The pad se ew was our favorite dish. It had a delicious blend of sauce, noodles and veggies. The tamarind fish was a small filet of fish and the Thai Basil eggplant dish had more of bell peppers and onions than eggplant. For an eggplant dish, it had way too many onions and peppers than eggplant. I would not recommend this dish. The Thai tea had 80% milk and 20% tea. Don’t. Recommend this either. Service was cool with robotic delivery.

So I found out about this place from my aunt. She always had this particular menu of Lemon Grass Fish for take outs. It is a deep fried white fish filled topped with generous herbs (lemon grass, coriander leaves, ginger slices and cashew nuts) and yes it is bomb! Today we went here and also had the red chicken curry and the tom yum, they are all amazing. The taste here gravitates more to sweet and savory dish style, contemporary thai. And they have a robot server! 😆😅 We will be returning for sure.

I love their green curry, it is well balanced and not too sweet. Recently tried the pumpkin curry, it is decadent and perfect for fall. We come here often as we love the leftovers! The waitress I normally see is always friendly, great service.

I first started going here whenever I picked up orders for Uber eats, eventually I wanted to get my own food from here because it smelled so good when I had to take the orders to other people. I decided to eat dine in with my boyfriend and we both got a different meal. I got the pad Thai with chicken and he got a duck Ramen soup, both were 10/10 ! The food came out at a reasonable time and tasted so good. I even had leftovers and they were good at home as well! The environment is very clean and the people who work here are very kind and friendly! There’s a robot that brings the food to the table and honestly it’s kind of exciting lol anyways this is my thoughts . 🔥🔥🔥 best Thai food around .

This was a nice surprise. I wasn't expecting amazing food choices as well as a nice modern layout. Sure the waiter is a robot cat that jams music as it approaches, and that is taking a job from someone, but besides that this place was great. The worker (a lady idk her name) who was here was very accommodating and made us feel like we were more than welcome. Even remade the Pad Thai w/ tofu in just a few minutes after sending out Pad Thai w/chicken. I was impressed with the service.

This is one of the best restaurants in the Denver metropolitan area. The food is fantastic, and the place is spotless. Everything is made fresh; nothing is pre-cooked. Therefore, if you have to wait a little bit, do not worry. You’re getting high quality and it’s a real treat.

Just had the goat curry from Sunflower thai and it was so good. The lady owner was super friendly as well and had a great conversation with her.

We had a large group on a Saturday evening and everything was incredible. Excellent, welcoming staff, large menu, big portions, and most importantly the food was so well prepared and delicious. The staff were more than happy to keep everything vegan for our entire table, which we appreciated. Can't wait to get back, and highly recommended.

Great service, fresh and tasty food. Very comparable to other Thai places in the area (I’m thinking of Panang Thai in Lafayette and Busaba). Note: they are not as spicy as other places. Their medium spicy was a little spicy, but overall very manageable if you can’t handle a lot of spice.

Vegetables looked nice, but when I looked for wontons they all fell apart. They were breaded balls of pork, when fell apart it looked like someone vomited in my bowl! I didn’t eat it or pay for it. They have a lot of things on the menu, so I’ve only tried three different dishes, but they’ve all been delicious! Never too busy, and they do have a robot to serve some meals so if they ever did get overwhelmed I’m sure they still have enough staff and artificial employees to get the food out on time. One of my friends is friends with the owners and proud of them coming here from a different country and being successful with their own business! I try go there as often as I can whenever I’m in the area.

Hands down the most bland and flavorless Thai I have ever had. A huge waste of money because we're not even eating it. The sauce is incredible watered down and has no flavor. The Pad See Ewe doesn't even have sauce (see pic below). It shoupd be dark in color. Dry and flavorless noodles. I just don't understand! How do you miss adding the sauce to a dish that should be loaded with flavor. I always go to Mountain Thai and this is the last time I will explore somewhere new. So upset at the money I just spent on this!

Tried this place out for the first time tonight - Unfortunately, we were missing an order of Shumai - not sure if it was forgotten or if our Grubhub driver got hungry.

Also, I've seen a few reviews that mention the spice level being a little crazy - they're not wrong. We love spicy food and we can handle quite a bit. We ordered Panang Curry and Green Curry and requested "medium spicy level" - the flavor was delicious but it was almost inedible due to the spice.
I lived in Thailand for a while and it didn't come this hot.

Will definitely try again but tonight was a bit of a letdown - we really want to find a good Thai place near us

EDIT - did some further reading and most people said the spice level was pretty accurate on their orders. Maybe tonight was just a fluke... We'll try again.

On a Wednesday night, the waitress' service was excellent. If there was a six star, I would give it to her for her service.
Everything else is good, I will come again.

Our new go-to for peanut-less Pad Thai

It’s hard to find a restaurant with good peanutless (crushed or peanut sauce) pad Thai.

First time I came, ordered peanutless Pad Thai and it was **chef’s kiss**. Second time I got it, the Pad Thai still tasted as good as the first time.

Pad Thai is nice and saucy! They don’t skimp out on sauce like some other places. Flavor is great and the mild is actually mild. Husband got the highest spice level and they also provided 4 peppers (like chili oil or dried Thai pepper flakes).

Food comes out quick, waitress is nice and quick too. Place is clean.

Quality food. You never try your never know.

We tried Sunflower Thai tonight for the first time and we were very pleased with everything from the incredible food to service and atmosphere. We started with the tempura shrimp 🍤 and the sauce that came with was so delicious. I ordered drunken noodles and I was so suprised of all of the flavors. We will definitely be back!

This is the BEST restaurant in town! My wife and I just ate here for the forst time and we will definitely be back again! Thai food is regional, so I get really nervous about trying a new Thai place, but Sunflower tastes just like the food I lived on for almost a year in Thailand, and I'm so excited. We happened in and couldn't help but order both the pineapple fried rice and yellow curry- both were fabulous. The yellow curry is gluten free which was nice bc that's not always been the case. Naturally paired with a chang beer for the adult and the pink milk for the teen. This will be go-to for Thai. The young woman who helped us was so cool and very helpful. The restaurant was clean, and comfortable. (And yeah, that robot is adorable)

I ran out of water and the server didn't realize it for several minutes. And there were a few dirty tables when I came in even though the server was on her phone and Noone else was there. Also, a layer of dust at the bar. Makes you think how neglected the kitchen might be. Also, a stain in the bathroom that looked like it was there for days

I've been here twice now, and there are better thai choices nearby. The kao soi curry flavor is just not there for me- bitter and lacking that sweet/salty depth. I am also not a fan of bone-in chicken for this dish. The spring rolls are jam packed with iceberg lettuce and had no vermicelli noodles which is one of my favorite parts in a spring roll. The lettuce overpowers the other flavors in the spring rolls. The tom kha was lacking something too....Portions are adequate, but this just won't be my go-to for thai. Mountain Thai is worlds better in my opinion. The robot is cute and staff seem nice, though.

Wonderful! My mother and I walked into Sunflower Thai and loved the decor, the food (cream cheese wontons, tempura shrimp and Massaman curry with rice). The service was great by a courteous young woman and a singing robot that’s programmed to go directly to your table. Seriously. This restaurant is a find. Note: sometimes during lunch there’s only one server doing her best to take care of diners. Give it some love.

I walked in at 835pm and asked the server if they were still accepting customers. I didn't want to hold them up from closing and would have happily dined elsewhere. She kindly agreed to seat us and told us we had plenty of time. Our food arrived at around 850pm, and she offered us to go boxes at 900pm. I'm a pretty fast eater, but the food was pretty hot and it hardly had time to cool down. I was far from finishing my meal, and felt like I was being rushed. It would have been nice if the server told us they were no longer accepting customers when we initially walked in, since I asked the question specifically. I would recommend they cut customers off at least 30 minutes before they close.

I got the red curry. I asked for no spicy at all. It was extremely spicy, and didn’t taste the way red curry should. Also, their rice was the kind you’d find at an Indian or Mediterranean restaurant, not a Thai one. Not a big deal but it was pretty different from what I enjoy.

I took my family to this restaurant, I was like curious to go but we were surprised with the food that we ordered and the stuff, I don’t even know how should I describe, anyway we will definitely go back to this place to try all the food that available!! Guys please visit to this place, you guys won’t regret at all, one thing for sure you will definitely get back to this place , yum yum !!!!!!

Over all amazing service and mood they also server you food vary fast and it is amazing quality. The robot Server is so cute 🥰

This is by far the best Thai food I have ever had in my whole life and it was delivered by a robot. Pretty cool! We had the green and red curry. Absolutely perfect and delicious.

I called to place an order and the man on the phone called me pendeja because he could understand what I was ordering because his English is not good.
Just because you can’t understand what the client is ordering you are not allowed to call names to the clients who are trying to order.
I am very upset about this place, after I told him I spoke Spanish and it was very disrespectful of him to call me Pendeja he hung up on me.

Ordered takeout for the first time. The food was delicious.Very flavorful and a big portion. Will definitely be going back to eat to eat in...they have an adorable robot server!

They have an awesome automated server. The green Milky drink was refreshing. They ask what level of spice you want I got level 3 and it was manageable.

I ordered the papaya salad with crab and the house special pad cha talay and was very disappointed by both.
The crab salad contained only the inedible shell pieces of some kind of small land crab and zero meat. Even if I were go to through the laborious process of cracking open the single, tiny claw found in the salad there would be only a small morsel of meat to be had. The rest of the crab in the photo is just shell! Whoever made this salad has definitely never eaten a crab before.
The pad cha talay vegetables were tasty but the mussels, shrimp and fried fish smelled foul. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat my $44 dinner. I will not be ordering from here again. =(

Y'all, this place is AMAZING. The Pad Thai with tofu was flavorful and just spicy enough. The garlic salmon fried rice had a generous amount of salmon and the rice had great flavor. Easily my new favorite Thai place in town.

I had Pad Thai Chicken and it was wonderful: sooo authentic! The people were so friendly and kind. They have so many choices in their Menu and I can’t wait to come back to try more! I absolutely RECOMMEND this place!

Worst thai food I've ever had. Our rice was packaged in a plastic ziplock bag inside a takeout box suggesting it was microwaved. Fried tofu was mushy and bland, pad Thai was ok but the veggies were low quality and there was not much in there for a veggie only pad Thai. Egg rolls came in a bag that was soaked in grease. Felt like cheap Chinese food I could have gotten at those pay by the scoop places

Overall, a very solid Thai restaurant.
They use a scale of 0-6 for heat. I ordered a 5, but I'm going to try a 6 next time.

Tofu Thom - good. Tangy dipping sauce was tasty, but the tofu could have been cooked just a bit longer.

Pad Khimao (Drunken noodles) - very delicious. Large portion for a lunch. Flavors were very well balanced, and everything was perfectly cooked.

The robot waiter was an odd touch. Not my thing, as I am really not fond of robots. I'm sure most people love it, though.

I'm going to bring friends to try dinner soon.

Whether via Postmates or dine-in, Sunflower thai is ALWAYS yummy. From their pad thai, to every curry on the menu to their sweet thai custard desert, everything we have had has been amazing! Highly recommend. Also their thai level spice is mild at 3 and spicey at 4-5!

This is hands down one of my favorite and most authentic Thai spots I’ve been to in Denver. If looking for something to explode with flavor in your mouth and have you just jaw dropped after every bite, you have to try this spot! Seriously, it is super tasty and not to be missed!

Always worth a visit. I haven't tried anything yet that I haven't loved!!! They also had a robotic cat to deliver food to your table. Super fun.

Green curry is my 'test dish' at every Thai restaurant. If they get that right, I return again. It was ok. Not terrible, not fabulous. It's common enough to achieve fabulous that ok is kind of a bummer. I requested low heat since I had a cold sore at the time (yes I know a green 0 is still hot), but I received what was probably a 2.

My friend's Pad Thai was super sweet, but I haven't ever tasted one I loved so I'm not counting that against them.

The food was just okay. Definitely not the best I've had but good big portions. The service was great.

Perfect place to celebrate any occasion, like today we are celebrating San Valentine, they have Kiki, the cutest waitress robot, cozy place and the food is 5 starts, you will come back, all the menu looks exquisite.

Some of the best Thai ever, the Panang Chicken curry and Crispy Pork PadThai were amazing. This is our new go to local spot!

Amazing and authentic food. I was transported to both Northern Thailand and the islands with each bite of the Khao soy and the fried rice. So happy with this meal!!

Food was very good, I was inspired to try something beyond the Pad Thai that I usually get at Thai restaurants. The human and robot servers were all great. Also, the robot was a fun surprise!

Went with a group of 6 including two small children. An hour after ordering, we asked for an update and were told they hadn’t started our food yet. Other tables were sat after us and had already received their food, paid, and left. We were nearing bedtime, so we canceled our order and left without dinner, but not before the waiter was insistent we pay $10 for our waters and drinks. We were surprised that they didn’t offer to waive the $10 given the circumstance. The waiter was not apologetic and was actually rude. He also trashed the kitchen staff and restaurant ownership.

While settling one of our kids I also saw multiple cans of roach spray by the kitchen.

The green curry was spicy..almost too spicy for a mild spice request. The service was slow with an added oddity of a robot server.

Very tasty Thai food at this medium-sized restaurant. Nicely decorated creating pleasant atmosphere. Had an adorable robot server that delivered food to the booths - our daughter loved it.

The food is fantastic! It was quick, and it was exactly what I needed. And our waitress was super sweet and explained everything we asked her very well. Very personable. I can't wait to come back 🤗
