I really like the building itself, which has a plaque declaring that it's a Loveland Architectural Landmark. Originally a home? There are different levels inside, at least two of which are for restaurant seating. We sat upstairs. The decor is lovely, but I would recommend re-covering the booth seats.

We ordered the Appetizer Sampler Plate and were glad we did - all 4 fried items were delicious, and so were the 3 sauces to dip them in. That was my favorite part of the meal. My entree was Massaman Curry. Loved the Level-4 (out of 5) heat, and the food was good. My wife had Jungle Curry, and it just wasn't what she expected; you could legitimately call it a soup. Both dishes looked like their menu photos, so we take full responsibility for what we ordered! Both of us came away agreeing that we'd like to go back, but try different entrees.

My friend and I came here for dinner before a show. Thai tea was excellent and my friend loved the matcha flavor she got. My pad Thai was good but not the best I’ve had. My friend loved her curry and said it was the best she’s had in some time. We both devoured our mango sticky rice. Good food and drink here.

We ordered take out for dinner. It's a little hard to get to if you come from the wrong side of town and the GPS wasn't helping. But it's worth it. We ordered Pad Kee Mow, Tom Kha and Massaman Curry. The Pad Kee Mow was delicious, with plenty vegs and hearty portion. The best of the 3 dishes we ordered definitely. The Tom Kha was super creamy, great with rice, and the flavor was spot on. The Massaman curry was a little bland on the contrary compared to the other 2 dishes. The potatoes were in huge chunk and undercooked.

Delicious food. Their duck noodle soup hit the spot on a rainy cold day! Full of flavor and a good balance of meat and noodles.

I have tried every single Thai restaurant in the Fort Collins / Loveland area and can honestly say that Bai Tong is the most consistently excellent Thai food I’ve had. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and they make take out a very easy experience as well. There’s a reason I keep coming back to Bai Tong.

Good tasting food. Ok takeout serving size. Ordered online and it was pretty quick. Hot wasn't that hot, but there are two more levels of hotness above that.

I usually order Bai Tong 2-3 times a month. I order the same thing, the Noodle Kee Mao. The last two times I ordered this, 2 weeks apart, the dish has been flavorless and the chicken overcooked. When I called the restaurants to let them know I didn't want a refund but was disappointed how my meal tasted. It was met with an attitude, even though I did say how much I usually enjoy my food. If it were my restaurant, I would appreciate the criticism and would work to correct the issue. I love flavor and spice, and this is the one restaurant that doesn't cater to just the salt and pepper only customers. I will not be coming back for a while. Hopefully, they check on their cooks and ensure the food tastes edible.

The food was just okay, small portions, the tofu color was unappetizing, not flavorful, overall just okay. The dining room needs a serious cleaning and update. There was a layer of dust on all the decor and the air vents. The furnishings and floors need a refresh.

Bai Tong has become one of our new favorite lunch spots in Loveland. The servings are big enough for the meal, plus some leftovers! The patio seating is very relaxing due to all the shade from the trees, and the service is just as personal and prompt if you were seated inside. We had the pleasure of having Fo as our server and he was very fast with any refills and extra requests we had throughout the meal. If you're up for a decent amount of heat, try Thai Hot for any dish and it will be a highlight of your day!

I love this place, The panang curry is divine! I always get the appetizer sampler because I just can't decide and they're all so good. They make really good alcoholic drinks as well, The 3 Kings drink is ACES. The atmosphere is so cool and the staff is super friendly, I really enjoy eating here.

Awesome! Exactly what I wanted. Some of the best Thai flavors my wife and I have ever enjoyed. The sampler, Thai Basil Fried Rice, and Red Curry are outstanding. We'll be back and so should you.

Some of the best curry I've ever had. Their Avocado curry is a must have. Prices are super fair and the food is worth double the price you pay. If I lived here I would be first in line for lunch every day they're open. I'd find a way to work here and I would be happy if my only pay was the food. The thai iced tea and green tea are very delicious as well and pair perfectly with any meal. 😋 Can't wait to be in Colorado again as I'll make this my first stop!

So confused by all the great reviews - this was the absolute worst thai food I have ever had - our first time trying this restaurant and both my husband and I couldn't get more than one bite down - the pad thai tasted like it was just drowned in rancid fish sauce and had absolutely no other flavor - it was honestly sickening. I can and have eaten a lot of mediocre pad thai but nothing like this where we just had to throw it away.
The crispy tofu was also soggy and mushy and not at all what you expect.
Severely disappointed in this experience and annoyed we wasted our money on inedible food.

My wife and I frequent Bai Tong about 10 times a year and it would probably be more, but we tend to forget what day they are closed. Lol. Anyway, the food is always delicious! The whole restaurant is great! The wife and I highly recommend it!!

Authentic Thai food in Loveland. The food is delicious, and the service was outstanding. We had the sampler plate, and for the main course, we had the Golden Caschew, which you can choose from multiple proteins. I chose the shrimp, which were many and savory prawns. They also serve couture cocktails that are delicious.I would highly recommend this place!

Very good food. Inquire about MSG if you’re sensitive. I’m fairly sure they use it.

A unique setting with some of the best Thai food in Loveland!

My wife and I had dinner with my parents this evening, and everything was 10/10!
Where from out of town and have eaten it a lot of great restaurants in the area since getting here, but this was hands-down the best flavored food I’ve had since I’ve been in the area. We are definitely going back a couple more times before we go home.
The spicy basil fried rice was OUT OF THIS WORLD

The last two times I’ve eaten there it has been terrible. I like the yellow curry and the potatoes are always so hard like they’re not cooked at all and they don’t even taste very much.. I got very little chicken with my meal and they’re always in a rush to push out the door so I guess I will have to find a new place to have good Thai food

Only putting 4 star and 1 start for service now because they are not on grub hub or Uber eats or DoorDash. They use these weird delivery services that charge a lot of money to deliver and I’m not paying for multiple delivery service apps!!!!

Best Thai place around! I eat a lot of Thai and this place is soooo flavorful and they can really vary in spice level and have a great selection of food choices! I eat here almost every week! The dining experience is nice with pretty architecture and art, it is a little stuffy and warm. Great people, great service and great food!

Ordered Duck noodle soup for take out. The amount of duck was small, not even a single full slice, only about 4 very small pieces. Have eaten here several times and would say that the price is definitely not worth it for a bowl of meatless, soggy noodles. When you're ordering a dish with meat you expect there to be some, not just broth.

This place is DIRTY! We stopped here on our way to the mountains. Based on the reviews, we had high hopes but our expectations weren’t met. The food is just okay: Not good, not bad. The place is pretty dang dirty though. The baseboard heater next to our table was covered in food and sauces. The place just needs a good old fashioned scrubbing. It’s been a long, long time since we’ve eaten at a restaurant this unclean. We wouldn’t go back if we had the chance.

We have come to Bai Tong for years and we love the food and everything about it.

My see ew was undercooked. Tasted fine, just not the best I've ever had. The others at my table enjoyed their food, so perhaps I just chose the wrong dish.

The food was pretty dang good. I might order takeout in the future, but I would not eat in again. The dust was an inch thick on cabinets and unidentifiable spots on the walls by the tables.
Health and safety are in question too. There are in-floor uncovered electrical outlets by chair legs. The air blowers are covered in dark mold or dust.

We went last night (3/9/24) at 5pm with another couple. This was the first time we had been since way before the whole covid thing. Our experience has been that most restaurants that survived that time have gone downhill. That was not the case here. The food was still spot on and the service was great. Definitely will be going back.

In fairness we were there when it was very, very busy on a Friday evening. The experience was fantastic for “date night.” The plates were definitely full enough to justify a take home box. Pricing is good relative to other Thai locations nearby and ambiance is much better. Service was about the same and food was similarly flavorful.

Located inside of a well adorned house, this quaint restaurant offered delicious entrees and teas. Our server was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was clean. There was a small parking area on site.

Disappointed in the food- quite bland even though we ordered spicy. Good presentation on the plate was in appetising. First and last time here. -all 3 of use ordered noodle dishes - the one with shrimp was okay the 2 with chicken were not great. Chicken had been booked and had rubbery texture.

We went to Bai Tong on the recommendation of a friend. The food was ready on time for carryout and everything was still warm when we got home. Unfortunately we were not impressed with most of the food. I have not eaten a lot of Thai food in the past so by no means am I an expert. I would go again if I was invited but we have other places we prefer to go when we eat out.

I ordered two lunch meals for take out. The servings were minuscule. Mine had mushrooms and I got two little pieces. The other order was basil chicken and there was 1 little piece of basil. When Bai Tong first opened the food was great. Sadly I will never return or recommend. It’s been going down hill

I had to review this place. We were in Loveland visiting family and found Bai Tong. It was so good we had dinner 2 nights in a row. My wife is Chinese and we live near Chicago so we are used to good asian food. We loved the food, loved the people, and loved the relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely go back on our next trip out. Well done!!

I can't stop raving about this place to friends and family. I've been a regular for years and the food quality and service haven't changed a bit; it's excellent. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes for apps and food to come out. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Pad Thai, fresh rolls and golden flower are my faves.

Very good service and not crowded. We shared an order of Pad Thai, which was just okay. The bathroom is near the entrance, which made for amusing signage.

The setting of this restaurant is amazing - we had so much fun looking around while we waited for food. The iced thai green tea was delicious and different, and the entrees were tasty. We'll definitely be back when we have a craving for Thai food.

I ordered take out Tom kah soup with coconut rice. Many of the veggies in my soup had black edges, showing signs that they were not fresh. I was so hungry that I decided to eat it anyways. The rice had some coconut milk on it, but didn't seem to be cooked in coconut. I had digestive problems the whole next day ~ probably because the veggies were old. I'm so disappointed in the lack of attention to detail about the quality of food.

The food is excellent. I've been there many times and have never had something that wasn't delicious. The service can be slow at times, but we've never had to wait to be seated.

Amazing food and service, interesting and unique seating. Note to management, this air conditioner is the reason it's hot upstairs. If it isn't exhausting outside but into the same room as the cool air, on average it is equivalent to running a ~1600 watt space heater in the room, and the other air conditioners can't keep up. Turning it off will make an immediate improvement.

Saw the review on Google, figured we should try it. The idea is good, the house itself is cute but It took them an hour to serve our food. Seemed like only 2 kids running the whole place. They’re the hosts, waiters, bartenders and more. No manager to be seen. Plates she brought with her were all dirty. Understaffed, overrated, mediocre thai food at its finest.

WOW, hands down simply the best I've ever had. Fresh, hot, heat to your preference. Only negative is tight parking.

When we tried to ask for anything they seemed to ignore us. They could barely recommend or provide any information. My tip for anyone willing to give this place a try just take a look at the environment and see how dirty and gross everything is. FDA needs to shut this place down.

The service was slow since they were getting ready for the dinner rush when I visited. But holy wowie the food was amazing! I had the cashew combination plate which was made mild for me. Next time I'll try medium instead since it was so mild that I could taste the spices but there was no heat from the spices. It was an amazing meal for about $16. Don't forget to try their Tai Tea/Coffee as it is amazing also. 😉

I came here for my anniversary on 4/30/23. The service was horribly slow, basically non-existent. The server couldn't answer basic questions, like what comes in the seafood combo. After our food came out they didn't come back once to check on us. We wanted to order drinks, but there wasn't even anyone in the entire restaurant to flag down - all employees were in the kitchen the whole time we ate. They forgot to bring our rice out and charged us significantly more than menu prices. When I asked about the prices and the rice they refused to adjust our check for either. I was told that the owner updated the prices, but didn't update the menus. How is that my problem/burden? I made my decisions based on posted prices on the menu. Had they checked on us even once during our meal we could have gotten our drinks and rice. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant and I'll never go back. Try Simply Thai in Fort Collins instead. I've always had good service and food there.

Food was over priced an didn't come out hot. Our scallops were raw in one of our dishes. The building is out dated, dirty/dusty. An our waitress seemed to forget about us. I would not recommend or go back.

We were put in a corner where the waiters barely came, I got hot tea and was given a tea pot of hot water smaller than my mug. Got a seafood steamed egg curry and my scallops were raw inside.

Best traditional Thai food I've had in years! I've been looking for a place that could stand up to my old favorite Thai place in Northern Colorado, and finally found it! The Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) were spot on and haven't found as good in years. Thai teas amazing. Very fast pickup service, cute place to eat in. And great prices. I can't say a single bad thing. Bai Tong has gotten a lot better lately. 10/10 recommend the pineapple fried rice. They’re super great about gluten free and cross contamination. I have celiacs and never had an issue here. Plus they’re super fast with takeout. We love it.

Fresh herbs, eggs, protein, amazing sauce....that's what we want! Not here right now. I was downright mad last night upon getting home with my peanut butter coated rice noodles. Please guys, I WANT to write you a good review, but not with this. Do better!

One meal that we ordered was pretty good but the other one no taste. We order one for to go, but too watery and the taste wasn't that good.
Try to let the waitress know about it. She try to explain but not sure if she know about thai food.

I went here recently after a friend had mentioned it, and I'm very glad they did!

We ended up ordering Malay Satay for an appetizer, and we were blown away with how amazing it was! I was tempted to get a second order of it, that's how good it was. The cucumber sauce and peanut sauce that came with it were also fantastic!

For my main meal, I went with the Massaman Curry dish. It was amazing!! Hands down, some of the best curry I've ever had! The dish was so flavorful and beautifully seasoned. I couldn't get enough of it! I've been craving it since I left!

For dessert, I tried their mango sticky rice. Just like everything else they offer here, it was incredible! I can't wait to make it back to Bai Tong!

Ordered a juggle curry and eventually there is no curry at all. Feel so disappointed and never going to come back. Be careful that they could serve something totally different from what is adverstised.

I delivered from here and GOD LORD! This place is slow. If you order from here you better order from McDonald's before so you won't die hungry! The food can take an extra 45 min. easy. And they would take you to your seat and table and take care of the new customers but if you have an order good luck! As a driver it is extremely frustrating because we make money by driving and being on the road by driving. But here all you here is the simple NO READY! So just don't... So do yourself a favor, get food from somewhere else.

This may be the best Thai I’ve had in CO. I had the Gingerly, and another in the group had the Avocado Curry. Both were outstanding! I would definitely come back here anytime!

My absolute favorite place for Thai. The yellow curry with coconut rice is bomb and so are the shrimp fresh rolls! The service doesn’t disappoint either :)

I’ve been looking for great Thai food since I moved to Colorado from Washington state.

I finally found the spot, I’m sad it’s so far from my home but I will try to come here every chance I get, the Food was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Great friendly service.

Very slow.

I had the usual Fried Spring Roll, Chicken Pad Thai, and Thai Iced Coffee.
The guy serving me my takeaway was kind.

The Pad Thai was delicious, although slight on the chicken. I don’t like thin chicken. The Spring Rolls were great, but the sauce wasn’t quite enough and the Iced Coffee was excellent.

I highly recommend it. I am just a little particular about my food.

Very good food with employees but understaffed and small portions. Not ideal if you don't have a lot of time or if you are hungry
