I am genuinely moved by the food and people here today. I had the Crispy Duck Chiang Mai Noodle, which was delicious and came in a generous portion. More importantly, I really like the atmosphere in the restaurant. Dining here made me feel a warm, neighborly connection. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, chatting with them felt like catching up with old friends. The restaurant may be small, but it’s full of a lively, homey atmosphere. Highly recommend! And thank you for the Thai iced green tea for a first-time customer. It was also great.
This place took me back to Thailand! My mom and my husband went. (Mom is from Thailand) the owners were so nice and welcoming! Our favorites were the Tamarind Duck, Chiangmai Noodles, and my mom got something special! We definitely will be going back when we are in the area. I also tried for the 1st time Thai Ice Tea with lychee! It was so tasty! Hope you enjoy the place just as much as we did!
What a wonderful little restaurant. Fresh ingredients and wonderful service. The owner was so accommodating and friendly. We got the Crispy Chicken Rolls for our appetizer. For our entrees we got the Chicken Pad Thai and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Everything was delicious. There is very limited seating inside but we encourage you to try this little gem whether eating in or taking to go.
went to this restaurant as recommended by my nail salon, definitely worth it! the food is by far the best i’ve ever tried. it has this homemade taste to it, and it reminds me of my family’s cooking ! the drunken noodle and basil fried rice are so good! they’re very sweet and genuinely care about their customers. so customer service was 100%, food was 100% to die for, and ambience was 100%! go try it out, and Thai Kitchen 29 I will see you soon!
Was greeted by very friendly staff. Ordered the drunken noodle lunch special which came with soup and a spring roll, and a Thai bubble tea. The quality and flavor of everything was exceptional! I had a very nice chat with the owners and other customers that came in were very positive, including a woman who was picking up food for her physical therapy patients who all raved about the quality. Once my food arrived I could see why. Highest recommendation!
A standalone hole-in-the-wall! Our 1st time there. Food is very authentic Thai and the owner chef is a an excellent cook. She dreamed to open this restaurant noting the limited truly authentic Thai restaurants around. The flavors are well balanced and everything cooked well. My personal taste is less deep fried but ended up ordering 2 dishes like that. I was expecting pan-fried but my guess the local tastes may prefer more deep fried foods. Being that said, it was done well, I just personally wouldn't order those again. I tasted the salads they offered the papaya salad and mango-shrimp salad were tasty. If you like papaya salad done authentically, both thai and Lao versions are offered and you can tell it has been soaked in the flavors not just last minute thrown together. They made their own housemade hot sauce and it was delicious. Run by a living couple.
As for the location, parking lot on right side is open 4pm on wards and weekends for the public but no sign saying that. Marked as permit-parking only. Otherwise look for on-street parking which is metered. The lot on the left is not for them.
The space is small, better for takeout but if you do dine in they are very nice and generous.
They offer delivery and online ordering at this time.
We aim to go again despite it being a hike for us. Try them out!

This is a good restaurant yesterday I went there food was fabulous and delicious and 2 days ago I looked at up on google it had 375 reviews now only 351 I think someone hack into there website last review I think not related too this restaurant just wanted to let people and google know that
Ordered for delivery, and the food looked like it was handled well, and prepared well.
We paid for fried rice with vegetables and chicken, and we got 7 pieces of small flat flavorless chicken, in flavorless rice, with a side of mushy soft spring rolls that tasted like they had been frozen for a week. I refrained from posting a picture here, but my wife and I were sadly disappointed. The worst part is we just moved into the area and have been looking for a favorite restaurant serving Thai food.
We get food from here at least twice a month (probably more) it’s so delicious! A little pricey for the portions but definitely worth it. Our favorites are the pad Thai, basil fried rice, and yellow curry. They’re always extremely friendly and efficient. Please try it and I promise you’ll crave it for dinner every night like we do!!
Dining here feels like dining at familys house for lunch! It’s so cozy and homey not to mention the food is absolutely delicious!! I had the beef pho and omg soooo good and flavorful. It’s not a huge restaurant so it’s nice and peaceful and the window lets in the most beautiful sunlight❤️❤️
Absolutely amazing service. They forgot my partners dessert, and insisted on hand delivering instead of a refund for the item. Then, after they called and to make it right insisted on giving us a free appetizer and delivering right after!!! Amazing wonderful people with fantastic food!
Great service, owner was very friendly and welcoming. Pineapple fried rice with chicken and green tea milk were fantastic.
The food was delicious! I ordered for a take out the food was nice and hot by the time I got home. Presentation was perfect as shown in pictures.
Definitely bringing the family here!
The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming! Seal of approval from some hungry dental students! :)
Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Fresh vegetables, brilliant spices, wonderful flavor. Just so good.
Larb salad (I got the pork) is to die for!! That’s my litmus test because it’s my fave! Pad See Eew noodles (I got beef) were amazing! Nice cuts of beef. Noodles seemed homemade?? So fresh! My friend got Lemongrass chicken and loved it!! So glad I FINALLY found great Thai food in CT! BYO beer or wine!
My husband and I love Thai food and we were looking for a new place to order from. Thai Kitchen 29 did not disappoint!! The red curry, drunken noodle and steamed dumplings were excellent. Delivery was timely and he was very friendly and appreciative of our business as he and his wife are the owners. We will definitely order from Thai Kitchen again and would highly recommend them for delicious Thai food.
Delicious Thai soup and iced tea, definitely will be back
Very good, one of the only restaurants that will make food above level 10 spicy so I could actually taste the spicy. Tastes authentic. Been to many lousy Thai restaurants recently, very glad I found this one.
Fantastic food, lovely hosts!
Went with the family of 4. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The owner is really nice and give us Thai Tea and Thai Iced to try out for free. Had the Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Drunken Noodles. The owner was cool enough to accommodate dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious
Small mom and pop restaurant with limited seating. Recommend takeout. They have a takeout website if you don’t want the DoorDash up charge. Got the Tom Yum noodles and Thai Tea both amazing. Owner was super nice. Gives you house made chili oil and a couple other sauces if you want to adjust the spice level to your preference.
One of the best Thai restaurant in the area. Placed an order online but waited awhile in the restaurant. The workers are so generous and offer me a drink while waiting for my food. The portion is huge and tasty. Would visit again for sure!
We’ve found this restaurant when it just opened around >1 year ago. Coming from Asia we’re pretty picky with Asian food in general and this shop never disappoints. The Thai lady in the kitchen really strives to bring the best homey Thai food to you and it works. It was her dream to open a Thai restaurant someday and we’re so glad that they’re doing well from all the positive reviews. Support small business 🫶🏻it’s rare to have good people devoting this much to making real food nowadays.
Amazing owners, authentic flavorful Thai food. Genuinely the best in Connecticut! Small dining space, but great food and everything made fresh
Amazing delicious food! Fresh veggies huge portions and wonderful people!
Everything I ordered was very delicious. Excellent customer service, and easy to order online. Highly recommended.
Highly highly recommend. The great reviews are no joke. The food was incredible along with an incredibly kind and friendly staff. You won’t find any better flavors than Thai Kitchen 29 has to offer. Don’t pass up on the teas and coffees as well. Definitely hope to visit again!
I’ve ordered from ThaiKitchen29 several times and the food is always delicious. Last night was the first time there was a problem with my order and the owner called personally to fix it. It wasn’t necessary but it was greatly appreciated. This place is a gem in New Britain.
Never disappoints! Love them
You'll have to go to Thailand for food this good. Worth stopping here.
The tea and the food was so good, the flavor was on point, so good I ended up ordering a couple extra things just to take home and try. Stop by here check this husband and wife owned place out
Ive been living in New Britain for a few years now searching for good thai. I’m so bummed I just found this place. Thai Kitchen 29 is by far the best in the central connecticut area. Not to mention, I picked up my food and instantly felt the love in this restaurant and its owners! Definitely give it a try.
I went here looking for a delicious and spicy curry. As soon as I walked in, the customer service as well as the atmosphere were on point. After just a few moments with the menu and letting the staff know what I was looking for, they informed me that their curry could be made with 5 different levels of spice with everything between mild and really hot. Now, I'm the type of guy who likes to have my food take my breath away, but I was a little intimidated by the level 5 spice, so I went with the level 4 red curry and the purple thai tea. Needless to say, I could have gone with level 5, but I didn't know that until I got home and started to get into it. They also gave me 3 side containers of Thai chili oil and a container of siracha to add to my meal for more heat if I wanted it. I also don't eat meat other than seafood, and they made that accommodation with no problem by doing a salmon curry and adding tofu. They gave me a very generous portion of salmon filet and a few decent chunks of tofu. The curry also came with jasmine rice, and everything was cooked to perfection. The salmon and the tofu both had a nice crunch on the outside and very melt in your mouth kind of inside. Also the thai tea was absolutely amazing. I'm telling you, if you haven't eaten here yet, you definitely need to check this spot out.
Best Thai food in Connecticut hands down! Fresh ingredients cooked w perfection.
Visitors to town we went in an ordered. We met the proprietor and her husban who are outgoing and hilarious. Had great conversation during the short wait for food. The food is amazing with a large menu. The chili oil is HOT. Great spot!!
I am genuinely moved by the food and people here today. I had the Crispy Duck Chiang Mai Noodle, which was delicious and came in a generous portion. More importantly, I really like the atmosphere in the restaurant. Dining here made me feel a warm, neighborly connection. Very bad experience they charge overpriced I asked for fried rice with shrimp and broccoli he said I'll charge you 4$ for the broccoli lol crazy 🤪 I'll stay hungry forever then pay u 4$ for the 2 Pic of broccoli.
The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, attentive and kind
Amazing food!
I was recommended to try it from an old friend. Luckily, I did just that. The food and service was amazing. It came out a lot quicker than I thought. Plus the display was out of this world. I thought I wasn't going to eat the whole dish, but guess what, I did. It was the grilled chicken, with mango fried rice, of course I added the shrimp.
We ordered Thai Basil Rice and Sriracha fried rice.
The person who took the order was very friendly and polite over the phone. We were told 15-20 minutes. But the food was ready before that.
All staff and owners were very kind and helpful.
We got free Thai ice tea drink since it was our first order.
Food was very tasty especially the Sriracha fried rice. Lychee and cashew nuts added a special touch to already delicious fried rice.
I sure will order again.
Great people. Fabulous curry.
High Recommend!! Flavor wise, this Thai food is on another level compared to other local places, they offer a free Thai tea of your choice the first time you buy from them (even with take out). They also are the only place in the area to deliver a Red Curry spice level that actually satisfies (level 5 is actually spicy). The owners are very kind people and care about their customers.
Outstanding original Thai food
I tried the satay chicken as well as the pumpkin curry today. Everything was very fresh and flavorful! Definitely worth every penny spent. The service was excellent and I loved the atmosphere. If I could give it 100 stars, I would.
P.S. I also got to try a new pumpkin milk tea. Hoping to see it on the menu soon so I can get more of it this fall season!
The food is always soooo delicious and the owners are so so kind!
Best duck we've ever had! Very nice and friendly couple! It felt very homy! We will definitely come back and try the rest of the menu!
Great food.
Cutest place ever. Food was delicious. Staff is amazing. Had the opportunity to meet the owner, such was a sweet little gem. If you’re looking for GREAT Tai food, this is the perfect spot. It will not disappoint.
We had Drunken Noodles, Crab Rangoon & Thai Iced Tea. Everything was delicious and the owners are so kind! Only small critique is the chicken was a little dry but we will definitely be back for another try & most definitely recommend!
Great authentic flavors with solid proportions. Very professional. Will do business again!
One of the best Thai places I have eaten at!
Wonderful service. The food was great .I definitely recommend it . I'm definitely going back.

If your in the area check this place out everything was absolutely delicious
Had a great experience here! Service was wonderful. Food was delicious! Thank you!
We ordered Roti, pad Thai, pumpkin curry, satay and eggplant beef. Everything was excellent. All of the were authentic and plenty. And I felt friendliness with staffs. Very nice
Delicious food. Huge variety of drinks. Friendly and lovely staff. It's a family business!
Amazing authentic Thai food! Will come again!
My boyfriend went to pick up an order we placed online and the owners were so very friendly with that short interaction alone :) The food was also soooo delicious and this place will be my go-to for Thai food for as long as they’re around!!! Highly recommend!!!
Excellent food! The roti canai was AMAZING. Pad Thai was also delicious. Definitely my new go to Thai place.
Fresh ingredients. Can’t wait to try more menu items 😋
This place was great! This is exactly the kind of restaurant I look for: small, authentic, and one-of-a-kind. We had the massamun curry and the pineapple fried rice and they both were rich in flavor with large chunks of vegetables. The proprietor was very friendly without being overbearing. The food also came out quickly. We also had the sacou for dessert and it was a wonderful mixture of all
of its ingredients--we could taste them all.
Amazing authentic and so freaking good definitely one to try you will not regret
This was my first time trying Thai food, and it was mouth-watering! So delicious! I tried the mango fried rice with chicken. It was very fresh and all the flavors complimented each other. I look forward to coming here again and trying other dishes as well. Service was also excellent, the workers are very polite and friendly. Definitely give this place a shot! You won't regret it.
We had so much fun at this restaurant. The owners were wonderful and the food fantastic. Highly recommend!
Amazing food! Owners are super nice as well. Highly recommend!
Had the veggie soup once and absolutely fell in love. However, today I ordered it on the phone. I really wish I asked his name but when I got the soup, he asked if I’m not feeling well, I said no. When I eventually came to pick up my soup, he had some tea in a cup to give me and said he remembered I wasn’t feeling well and to give it a try. Completely free, completely unprovoked and it made my entire week. I will be back and I will ask you your name sir, thank you for amazing service! :) You guys are so very appreciated.
Food was amazing! Everything was so good. Would highly recommend to others and get more often. Staff was helpful and welcoming.
We ate here just passing thru from Maine and were not disappointed. The owners chatted with us quite a bit and were super friendly. I had the tofu Laab (tho I ate it as lettuce wraps 😉), and it was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and I don’t eat tofu often. My husband had the Panang chicken and it was also delicious and he kept raving about it after we left. We got Thai ice coffee to go for their anniversary and they were a delightful treat for the road. Just the right balance of tea flavor and sweetness. So yum. We will definitely stop here again the next time we travel thru the area !
Really good curry and papaya salad! One of the few actually delicous thai spots in CT. Can't wait to try other classics on the menu
definitely one of if not the best thai restaurant in the central CT area! the owner is super nice and the food is fresh and authentic. if you want good conversation and great food this is the place!
The guy was very nice. Food was nice and fresh and taste really good. I also got a Thai tea which taste very good...Will be back again to try more food
7/3/24- I stopped in for a quick lunch- ordered a bowl of Clear Noodle soup with chicken, shrimp and plenty of scallion spears. Again, Delicious! Perfect broth, excellent portions and filling. Thai Kitchen29- my #1. The owner really knows her Thai cuisine- traditional.
6/30/24- I returned to Thai Kitchen 29 for take-out. I ordered I identical items, Sum Tum #1 spice(Thai style) and Druken Noodle with pork #2- perfectly prepared, completely consistent with my first visit AND absolutely delicious. #2 spice may be too spicy for some so try #1 and progress at your next visit. The only CT Thai restaurant I will now visit- thank you.
Wow, WOW, wOw!! My first order at the Thai Kitchen 29, New Britain, CT). Where do I start? The Sum Tum(papyaya salad),Thai style-was tremendous. I ordered as 2 Star spice level and exactly as my palate expected. if you want to hear one negative/ I cherish my Sum Tum on white or green cabbage but the TK29 iceberg was fresh and crispy..
The Sum Tom soup(with pork) / perfectly spiced at the 2 star reference- loaded with mushrooms, onions, multi colored peppers and so tasteful.
Main entree- Thai Druken Noodle with pork (2 star) ordered with extra scallions and I got extra scallions- perfect basil complement, ,plenty of pork, various color peppers, broccoli and classic spicing- loved this entree.
So I’m a regular at 7 Elephants(NYC) and at another Thai restaurant Southington, CT..
Thai Kitchen 29 is my now favorite Thai restaurant. Thank you.
Food very fresh & delicious!
Had the vegetable pad thai and Thai ice tea. Everything was amazing. Fresh and flavorful. Very fair pricing. Will definitely be frequenting regularly!
Great food and service!!
1st time ordering and Food exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place! Will be ordering again.
Staff was really nice and welcoming. They even gave us a free tea for our first visit! Lot of options and vegetarian friendly. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants and I’ll make sure to come back here in the future!
Great hole in the wall Thai restaurant! Food was delicious, and the waiter had to be the friendliest, most upbeat person I've ever met. Highly recommend
This restaurant is simply phenomenal. If you don’t visit, it’s your loss! The food is amazing and always fresh. The owner is very kind and respectful. If you’re ever in the area, check them out. You won’t regret it. The crab fried rice is A1 and the Prik King is my favorite. My wife always orders the winter shrimp as well.
The food was really flavorful and great customer service!! I definitely will return :)
We ordered take out and were blown away! The curries were fantastic! The pad Thai delicious and the owners were so kind, even gave us a complimentary Thai coffee that was amazing.
We’re vegetarian and the Tofu protein was cooked to perfection!
It’s definitely going to be our go to spot!
Good food little pricey but I would recommend trying it
Best Thai food in town. Hands down.
Mind blowingly good curries, and I am very picky on those. Best I have had so far in Connecticut, and some of the best ever. Quite a large variety as well. The owner is also very nice. Vegan friendly.
The best food I have tasted in quite some time. From the spring rolls to the orange chicken, everything was excellent
Lovely people, great service and tasty food..will definitely go back to this place
Excellent food and spices
This is a fantastic little restaurant. The food is amazing, the owners are lovely folk, and the dining area cozy. I'm so glad we found this spot. Top Notch Thai food with perfectly fresh ingredients. Definitely not a spot to miss.
we came all the way from indonesia and the food is amazing very delicious and the service is incredible, they are very kind to give us free thai tea and coffee for our trip back to NYC we will definitely come back again! Gbu
Thai Kitchen 29, wow! LOVE the food and the service! Attached are some photos, I ordered the Thai basil fried rice + chicken and also orange chicken + white rice! Since it was my first time the owner included 2 free drinks to sample (pictured) and they are both delicious!
The Thai basil rice was full of flavor and the orange chicken tasted so authentic and was refreshing! Everything tasted homemade and made me feel better after eating it, and didn’t leave me with a feeling of regret or pain or bloat, which is what I usually feel after most Chinese places.
The drinks included I believe were a Thai iced coffee & Thai iced tea - both of which tasted delicious and was also very kind and generous of them to include! I actually think the Thai iced coffee tastes more rich in flavor than most typical iced coffees here in the U.S. like Dunkin (which is typically my go-to place for iced coffee). Very rich in that coffee flavor, but without any level of bitterness to it! Like when drinking plain old black coffee! Perfect balance of yummy coffee flavor + sweetness!
Service was phenomenal. From the moment I ordered with the owner they were upfront and honest and kind. They let me know there was a $30 minimum for delivery (completely fair), and they also let me know if you can’t hit that $30 minimum they also have door dash and Uber eats for delivery!
10/10 would recommend for quality of food and service. Thank you Thai Kitchen 29, I will be spreading the word and ordering from you all again soon! God bless you all and your business! :)
This is definitely our favorite Thai restaurant in the area! Everything we’ve had is delicious from the appetizers, to fried rice, to curry, to deserts! And bonus the owners are really sweet and friendly and lovely to chat with ♥️
Also they are always really accommodating and willing to talk through what accommodations are possible for a dairy allergy, including having many vegan options and the ability to limit cross contamination. We love this place!
Small but homey feeling, they are the rated a 4.9 for no reason. Definitely coming back.
Amazing service! The woman was extremely friendly. The food was so flavorful and the temperature was perfect!
We ordered delivery, can't comment on atmosphere...
Wonderful food and exceptional people skills... definitely order from here
Ordered this on a whim today after work. My husband loves Thai and there were a group of nurses who ordered it at work and it looked amazing. Figured I would bring it home for dinner. One of the best Thai restaurants in the area. I also tried a Thai iced tea and it was better than the owner described. He told me it was like a creamsicle and it honestly was better than anything Starbucks could have given me. I would go back soley for that. My daughter who is a very picky eater destroyed the chick satay and my son ate my husband’s mango curry. I ordered the lemon grass chicken which a a perfect flavor without being too heavy. We will definitely be going back soon. Couldn’t recommend more. Plus the owners are so friendly and nice. You could tell the love they had for what they made.
Best taste so really delicious thank you for make delicious food (Tai) 🧑🍳🧑🍳🧑🍳
Fabulous and authentic Thai food! Thai Kitchen29 exceeded our expectations in every way. We ordered the pad see ew and wonton soup and it was so good. We can’t wait to come back. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Great food and service.
Amazing food every time!!! Fresh always so so so good!!!!
Quaint place, great service, excellent food. Pad see ew had a bit of smokey wok flavor, tom kha was very flavourful, and larb had lots of fresh vegetables. Would go back and try more of the menu any day. Very kind owner. Give it a try!
Awesome food and excellent customer service!
The yellow curry was some of the best tasting curry I’ve ever had. I’ve been eating Thai food all my life. I’ve never had ANYTHING that wasn’t delicious from this place. The pad thai was 10/10 and the Thai tea is my go to. You WILL NOT regret eating here.
Hands down one of the best Thai Restaurants I’ve been to on both the east and west coasts. The food was flavorful and delicious and the perfect amount for either a solo entree or to share (we got an appetizer and three entrees). The staff and owners were incredibly attentive and kind. The prices are very reasonable, as well. I think this place will become my new go to for Thai food in the area. Plus they have a HUGE menu so there’s plenty to choose from. Highly recommend!
I have been here a few times recently and I have tried the rice, the noodles, appetizers, drinks, curries, soups. It’s all delicious. About a month ago I went and sat down for dinner in the restaurant with a friend of mine and the owner came out to talk to us. She was delightful, passionate and hilarious. Excellent experience and will be back.
On January 23, 2024, my wife and I embarked on a culinary adventure at a Thai eatery we had frequently passed by. As newcomers to the town and ardent food enthusiasts, the allure of this establishment proved irresistible. Our visit left us exclaiming, "Wow!" The exceptional customer service and the warm hospitality extended by the owners created a truly delightful and inviting atmosphere.
Our gastronomic journey commenced with a selection of appetizers. The chicken spring rolls were nothing short of dynamite, boasting an explosion of flavors that set the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. The crab Rangoon, with its rich and creamy filling punctuated by delectable chunks of crab, was a culinary masterpiece that left us in awe.
For our main course, we opted for the drunken noodles with an added twist of chicken and a bowl of chicken pho soup. The authenticity of the drunken noodles was unmistakable, setting it apart from other “so-called” Thai food establishments. Each bite transported us to the vibrant streets of Bangkok, making it a truly immersive experience.
To complement this culinary journey, we indulged in Thai tea that was nothing short of perfection – rich, creamy, and boldly flavored. Beyond the exceptional customer service, the food itself was a symphony of tastes that captured the essence of authentic Thai cuisine. The palpable authenticity from the very first bite was an absolute delight.
We express our gratitude for the delightful experience that encapsulated the true spirit of Thai gastronomy. Thank you for a memorable dining adventure, and we eagerly anticipate making this a weekly tradition.
Ordered the Drunken Noodles. Really yummy! When asked my spiciness preference I have always ordered 5/5 from the Thai restaurants I’m a regular at. Ordering from here for the first time, I was more conservative with 3/5. Can honestly say their 3/5 is as spicy as the 5/5 of other Thai restaurants. Their spice is the real deal! Delicious!
Absolutely the best Thai food that I ever had been there twice and it just couldn't of been better Cooked and served by the owner Mae is so nice so far had Drunken Noodles and Fresh Rolls Cashew nut with Beef coconut shrimp everything was delicious we traveled from Manchester to eat here and well worth the drive
A hidden gem that serves up authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The staff (husband and wife) is friendly and attentive, making sure your dining experience is top-notch with a hint of comedy. Overall, it is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Thai food. The food is the owners mother’s native recipe which gives a homely feel to it. Highly recommend ◡̈
My brother is a very picky eater and I took him there because it was my best friends favorite spot so I’m like why don’t we try something different today he loved the orange chicken He says that that’s his favorite restaurant now and he wants to go back there every day. It’s a cute little hidden gem in New Britain I enjoyed the food. The food is amazing. One of the things that if you do go there I say you have to try is a mango delight is the best thing ever and they have the best spring rolls.
Dinner tonight was AMAZING . This was our first time trying and will now be repeat customers . Food had so much flavor and was fresh.
Ordered take out and was pleased with the food. The crab ragoon was the best I've ever had. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars if because I've had better drunken noodles before, however it was still very delicious and I will be coming here again for sure. Definitely worth checking out.
I just pov it here I tried this during my fast and never been back to a Chinese restaurant great food and place
YOU MUST GO if you’re local! Exceptional, fast service and very delicious food. Very reasonable prices and extensive menu.
A+ authentic Thai food, and nice folks too!
Tasty food. Great service.
Yummy Tom yum soup! Very flavorful and quick delivery I think from owner himself! Will order again!!

Came in for the Tom Yum soup (was delish by the way) but the fried green beans were to die for! They were so fresh & crispy even after i took it out the take out box to eat. Great atmosphere & very friendly owners! Will definitely be checking out some more of their menu items.
Good food and service. Not a big place
First time ordering from Thai Kitchen 29 and I must say it was amazing. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and it had the perfect amount of flavoring. As I was eating I was saying "Happy people make good food" . It will definitely become a staple food spot for my coworkers and I.
Will order again!!!! Highly Recommend : ) !!!
Very good
Food and milk tea were great!! Staff was really friendly and we had a great time eating here :)
Amazing and delicious food for a fair price. The owners are amazing, and so kind. I got the pad Thai and my fiance got the drunken noodles, and both dishes were incredible. Would definitely recommend for authentic Thai.
I'm visiting from Alaska where we have Thai restaurants all over, come to CT and there are not many at all. Their food was so delicious!! Service was great. Even with a fella who came in and just ordered first thing he saw, got coffee then sat and read the menu, several minutes later he got up and asked to change his order. They were already cooking what he initially ordered, his English wasn't great. But she just asked that he pay first very nicely, which he did. And didn't react when he wanted something else.
Great place to eat, the owners are very nice, and the food is of great quality.
Really great food! Yellow curry - bussin
Great food
We love everything about this place. Small business cooking up great food. Highly recommend. Always prompt with delivery as well. Keep up the great job and ignore the haters. 😊
We were in the area and decided to pick up dinner based on the reviews. We were beyond disappointed, most bland Thai food I have ever had. The Spicy Calamari wasn't spicy at all and just a chewy, oily mess. My Volcano with chicken and shrimp had no eruption, just breaded protein over steamed vegetables, no taste or spice. Her mixed vegetables with chicken were nearly void of chicken. The Tom Yum Soap and Vegatable Spring Rolls are the only reason for the 1 star. We tossed more than we ate.
The best Thai in CT!!! Amazing Drunken Noodles. If I lived closer I’d get take out daily!!! DELISH!!!
We just tried this cute little restaurant and were so pleasantly surprised! The owner is so precious and we fell in love with this place immediately! The food is perfection! The Crab Rangoon was 10/10! If you’re in the New Britain area you need to try this place!
