We came on Christmas eve and only ordered their hot dishes: pad thai, massaman curry, and fresh hot basil original. The food was presented nicely, but it wasn’t very authentic and the dishes were too sweet, and not spicy. We also ordered a thai iced tea, which was highly recommended, but it was way too sweet and artificial. And the satay was overcooked but the sauce was nice. The chicken in the curry was overcooked and the food was just overall pretty mediocre. However, the waiter that served us was so fun and good natured, so considerate. The atmosphere was also decorated with traditional Thai elements, dimly lighted, really nice. All in all, the food is definitely overrated, but the service and atmosphere is exceptional.

Still #1 in Delray! Glorious family and this has been one of our favorite, go to restaurants for nearly 2 decades. Any major holiday, New Years, Valentines Day etc., we always choose Ziree. Menu is expansive, the sushi is superb and the environment is cozy yet open. I can't stop ordering their sushi but my family loves their Thai dishes. Ziree is our Delray favorite.

Hands-down the BEST sushi/Thai food in Palm Beach County! Clean interiors, always-friendly staff, AMAZING food for great prices, and fantastic portions -- you really do get what you pay for! Loooveee this place!

The food is not worth the horrible service you are going to get at this establishment. The supposed Manager and Part Owner Ziree could possibly be the rudest person in hospitality with no care about loyalty to her customers or quite frankly being a polite human. I would stay far away from this establishment. When going on a night out the food is important but I feel like customer service is number 1! This establishment is completely lacking in this area. I will never step foot in this restaurant again. I am a Model Actress an influencer and support a lot of local businesses thur my social media of 30k plus. I will try my best to inform everyone on how rude this person is so they don’t have to experience what I did. After reviewing the comments I am noticing that I am not the first person that has a complaint about this Manager. I ask to speak to someone other than her and I find it very odd that there was no one in the entire business that is above her. She denied me to speak to anyone else.

Ziree Thai and Sushi was a wonderful find while in the Delray area. Was looking for East asian cuisine in Delray while visiting and it did not disappoint. The menu is full of so many options and is vegetarian friendly. The curry puffs are amazing and a great app. Would also highly recommend the penang curry and the pad see ew. Would definitely if visiting the area!

Can’t say enough great things about this place and the people who work here! I come here every day for lunch almost and the food is hands down incredible. They make everything fresh to order so expect a little wait. That’s why I always call my order in ahead. I wish they were open a little earlier because I’m often craving this place early morning haha! The women at the front are so sweet and so kind. Good Thai food, very kind staff and reasonable prices

The sushi and service was great. They have a small but good selection of cold sake, which was great. The location is right off downtown Delray, with plenty of parking and about a 5 min walk to downtown.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in the area - usually for takeout but occasionally enjoy a spontaneous dine-in. The staff is very friendly. Favorite dishes- fried gyoza dumplings, fried rice, pad Thai (the best), Ziree roll (!!!!!), Bangkok roll, tempura ice cream. Don’t miss this place!

We went twice in one week. The first time was excellent, but the 2nd time the chicken in 2 noodle dishes was tough. The servers quickly brought a replacement dish. The sushi was delicious. I had a sumo roll.

My favorite Thai / Japanese restaurant. I have tried most everything on the menu. I like their preparation and it is always fresh. I go here for lunch all of the time as it is very close to my office. The service is wonderful and the ladies are so nice :)

Drove up from Miami to see the lights and grabbed dinner after the Christmas parade. Great service , seated fast. All we had was sushi (lots of sushi) and it was the best we have had since moving to Florida a few years ago. Will definitely return, plus DelRay Beach is amazing.

My family went out to eat on Sunday and had a blast. The restaurant has nice decor and a cozy feel. The staff is so friendly and amazing from the time you walk in until you’re meal is over. My wife and I bring our 1 year old everywhere now (if she acts up one of us usually takes her out of the restaurant to cool down, to try not to disturb too many peoples evening), the staff was interacting with her and playing with her, they gave my daughter some amazing laughs/smiles and kisses.

I ate an ell roll and volcano chicken.
The roll was great, but I knew exactly what I was getting there. The volcano chicken was a fried chicken breast with a sweet and spicy chili sauce, white rice and veggies. It was amazing! My wife had a specialty sushi roll that looked so awesome (sorry I didn’t remember the name). My dad got a curry (moman or something like that) that smelled amazing and he finished his plate. My fathers date got tofu pad Thai that smelled so good. We all sampled some wine and our favorite was the plum wine. We missed out on sale flights but we’ll be back to try them.

As a vegetarian, I feel like I have endless options here. My go to is their fried tofu which I have in the pad thai or ginger stirfry. I’ve never gotten tired of this restaurant because of their variety and quality.

We found this place about 6 months ago and have eaten both in-house and to-go. Tonight was a disappointment. We ordered 2 meals to-go. The red curry with chicken, ordered “hot”, was bland and not spicy at all. When we picked it up, we asked for the spicy pepper sauce as well, and told them we love hot!. We were given 1 tiny container. When we discovered the food was bland and not spicy, didn’t even taste like it had curry in it…we called and the “manager” said she noticed our curry was not made “hot” as ordered, but didn’t say anything even when we asked for more spice. Didn’t offer anything except the knowledge that she already knew our food would not be spicy. When we told her we’d try somewhere else next time, she said “ok”…and that was it. Even if you can’t correct it at the time, be concerned and considerate! We’ll move on and try somewhere else!

The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. The staff is very courteous and the food is delicious. Quick service too! Really like coming here for lunch.

Nobody communicated to Google the restaurant was closed for 2 weeks and we walked long blocks from the beach to the restaurant with my elderly parents only to find out the restaurant is closed. Disgusting and disappointing.

First time there for a pick up order. The food is so good! Fresh and on time. Best sushi I’ve had around here in a while, and that includes places on the ave and pineapple grove.

Wow! Definitely the best place in Delray (and not just for sushi). From the quality of the the food to the atmosphere, this the kind of place you want to come to several times a month!

The owners, Tammi and her husband were phenomenal hosts. EXTREMELY hospitable. Not just them, but everyone who help wait on our table was very friendly and very professional.

It makes sense that they have been here for 18 years already and the same customers have been coming here since they opened! This is truly a “family run” restaurant.

The front reception is extremely rude, the service was rough, incorrect food served and then we were argued with. Service was not very warm. At one point we attended to use the bathroom and the service was yelling at us because they didn’t understand us. This area has excellent Thai options so regret my experience here. will not be returning.

1) Iced tea: has a lovely flavour. It's not just plain black tea, but a really yummy tea. No need to be sweetened. And they refilled it without asking!

Edamame: steamed to perfection and lightly salted.

3)Vegetable miso soup. Light, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. They cut the vegetables into small bite size pieces.

4)I also had the lunch special:
Tofu green curry
Delicious, Flavourful spicy sauce with full of fresh vegetables. It was so wonderful that I wished I had ordered an extra to take home for dinner.

Friends recommended this restaurant and we have been twice now. Their food is so good and fresh! Both times we have been so impressed. Also, their staff couldn't be nicer. My favorite town in Florida is Delray Beach because of its picturesqueness, where old architecture and decor meet new trends, especially as you get closer to the A1A. I definitely can see myself living there long after I retire. Anyway, on my many trips to West Palm Beach throughout the year, I found Ziree Thai by accident. Always looking for good cuisine, I spotted Ziree from the corner of my eye while on my way to the beach at Delray. Stopped in for lunch and I was not disappointed. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, the red curry with chicken, basil shrimp, and the basil fried rice, all medium spicy and I have to state that the medium spicy is very spicy, so watch out. All the dishes were phenomenal, from their appetizer to their main course to their dessert. I finished everything off with the fried banana with ice cream. The decor is very Thai, with golden statues of Buddha. The staff was so attentive the first time I took my son there for his 17th birthday and he enjoyed himself, and you know how teenagers can be. The staff sang happy birthday in Thai and customers eating there came over to our table to wish him a happy birthday; anywhere but NYC. Now Ziree is a regular staple for me very time I am in Florida which is 4 times a year. Anyone in the area who loves Thai food must try Ziree.

While visiting Delray Beach, we had a delicious meal at Ziree on New Year’s Day! Everything from the crispy curry puffs to the Panang curry shrimp to the Tofu Pad Thai to the tempura fried bananas were expertly prepared. Our servers were super friendly and attentive which added to the great experience. The sushi which passed our table looked fantastic, so we will be back to try.

This used to be our go to place for sushi in Delray. Unfortunately our last visit was not the case. The sushi was not fresh, warm and had a horrible taste, Certain fish were substiuted for the ones ordered which are server vehemently denied, It is sad to see a favorite of ours decline in quality.

Having been a Thai & Japanese food lover who has lived in NY, Chicago, LA, and London, I have not had better food or service than Ziree Thai.
I have been a customer for over 16 years and I can't recommend any other Thai/Japanese restaurant in Palm Beach County!
Ziree is open for in house dinning, take out, and you can also get delivery.
If you haven't eaten at Ziree your missing one of the great food and service experiences!
