredibly flavorful. High recommended if you’re in the Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin area of Florida. Also, the atmosphere is bright and clean and the service is friendly. I would definitely return.

First time here, the location is very unique. First your going into a strip mall, next your walking in and transcended into a completely different atmosphere inside the restaurant. Great food, great service. New go to!!! Def check it out

Sushi is my favorite food, and I’ve been to more sushi restaurants than I could possibly begin to count. This place takes the #1 spot (tied with Sushi Masa in Pensacola). Best spot in the Clearwater area for sure, and I’ve been to all of them.

The absolute best Sushi Spot in this part of the county, arguably in the county. I’m from New England, and have lived in New York for years as well. This place reminds me of northern sushi spots. It’s the only place that does tempura correctly. The sushi is super fresh and tasty. I cannot speak highly enough about this small, hole-in-the-wall spot.

I haven't been to a ton of Sushi places, but this one is top-notch. The outside appearance disguised a really cute and modern Sushi restaurant. The overall fell and look are very clean and professional as well.

Tried the Sexy Jalapeno and Black pepper ribs as starters, both were delicious! Ordered the steak and chicken hibachi and my lady had a few different sushi rolls, everything was beautiful and tasted just as good!

We just moved to the area and tried several sushi places that were ok, but nothing special. Found Mr LC with a very high rating on Google maps and confirmed that their sushi is very special. We ordered two chef’s rolls (sweet heart and ichiban) and were impressed by their originality, texture and taste—one mild and the other spicy. Mr LC compares very favorably with the best sushi we’ve had in New York. No need to try any other local place.

just came here for lunch and it was amazing! I can definitely see why it is highly rated in the area. As someone who used to work in a Japanese restaurant, I can tell that this establishment makes quality food. The fish in the sushi rolls was fresh and the rolls were super saucy (no extra spicy mayo needed for the spicy girl roll!) I also really liked the tempura and veggies appetizers. You can tell that it is fresh tempura that was not pre-battered. I would highly recommended this restaurant if you are in the area and craving Japanese food :) forgot to add but workers were super friendly and attentive especially during lunch hours.

This place is freaking amazing! We had the Mega Lobster roll, Volcano and a Sunset Point roll….ALL INCREDIBLE!! We will be back many many times. Plus they have a BOGO happy hour special which makes it even better.
