We were on a family dine-out after the holiday and were planning on checking out a different sushi restaurant in New London which was not open so we ended up here. And it was absolutely an amazing hit! We first were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary spring roll as we were seated. We ordered a few appetizers, couple of special rolls, their lover boat, and finished with a few deserts. Everything was surplus in quality, very fresh, nicely presented, and reasonably priced. The lover boat was a blast to everyone when it came and was an absolutely upscaled experience to have sushi and sashimi served on the boat. Checkout the photos. Their deserts were great and our favorite winner is the sticky rice with mangoes. Everyone in the family from 6 to 65 had a wonderful time dining there. Would definitely recommend and would come back next time when we are looking out for sushi time again.

The food is 8.5/10 for quality and taste. 9/10 for price. The cooks really care about the presentation of their dishes and it shows. I’ve never been upset with any of their menu items. I order curry duck at least once a week.

The restaurant is clean, safe and enjoyable to be inside. If I order takeout I typically do it there and wait inside to enjoy their peaceful atmosphere. The inside is quiet like a cafe with a decorative sushi bar. You will not find a friendlier staff around. The restaurant and staff deserve an award, truly.

Visited here doe the first time and were very impressed! The spicy tuna roll had great tuna and a very pleasant, spicy taste. The California and Salmon rolls were also delicious and the prices were very reasonable! Will be our go-to sushi place for New London.

Unfortunately, they weren't serving sushi the day that we visited, but the Thai Basil Chicken was superb. I got medium, expecting hot (it's Thai 🌶️ people) however it was surprisingly mild. My girlfriend got the lo mein, asked for "very mild", and ended up with a dish hotter than mine 😂. It was inedible for her but I enjoyed it, though my lady was hungry and disappointed. Could use a little help in the cleanliness department, but nothing egregious.

Fantastic restaurant. One of my go tos for Thai. Staff are friendly and polite. Their drunken noodles are great! Be warned, though. Their medium leans on the spicy side so I always order mild for their noodle dishes.

Do not order delivery from them. They use Door Dash now and it is not reliable. My food has always been late and finally it was never delivered. The food is good, though.

Good food and attentive servers. Had the red curry and it was fantastic, piping hot too, its obvious the people in the kitchen care a lot about what they do. If I had one gripe the menu was a little hard to read, but overall this place needs to be busier!

We got 4 very different special rolls, the Top Kitty and Sex on the Moon rolls were to die for. Also had the most perfect coconut soup I've had in 20 years. Finished with mango sticky rice, not to sweet, very fresh mango.

One of the best sushi places in Connecticut. The lady who tended to us was absolutely amazing. She was patient and well-mannered. Add to her great demeanor is the flavorful sushi she served.

I got the Panang Curry with tofu…hands down one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. I love Thai food and curry but the dish I got seemed to be neither. It had an incredibly fishy aftertaste despite not containing any. The coconut milk tasted old and sour.

The server (Jaime) was incredibly pushy when trying to get me to order the dish so I assumed it would be (one of) the best on their menu, suffice to say, it was not. I would never go here again and recommend others steer clear.

In addition to the poor quality of food and customer service, their lunch special was not available despite it being 1pm on a Friday. The decor is the only thing saving this experience from being a 1/10.

Can I first say that I have never been served by a more humble, gracious and considerate waitresses. Food was delicious and hot and as it should be. They also thanked us for coming and invited us back. We enjoyed our lunch and the service. Yes,this will be one of my go to places.

I used to love this place but I don't know what's happened to the noodle dishes, Pad Thai is lacking the sweet/tangy flavor I enjoy, Pad Woon Sen and Pad See Ew lack sweet/soy sauce flavor. Leaving this review in hopes they can get it right again but this is after two disappointing orders :(

Dropped food off in main lobby of hospital without calling or telling me. Whole order was incorrect. Remade order and brought it to me incorrect a second time. The eel is gross and do not recommend. I paid 45$ for a California roll, an eel roll and also a California roll with eel on top. That’s a lot of money to have your food wrong and it be disgusting. Owner would not refund.

People were nice enough but food disappointing. Salad fresh and dressing flavor good but too watery. Spring rolls way over fried and filling saturated and very salty (yes I know this type of cuisine is usually salty but this was beyond normal saltiness). Tom ke soup had good flavor and plenty of chicken but too thin like dressing and too few vegetables. Pad Thai hot! I have never had really spicy pad Thai before nor did I order it that way. Not sure if I can eat it. Maybe cold. Ginger chicken also too hot when ordered mild by a person who usually tolerates heat well. Sorry but not a good experience.

Great food and service. The pineapple fried rice is a particular favorite among me and my friends. Service is quick and servers are polite and friendly. Good portions and delishious good as well as nice displays for their sushi if you order that. Overall a good place to grab a bite

Really enjoyed their Beef Pad See Ew. I love spicy food but the Thai chili flakes really hit hard so watch out when trying to increase the spice. My husband ordered the poke bowl and they were huge tuna & salmon chunks so we were so impressed with the serving size. Will definitely come back!

We got the hurricane and wizards rolls and they were super delicious (and beautiful)! They had large chunks of fish and were a great combination of flavors! The presentation of the rolls made it easy for sharing and dipping the roll into some spicy mayo if wanted. We also got the papaya salad with spice level 2 and beware! It was quite spicy, but tasty!

Our group decided on sushi for a friends birthday. We were looking for good reviews for sushi places near us. See this place and see the great reviews. We go there get excited. After an hour of sitting there and not even an order was taken yet. Then more people come in. We finally get drinks. Other people are getting there food. We finally place our order then proceeded to wait another 2 hours for our food. Since everyone else around us was getting served. We ask if our food even got started yet. Nope. Lucky we are able to sit and wait and talk cause we were at this place for 4 hours!! And to one of us getting cold food. One of us (me). (Who is pregnant and can’t eat raw fish) gets a sushi role with raw fish when it said cooked. Then when I commented on it. They proceeded to tell me no you order a raw fish role. No I didn’t I can’t eat raw fish so why order it. Food after the 4 hours was good. But not worth the wait. Very disappointed

One Green Dragon Roll & Unagi Poke Bowl w/miso soup. Absolutely phenomenal, fast delivery. Was a little later than the quote, but not by much. I was hangry. The driver was super polite! This is literally the best sushi in new london. It might very well be the best sushi in Southeastern connecticut. Fairly priced, top of the line quality and excellent portions. I'm absolutely addicted to this place. If you like sushi you will completely fall in love with this place. And if you've never had sushi I would suggest trying it here first.

Friendly service, large menu and special sushi rolls! The restaurant was clean and had nice decor. We had the Alaskan Roll and the Lover Boat. The freshness of the sashimi and sushi tasted better than most of the other restaurants we been to in the area. We came for dinner and will absolutely be visiting again!

Enjoyed lunch this afternoon! Excellent sushi, the ramen broth was phenomenal and my husband ordered the crispy noodle pad thai which was totally unique to us. It had an awesome combination of textures and umami flavor. Very sweet staff and a comfortable, clean environment. Apparently, they host nightly kareoke at 8:30 too! They said anyone interested should make a reservation because it gets packed. Definatley going to check that out.

Excellent Thai food. Reminds me of the restaurant I worked at. Everything was fresh and ready to order. Pad Thai, Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles), and the curry are all good choices. Looking forward to trying more!

I'm speechless, the food is THAT amazing! I still can't believe all 3 of us, each, ordered 1appetizer, entree, sushi, and dessert. EVERYTHING was fresh & delicious. That really was a delightful surprise. So far (since I plan to try everything on the menu at some point) the following are the top favs from what I've tried: khaow Soi curry, larb beef salad, spicey thai fried rice, & any of the sushi. The dumplings I suggest ONLY for dine in since the point is the lovely crisp of the
perfect dough which gets soggy in the packaging for take out just like most fried things but they are very delicious inside in flavor. ENJOY!

HIGH QUALITY sushi and Thai food in New London CT. Been to a lot of sushi places and this one was up with the best that I've had and ranks with some of San Diego California sushi places on the west coast. We got Two rolls 'Crunch Roll' and 'Poseidan Roll'. Each very good. We also got 'Red Curry' with beef. The 'Thai Tea' was also very well made. Definitely my favorite resurant here in New London Connecticut
