If I could give M&M Thai six stars, I would. This is hands down the best Thai food you will ever eat. The chef, Mae, is the sweetest human being and an incredibly talented cook. She has curated the tastiest menu while also making you feel like you are eating in her personal home. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is impeccable. I love how the menu is hand written and changes often. I feel bad for every other Thai restaurant nearby because they just don’t stand a chance.

I've been to the restaurant around a year ago. We had an amazing and unforgettable time there. The owner of the restaurant made recommendations personally for every single person of our group based on each one individual taste. The food and service were outstanding. The atmosphere is very intimate and cozy. I highly recommend this place!!!

The food here is so fresh and delicious! The curries are especially bright and bold - the absolute best I've had in FL. It's only a shame the location is so small! That being said, don't let the size of the place scare you away - pop in to order and you will not regret it!

I took my family for a lovely dinner last week. This place is run by a family. Food is authentic. Every morsel is flavorful. Excellent service, all the employees were wearing masks and proper PPE to fight the pandemic. Let me break down the food. We ordered Chicken Satay for appetizer. Chicken was perfectly seasons and grilled., so soft and melting. Ordered Pad Kee Mao with Shrimp (Flat rice noodles) and Tofu with Veggies in garlic sauce. Loved the flat rice noodles., they add more veggies and shrimp and just a handful of rice noodles., think I made an excellent choice. Tofu and veggies in garlic Sauce was also very flavorful. Chef came out in person and inquiring is an added personal touch. This place is highly recommended, they have a small indoor dining and opens up outdoor for dinner. You won't regret visiting this place.

We were waiting for a table, and asked about the table outside. They asked us to wait, then gave it to someone who came in after us.

Was waiting for my take out order with my 2 y/o daughter and she did not have a shirt on as we were coming from the beach, not sure if that was the issue and if it was the issue even a better reason not to ever go there. The food runner/owner/ must have thought I was a two year old as well as the way she talked to me. Said I was in the way like I was in time out. There is no where to stand inside as the place is small and no tables were available. Told me to sit in a non existent chair. Man at the front desk/bar was respectful..As a decent human I kept my composure and just canceled my order as I will not be talked to in a disrespectful manner.

Every time i go to M &M CAFE i am greeted with a smile by its personell.
You dont get that all the time in restaurants.

Iwould make the plates smaller or at least tell the person who is about to eat . That they can split .

This is traditional thai food. The vegitables are clean crisp and fresh. My wife had Pad Thai that was perfectly balanced. I risked and chose the scallops and was wonderfully suprised by the flavor and light sauce. If the weather is nice, get an outside seat. Call for reservations or go a bit later. The location is just a block off the beach and out of the main resturant area. When you finish you meal, go for a quick walk at the pavillion to see the see. Its not fancy or cheap, but all the costs are in food quality.

The menu was handwritten (poorly) with no prices, pad thai was extremely oily and flavorless, service was extremely slow and the server was only allowed to take the appetizer and drink order. Only "May" was able to take the entree order. After waiting about 45 minutes she comes out and takes the order. I should have left upon seeing the handwritten menu with no prices, but decided to give them a shot. I would highly recommend going somewhere else with better food and better service. This was a huge waste of time...

Always been a huge fan of this restaurant but recently the service has been very disappointing. I waited 15 mins before someone came out to let me know that they weren’t taking customers unless you called
for a reservation. The staff was not apologetic even though they could’ve told us when we first walked in.

It’s a very casual and small restaurant but the food is outstanding! Not too many places where the owner is cooking the food herself! I would totally recommend this restaurant. I have been to Thailand and this is by far the closest thing to the real deal in the Boca/Delray area.

Once I received my curry dish. Red curry w/ chicken.
The portion size was extremely small. The curry sauce itself, tasted watered down. Very little flavor not only in the chicken but overall. The chicken was like it was boiled or steamed, not having any flavor at all

Side of white rice, also looked like it was left over from another patron. That was just packaged up into a container

So I saw the reviews and thought wow sounds great. The food was very good I'm flavors. The portion size for the money left a lot to be desired. A Cafe? Not with those prices...back home when we order pad thai we get 4 times the portion. The price was very high for a place with plastic cups and so small. No hot sauce was brought over. Anyway good food but way too high in price for the portions.

This is my first time at M&M Thai since the pandemic. The phone wouldn’t ring but we gave it a shot and drove there anyway. The restaurant was open and filled to capacity at 8pm on a Saturday. We were given a tiny table on the sidewalk and were happy to get it. The food is straight out of Thailand, the only time I’ve had such gorgeous Thai food was in Thailand and I have missed it. We had Thai beer, green papaya salad, dumpling soup, coconut soup and two types of curry. The food was spectacular! Thank goodness May is devoted to the authenticity of her tiny bit of heaven. We delighted in the Thai vegg we found in our curries, the bright spice in our selections and memory of choosing these same items on street carts and slick restaurants in Thailand. The green papaya salad is made fresh, which we must wait for - you will too. But it is well worth it, being much shorter than the 24 hour flight to Bangkok. It warms my heart that this genuine cuisine can be found in Boca Raton. M&M Thai is open and popular - all is right with the world.

Not a place for dining in. We had people on our shoulder waiting for picking up through out the dinner. Food is okay and large portions but little on the pricey side.

I ordered Tom Yum soup with shrimp for takeout before leaving the restaurant I made sure of my order. Accidentally instead of a shrimp Tom Yum , I received a chicken Tom Yum. The waiter apologized and asked to fix it. Instead of fixing the issue completely I received a Tom Yum soup with chicken and shrimp in it. I immediately told the waiter I do not eat chicken at all I haven't ate it in years. She replied that she was not charging me for the chicken and asked if I could pick the chicken out of my soup. The proper thing to do when you realize an accident is to fix it completely. THATS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and Im sorry I wasted my time here.

We have been coming here for some time now, the food is still with great flavor , Tasty busy and still worth 4 stars to me, however the portions have gone smaller.

From the moment we entered, we were made to feel right at home... superb customer service. We had pleasant conversation with our waitress and she even treated us to some complimentary snacks! The food was very fresh, light, yet very filling... and the flavors, on point! When we travel to Boca again, my wife and I will definitely revisit. A+ restaurant!

I got the Thai red curry scallops and they were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially considering there was 12 of us and a baby. The inside was a bit small, however it was very clean. Overall a very good dining experience.

I paid $15 for a very small salad, the salad was crunchy and ok in flavor, but very fishy smell, I asked with no shrimp and I think the price is a little bit higher, I left and finished my salad feeling unsatisfied, that feeling when you spent your money and it's not worth the price. The food was absolutely delicious but expensive given the portion size. We ordered the lobster pad thai for two and the portion was what I would have expected for one person. Otherwise, awesome location and atmosphere.

We found, in M&M Thai Cafe the Thai restaurant that is up to our standards, here in Palm Beach County. The place is small, but the service is very personable. We had dumplings, Yum Yai, Garlic Beef, and Pork with mixed vegetables. All were delectable. And, yes, I'm shilling this joint, interested in them staying open!

Walked in today wanting to get take out. At 7pm on a Saturday only one table was occupied inside. I sat down to review menu before ordering. I took 5 minutes to decide and I informed the waitress I was ready to order. After waiting an additional 5 minutes for her. A guy walks in and she attends to him before me. I walked out and left. They need to learn tact let alone basics of customer service.never again!

When I was living here around 2014-2016 this was one of my favorite places to eat at. If I ever make it back to Florida I'd love to come back here. My family had just moved into our home and we were grumpy and and the M&M owner was so kind and such a personality and her food is the best. The food and everything got us smiling and happy. I remember getting ginger tea a different time when I was was feeling sick and it perked me right up. I also remember she gave my brother seeds to one of the spices for him to grow on his own. Amazing food!

The BEST hands down anywhere. Be prepared if you ask for spicy and enjoy the green tea!

Terrible place!!!
My wife and I came this place randomly, attracted by the location. We order some dishes made with noodles, since the begining the taste of the food was very sour. We told the waiter and she was very rude with us and didn't offer us any alternative neither a replace or even any form of apology.
After a few hours, we had a terrible food intoxication. We called the restaurant the day after and they hung up the phone!!! Unacceptable and horrible place!! Don't Go!!

well I guess the golden years are over, food is not as good as in the past and the rise the prices to a level wich is far above all other Thai restaurant in the area. example : small tom ka hung soup 11 !!! everywhere else 6or 7. beef patting was supposed to be tenderloin but came with stew. price : 27 !!!!!!! everywhere else around 14/16.- sorry but the food is not that good . I ll not go there for a long time . they have overdone it with raising the prices permanently . and I went there since many years ...

Came to try this resturant because I saw it had great reviews but when I arrived they had a closed sign even though it was over an hour before closing.

M&M Thai cafe is so far the best Thai restaurant in Boca and surroundings.
First the place is clean and beautiful.
The food is very good quality.
I got the chicken soup as appetizer and it has an authentic Bangkok taste.
As an entree i got the pad thai and WOW the flavor and texture is super good, it is not dry but also not too saucy.
Thai tea was great too.
Also with the covid situation they place hand sanitizers in each table and mosquito repellent .
Down part is that they close 30-45 mins there stated time and it seems like there is only 2 servers so they run open and down like crazy chickens.
In conclusion i HIGHLY recommend this place.

In Fort Lauderdale for a work trip. The crew and I decided Thai was in order tonight. We researched several places and decided on M&M, hoping that we would be rewarded with a great meal.

We were not disappointed.
Ms. Mai, the owner/head waitress/cook, greeted us with a huge smile and accommodated 4 guys during these crazy COVID times in her 20 person seating area.

She was witty and cracked jokes with us while we ordered. At one point she said, "If you no see what you want, tell me, I make it for you."

The other three guys weren't feeling adventurous, but I took the bait and asked her to surprise me. She took everyone's order and provided an unbelievable meal for all of us.

Me - Chef's Surprise - I don't even know how to describe what I got (see attached picture). Chicken, fresh vegetables (from Mai's garden), rice, and a fried egg with just enough heat to make me sweat and clear my nose.

Mai made 4 believers out of us tonight and if I'm back in the area, I will definitely be head up to see her.

We have been frequenting m&m for years but took a break recently. Last night we ordered our favorites again for a pick up. Pad thai, sweet&sour soup and red curry. This food is like no other thai food and I have been to many thai places. Everything is cooked and seasoned to perfection and tastes decadent. We love the personality of the owner as well. Will be ordering again this week.

In our many years of enjoying M&M Thai, we have learned to place ourselves in the hands of the owner/manager/sometimes chef Mai. A real character, she makes every meal special. We have learned to ask her what she particularly recommends on a given day. Even though the menu is large, Mai knows her food, and customizes it to her individual diners' tastes.

Lunch is the bargain meal at M&M, but dinner is always outstanding. And Mai is irresistible.

We ordered from Grubhub and M&M thai send us chicken satay that was raw inside. The broth in the soup we ordered was equivalent to water and nothing close to Thai food. Never going here again.

Wow, what a gem! The food was wonderful! The chef/owner - who's absolutely lovely - talked to my family about the different dishes, explaining the herbs she uses and the origins of her cooking. The restaurant is intimate and cozy, and the everything we ate had that rare home-cooked freshness. Try the pad thai and her signature herbal tea! We're from out of town, but next time we're in the area, we're definitely coming back!

Hands down the best authentic Thai food around. Only the best ingredients. She even gave me a couple of fresh Thai chilis to crush into my Kwetiao Mu for the perfect kick.

I've only had one experience here so far as I'm typically here on weekends and they aren't open for lunch then. Was able to stop by for lunch during the week and got the pad thai. Was incredible especially since they added some heat to it. Look forward to coming back and trying some more!

May is one of the chefs and presumed owners. She is personally there preparing food and speaking with her well known and new patrons. Our meals were both great portions and delicious. Vegetables al dente with my husband's shrimp and my dish with pork all prepared with perfect seasoning. Their spicy and mild dishes are both flavorful, proteins are not dry nor overcooked, and rice noodles with sauce and vegetables were excellent combinations. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. Our first time there to be followed by many. The restaurant appeared very clean and well organized. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient.

This was the BEST restaurant we went to on our vacation. I have never had such good Thai food in all my life! The owner had just made her special Pineapple Curry it was completely home made, in one word AWESOME!!! Also the portions were very generous! May was the best and friendliest owner I have ever met.
