Classic Thai dishes & house specialties in varying degrees of spiciness, served in colorful digs.
Solid spot for classic, decently affordable Thai food at a cozy, no-frills spot located on 14th Street and just a few blocks away from Logan Circle. I dropped by Ammathar for dinner with a friend who was visiting from out of town and deeply craving Thai iced tea, and we had a great time here. It's a relatively quiet restaurant, so it was perfect for us to hole up in for several hours and catch up about life and all that had happened since their last visit to DC. The staff was super friendly, and I appreciated how long they let us hang around the restaurant after we had finished eating. It wasn't a huge problem for us, since we were spending so much time yapping, but it did feel like the place was a smidge understaffed. The food took quite a while to come out, and the poor singular waitress seemed a little bit overwhelmed with the four or five tables that came in and out during our time there. Again, it wasn't necessarily problematically slow for me since we weren't in a rush, but I might recommend trying a different spot if you are in a hurry.
Their food is all solid. The menu is quite large, so it was a bit hard to choose what I wanted, but I eventually settled on the pumpkin and shrimp red curry. It was super warm and comforting, with the spices from the red curry and the rich, mushy pumpkin adding to the cold weather / autumnal vibes. The shrimp was nice and tender, and they packed a great seafood flavor. My friend got their fried pork belly, which was also quite tasty; it was tender, fatty, and had a great balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors.
🌶I ordered the pineapple shrimp fried rice, which is my number 1 gauge for Thai restaurants. Needless to say based on the rating they blew me away. The rice was seasoned with the spice level (3) was perfect and the shrimp chicken and extra veggies were bussing. I'm so glad untried this place its definitely worth a stop no cap…
My friend and I went to this Thai restaurant for the first time. Service was great, but there were some other not-so-good things.
The table had crumbs on the seats, which implied to me that it hadn’t been cleaned. The food was not so good too. The veggie spring rolls were mostly batter and had very little filling, which to me implied they were store bought frozen and simply reheated. The green curry I got was grainy, as if the curry paste was not fully resolved. The bamboo shoots were stringy and not tender at all. The tofu in it tasted old and tough.
My friend enjoyed her noodle dish, and the mango sticky rice was very delicious, but I couldn’t get over the other downsides. For the prices they charge, I’d recommend trying other Thai places over this one.
TLDR: This is probably the best Thai food I've had in D.C.
This is a family-owned restaurant and it really shines in the mom-and-pop eatery realm. This was the most authentic taste I've had compared to my time in Thailand and my mom's cooking. Don't tell her I said that.
Everything I ordered was excellent and I was shocked at every dish. Not to knock Thai restaurants, but they Americanize their recipes quite often. I don't just mean with the spice levels either, but it's the flavors and ingredients. Remember, Thai food is distinctly known for combining the sweet, sour, and spicy components into a harmonizing melody that transports you to the motherland.
Definitely my new favorite spot.
The foods are great and very delicious. I had a stir-fried pork belly. It comes with rice and I love it. The only downside is that they have schedule and told us that the kitchen is closing soon. After we just finished our food, the server gave us the bill while we are still talking. We felt like she didn't want us to stay in the restaurant anymore. So we paid and left. There are a lot of options on the menu. I believe everything is good.
I went there for dinner right before the Christmas and the place was empty. I was skeptical but sat down anyway. The menu selection is huge. We tried tom ka shrimp soup and tom yum shrimp soup which were delicious , papaya salad recommended by other customers that I think just so-so, beef nahm tok, birds nest on fire and shrimp siam all were great. I was full but tried coconut custard anyway … I would like to go back however the parking is a problem and it is not near any metro station.

Warning: Take out/To go order prices are significantly higher than eat in prices. For example, Red Curry with Chicken in the menu is $13, but if ordered for pick up, it's $18, plus $3 to add chicken and adding chicken is required. While we didn't look at the entire menu, every item we looked at was much higher priced.
Also, there's a groupon coupon you can buy, but they don't honor it for take out orders. It doesn't mention it on the groupon site at all. It worked out for us, though because what would've been a $57 order in the restaurant, they told us was $89 to go when we called in the order. We didn't order and got a refund for our groupon.
There are many Thai restaurants in DC. I recommend you skip this one.
In general, I love this place, formerly Thaitanic (back in the day) but perhaps new ownership/different name if anyone’s interested — It’s no-frills quite reasonable but given the portion size this time I have to make a case for it being overpriced — was very surprised that my lunch special was so small/mostly rice
I don’t get why because it was totally deserted (very cold outside and it was a Tuesday). However I have to say, I am noticing a trend towards small portion size since the pandemic maybe they are struggling..
For this recent visit, I would’ve given them three stars, but I’m giving them four stars overall because that reflects an average in terms of my overall visits..
Let’s hope this post pandemic inflationary slump is over soon and then we can all get back to how things were — for my part it is bad business for restaurants to cut corners — in the end it’s better to have a full restaurant with happy customers and slimmer profit margins per meal than the equivalent empty restaurant with unhappy customers/diners.. value is critical and few are inclined to support a business if the value proposition isn’t there unless the food is super special/unique which by nature is a rarity..
Essentially, the likes of Amazon make a profit because they go with the volume model not so much the ‘profit’ model..
As a Thai food lover, I've been on a quest for authentic flavors, and this restaurant exceeded my expectations! It’s a small spot that I hadn’t heard many Thai people mention, but I believe they’re missing out. I've tried many well-known places, and while they were fine, this restaurant truly stands out. Every dish I've tasted here is absolutely delicious! If you're looking for genuine Thai cuisine, I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try!
We saw a mouse here and left.
태국볶음밥과 팟타이를 먹었는데 태국에서 살때 먹었던 음식과 동일한 맛이었습니다. 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다. 추천합니다!
Called them on a Wednesday evening to place a pick up order, and someone from the other side asked me very rudely to hold . After waiting for more than 5 minutes without any further response from them, I decided to drop the call and order from another Thai place. Not sure what went wrong, but I definitely have expected better customer service.
The food was great and the service too.
The hostess who took my order was far from friendly. I asked for an order to go, specified “Thai spicy”…my dish came out less than even spicy so I began using their chilis. The hostess gave me attitude when I began using the chilis that they had available.
I genuinely enjoy my thai food with pizzazz and spiciness and decent hospitality. The amount of rice I was given was less than adequate, for $16 I could’ve gone to the Indian restaurant across the street and gotten better service.
Excellent food and impeccable service! I got the fish cakes appetizer and Tom yum noodle soup and both were amazing and full of flavor. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to both DC residents and visitors.
This place is the real deal, and the food SLAPS every single time. I've now been here a number of times with my boyfriend who lived in Thailand for 2 years, and the authenticity of the dishes on the menu are really unique compared to most Thai restaurants in DC. We haven't been disappointed in a single dish thus far, and they go the extra mile to use Thai ingredients that are often difficult to find here.
Some standout dishes:
Beef Nam Tok
Tom Ka Soup
Koh Moo Yaang (SO GOOD!)
Lad Na (only place I've found this, and the flavors are perfect and the dish is soooo satisfying)
Green Curry
Highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner whenever you can!
Very kind staff and excellent food. The waiter (Peter) was very helpful making sure my food was vegetarian, he knew the curry had fish sauce and was able to recommend options which were completely vegetarian.
No atmosphere or good Thai food
Food was super good. Had 6 different dishes and loved most of it. Like REALLY loved it. Great place. Would definitely want to come back if we are here again. Pad Thai with beef might be the best I've ever had.
Didn't love the masaman curry but it was just a personal preference. It was obviously very high quality.
Great place.
The food is good. The service is good. This place is a longtime part of the neighborhood and I’m glad they’re here! They have all the classic dishes and a few things that aren’t on every Thai food menu everywhere so it’s fun to experiment a little. One small advice: the smell of cleaning fluids when I first entered was a little unpleasant.
Food is very sweet, not much flavour.
Got delivery - delivery was fast but the food was completely flavorless
My friend and I went to this Thai restaurant for the first time. Service was great, but there were some other not-so-good things.

Amazing Thai food. Please order three drunken noodles ( pad Kee mow) they are amazing!
In a nook where Thai spices play hide and seek,
Finds an eatery modest, never meek.
It's the anti-pretentious, a culinary delight,
Where getting a table's as easy as a kite's flight.
Swift is the service, zippy and bright,
But hold your hats, the quality's still tight.
A menu so varied, it's like a food fest,
From splurge-worthy seafood to budget best.
Here, laughter's served on a platter so fine,
With dishes that make your taste buds twine.
So, dive into the feast, both cheap and dear,
In this Thai spot, we cheer, not jeer.
맛있는 타이음식점
4/12/24
Day 8 in DC, 4 museums, a park and other sightseeing walks, we are exhausted! So we stayed in the hotel for delivery 😀
YUM PED YANG
Roasted duck shredded and tossed with ginger, scallions, celery, cilantro, and chili paste in a spicy lime juice.
THAI STAR
Minced chicken and bell peppers sautéed with fresh chili sauce and accompanied by whole shrimp and Hoi Jor (shrimp, minced chicken, and herbs blended to perfection, wrapped in tofu, deep fried).
This must have tasted amazing freshly served in the restaurant because the driver seemed to have gotten lost because it look longer than GrubHubs estimate of delivery, so it came just lukewarm and it's still amazingly delicious!
Next time in DC we will have to go in the the restaurant.
Thiefs and liars. The restaurant uses a their own delivery despite being on DoorDash and second time they did not deliver but marked the order complete. DoorDash won’t refund bc it’s not their driver. And get this. Ammanthar’s number doesn’t work. So I have no way to get my food and the businesses make money without accountability. And I’m out 50 bucks for nothing. Shame on them.
We both ordered the mee grob lad na, and it was very good. Definitely will be going back
Amazing, authentic Thai. Wonderful people working there. Awesome!
I was looking for a Thai restaurant in Dc.
Staff was great, wonderful service Our food arrived very quickly. We ordered Bangkok seafood Curry and Pad see ew
Service was very quick and attentive even when it got busier
Would recommend if u looking for good Thai food in the area Dc.
Everything is very good
THEFT!!!!
Be Careful When You add a tip to your recipe!!!!
They overcharge as they want!!!!!!!!
THEFT
ALWAYS TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR RECIPE IN THIS PLACE!!!!
THIS IS A THEFT!!!!!!!
THEY HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER AND ALL MY FRIENDS !!!
I ALWAYS TAKE A PICTURE OF MY EXPENSES!
So I HAVE REPORTED THIS!
This is my go-to spot when I am craving Thai food. I used to live 2 blocks away and my roommates and I had their food almost once a week. My favorites are birds on the nest and Nam Ting Beef. I moved out of the area now but I still come back for the food or do an online order here and there. I brought my friend who has lived in Thailand and she told me that their food is very authentic. I knew it was different from most of the Thai food I have tried in the past. You can just tell from the nuance taste. Only real locals can make that difference.
I ordered not spicy salad, but got two times spicy salad. Also, water had awful taste. Thanks God administrator didn’t not charge for that.
Freshly prepared food with great service.
Great customer service and two out of the three people in our group were very happy with their food. Parking was typical of DC.
Phenomenal service and food. Everyone was so kind, and the food was delicious.
Great selection of Thai dishes at great prices.
Really good 5* experience, especially for food and service. This is a top DC option for Thai. I've visited many times and always had a great meal.
I visited most recently and had the Green Curry. They were nice enough to add string beans (no up charge). This is a very flavorful dish. Be warned, the normal preparation comes spicy. It isn't crazy heat but more spicy than the usually more bland places. Lots of veggies in it already. Really good green curry.
The service here is always really good. However, they are really busy during popular times. I've never needed a reservation to get a seat, but this most recent visit (Saturday night), I got the last table.
Definitely worth coming across town for if you want Thai.
Overall it was a really good experience for me. I got the chicken meatball noodle soup and it was good. However, it was quite spicy and the menu didn't denote that. So if you're going to get that meal, buyer beware!
The reason for the 4 star and 3 star is due to my husbands Pad-se-ew. The noodles were overcooked or something. The texture was almost gelatinous. It took a good whiel to chew one noodle and it threw the entire dish off. He picked at the chicken, but didn't enjoy things overall.
Staff was very friendly and they were priced appropriately for the meal you received. It is hard to say if I'd recommend going there as the food is inconsistent based on the two meals we received.
Parking is limited so Lyft/Uber/scooter is the best way to get there. I'm not sure you'll find parking in the middle of dinner hours, so plan accordingly.
Consistently amazing food and fast, reliable delivery service. They always do right by their customers. Huge Ammathar fan!
Food is very tasty
TLDR: This is probably the best Thai food I've had in D.C.

Definitely my new favorite spot.
Really disappointed to leave a bad review since I’ve loved this restaurant for months now. I ordered the mango and sticky rice and the entire mango was rotten and I had to throw it away. There’s no way the person who prepared it didn’t notice.
Nice place, small in size. Visited 2x's on recent business trip.
I tried spring rolls, crispy duck and some mango ice cream. Everything, including the service was great.
Always looking for a good Thai restaurant and this is my new favorite! Everything I've eaten here has been delicious with complex flavors and excellent cooking. Fun place to try new things and get old favorites. Love their desserts!
Be careful! This place charged my card again without authorisation two days after dining in.
I am so sad to give this restaurant one star. I was here twice this week with my family. We really liked the food but last night I was absolutely shocked when the owner asked me to clean the milk spilled from my son’s cap. ON THE FLOOR. It was an accident and not something on purpose. While two other servers were smiling to my apologies, the lady owner responded to me all pissed and asked me to clean. Not only I had complimented them for the food and be a courteous customer, the restaurant wasn’t even full. I was so shocked I didn’t want to create a scene and cleaned. After I finished she showed up with the mop. I want to notice I wasn’t done with my food. So we paid and left. If you don’t want families at your restaurant, put a sign at the door. Very very very sad.
Amazing and consistent Thai food! Tastes the same every time I go
This no-frills little eatery serves authentic and flavourful Thai food. I had Tom Yam soup, beef salad and the green curry chicken, and shared a mango rice desert with a friend. They are all good. The manager (I guess also the owner?) is friendly and helpful. Will come back.
Excellent and warm service! Food was flavourful and felt homely. Loved it!
Excellent food! I like that they offer Thai dishes beyond the mainstream fare. We loved the Khanom Jeen Namh Pheik as well as the grilled pork neck. The staff was also very friendly. I'm glad that there is still a good Thai option on 14th St.
Food was good. Uber service was fast only problem they forgot to add any utensils to eat the food.
Be warned...20%+ tip automatically added, then when the charge slip can with total to sign, only the total with added tip was shown and a line to add recommended 20 or 25% additional tip. Not a good practice for the service and food quality 😕 😒
Had a mediocre lunch experience, which is why I give 3 stars. The main frustration was the service - I ordered ahead and was given a 10 minute wait time. After arriving ten minutes later, I waited five minutes for someone to come out from the kitchen and just then check online orders and start preparing it then. Was then not provided silverware, so I had to go into a different restaurant to find some. Food was fine, but not excellent enough to outweigh the service experience.
I've eaten there three times now. The Lemongrass Chicken was just spicy enough to make your nose run but not so much as to not be able to taste the chicken and vegetables. Unfortunately, I inhaled the food by the time I remembered to photograph it. The garden rolls were a great difference visually from traditional rolls. Lastly the Kung Phuket was new to me, not spicy enough for me but the ground chicken was sizzling and delicious.
I enjoyed this place immensely because it caught me by surprise that on pricy 14th St, you can still find value cuisine. The Jack and Coke was fairly priced, also and in a decent size glass.
Super authentic and delicious food! Service is below average, order's were taken wrong with dishes being delivered to wrong tables and orders. Aside from that, the food alone was a 5.
Haekun $9 - totally recommend. The sweet plum sauce was a delicious pairing.
Thai Lemongrass $16 - came with a bowl of rice, spice, and flavor was delectable. Will be back for this!
Pad See Eew $15 - Really great flavor, with decent pieces of chicken, the egg was also surprisingly flavored and a great bite.
Totally recommend this spot, what an awesome hidden gem.
Wonderful experience, delicious food
I can’t express how much I like the papaya salad here. It was so authentic and they made it like I have in Thailand, which means they weren’t shy about making it so spicy lol. The Fire Bird Nest dish was also phenomenal. They have a big menu, so try as many dishes as you can.
Gewoon prima Thais eten, helaas iets te verwesterd voor ons
I got the Pad see ew and it was the so delicious. I loved every single bite of it. My partner got the Masama chicken curry and didn’t like it as much. It had no vegetables, nuts and potatoes and she said that is normal in this dish. We shared the sticky rice and that was also very great tasting, just a really small serving. We also had a Thai tea and lemonade and both were delicious. The server was nice enough, just a little busy. Our total bill came to $50 so it was definitely very affordable. I recommend this resturant and would go again to get more of the pad see ew.
All dishes that we tried were delicious! Spice level is as per the menu. They do offer spice and hot sauce on the table. It was difficult to explain or order to the server, but the flavor in the dishes more than compensated for making sure they understand our order. Quality of everything else was without any issues.
The food was SO GOOD and the staff were very friendly
Staff was very friendly and food was EXCELLENT.
Had takeout. Very mediocre food. Won’t return.
Never been so rudely treated before. I couldn’t sit in a booth because it was “reserved” but there was no sign on the table. And I couldn’t get fresh chili even though they had it on the menu. One of the few times that I left. Full stop. Waitresses were so rude I didn’t bother. Can’t give a review on the food cause I didn’t get that far. Plenty of other nice Thai restaurants nearby with better reviews.
The food is good but I’ve had better in DC. Honestly, if they had a decent lunch menu, I would give it 5/5 but to be honest, the lunch menu is so disappointing. I’ve never been to a Thai restaurant that doesn’t serve their dinner menu items with a lunch special/portion. A major turn off.
Tasty as heck
Taste is super nice
Horrible place, very rude and unfriendly staff. The lady at the counter is very snarky and impolite. We ordered a serious dinner for two: 2 entrees, 2 side dishes, 2 main dishes and a dessert to share. When we asked the lady for an extra small plate and napkin, she eye rolled at us and snapped us off. She did the same thing when I asked her for a fork to eat the mango sticky rice. When we were about to pay they added more tip to the bill than we told them they could do. When my husband made a comment about this, she eye rolled again against the waiter and it took them forever to correct the bill. This is not ok. The lady is a very rude person. I never had such a bad service before in my life and don’t recommend this place at all!
Great little low-key Thai place. I arrived just before they were closing for lunch but was graciously welcomed and not rushed.
The menu is fairly extensive, and there's pictures of everything. Items are already assigned a spicy-ness, which I think is great. The Thai lemongrass with chicken was very good. I would definitely get it again, or I might try something else because it all looks good. The Thai iced tea was also pretty good, and I thought it was a fair price for the size.
The food here is some of the best I've ever had, and I usually always chose Thai. The Crisp pork belly was nothing short of perfection. The ginger cocktail (I forget the name) but came highly recommended by the waiter was DELICIOUS! My friend who is vegan had the spicy eggplant, it melted in your mouth made you want to order 2nds. The crispy salmon with the chilly sauce and basil was ohhhh so good. The lemongrass chicken left no doubt on the flavor.
Must try
Also try to get Peter as your waiter.
My wife and I stopped in here for a quick bite on a lazy Saturday afternoon. The joint was deserted and at one point, we were the only ones in there. The good was good and the waitress was attentive to our needs while being able to answer questions. The menu has a wide selection of meals and drinks.
The food was honestly really delicious. Glad I tried it out
Excellent service- and cute interior. The spring rolls and Pad See Eew were so good.
A new neighborhood favorite. We got green curry, red curry, pad see ew, pad kee mao to share, and it was all very tasty!
I've eaten here and have gotten carryout dozens of times, always satisfied until my last to-go order in early April, 2023. The Larb Gai, good as always but the Panang Chicken failed, miserably. It seemed like the kitchen forgot to add coconut milk to the sauce, It was thin, tasteless and unappetizing. Had I dined in, I would've sent it back. Not sure I'll be ordering again from them, there's plenty of other decent Thai joints in the 'hood.
Nice meal. Friendly staff. Thanks.
Worst experience ever. Service terrible.
It was a decently good dinner, considering it has quite an authentic taste of Thai food. However, food seems like a bit too salty and sweet, perhaps localised this portion of taste for locals. We ordered 4 dishes (2 came with a bowl of rice each) and comes up to be $52. Portion is good for the price, with starters being less than $10. We asked for more spicy for the Tom Yum soup, and they just added more chilli flakes 😅
Food was amazing and staff was really nice. The peanut noodle dish with pounded shrimp was delicious!
Been in DC for a month already, and this is by far the best restaurant I've been to! Great food!
Service was a little slow as there was only one server. Server was friendly and accommodating. Also offered menu suggestions. Menu items were delicious. The dumplings were served lukewarm and lacked freshness. Everything else, however, was served piping hot and was delicious.
This was a convenient restaurant to Studio Theater. The food was good. I ordered a ginger shrimp dish which was good but not enough ginger was in the dish. The portions were about right. The atmosphere is fine. This seems like a solid restaurant if you are in this area of town.
Tasty Thai food and friendly service. The Khao Soi was especially good.
Food was definitely above average, but I've had better. Fried chicken wings were really good, spring rolls were okay, Pad Kee Mao was pretty good, but the it was definitely missing the char of a high heat stir fry. Spice levels were on the mild side for someone who likes spicy food. I ordered Thai hot and received what I would consider to be a 2 or 3 out of 5 spice level.
Delivery | Dinner | $20–30
The food here is so delicious and the staff are wonderful!
Be careful ordering in from this place. I placed a medium size order at 6pm for Valentine’s Day and despite calling and being put on hold never got an update on my delivery from them until 9:45pm when I was told my order could not be fulfilled and was cancelled. Dinner was cereal. I called back the next day to express my disappointment and see what they would do to make the situation right, but the response was essentially nothing. Not the kind of customer service one hopes for.
Food was good but service was bad and there was a roach at our table
The website says they are open till 11 on Saturdays. We took a Lyft here and arrived at 9:50 on a Saturday only to find they were already closed. We would've made other plans for dinner if the website had listed accurate hours. Very disappointed and glad other restaurants in the area were still open and kept to their posted hours.
Great food, drinks, service. Definitely recommend the panang chicken
This was a first visit for me and I loved it. I had the beef pad Thai, pineapple fried rice (the shrimp was pretty bland and a bit overcooked), and Pad Phrik King and they were all delicious. It was full of flavor and not overly driven by the spice of the peppers. I will be going back to try some of the other noodles offerings. If you are looking for a legit Thai shop, this is it! Give it a try 😉 there will always be something on the menu that you will fall in love with.
The wonton soup was tasty and HOT... but such a small bowl for $8. I had the fried rice with beef. It was nearly tasteless and the meat was chewy and seemed it had been boiled since it was pail brown and no searing from a wok. My friend had the pad thai with pork and the pork was tough and chewy.
The food here is so delicious and the staff are wonderful! The khao soi is amazing— so rich, savory, sweet and perfectly spicy
Delicious, cozy, attentive service
Great spot for a meal on a cold wet day
I go here every time I'm in DC. Best Thai food I've had! Get the Tom Yum.
Some of the best Thai food I've ever eaten. It manages to be unique and authentic at the same time. Get the Tom Yum soup, it's the best Tom Yum anywhere I've been.
The pad Thai and Thai tea were really good! I ordered online and they prepared my order quickly. The employees were friendly. The prices are reasonable and not as steep as I was expecting for DC.
I stopped by Ammathar for lunch in November 2022. I'd eaten here previously and had enjoyed it and I was nearby and hungry so figured I'd swing by. I'm glad I did. I had a vegetarian tom kha and a pork pad thai. Both came out hot and tasted fresh. The portions were good, too, and the service was prompt. Average prices. I'd certainly come back.
The personal touches they put into the food made it memorable. The sauces are amazing. If we come back to the area, we will be coming back here! Fried tofu, Calamari, Wonton Soup, and Gai Yaang are all good!
Enjoyed a great lunch there! I happen upon this place while walking and looking for food. I ordered the Goong Phucket and it was great. Nice flavor, great shrimps and juat the right level of spice. I'm not from the area, or even the state, but if you are do yourself a favor and go there. Food and staff were great.
Tom yum soup and papaya salad too spicy. Careful, their "medium" is quite hot. Server tried to help by providing cold milk tea drink. Pad thai was awesome!
Lovely restaurant good choice of dishes loved the green and red curries and the satay.
Simple delicious! Fantastic meal and excellent service! I ordered a dessert I saw walking through the dining room and not really knowing what it was but had to have it! Fried bananas and coconut Icecream…and it was awesome!
This is the real thing. Fabulous. That is all.
Excellent food service and value
Be aware. The fried fish dish is $58, shocked when in comparison the green curry we got was $16. We queried this when the bill and told the prices were correct. We had to pay it, did not feel good, felt cheated
The food was simply delicious!
So good! Very authentic, and the staff was so kind and attentive. Will definitely come here again.
AUTHENTIC!!!
Very authentic Thai food, attentive and friendly staff.
Wat een heerlijk eten met goede en vriendelijke bediening. Absoluut een aanrader en ook voor de kinderen goed.
Service and ambiance was great. Food is not authentic at all and pretty bland. Tandoori dishes also cooked too fast.
Very good! Visiting from out of town and was craving Thai food. Did not disappoint. Reasonable prices and quick service.
The mango sticky rice was good! The Penang curry was very watery a not as flavorful as I hoped.
I love this place, it has consistently been my local takeout spot for at least 3 years as all their food is good quality and authentic. However, I went to pick up dinner tonight and came home to see that the potion size for their pad Thai is about half of what it used to be while the price is the same.
Previously, the noodles used to be piled high to the top of the lid. Now, the noodles take up less than half the container and the rest is covered with bean sprouts. The quality is still the same, but for roughly $16 dollars a plate, there are much better bang for your buck thai places in the area such as Beau Thai right around the corner.
I certainly understand the economic circumstances of running a business at this time, but to decrease portion sizes so drastically while maintaining the same price will drive customers elsewhere. I won’t be back any time soon.
Really fresh Thai cuisine! My neighborhood fav!
Delicious food, friendly service, great location 👍🏼
