The food are so delicious and flavorful, The flavors - sweetness , sourness , spiciness, saltiness and bitterness - exploded and blast in my tongue I put it in my mouth. I highly recommend this place and definitely will be back . Unique and very traditional Thai style

The service is fantastic. The waiters are very polite and accommodating.
The menu has a huge variety of dishes, from regular mainstream Thai dishes to very original ones.
We ordered the Masaman Curry with chicken, a chicken Pad Thai and a Bangkok Bangkok fried rice to share among 3 people.
Everything was delicious and the portions were very good. Also, the price was more than reasonable.
I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely return.

The staff is friendly but I think during slower hours the staff is a little low energy for whoever they serve. Some of the dishes were good not great. I would recommend this for a dinner date or casual family dinner for sharing foods. There is seating on the floor or table or outdoor.

Very greasy and bad aftertaste duck. We have duck all the time at other restaurants. The manager was stubborn and did not want to receive the feedback, had to even ask her to come out to speak with her. The dish was called duck darling. Avoid coming here, there’s many other great options around the area for even better prices.

Chicken Masaman Curry was excellent. I was not to sure of the pineapples but it truly works. Note the waitress asked how spice from 1 to 5, 5 being the hottest. I asked for a 3 and it was just the right about of spice. The restaurant has a section where one can set traditionally how they do in the west. Just remember to remove your shoes when entering this specific section.

Loved it even after coming back after so many years later since my first visit food still really tasty and service was really good. They followed all the Covid19 rules and we felt really safe.

Great place to find thai flavors! Los platos con buen tamaño y apariencia! Todo fresco y recién hecho! Opción para comer in door o out door. Adentro es lindo y tienen unas mesas especiales para sentarse en el piso. Recomendado el phad thai!

The food was okay, and the service was pretty nice. The place is really pretty even to just go for a walk.

This place is a gem. great food and service. First time here and will go back for sure.

We came to this area for Peruvian and got pulled in by the colourful flags and decor of Bangkok Bangkok. We didn’t know what to expect at all.

What we got was authentic Thai food. The red curry was the best red curry I’ve ever had. Most places I eat make it from pre made paste but you can tell that this was from real spices.

The Jumping Shrimp was perfectly cooked and spiced amazingly.

Finally we had the Pad See Ew as a recommended noodle dish. Absolutely divine. It was a sweet soy sauce taste with perfectly cooked beef.

Different

It's real name is Kaoshun Road I believe but because of permitting reasons I've been told, they keep the old Bangkok Bangkok name. Different chef, fortunately, and different menu. So much better. Far more interesting also. Ask the staff for their top picks...can't go wrong. Have been going often since I moved to the area and will not go to any other Thai since every single one has gone way down hill. To the point of becoming inedible.

Chicken satay was really good but the drunken noodles was mushy and just horrible. Honestly it tasted like they took some noodles from the day before and tried to revive it. They messed up horribly my favorite Thai dish. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here again.

We tried three different entrees and an appetizer - everything was mediocre at best. Not even a classic, easy-to-mess-up dish such as drunken noodles came out well; it was dry and unsavory. The only highlights were the Thai doughnuts (although even they were too greasy for what they were) and the excellent waitress.

Quaint location with really good food.

Of our 2 appetizers and 3 main dishes, none were especially good, though only one, the PadThai, was particularly disappointing. Spring rolls nice and crispy on outside but inside was mush. The place itself is nice. Prices ok.

Un lugar lindo y acogedor. Tiene 2 ambientes, un lugar para comer sentado en el suelo sobre alfombras y rodeado de cojines y un lugar con sillas regulares.

La comida estuvo sabrosa sin embargo tenía mayores expectativas. Para nuestro gusto la comida salió fria. Ordenamos 2 sopas y generalmente las sopas deben estar calientes pero no era el caso.

La presentación estaba linda y tenía buen gusto, sin embargo el sabor era plano de principio a fin.

Me llama la atención leer criterios buenos sobre este lugar. Experiencia fue muy desagradable. El plato tenia solo 5 camarones pequeños y el resto eran vegetales en salsa. Una cocina pésima y una atención en el salón por las chica fue buena. No lo recomiendo a nadie, pues, el plato de mi amigo tampoco estaba bueno, era muy mal servido y sin sabor agradable.

The specialty dishes are the best P1 through P4 are amazing. The atmosphere here is great. Give the shrimp and a blanket a try it is killer as an appetizer.

I love the food but wont be ordering again, the last two orders I make both had missing items, not only that but it took forever for the order to be delivered by the uber partner which I understand is not the restaurant's fault but if you add that to the missing items it makes the order just not worth it.

Delicious Thai Food in The Gables area. The staff will make you feel comfortable and welcomed. That’s the good part.
On the other side, the music is out of context and the large floor pillows most to be renewed!!! Please!!They even smell bad.

This place is in decadence... I went 4 years ago, and it was really good, an experience. I brought my friends today to have that same experience.. and it was awful. We waited an hour for the food to be served. Food quality was bad, tasteless! The drinks were bad too. I had the sake mojito.. bad bad bad. They place needs updates! Its old and smells bad!

Worst service ever.

Joke. Not Asian food at all. I ordered beef brocolis, it came so salty that I had to return it. Replacement was same as salty, again. The waitress then started to praise on the cook and did not suggest anything to please a customer. I had to pay although not having eaten. For those who like cooking: a basic knowledge about Asian food: soy sauce and oyster sauce have the rule of salt but with the advantage of flavoring. So both are to be used minimally, same as salt. In short, this place serves LOUSY food.

This restaurant has the potential to become a very great restaurant. The food is great for their price, the service is very attentive, atmosphere is wonderful. Yet, I was constantly looked at by waitresses which made the experience a bit awkward. I also did not feel well after ordering the Massana (spelling?) curry with beef. Spicy was level 4 of 5. I had the left overs again just now and the same happened. I feel very odd and heart is palpitating.

Be careful if ordering this plate or their spicy food (and I constantly do east spicy), I feel very odd. It could just be a bad reaction to one of their ingredients as the body is used to eating organic 98% of the time.

Been here a few years ago and many times. Took my co-workers last week and we found the place boring and food was boring. What I mean is the food was lacking taste.

The volcano tofu taste is great! If needed, One can add a bit of salt. Overall, nice place. We went with a party of five. Everybody was happy! Came back May 27 2017. The staff takes time and listens to want you want no rush.

Use to be one of my favorites but they have totally lost their touch.. Food doesn't even taste the same. Probably lost chef or something but big let down.. Portions are even smaller. Will never go back. Lost a loyal customer 15yrs plus.

The place was very enviting. They have two areas to sit in regular tables and chairs or for a more authentic experience you can sit on the no chair area on pillows. We chose the pillows! We ordered and 4 different meals and we were all delighted with our meal. We even tasted food from each other because it looked so good. I would recomend this place to anyone. We didnt try the cocktails though.
