We ordered pork pad Thai 🍜 , Bangkok shrimp 🍤 and gyoza 🥟
First to start I haven’t eaten seafood in years from past experience. My daughter however loves it. She ate one and kept saying it was the best she ever had (she’s 8 🤭) just hearing her brag I just had to take a bite. That turned into the whole piece being eaten.

Pad Thai was beyond flavorful. Definitely a favorite added to my list.
Gyoza were good as well just not our favorite food out of what we ordered.

They had our order out fast and immediately asked if we need utensils or chopsticks not forgetting to offer.

We enjoyed our takeout movie night and happy we chose this restaurant to be apart of it. Will happily be returning.

I could eat a half dozen and call it a meal Oh yes, the Godfather dish with lobster, shrimp and scallops was over the top! E ought that I still have some left for lunch.

We loved the quaint and contemporary feel of the place and Tony, the owner, stopped by our table a couple of times to check on us. What a treat to chat with him. In a day when so many restaurants are run by absentee owners and managers that hide behind their staff, it is so refreshing to find a place where they are present and enjoy interacting with their customers.

We’ll only be back in the area for a few months but you can bet your bottom dollar we’ll be back…again and again! Thanks for a great dining experience Tony.

The service was very quick and attentive which I appreciated.

The food was the best Thai i’ve had in this area. I was nervous after being let down by other places but I had a great meal here!! The thai iced tea was good and I enjoyed the egg roll. The hot and sour soup is not something I’d normally order but I tried it because it came with the meal and loved it! I haven’t had hot and sour soup before so I can’t compare it to anywhere else but this has opened my eyes! The pad see ew was very tasty and well cooked! Veggies were still crunchy and noodles were nice and soft.

I look forward to eating here again!

This restaurant is a breath of fresh air! First and foremost, the staff and customer service is AMAZING. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and our server was very attentive. The food came out very quickly after ordering and we loved everything! We ordered the Gyoza, Crab Rangoon, the Bubba special roll sushi, mild shrimp pad see ew wide noodle and mild chicken pad see eww wide noodle. The food was full of flavor and the sushi was in the top 5 of best sushi’s we’ve had! This was our first time but we’ll definitely be back with friends and family!☺️

Our family loved our meal here! It was so fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very friendly. We enjoyed everything. Can't wait to come back sometime.

Ordered green curry and masaman curry tonight along with some Rangoons.

I live about 15 min away and so picked up the order. Got home and they had forgotten the bamboo in my SOs green curry as well as 2 of the Rangoon were too burnt to eat. So I called and was told that they would fast track a replacement order and have it ready for my to pick up when i got there. While I was on the phone we found a hair in the green curry also. So I put it back in the bag and brought it to them after taking pictures.

Got there and the lady took the green curry in the back. I waited over 10 min and then she came back out with a bag for me. I took the bag home and upon getting there discovered that they had just added the bamboo to the green curry I brought back. They also only replaced the 2 Rangoon that were burnt. SO MANY QUESTIONS! And honestly so angry.

1. Why did I have to wait 10 + minutes for them to add bamboo to my curry? If they had told me that I would have told them about the hair and prevented the entire issue. Bit they specifically told me that they would make a replacement and have it ready for me.

2. If you burn half a dish as a restraunt, you replace the entire dish. I got home to my cold curry and half a box of cold Rangoons.....

3. DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS!! PERIOD EVER.

4. Always go above and beyond when you make a mistake in correcting it. I shouldn't have to drive an extra 25 min and then eat cold food just to have the meal i originally ordered. Sorry that simply isn't good enough to get any stars.

I'll be expecting a call and a full refund honestly since only 1/3 of our entrees were edible and I wasted over an hour of my nite ordering from this restraunt only to be lied to.

This is one of the best Thai restaurants in the area. The service is very good and the food is even better. I’m surprised there isn’t more of a wait but I’ve never had one when “dining in”. My favorite is the yellow curry with chicken and ginger salad. The sushi is respectable as well. If you like soda, keep in mind it’s sold by the can. Take out is always a quick turn with most waits of less than 15 minutes.

We love this place! The food is always delicious and the service so friendly and timely. We ordered the basil wraps, Florida roll, and chicken pad Thai to share. It was the perfect amount of food for two people and we’ll be back for more!

Good customer service for pick up order. 3 to 4 stat for food. Soup was watery and parang curry vegetables did not look fresh. Looked like that it were made the day before. Good eggroll and noodles

The place has no Ambience at all
the service is pushy and not the nicest they drop checks before you ask , they push you for your orders,
the food is always good better than good that's the only reason I come back once a year

Pad thai here used to be good couple years ago. Recently tried again & padthai was dry hardly any sauce or much ingredients really. Very dissapointed to remove this from our rotation.

Great place! Only open a few hours a day. I ordered Thai hot and it was sorely lacking the spice. They did give us chili oil as a side. Whateves! Was still great!

If you like really good Thai food and Sushi, you have to try Thai Wasabi. The food is quickly and expertly prepared, the prices are very reasonable and the service is great..The owners are present most of the time and they make sure you have a pleasant dining experience One of the owners told me that they prepare each dish as if the are serving it to their family..It doesn't get any better than that. By the way if you like your food extra spicy, just ask. They will be happy to turn up the heat..Try the homemade egg rolls and the fresh offerings from the sushi bar..Enjoy..Still my favorite Thai restaurant this side of Bangkok...Well worth the visit

Delicious Thai food we will be back . Had the chicken with peanut sauce 😋

First of all there isn’t a single vegetarian soup! Even the vegetable soup has chicken broth. The server said miso soup but I had to ask her if it had fish flakes and she said oh yes it has that. This is the first ever restaurant with no veg soup option.

The Thai basil tofu and veggies was good but wish they added more veggies. This was a stir fry option. And they had a few stir fry options.

Not a single Thai curry is veg. Most this places will keep atleast one curry veg.

Service was excellent!

Great service in a clean environment that is warm and inviting. The staff is attentive and friendly and always smiling. The food is good, basic American Thai and Sushi. Worth a visit for sure.

Thai Spice is far better and you get more for your money. First time ordering here. Food was decent but prices are really high but portions are way smaller than Thai Spice, which is where I normally go.

Thai Wasabi over and over again never disappoints. The food is fresh and delicious! The staff is caring and attentive. What a wonderful lunch and wonderful quality time with my daughter. If you haven't tried this place, you have to. You will love it!!

The food was great. I had the beef stir-fry and my wife had the chicken pad Thai. Both were great. The only reason for 4* is because they don't offer fountain drinks, and for the price you pay, they should.

Where do I start? Where do I start this review? We usually eat at another place down the road, but they are undergoing remodeling, so we decided to try this restaurant instead. Our first red flag was the smell from the smoke shop next door permeating the parking lot. Upon entering, we noticed the restaurant looked like a pop-up, with a folding table cluttered with menus, a bottle of what I hope was cleaning fluid, and a dirty rag on it. A sign on the door warned not to stand near the little table where the hostess stood.

We were seated near the kitchen, and unfortunately, the smell from the smoke shop was noticeable inside as well. While we are 420 friendly, we don't appreciate it when it's uninvited. The menu was quite disorganized, and despite Google listing the average meal price as $10-$20, both my partner's fried rice and my pad Thai (without meat) were $18 each. We also ordered Thai tea, which was very watered down – I've had better from a food truck.

My partner compared his fried rice to frozen food from Walmart, and my pad Thai was dry and flavorless I ate about 5 bites of it. After tip, our total came to $60, and it was the worst meal we've ever paid that much for. I left my food on the table when we were leaving.

To make matters worse, as we were almost out the door, one of the staff members shouted across the restaurant and now everyone was starring at me, "Sir, you forgot your food." Despite being visibly NATURALLY a female, I was misgendered, which added insult to an already terrible experience. Since everyone was now starring, I shouted back, "Because it was disgusting," as everyone stared.

This restaurant gets a zero out of five stars. If I could give it zero stars here, I would. It was a waste of hard-earned money on nasty food. I will make sure to leave it a nice review on my blog (with just over 18,000 readers) and social media following (with just over 3.5m followers).

To top it all off only one door opens and it is NOT ADA friendly. So if you disabled, yet another reason not to go.

We take out from this establishment occasionally. In the past year, the quality of food has been declining. I decided to get pad see u tonight and it came out with thin fried noodles. I couldn’t even swallow the chicken it was so dry. The rainbow roll was not what it was a year ago. Not sure if there’s new owners, but this establishment has just gone downhill and I guess the latest rating of their health check is a reflection of that.

Have been back several times and marked it as one of our to go places when we feel like eating some good Thai food. Cozy and relaxing!

Amazing food, great people

I don't get it. I've never had Thai food this bland. Drunken noodles aren't supposed to be white with no flavor. Tom Kha isn't supposed to be straight coconut milk with no flavor. Folks warned me that there was no good Thai or Chinese food in Bradenton, I should have believed them.

First time visit and ordered sushi, I forgot it was raw fish so that wasn’t my favorite….but the egg rolls are amazing and so was the chicken mango/pineapple rice I ordered. Calm atmosphere and respectful staff

Did not get exactly what I was hoping for. I felt service was more about adding extra charges than providing good customer service. I was not impressed with the food either.

The Pad Thai was the best I have ever had. Definitely going back for more.

I have never had dinner in the restaurant so I'm not going to comment on it. But the food/sushi.. The absolute, without a doubt the freshest sushi I have ever had. Just placing my next order makes my mouth water.

Great place to eat-in. The lunch service was good. I ordered the lunch pad Thai special and it came with soup. The portions were perfect for the price. I also really appreciated how saucy the noodles were, though I noticed there was more sauce during lunch than there was at dinner. This might be because they use the same portions for the sauce for both lunch and dinner, but since lunch is a smaller portion of noodles, it is more wet. I prefer it more wet, so if you do, keep that in mind (or ask for extra).
I would NOT recommend ordering takeout though, especially for noodle dishes because even if it's just a 20 minute drive home your food WILL be SUPER dry, hard to eat, and simply not as good as if you were to order it and eat it on site.

I’ve been going to this place for years with my parents. The staff always calls us by our first names and when I was younger they would give me free ice cream. My favorite restaurant on the planet. Amazing peanut stir fry is my go to.

Won’t be disappointed. The curry and pad Thai were on point. Addition of sushi is a plus.

This place is so yummy! I love Asian and Indian food and this is one of the best I've been to (primarily Asian but with Indian influences). The food is exceptional. The shrimp fried rice is very affordable yet serves the biggest shrimp you've seen in fried rice. I love the veggie tempura and everyone I've taken there who loves sushi says it is very fresh and exceptional.

This is my go to place. It's not too far from my house and I swear I get carryout at least 1 a week. Lol. I just wish they were open for lunch. I guess it's a good idea they aren't otherwise I'd be there all the time.

Thai Wasabi has decent curry, teriyaki, stir fry and other general pan-Asian dishes. Dinners are $15-$20 a plate. My wife and children insist on coming here for birthday celebration dinners.

We read the positive reviews and went here expecting some really good Thai food. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The appetizers and entrees were entirely bland and probably the worst Thai food we’ve ever had. The decor was also very bland and not very appealing. The only high point was the service. It was friendly and prompt. However good the service was, it failed to compensate for the tasteless food. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Tom yum soup and RED curry for the win. I only gave the 3 stars because we ordered take out and didnt dine in. I saw pictures and im sure i would have given them all 4 stars if we did.

We got Mamasam Curry, Drunken noodles, mild version. And Pad See Lew with black sauce.

The curry ( my Dad's favorite)is consistently tasty with perfectly cooked shrimp every time! The drunken noodles have a perfect tang, with deliciously chewy wide rice noodles, so yummy! And finally my order was the pad see lew I was curious about the black sauce. The chicken rice noodle dish is similar to drunken noodles, but has broccoli and carrots. The big difference is the black sauce. It changes it to a totally different sweet and yummy flavor profile.

It was our first time trying this restaurant, the lettuce wrap and the Panang Curry duck hit the spot and really hits home for Thai food. We're definitely going back.

They didn't have the dish that I liked . Weird hours .asked for fried rice, was given white rice .

The food is pretty good but nothing special. Pad Thai was spicy like I ordered but really needed more flavor. Check your carryout before you leave. Paid for a shrimp Thai basil but was chicken when I opened it at home. This was my fault for not paying attention, but they must have charged me for someone else’s ticket because I was way overcharged from what I ordered. No, I won’t be back.

My wife say that this was the tempura since Hawaii in the 1970s. The tofu toast was superb. The raw tuna and the pot stickers were terrific. The restaurant was full, but quite quiet. Excellent!

Very good Sushi place with excellent Thai food also. Many choices on the menu with several of their own special sushi rolls.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is excellent. We didn't have to wait for the server to show up. The order was prepared quickly and the server was attentive to refill drinks.

I'd recommend this place and will definitely come back again.

Great food and exceptional service

The service was great but the sushi roll I ordered was horrible. It was the Thai Wassabi with soft shell crab. As I eat the first piece, I realized that the oil they are deep frying the softshell crab was completely burnt. You could taste the old oil that had never been changed. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Best Thai spot in Bradenton. I always get pad Thai chicken.

It was good but not authentic. If you have been to Thailand, you would know the difference.

They have lunch specials here, but are not accommodating so if you don't want chicken soup and an egg roll don't bother to stop here. If you don't get the lunch special because you don't want these things you're pretty much paying the same price. I was upcharged for miso soup in place of the chicken soup and egg roll. I'm tired of places being so extremely unaccomodating for simple requests. There are much better places around.

I think the best Thai restaurant in the Bradenton Area especially it's location just west of I-75 makes it very convenient. But they need to have internet ordering when you call them you get hung up on there's a lot of background noise it's the most annoying restaurant ever to try to order over the phone

The hype was more than the quality deserved to me. I have been to many Thai food restaurants in a few states. This one seems like it was geared more towards the northern US taste bud than the southern. I found their food to be bland and boring. I had the Ulala roll and the Pad Thai. The roll was a very good size and tasted good, but the sauce had little flavor. This Pad Thai was the very first time I have had such a SMALL amount of peanut taste. It mostly tasted of ginger. There was also 3 different kinds of noodles in it, which is something I have never noticed before eating it at other places, but it wasn’t bad. It made it different. I saved most of it for lunch the next day, I reheated it in my wok with a little bit of peanut oil, and I added a touch of peanut sauce to it to heighten the peanut flavor and it was delicious!
