Literally among the best American-Chinese food I’ve had.

My chow mein had no noodles, the meat was soggy and it was all dark meat. I ordered $100 worth of food and only got 2 things of white rice. I would never order from this place again.

Ordered the Mushu Pork and eggroll. If you like big portions this place is for you. If you like non crispy eggroll this place is for you. If you like overcooked Rubbery Pork,, This place is for you. Didn't even get fortune cookie.

Brown rice is white rice with a little brown sauce and the chicken teriyaki was burnt so bad it was inedible. I won't order from here but if you do I hope it's edible.

Food is terrible. They messed up my order. I ordered a shrimp and vegetable stir fry with brown sauce. I got only vegetables with brown sauce no shrimp. Then I called them and they told me to bring back vegetables and they would add shrimp. I told her absolutely not. I told her to remake the whole thing and I would come pick it up. Then she made sure to tell me it is going to cost me 4.00 dollars more. They screw up and I have to pay more and drive back to pick up right order. The taste of the food is horrible too. Terrible food and terrible customer service. Stay away from this place.

That's not even Chinese people working on the kitchen

That is who they are, low of the low. I placed a to go order in person and they charged me $2 extra for sauce on the side. THAT IS RUDE NOT TO SAY SOMETHING, AND THEN NOT PRESENT THE ITEMIZE BILL BEFORE CHARGING. Not extra sauce, simply the sauce on the side instead of on top of the dish. Rice tasted like Rice a Roni from a box, not fried rice. Egg roll tasted old because oil not changed. Chicken in veggie combo meal tastes like rubber, disgusting. Please save your $$$

I always have issues with this place. From forgetting items, whack delivery cutoffs, unreliable food quality, etc. Strip mall Chinese food isn't this difficult for anyone else. Tighten up.

Great food with an excellent customer service. I'm glad that they're still open, I've been coming here for the last three years and the food is good everytime.

Their food was always marginal and soup noodles always stale. Now they are no longer including soup when you buy a dinner and charge for noodles (which are usually stale). Not worth the nickel and diming.

Horrible customer service. Horrible service. They have made their jumbo size buckets into Quarts but haven’t adjusted the price. They over charged my credit card, my total came up to $56.38 I added a $4.00 tip which came up to $60.38. Some how they charged my card $66.38. Not to mention the driver only brought one copy of the receipt which said “customer copy” no worries it’s being disputed. And I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Absolutely horrible!

Waited 90 minutes for an order that had an item completely missing, while the rest of the food was cold. I called them to ask their driver to come back and refund my money, no drivers available. That's cute. You had them when you delivered this trash in a bag to my door. Took the food back myself for a refund and will never order here again.

Hi , brought 8 piece wing, fantail shrimps, qt of house special rice , it was delivered to my home . I got the food in their were only 7 wings and 3 of them was black like it was fried in burnt grease . So I called them right away to let them no about it . So the lady who answered the phone apologized in said she will deliver 4 wings to me fresh and that they were so busy and that she sorry. Well guess what she never delivered it . I called and called she never answered my call again . This was my first time purchase anything from them they are the worst I wouldn’t let my dogg eat there !!! This happen on 03/16/2021 my order was delivered at 9 :30 pm

Food was DELICIOUS. I seen the reviews and didnt want to judge because I ate at plenty GOOD chinese spots with low reviews. Im from up north where the best chinese food is and this is definitely equivalent! Real FRIED RICE and not that yellow rice like post places, wings nice m crispy. I loved it! Will definitely be ordering from here again. Also I asked for alot of soy sauce and I got more than enough!!! 5 stars!

I ordered the sesame chicken all white meat. The ENTIRE meal was all breading. I kid you not.....there was MAYBE a couple STRANDS of chicken. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! And to charge $2.00 extra for white meat!!! There was NO chicken!!!! This is just disgusting that a business would do this!!!

This place is horrible! Omg soo bad . And I think I know my Chinese food I’m from New York . The lady was extremely cheap and I ordered a honey garlic chicken combination platter w PFR the chicken was extremely dry and overcooked pieces sticking together and charged me 11$ and didn’t even give me PFR just fried rice plain literally with no veggies or pork please if you’ve read this take my word for it and go somewhere else!!!

I absolutely LOVE China House! I won't get chinese food anywhere else. The food is awesome and they even have some Tai dishes. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I usually do pickup and the food is always ready super fast too. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Usual prices. Lunch special pork fried rice has hardly any pork and vegetables aren't included (fee). Fried rice is just yellow steamed rice. Not much competition in the area. Consider something else.

First (and last) time. Only had wonton soup and an egg roll. The wonton soup is bright yellow and does not taste like wonton soup. Spilled it out. The egg roll was ok but they must buy the cheapest possible packets of duck sauce. Terrible.

Great food at a great price, consistently reliable. Ordered online tonight and one thing in my order wasn’t right (simple mistake, no worries), I called to inform them and within 15 minutes I had it on my table. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend!

Ordered two combination dinners. The wonton soup was over-salted, but nothing compared to the pork-fried rice. That had enough sodium to choke a horse. Have no idea who trained the cooks. But Chinese food should never have that much salt. Could not eat it. We wasted $20.

The freshness of the food really good not to mention the texture and the flavor. the prices also very reasonable.

It was close to where I was training. I received my food quickly but I was a little disappointed in my rice. I got one of the $4 boxes of the House Rice. It was a lot of rice for the price but it wasn't as flavorful as I hoped for and had very little of the Shrimp, Chicken, and Pork that I paid for.

This is not a full restuarant. Ypu are not expected tp go there tp dine. It is the best place to order take out

The food is ok but the service could improve..
I specifically ask if they would have change for me to pay cash instead of credit. the driver show up to my house alleging that he didn't know about the cash and only had a certain amount of money (obviously was less than my change back).
I don't mind tipping but I don't feel value as a customer when people force me into things. The worst part is that I called the restaurant to share my opinion and avoid this review, but the employee put me on mute or hang up on me, leaving no choice than to share it here.

I placed my order, and when I came to pick it up I watched the chef use his utensil that he was cooking with to swipe food off the ground out of the way and then continued to use the same utensils on the food he was cooking. He watched me while I watched him which made the whole situation worse. He clearly knew what he did. This was my first time using this restaurant and from seeing what I saw most likely my last. That is very unsanitary.

Not a horrible place. That is if you want no chicken in your chicken lo mein.

I have purchased from this place the past 7 years this will be the last and final time. The quality of food has been downgraded. The ribs where small and burnt and the rice was undercooked... Jesse the individual working there was incompetent and ridiculously rude! I will ask you save your money and your appetite for some other Chinese restaurant! I will be calling the owner tomorrow...

MIXED BAG I live in the neighborhood. I've been going there on and off for about 5 years. However I have recently stopped ordering due to unclean food handling. (see below)

SERVICE IS AVERAGE to fair for a takeout place. It is what you would expect. Not very warm and fuzzy just business like.

FOOD IS OKAY Sometimes very good , sometimes over cooked or reheated. It is not consistent.

****WARNINGS **** watch your charges,if you use credit card, delivery person charged a tip that I did not authorize as i gave him cash**.

Also they cut and prep semi cooked chicken wings and spare ribs on the same cutting board. they use the same cutting board and the same clever. Really grossed me out. So much so that I stopped eating there. I was in picking an order up and found saw this happening. After that I could not order from there again. Who knows what else they are doing that cross contaminates food.

Great atmosphere right when you walk in. For a sushi lover like myself it's very convenient for me to just order it freshly made and then do some shopping at Publix and by the time I get back it would be ready for me, that's if it's not busy (usually around 7-8 pm),but it's understandable. The service is top notch, the manager is nice and always greet you with a smile and the Teen who took my order (guessing it's his son) is also very friendly and would always greet me with a smile when i come in during the weekend. All in all If you're a Sushi-Thai-Chinese fan then look no further!!

There is no pork in the pork fried rice, no egg in the egg roll and their service is horrible. I wouldn't give them even 1 star if i could.

Even though this was not the worst chinese take out i've had this is a pretty close second. They used to be amazing when they first opened up, I don't know if they changed management or chefs or what its horrible now. I ordered Hot and sour soup, dumplings, moo shu beef and sweet and sour chicken. The hot and sour soup was this gelatinized gloop. It was thick. It was nasty. Had no salt. Had to add a ton of soy sauce before any flavor came out. The dumplings were almost all bread. Same for the sweet and sour chicken. The moo shu pork........they gave me flour tortillas as pancakes. Really? Admittedly the moo shu had some great flavor....but calling it beef is such a bad idea. I think in my whole plate I had two pieces of beef. It was all cabbage. There was sauce in a little cup. That was almost frozen. Definitely this thick nasty pasty thing. Not really sure what it was for, I think for the moo shu, but by the time it thawed out it was this watery brown stuff. I've given this store a couple different tries. They've clearly tried to get down to making money and ripping off their customers. It really really saddens me since they used to make the best food ever. I now defer to Wong's. I am never giving this store another try. I think 5-6 chances was good enough.

Adding a side note: just tried the steam rice. Even that is mush. Good job guys. You can't even cook steamed rice.

I tried this take out for the first time today. I ordered sweet & sour chicken...no green peppers, no onion, no pineapple. Very tasteless fried rice...no egg, onion, carrots, pork......nothing...even the fortune cookie was of poor quality...skip this place for sure. Why have the Chinese restaurants gone so down hill? Because we keep paying for low quality products.

$6.31 wasted on lunch with an awful food presentation/taste.
