I love everything that we ordered. No doubt why they are top rated. They are very attentive and polite. And I like the vibe of the place. We will come back next time to try other dishes. 😍

My initial and only visit to Mai Thai Restaurant was pleasant. Service was pretty good. Their menu is pretty extensive in dishes they offer along with their drinks menu. Prices are affordable. Their plating presentation is very appealing to the eye when served-only thing “catchy” to me. Pallet wise for me, it was “classic” as I chose common dishes I’d typically have upon trying a new place for the first time. Nothing stuck out/wowed me in uniqueness taste wise that I’d want to visit often.

I ordered take out for my moms birthday dinner. The food was beyond perfect. I ordered quite a few dishes including pineapple curry with shrimp, Basil curry w tofu, the salmon mango dishes, and a few other dishes and my mom said the food was delicious and not oily. My mom is very health conscious and hates oily fatty food, and we felt this food tasted so good and was fresh. Plus they were so sweet to leave a free piece of fudge cake with a birthday note and had everything in a very easy to carry bag for me. I am so appreciative and always love coming here. Service is excellent and food is excellent.

I love this place. It is my favorite Thai restaurant of all time. I have never liked crab Rangoon EVER. I get it every single time I’m here. I get that and the drunken noodle but be warned: their spicy is EXTREMELY spicy! So go easy the first time.

We were blown away by the quantity of rice served at Mai Thai. It was enough to feed a small army! 🪖 And the pineapple curry - oh my goodness, the flavors were simply divine! 🍍The perfect blend of sweet and savory. And let's not forget the spring rolls appetizer - crispy on the outside and filled with deliciousness on the inside. The quantity was just right, leaving me wanting more, but not feeling too stuffed. Overall, the food at Mai Thai was an absolute winner in my book! 🎖️

Fantastic experience. My son and I had our dinner date there. We were seated right away. Atmosphere was calm and staff was very friendly to us.

I’ve only been here twice and got the drunken noodles, with chicken, and an egg to top it off, both times. It was delicious. Love Love how I can alter the spice level. I cannot wait to try their Pad Thai and everything else on the menu!

Very friendly and great food. We came in close to their closing time and they welcomed us and served us with incredible speed. We did not feel rushed and had a great time.

Didn't know this restaurant has been in Orange for 8 years. It's tucked in along a strip of stores. Visited for lunch and friendly waitress advised Ramen is Japanese authentic, so I gave it a try ordering Shoyu (soy sauce) style. As typical, first thing I do is sip the soup of the ramen ... and was it so extra sweet as if someone dropped spoonfuls of sweetener! The chashu pork, bamboo shoots were ok, egg was cooked past creamy, the mein (noodle) was okay but one section was still clumped together. I was hungry so I ate everything except the soup, but unfortunately the sweetness persisted. Told the male owner? about the soup being extra sweet , not good, and no way authentic Japanese. Surprised he said he visited Japan. Next time I might try their Thai food.

FOOD POISONING!!! Second time ordering here. First time was pretty good, second time something was VERY off. The chicken was awful in all of the dishes we ordered. Flavor was not good. The three people who ate food from here all ended up with food poisoning.

Never a bad experience with here. My wife and I stopped in for dinner and had our food in not even 5 minutes, hot and fresh. Clean from top to bottom, amazing staff, and you NEED to get the Brown Sugar Milk! This will be my only Thai place.

Food was great, tiger steak amazing. Server was nice and checked in often. Music on was only complaint as i was in there with two young children and there was an artist saying the n word and the f word but that was relatively minor occurance over the time i was there.

I tried Mai Thai for the first time in April 2024 for my birthday; everything was fresh and delicious. My favorite items are the drunken noodles and crab rangoon.
I've been back several times and will continue to do so.

Amazing Thai food we were delightedly surprised to try during our road trip through Connecticut! We had the Thai spring rolls, Pad see ew with beef and Panang curry with chicken and they were all very delicious! The service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant is nicely decorated with plenty of great menu options. Highly recommend!

I don’t know if they tone down the food because of the demographic but it was really disappointing. I order laab and it just tasted sweet. No spice, not enough lime and not enough roasted rice powder. great thing is that I have these things at home so i added way more. The mango sticky rice is also disappointing. Small piece of sticky rice with half of a mango. I don’t know if it was just one of those nights where they were lacking. Definitely were not in a rush since there were no customers. I had come here a lot a long time ago where the food was actually good. Atmosphere is nice and the workers are nice, but that’s all. Coming from someone who is Thai/ Laos

Wow! What a gem on the Boston Poad Road! Came for a quick bite and stayed for a delicious dinner. Food was top-notch, and honestly, the best I've tasted for Thai cuisine in the area. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and the atmosphere so inviting and cozy. Above all, it is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back! I am weary about any of the negative comments. Some people just complicate things and then complain ... never satisfied. Try this place out! You won't regret it!

This is a nice little Thai restaurant tucked away in a small strip mall. The service was excellent. A number of the staff welcomed us as we entered the restaurant. They also all said goodbye and thanks for coming on our way out. I had a red curry dish that was delicious but my wife’s wide noodle chicken dish was not very tasty. I would certainly go there again and try something different.

Placed an order thru uber eats. First time ordering from this restaurant. Decided to try their appetizers. Ordered Chicken Satay, fried wanton and crab ragoons. Compared to the pictures I saw on the website it seems like I recieved a smaller portion of chicken breast. Skinny slivers of chicken on a skewer. The peanut sauce that came w/ the chicken was delicious and it was a decent portion of sauce compared to the crab and wanton sauce those were so small, I could barely dip the ragoon in it.The fried wanton had tinest bit of chicken inside of it. I couldnt even taste it. The only thing they got right was the crab ragoon and the packaging. Seems like you have to dine in to have a good experience. I've had better Thai food else where. Never again. My fav spot wasn't accepting orders via uber eats at the time. So I decided to try something new.

Solid Thai restaurant in Orange. It's nice that the menu labels some vegan items and others can be customized to be made vegan.

Unfortunately, one of our dishes came out with egg despite the staff knowing and confirming a dish would be made vegan. It's a frustrating first impression.

That said, they comped the dish and brought a new one fresh with no egg so in the end they made the right moves.

It gives us hesitation to come back. But I wouldn't rule it out if we are in the area again!

The staff were quiet and didn't seem very happy, but it could be a language barrier and confidence issue, so I would not hold it against them!

The atmosphere is nice. Some parts look dated but there is a very clear effort to modernize and bring the decor into the modern age and it's pleasant!

I ordered online, as I am staying in a nearby hotel, I requested plastic utensils and sauces in the box for special requests. My food arrived in normal amount of time, but guess what, no utensils or sauces. How did they expect me to eat this? The breakfast area at the hotel was closed, so I couldn't get any there, luckily I did find a fork in the glovebox of my car, by the time i got to eat the food it was barely warm.

I usually don't write a review unless its a really good one but today I decided to due to a specific reason. I visited this restaurant couple of days back with a co-worker of mine during lunch. On the table there is a notice with a QR code saying "If you give us a 5 star review you can get an appetizer free" and they have listed 3 of them. The server told us to write a review and get the appetizer with our order. My co-worker wrote a review assuming their food will be good and got the appetizer also with the order but we were rather disappointed when we ate the food.

We went there because of the 5 star reviews that we saw. Now we know why there were so many 5 star reviews even though the food was not up to 5 start rating.

To the managers/cooks, you should earn your reputation and not bribe people to review your food high. That is wrong. You only have to correct your cooking, everything else was good there. You guys are so nice and the atmosphere was great too. Please dont do this to customers. It will only be short lived.
