The Thai food here is good. I lived in BKK for a year and like to find authentic Thai places wherever I go. I have had the green and red curries, the som tum, the cashew nut chicken, chicken satay, and the Thai tea. The only disappointing dish has been the som tum. To me, papaya salad should look fresh and have some firmness. The one from here looked like it was made days ago and store, and then piled into the to go container, it was soggy, and lacked in color. Maybe just a bad batch, maybe it isn’t ordered by many people and this batch was a few days old, either way, it’s the only disappointing dish I’ve had here. Service is top notch, the staff are friendly, and every other food item has been excellent.

Came in from out of town to visit family and brought them here for dinner. Food was on point along with the service. We ordered quite a few different plates to share and all of it was great! Drunken Noodles and Spicy Cashew Chicken were my favorite but none of it disappointed.

May be a surprise to you how well appointed and clean this Thai restaurant is. The wait staff is attentive, food is fresh and cooked to order. The shrimp egg rolls are a prawn wrapped in egg roll and deep fried, but otherwise everything was very tasty, and they give you a lot of it!!

I have no idea how this place is rated so high. I will say the food was fresh but I ordered spicy and there was no spices or even really flavor. I also paid extra for brown rice that I didn't get. The cream cheese crab rangoons were average at best. It was $55 for two of us to eat (carry out) which was one app and two entrees. It just felt pricy for that it was. Not the worst Thai, like I said it was fresh just not the flavor you expect that you get with Thai usually.

honestly super disappointed! they charged extra for 4 plus people (and my sister literally ordered and left because she wasn’t feeling well). the food itself was pretty mid and portion sizes were a joke. red curry was terrible and would not recommend.

Service with McKayla (not sure I spelled that right) was great! Called in my order for pick up on my rush back to children’s hospital and she was just super patient and accommodating. It’s nice talking to non rushed people while ordering food. Thai tea was good and the Tom Kha soup perfect.

This place is a dump. Lettuce was brown and almost rotten, Bean sprouts where gross and also brown. We ordered vegan dish and it came with a nasty piece of beef. The service was terrible. The owner tried to pressure us into ordering drinks and she must have been pissed when we just wanted water because she ignored us after that. I had to get up and go tell them we want to order. We should have just left at that point. I doubt they will be around much longer. The menu itself was dirty and greasy. Really? I wouldn't line my bird's cage with it. Don't bother trying this place. It is a dump.

By far the best Thai food I’ve had the pleasure of having in over a decade, and believe me, I’ve tried many places over the years. The servers were wonderful, friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door and the service was quick. I can’t recommend this place enough! The masaman curry, pad thai and taro boba were top notch!

We went there on Valentine’s Day night. It wasn’t crowded but the service was bad. My drink came after 35 minutes because she forgot. Followed by appetizers 10 minutes later but the fried tofu was cold and she messed up my husband’s cheese wontons order. And our entrees finally came after 59 minutes.

Food is excellent! Definitely will come again for the M7 with chicken & shrimp maybe a little less spicy for me though.

Went for lunch. Had massaman curry. Since I had never been there, I ordered mild just in case. It had no spice at all, so they brought some chili powder to add. A little mixed in went a long way to making it pleasantly spicy. Dish was tasty, but not very much chicken, mostly potatoes.

Lunch specials were not that special of a price. A few lunch specials priced only a $1 less than the regular dish, smaller portion with an egg roll. Online menu prices for lunch showed much less--they really need to update their website.

Ordered on Ubereats. The Yum Woon Sen has no taste to it. Menu says it has shrimp. There was not one shrimp in it. Spaghetti Kee Mso, I wasn’t even sure what it was. Paid $5 for a side of sticky rice that was the size of two bites. Only thing that was decent was the papaya salad. Will not order from this place again. Not sure the good ratings as it’s not close to being good Thai food.

First time visiting the restaurant. The staff was on top of everything and very friendly. He tried the shrimp egg roll as an appetizer. It was very different than what we expected but super yummy. I had the veggie dish with beef. It was delicious and the portion was very big with lots of beef. I brought half of it home for lunch the next day. My husband had a beef pad Thai and he loved it. We will definitely be going back and bringing friends along.

If you're looking for good Thai cuisine you've found it!! This restaurant is clean & classy. Their customer service is fantastic and we always leave satisfied & impressed! I look forward to visiting again soon!

The spicy Basil Beef light on Basil more like Garlic Spicy (did have enough pepper corn favor)
The Massaman Curry filled with onions and kind of lack of the curry favor.

I would rather go to places like "Thai Curry" on Wardsworth or the Bangkok Ave on 144th are more than this place.

Hey Everybody… jersey guy here in Colorado almost 5yrs now!! This Thai place is okay, not like east coast, but yo buyer beware… they don’t include rice with their main dishes?!? First Asian place ever that doesn’t serve rice with the dish… you have to buy it extra. Don’t get caught w/o rice if you order through door dash… I mean who even wants to eat the food without rice sopping up all that good sauce. So my friends… I’d stay clear. Definitely a red flag. The food was very good! I got the shrimp thai coconut soup, which was absolutly wonderful! It was just the right amount of spicy and you could tell they had put some love into the broth. I also got a thai tea with boba and it was also very good. The boba seemed fresh and the tea wasn't overly sweet. The only downside of the trip was that the table was very rocky and made it uncomfortable to sit and eat.

I've been trying all the Thai food near me in Erie and this has been the best so far. Authentic flavors and recipes, and they will make it really spicy if you ask. Have had both delivery and dine-in service and the staff was great. For the price, I wish the portions were a bit larger.

It’s a real head scratcher as to why this place is so highly reviewed. The restaurant smells like open sewer, the service is pushy for you to order more and the chicken in the masamam curry was crunchy and the larb didn’t come with the things it said it does - peanuts and mint. When we asked for peanuts and mint, they charged us 4 extra dollars! Save your hard earned dollars.

Try to restrict this place if you really know what Thai food is. The place is decently maintained but not the food. We ordered red curry and Tom yum soup, curry came with raw vegetables. I have never eaten a raw eggplant, thanks to these people they made me do that. We asked for spicy but the curry just tasted like coconut milk, I had to mix Tom yum soup with curry to get some flavor! Avoid it as much you can, I trusted other positive reviews but I upvote all the 1 star reviews. Portions are super small, May be designed for kids!

Funny enough I didn't even know about this place. I was driving to the Subway that's next door and saw this place and thought I'd give it a try. Best decision I made all week.

The noodles were perfectly tender and not overcooked. The sauce was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy, tender and flavorful. Also had the perfect amount of bean sprouts, green onion and peanuts to give it that right balance of texture and added flavor.

Also worth mentioning that the restaurant itself has a very nice relaxed feel, was very clean and smelled nice, and the staff was very pleasant and attentive.

10/10- Will eat there again.

As a Australian I missed good Thai food options. Ponsawan Thai in Thornton more than fills the gap. Their Satay Chicken Sticks and Larb are some of my faves when watching what I’m eating. The musaman curry is my go to when I’m looking for something filling! Medium spice is pretty spicy as a heads up. The Thai iced tea is also delicious. I docked a star for the constant
upselling that happens each time someone comes to the table.

We are new in this area and searching for a good Thai restaurant and base on all the good rating. We decided to give it a try. Is definitely not authentic thai food. I have couple issue with their curry: we requested mild, we end up such high spiciness and we could not even eat it. The green curry looked brown which tasted like the green paste from a jar, there were none of the vegs that they mentioned in the description. and Red curry was so spicy it burned the mouth with one taste. The phad See ewe was good enough. But I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this place for Thai. 42$ of food ended up in the trash.

Great masaman curry!

PadSeeEu was excellent as was the Yellow Curry. I'm so glad to have found this place!

We asked for spicy cashew chicken. We had one bite and it came out very sweet. We asked for the servers to take it back and they said they couldn’t do that because “half” of the dish is empty. We had one piece of the chicken.

Food is good but very expensive with the add on fees. Ordered ginger chicken stir fry 15.95 on the menu, and asked for extra ginger and then server asked if I wanted steamed rice of course. Food came quickly and was tasty, boxed up half of it and asked for some additional rice as I had eaten the first portion as the stir fry was generous. Bill came, 15.95 for entree, $3 added ginger, $2.5 steamed rice, $2.5 for steamed rice. Seriously $3 for some extra ginger and $5 for rice when the entree is already $15.95? Unfortunately won't be coming back.

This is the best Thai food I’ve had and every time I pass though I’ll come here! If your vegan or vegetarian then they have options to choose from.

Have been getting food here for quite a while and it's always delicious. Take out is extremely fast and delicious. Highly recommend the Panang Curry.

Everything we had was absolutely delicious - so flavorful, perfect amount of spice and authentic flavors! Their food was better than what I had in Thailand. We had an appetizer, 2 meals, drinks and dessert, and this is now one of our favorite restaurants! Service was wonderful too, and everyone was very friendly.

The food is delicious and the service is wonderful! Never had any problems when coming to dine in at Ponsawan! Nice clean environment :)
