Farmhouse Thai continues to deliver flavorful food and excellent service. The summer rolls were beautifully presented and had both flavor and texture. So often when you order summer rolls, AKA spring rolls, they are just a spongy mixture of soggy noodles and carrots, but these were a step above. We also tried a new dish for us, the Crispy rice salad, which was more like fried rice with aromatics and bright lemongrass flavor and good texture. While we didn't order it, the satay looked delicious, and the table next to us that ordered it said it was tender and flavorful.
Service was attentive and pleasant. Thank you Farmhouse Thai for continuing to be our favorite Thai Restaurant in Denver.

The food is amazing! Pad Kee Mao

And pineapple fried rice!

Diner Review №5

Great service and wonderful menu. The taste was so amazing. The Kua noodles was for the kids and they loved it but i had to eat some too. Was too good. My favorite was the Khao Moo Dang. Too delicious! The Floating Market reminded me of the flavor in thailand called kuay theow. It was perfect and some of the best crab ragoon ive ever had! If you want really spicy, most restaurants try but it doesnt work. Here, if it says hot, its hot! Highly recommend the panang curry also

Diner Review №6

Atmosphere and service are fine, but man has the food gone downhill here. This used to be one of the better thai restaurants in the Denver area and now it's just... completely lacking flavor. Ordered some pad thais and fried rices for a work lunch, and we couldn't have been more disappointed. Everything, and i mean every bite, was underseasoned. The pad thai was the most bland I've ever had in my life. Totally unacceptable and inedible. Do better! There's so many thai places in Denver, and this might be at the bottom of the list.

Diner Review №7

Amazing food with some delicious, less known dishes. Very allergy friendly, amazing service, will be back!

Fried rice to die for

Diner Review №9

One of my favorite places to visit is a charming little Thai restaurant in Lakewood, Colorado. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a cozy dinner. My girlfriend and I decided to sample various dishes and ordered the Tom Kha soup, renowned for its rich coconut milk and fragrant lemongrass. We also indulged in fresh spring rolls, which were expertly wrapped and accompanied by a sweet and tangy dipping sauce. For our main course, we chose pad krapow, a flavorful spicy basil stir-fry perfectly balanced with fresh vegetables and sliced beef. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors, and the service was exceptional—attentive yet unobtrusive, making for a delightful dining experience.

Diner Review №10

Placed an order online through their website for delivery and literally soon as I did called them immediately that I will pick it up and they said that would be fine, nothing else to it. Once I got there 20 mins later they gave me such a big hassle and held my food hostage because they said I had to cancel through DoorDash despite me not using the DoorDash app or service other than placing the order online through the businesses own website. Even after the order was placed and paid for, and me calling and saying I was picking it up they held my food in person. First time and last time ever ordering here, would not recommend.

Diner Review №11

Excellent service. The panang curry is really flavorful, just beware of the spice level!

Diner Review №14

Really great Thai joint. I have had a hard time finding one that actually delivers on the spice and heat here in CO. These are true Thai flavors 100%. From a self-professed food snob and world traveler I can hands down say this is fantastic Thai food.

Diner Review №15

Crisp, fresh, and hot, delicious. The place was moderately busy with lots of consistent carry out orders. Service was great, our server began by asking if anyone had allergies. Our celiac daughter was able to enjoy everything we all had at the table which was all prepared gluten free. Everything was incredible. We will be back!

Diner Review №16

We ordered 2 curries and a pad kee mao, it was delicious with a good spice level. The quantity was also sufficient.

Diner Review №17

This is by far the best Thai I have found out here. The service is great and fast and the food is really good. This is a great hole in the wall Thai place that I would absolutely recommend.

Diner Review №18

Diner Review №19

Really excellent, we got take out and it was quick despite being packed inside when I got there for pickup. I ate the Pad Kee Mao spice level mild and it was spicier than I expected, but delicious. Crab rangoons were 10/10, as was the Pad See Lew and the Green Curry. We will absolutely be back, thinking this will be our go to local thai restaurant going forward.

Diner Review №20

Coconut delight is a unique dessert that’s a fun experience to share! I perfect birthday treat! You won’t get this anywhere else!
The Tom Kai soup is perfect! And the pad Thai is refreshing. The Kao Soi is delicious.

Food is good but not worth the up charge over all the amazing spots on Federal. Location I guess if you dont want to drive 10 mins and pay 50% less this is the spot.

Diner Review №25

This was the best thai food without a doubt. The service was very nice, food was served quickly. We ordered two soups Tom Yum and Tom Kha, crispy rolls and Pad Kee Mao - all dishes took us to thailand. It was delicious-Authentic taste and heart in every dish. This place is a must have on the colorado map! ❤️ I will be back for sure 🫕

Diner Review №26

Great dishes and very friendly staff.

Diner Review №27

So. Much. Flavor!

It was very refreshing how many flavors were involved in very simple looking items. I’d say be prepared for elevated heat levels. Despite being slightly spicy, the food was incredibly fresh, light and flavorful. I can’t wait to return and explore new menu items.

Diner Review №28

"I visited the restaurant last night and tried the calamari 🤤, Tom yum soup 🍲 and floating market noodle soup. They were absolutely amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Keep up the great work!"

Diner Review №29

My two friends and I ate lunch at Noon on a Friday in Oct. Place wasn't busy at the moment. Only 3 or 4 parties when we entered. By the time we left, the place filled up to about 1/2 full. Prior to eating here I looked over the menu and read many of the reviews for this place. They seemed all over the board from 1 star to 5 star. Curious.

All 3 of us orderd Lunch portion of Pad Kee Mao- Spicy level known as Bangkok- (Very Mild-no heat) We also order 1 plate of Summer Rolls. One order has 3 pieces.

One of my friends comes here often and said he feels this is one the best Thai eatery in his opinion. He comes here several times a month.

I haven't eaten a lot of Thai food or tried a lot of different Thai restaurants. I felt the Pad Kee Mao was prepared well, ingredients were cooked crisped, not overcooked or soggy and served hot (temperature)

Even though it said Mild no Heat, there actually was a bit of heat so you could "sense" and taste it, but by no means would you consider it overpowering or the spiciness was used to hide the flavor of the dish.

I think the the one or two star reviews are due to first timers not reading the menu section which shows how they "grade" the spicy level which is different than other Thai Restaurants.

My 4 star is because it's the first time, I only had one main dish which is a traditional dish, so it should be good. When I come back I'll try some other dishes From the Must Try section as well as their Pineapple Fried Rice. My friend said it's a "spectacular" presentation and taste very good. I included 3 photos. The menu photo show the Spicy Level "definitions"

Diner Review №30

Food is delicious and reasonably priced. I tried the Khao Kha Moo and it was probably the most delicious pork i ever ate. Highly recomend this place to anyone. Must try

Diner Review №31

I’m sorry, but it what world should I pay more for rice with my curry on DoorDash? Rice is literally part of the dish…What an absurd surcharge. Never ordering from this place again.

Diner Review №32

Authentic, and amazing food.

Diner Review №33

This Thai restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, with bold flavors and authentic dishes that hit the spot every time. The staff are warm, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they do, making the dining experience even better. From the perfectly spiced curries to the fresh ingredients, you can tell the food is made with love by good people who care about their craft. Definitely a must-visit for Thai food lovers!

Diner Review №34

Buyer beware - spice level here is obnoxious.

My wife is Thai, and we've been eating at local Thai restaurants for 15 years - no strangers to Thai food or eating spicy dishes. We both requested "medium" spice level and had food served that was literally inedible because it had so much chili flake added.

Is this the joke or gimmick for this place...? "Regardless of how spicy you ask for, we'll make it much hotter than that! Isn't that fun?!" Looking through reviews online now, this is obviously a recurring problem with this business.

Our meal was $55 for two entrees and an appetizer, and over $40 worth of food couldn't be eaten - literally into the trash. Eating at restaurants is expensive, and "having a laugh" with people's hard-earned money is lame behavior. There's no need to be cute about purposefully overdoing spice in the dish, and I'd highly caution others before visiting.

Diner Review №36

First time here, very helpful server recommended dishes, summer rolls so good with an extra crunchy layer, and loved the spicy catfish on apple salad, a riot of flavor and crunch!

Diner Review №37

“very delicious“

Diner Review №38

Used to LOVE this place. I don’t know what happened. It’s so sad to see this restaurant go down hill. They removed several items on the menu including my favorite, yellow curry. This will probably be the last time I show people this place. I hope they can turn it around!

Diner Review №39

Ordered take out and the food is very good. Would be 5 stars but I really disliked the portion of meat vs rice/noodles in the dishes. For the price there is very little meat. Also the teeny tiny little cups of condiments for the pot stickers and egg rolls made it so only half our apps had the accompanying sauce. These are not cheap apps, when you charge $11 for an order of pot stickers it is simply not necessary to short someone on something as cheap as a sauce. I may sound dramatic but these sauce cups are absolutely the smallest size available, probably can’t even fit a tablespoon of sauce in them. I would definitely eat at this restaurant again because everything tasted great, but wouldn’t order take out. The price is just too high for what you get.

Diner Review №40

We eat here regularly. Last night I ordered food. The "gluten free" request on the spring rolls wasn't only ignored.. there was a wheat wonton wrapped rolled into it!! This was obviously deliberate and made my loved one so I'll. This is a whole other level food contamination. What honestly the heck? It says gluten free on the box.. I'm so disappointed because this restaurant used to be good. This is awful, it could kill someone! So disappointed because the mom who cooks is so good. Kills me that this happened.

Diner Review №41

Good food, reasonable prices, relaxing atmosphere, EXCEPT…
The off duty employee on her break who decided taking a FaceTime call at full volume in the main dining room was appropriate.

Will not return.

Diner Review №42

One of the best Thai restaurants I've been to outside of Thailand. I highly recommend their appetizers especially during happy hour. The Carla and Marie, mee krob, the pineapple fried rice and floating market noodles are some of my recommendations .

Diner Review №43

Diner Review №44

Boat noodle and thai tea are so authentic!! I love them! Really great services here

Diner Review №45

I ordered only the meat and they charged me for the entire dish

Diner Review №46

Yummy

Diner Review №47

Really yummy food, friendly service, even made plain chicken for my fussy daughter. We had the pad Thai and the red curry, both were great.

Diner Review №48

very yummy Thai food!!!

Diner Review №49

Spice levels have been very inconsistent over the last year or so, things seem to have gone downhill here. Medium is sometimes good and sometimes way too spicy to eat; mild is sometimes totally bland or sometimes good.

This used to be our go to for takeout but we'll switch to a different place rather than playing spice roulette. Disappointing because the food is very tasty when we could rely on consistency!

Diner Review №50

This is the second time I’ve been here and both times the food was exceptionally delicious. The curry is, even at a mild level, spicy af. Ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Also the house salad and the Burma tea salad are incredible. Pad Thai is best I’ve had in denver, and the peanut sauce slaps. Staff is friendly also :) super quick !

Diner Review №51

We went to this restaurant to celebrate friends' graduation, though she did the reservation a few weeks before they still were not prepared they served few guest first and by the time they brought more food the first batch was done(they really need help in their kitchen and definitely need more serving people)food was good but they mixed up the dishes.

Diner Review №52

The food is to die for! Delicious fried rice, and nice employees. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality, and the atmosphere is cute! I recommend going here if you love Thai food, and (or) good food.

Diner Review №53

The service is good but the food just isn’t really, would go elsewhere.

Diner Review №54

Farmhouse is our favorite Thai restaurant in the metro area. It’s always consistent and has some of the most flavorful curry we have ever had! The menu order in or go almost once a week! The owner is lovely!!!

Great Pineapple Fried Rice!

Diner Review №58

DO NOT GO HERE!

There was only 2 of us, and food took an hour when other people came in after us and got there food before us. I told the waitress my glass was chipped, and she didn't care. Great customer service right?

Went here on a Sunday night, where it seemingly wasn't that busy? Food had lots of flavors(overly seasoned) so that was a thing. Our order came with rice, but when we asked for rice they charged us.

Save your $125, and go up to federal heights for Woody's.

The final 2 dishes came out when we were trying to leave so we begrudgingly took it to go. When we got home, the rice dish had whatever this was in the picture attached.

Easter beware.

We were in Denver for the day as we live west in the mountains. We love Thai food and are always looking for new places to try. I’m glad we did as the food and service were great!! The green curry is amazing! Thank you!!!

Diner Review №60

Diner Review №61

I’ve only eaten from here via DoorDash but it’s my favorite Thai food in Denver yet. I usually get the tofu pad Thai with added veggies which has been consistently delicious.

Diner Review №62

Excellent takeout

Diner Review №63

Diner Review №64

The best Thai restaurant in town! Authentic flavors and impeccable service. A must-visit for any Thai food enthusiast.

Diner Review №65

Quaint Belmar Thai bistro knocks it out of the park with super flavorful dishes, stellar service, a bountiful menu of healthy and vegan options and cool, tasty drinks. We enjoyed summer rolls off the happy hour list of apps, green curry and rich, sweet pineapple rice. I'm always happy to see a funny paper umbrella in my coconut drink. Will return to try the soups and Pad Thai.

Diner Review №66

Kao soi was heavenly! Simply delicious 🤤 and mouth watering. Tom kha is tangy, tasty, and delicious! Mango sticky rice was a great way to end the meal. We have been here a few times and are always amazed by how delicious the food is. Super fresh meat and veggies, plus organic tofu, and amazing quality. The cooks do an excellent job with drawing out savory, Thai flavors. Can’t go wrong with their “must try” entrees. We wish we lived closer.

Diner Review №67

Great service! Lavender margaritas is awesome! Food is great!

Diner Review №68

I got the floating market noodle, crispy rice salad, pad se ew, butterfly lemonade and Thai coffee. The older woman server that we got had an attitude problem. She was not nice and very rude, her presence was not pleasant and it seemed difficult for her to put a smile on her face. She never checked on us to see how everything was and she lied when we had an issue with the coffee. When she served us the coffee it had an excessive amount of ground coffee dust at the bottom of the glass. When taking a sip all you tasted was coffee grounds . You can clearly see it in the glass and when we pointed it out to her she lied and said “ this is how the coffee is but I can get you a new one” she walks to the bar and aggressively dumps the coffee out of the glass and poured us a new one. And behold this one had zero coffee ground in it. Like how are you okay serving your customers the bottom of your container when you could’ve just given us the better one in the first place? Butterfly lemonade was good, I love the way it’s presented. Then when we ordered the crispy rice salad and floating market noodle we asked to make it Thai hot. The pad se ew they couldn’t make it hot but they had condiments on the side to make it spicy if needed. First off, the crispy rice salad was really good, it was well balanced in flavor and had the right amount of spice to it. The floating market noodle, was not edible because they failed to taste the dish when they made it Thai hot. Shouldn’t you be tasting it before you send it out to the customer even though we were requesting to make it extremely spicy? Yes I know what we are getting ourselves into when asking for Thai hot, we can handle our heat but the issue with this was that it was spicy to a point that it was extremely bitter . Spicy is fine but bitter ? This is what made it not edible. If the chef had tasted the amount of chilli they dumped into the bowl they would’ve realized that they shouldve made a better dish that their customer can eat. The noodles were also over cooked it was almost like porridge. Yes we should’ve sent it back but instead we brought it home to fix it our selves because the servers attitude made our experience so unpleasant we just wanted to leave there. It’s just interesting that she seemed to be more respectful to other tables but to us she didn’t really seem to care to give us the proper service. I wish I knew what made her be like that but all we asked was if she spoke Thai because my wife speaks Thai and wanted to order in Thai. For some reason that rubbed her the wrong way and she just decided to give us horrible service. When we asked another server for condiments she was very nice and welcoming about getting it for us. Instead our server brought it over. When she put it down she didn’t even ask me to move my plate over or to make space for her. She literally put it down and used the tray of condiments to push my plate out of the way to make space for it. That really pissed me off because I was eating? And she has the audacity to just push my plate while I was eating instead of being considerate and asking me to move my plate to make space or to ask to make space. This lady really needs to re do her training or to get training because she’s made our experience that bad, I am not one to comment on peoples service because I get it, we are human we have our off days but you are working in the service industry. Treat people better. Pad se ew had a weird smell in their sauce. It smells like old aged bamboo from a can in their sauce . All in all just because of the crispy rice salad I’ll give the Food 4 stars . But other than that, I don’t think we will come back. I wish we had a different server but i guess it was meant to be to shed light on this person. I hope you take this as constructive criticism to become better not worse.

Diner Review №69

Genuinely surprised this place has the rating that it does given how many valid one star reviews it has. I’ve now tried the food here 3x and each time has been worse than the last. It’s the worst Thai food I’ve ever eaten.

The fried rice comes with the largest, coldest, most uncooked tofu, tomatoes, and onions I’ve ever seen in a dish. The food is borderline freezing and tasteless other than the flavor of black pepper.

Even the appetizers leave a lot to be desired. When you order the tofu summer roles, they don’t even stuff them with full pieces of tofu, just tofu skin which is super thin and not worth the cost of the item.

Diner Review №70

Pad Thai with out egg was good I like all the fresh veggies

Diner Review №71

A co-worker recommended the chicken pad-thai because she worked close-by this place a year ago and she loves spicy and she knows I like it to be so spicy that it makes me cry. I was told “the medium spice level will be hot enough” but when I ordered Uber eats they delivered the most disappointingly mild chicken pad-thai I have ever had! There was a small container of red sauce in the bag, but that small amount of sauce had NO heat, only a pungent flavor. I am so disappointed with how bland this is, I wanted to clear my sinuses and I’m just wishing I never ordered from here. 😔

Diner Review №72

Very good food but very expensive compared to other spots in the area.

Diner Review №73

Very disappointed about everything, food was good ,service is not great ,very pricey for example my son ordered drunken noodles,$19 charge extra $3 for meat. Ordered boat noodles thai hot got charges $1 extra for chillys. Never again I'll be back in this place.

Diner Review №74

The food here is really good! YUM 😋

Diner Review №75

Nice thick noodles!

Diner Review №76

Excellent lunch - a spicy colorful dish I’ve never had before called something like Pad Pad Me Heah. Eggplant, red bell peppers, mushrooms, basil, green onions, carrots & chicken stir-fried in a spicy chili oil. I was expecting it to be a noodle dish like a spicy pad Thai but it was served with rice! I think it was cooked with stems of whole green peppercorns!

Diner Review №77

Server asked us if we had any allergies before taking order and water was brought out for our whole table to refill as needed.
We ordered pad tai and fried chicken fried rice.
I would say this is an excellent place for pad tai if you like more of the authentic vs the Americanized dish, this is perfect! Not too sweet. They bring out sauces and chilies when asked.
Over all good experience dinning in.

Diner Review №78

The food here was very good - my only complaint is that at other Thai restaurants, they ask us how spicy we like it so we have the option of having our food be spicy, which I really enjoy. The food tasted great but I wish I'd been given that option!

Diner Review №79

Really a lovely little Thai restaurant, serving the full range of Thai classics, all prepared with high quality ingredients and a deft hand. Spices are subtle. Nothing is greasy. Service is exceptional and the dining room is lovely.

Diner Review №80

Medium is very spicy! I got Tom kha and it was fresh and delicious. We will be back.

Diner Review №81

The flavors here are unparalleled. The soups especially are SO good, and have me thinking about them days after.

Diner Review №82

FOOD POISONING TO-GO! RAW CHICKEN!

I've eaten Thai food for 20 yrs. Someone recommended this restaurant to me. I saw all the amazing reviews and got some take out on lunch 3/15. One takeout dish for $21 after 20% tip for placing the food in a bag. I ate half of it when I got home and then noticed a completely raw piece of chicken in the dish. Raw chicken. It's only been less than a day, so no telling if I will be violently poisoned. I worked In 5 star food service for 15 years. Salmonella can kill an older person. Haven't asked for a refund and don't want free food. Only want to warn anyone who would consider eating here. I've never seen anything like that in my life. You couldn't pay me to eat there again!! I'm sure there are some good people working there, but this place is obviously the opposite of the reviews on Google.

Diner Review №83

Diner Review №84

Wow. I've eaten at a lot of Thai places... this one has a special fresh touch on every everything from the summer rolls to the tom kha soup to the mango sticky rice, and many things can be made vegan.

Diner Review №85

My favorite place to eat right now.

Diner Review №86

We've been coming here since they opened and it used to be a favorite. But the prices have nearly doubled in the last couple years and the portion sizes (at least for carryout) have gotten significantly smaller. I don't understand why the to-go portion of rice with my curry has shrunk to about 1/2 cup, given that rice costs the restaurant next to nothing. And I have been disappointed more than once after ordering brown rice, and then receiving a note on the bag that says "Sorry, out of brown rice." We hope someday this will be one of our favorite spots again, if they can address some of these mounting issues.

after living in denver for 10 years and trying lots of places this is the spot. The food is always high quality and very authentic. Every other Thai place in denver that I have tried has been pretty mediocre in comparison to the flavors here. Now that I live up the hill, this has become a great spot to grab Togo on the way to the mountains, easy on and off by 6.

Diner Review №90

Best Thai food in the area. Chicken Panang is amazing. Summer roles are fantastic. I eat here once a month or so for the past three years and love it.

Diner Review №91

YUM!
my friend and i ordered take out, i had Pad Woon Sen and a Thai iced tea! both satisfied that thai craving we all get from time to time (ok fine i’m always craving thai tbh)🎉
the server told us it’d be a 40 min wait, they got us outta there in 20!
10/10

Diner Review №92

I have become ill from cross contamination after only eating some pad thai. We let them know I have celiac disease or a gluten “allergy” (since some don’t know what celiac disease is). I still am sick. It was fairly tasty but didn’t taste fresh. All I ordered was cranberry juice, water, and I only had part of the pad thai but it still made me sick. Symptomatic people who are sensitive to cross contamination shouldn’t eat here. It’s too bad because I liked the decor inside and the staff seemed really nice. This destroys my health though, so they shouldn’t make GF claims if they can’t make their food safe. Some celiacs eat here without issue but it’s not my experience. I have eaten at other restaurants like this without issue. I normally put one star if I get sick but I added one for the staff (even though they got me sick).

Diner Review №93

Maybe the best curry I have had. They can really make it hot.

Diner Review №94

My partner and I ordered take out from here tonight and we will not be ordering from here again nor would we recommend it to anyone.

I ordered the fried rice and while it was edible, it was really wet and just not quality/good fried rice. On top of that they got my order wrong (I ordered beef fried rice not chicken).

Lastly, my partner ordered Pad Thai and he couldn’t even finish it because he said it tasted like straight fish (and that is saying something for him because he is the least picky eater I know). They also got his order wrong and didn’t give him any hot sauce like he had asked.

Overall not a good experience and way too overpriced.

Diner Review №95

I ordered the pad thai and it didn't taste good at all. It tasted like old fish. Also I love spicy food and they said they would add it on the side, which they didn't. It was honestly the worst pad thai I have ever had. Also, they got my gf’s order wrong as well. The only reason why I give this place 2 stars is at least the pot stickers were okay.
Safe to say i will never eat here again, especially for the 50$ i spent.

Diner Review №96

Pad Thai was just plain boring and expensive. I asked for no peanut but for some reason I got a little allergic reaction still. Pad Thais in Colorado are always sub par

Diner Review №107

Best Thai I’ve had in Colorado, BY FAR. And some of the best Thai I’ve had in my life. Not greasy at all! Sooooo good!

Diner Review №108

I am not a connoisseur of Thai food but this is good. It feels wholesome, fresh and its tasty. Warning...super spicy and I selected mild. Storefront type arrangement so not quaint or twee but clean and organized and well appointed. Busy too .. thats a good sign. Loved it.

Diner Review №109

We ordered take out from here. First time eating here. Delivery driver was very quick and polite. Food was extremely fresh and hot when it arrived! Everything was good BUT I do like spicy food and I selected the level 3 significant heat for my dish - and it was extremely spicy. Like burned my butt of spicy. This place takes spice levels serious, so if you don’t do spice well, make sure to do mild. If you like heat - know this is serious.

Diner Review №110

Best Thai food I have ever had! Triple D needs to check out!! Soo yummy! Just had and can’t wait to go back. 😊

Diner Review №111

I've loved this place for years but when served undercooked chicken that gave me food poisoning on my birthday weekend I didn't even get an apology.

Diner Review №112

First time there, my son lives nearby and loves it. Very nice ambience . Food was fresh and beautiful, as well as delicious!
Believe them when they warn you about the spice levels! I didn't 😉

Diner Review №113

Really one of the best Thai restaurants in the US. I've eaten all over the country and by far stands up against the best in the country. Medium spice is hot, they warn you but I have seen people just brush off the warning and been red face later. Just FYI, they warn you for a reason.

Diner Review №114

Editing this review due to follow up by the restaurant, but I’m going to leave text so there’s context behind this. They were extremely apologetic and ran through the many steps that they take to prevent things like this from happening. I suggested that an easy fix would be to indicate on the menu which items had which allergens so it comes directly from the kitchen, which Pauline (the person who replied to me below) seemed to be open to. And although a big mistake did happen here, the response was exactly what I hoped for in terms of apologizing and taking feedback to ensure it doesn’t happen again. They really do seem to care about their customers and I feel confident that what happened was an extreme exception, and not the rule.

———————————————————————

My ratings for food, service, and atmosphere are more reflective of my experience here than the total score I gave. I love this place, and even after a pretty negative experience I will still likely keep eating here as the food is that good (albeit very spicy - their medium would be hot or extra hot at any other place).

For context, I’m allergic to shellfish. Not immediate go to the hospital after being around it allergic but enough that it’s a major problem if I eat some. So, I’m typically very careful to ask if the dish I want has shellfish in it.

The last time I went in-person, I ordered the floating market soup and asked if there was any shellfish in it and was told by the server that there wasn’t. Tonight, I ordered that same thing to-go since it’s really damn good and was told that there was indeed oyster sauce in it. Luckily oysters are the only shellfish I’m not allergic to so I didn’t have a reaction last time, but if I was it could have easily put me in the hospital. I get that servers might not know every ingredient in a dish off the top of their head, but if you’re dealing with a customer that has food allergies you should probably go ask the kitchen rather than making up an answer.

That said, I’d still highly recommend this place (have I mentioned the food is incredible yet?) but if you have allergies you’re better off asking the server to ask the kitchen instead of just asking the server if the food contains something that could seriously harm you.

Excellent Thai food with fresh ingredients and lots of spices! Even the presentation of the food is gorgeous! When they say it's hot, they mean hot! I've eaten food in Thailand and like it spicy, but can't do Thai hot. The medium at this place was plenty zippy for me. Clean restaurant, polite service, and free parking.

Diner Review №124

Honestly one of the worst Thai food I had in a while. The meat smelt rancid. I honestly couldn’t even take a bite. Once we said something. The server did not take it well and was explosive towards us.

Diner Review №125

This is not Thai food. Tastes like Chinese chow mein or something. Like they didn’t even look up a recipe just saw a picture and said “i can make that!” Without ever tasting it.

Diner Review №126

I was VERY impressed! Thailand offers so much more variety than the common Pad Thai.. The menu here focuses more on the dishes from North Thailand! You must go!

Diner Review №127

This place is a total rip off. Ordered three items off the lunch special menu and it came to $47. The prices were more expensive than listed on the Google page and they charged me an extra $4 just to add extra veggies to one dish. Worst of all, the portions are super skimpy. The pad Thai serving is a joke. It’s not even close to enough food to feed one person. And $4 to add extra veggies to a lunch size order of food? Total rip off.

Also I said no spice on the pad kaprow and my wife can’t even eat because it has so much chili on it!

Diner Review №128

Great red curry 🍛 I ordered medium heat and it was hotter than most people might expect for medium, but I loved it and finished everything

Diner Review №129

Really enjoyed the Pad Ka Prow. Their "hot" is not messing around.

Diner Review №130

Diner Review №131

Can’t believe I just found this place! Had the red curry & the Pad See Mao lunch special…holy flavor Batman! This is our new go to Thai place from here on out!

Diner Review №132

got 8 orders of takeout here, everything was made slightly incorrectly. some things were way too spicy, some none at all, no depth of flavor.

Diner Review №133

Diner Review №134

My standards for Thai are pretty high and this place met them! So many vegan options—including vegan pad Thai!! This will be my go-to spot for Thai now

Diner Review №135

Tom Kha was amazing and fresh. We've tried many places over several yrs around the city and we were super impressed! One of the best!

Diner Review №136

Not worth it take-out. Ordered the pad Thai and pad see ew. Neither were tasty—no spice whatsoever and tiny portions for $15 a plate. Would not recommend or try again

Diner Review №137

Diner Review №138

I ordered the pineapple fried rice and LOVED it. If you are looking for quality Thai, this is your place.

Diner Review №139

Pad Thai with chicken was really good!

Diner Review №140

This is legitimately in the running for the best Thai food in Denver. I’ve eaten here several times and the food, service, cleanliness and everything else is absinthe point. Worth a drive if you need to make one. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №143

Pad Thai was super yummy. Loved the iced Thai tea.

Diner Review №144

Excellent lunch portions 🌟

Diner Review №145

Amazing, amazing, and listen when they say things are extra hot. Get the mild. See the picture of the chilis in the medium. It was amazing but dango it was HOT.

Diner Review №146

Warning about heat levels: Medium is a TABLESPOON of Chili flakes. So tread carefully.
Other than that, excellent service!

Diner Review №147

Great food, service, and reasonable prices. Should be enough of a reason to come. Family run business too!

Panang curry with chicken and mild spice was a delicate blend of savory/peanut/ spice. Ate some of my comrade’s Pad ke mao and could tell it was built different. Don’t let the strip mall location fool you, great food.

Diner Review №153

I didn't know what to expect when I came here randomly, but it was one of the best Thai Restaurants I've been to in my extensive travels of the US.
I recommend this place and will be promoting it in my food blog

Diner Review №154

BEST TOM KHA I HAVE EVER HAD, HANDS DOWN. seriously, the drive out from downtown is worth it for the Tom Kha alone. Absolutely delicious. All the ingredients in our entrees were very high quality and fresh. VERY gluten-friendly. Great prices, too. I will definitely be coming back here!

Diner Review №155

I am writing this review because I have a service dog that I take everywhere... We went to the farmhouse to eat lunch at the Thai food Eatery in Belmar, Lakewood, Colorado.
We love the food and the service.," My new favorite place to eat." I had Mimzy my service dog with me the first 2 times with no problems. The third time, however, we were told, we could NOT have a dog in there, by the server. We explained we have not had this problem the past 2 times we've been here.. She went and got the manager.. When the manager came out, she also said NO DOGS. We told her she was a service dog, but she did not have on her vest.. Although we had her vest visibly clipped to Mimzy stroller. Toon said she had to be wearing the vest. NOT TRUE.. Technically I don't even need to show her her papers, but offered to show them. By this time, we were embarrassed and thought that the manager Took was very, Unprofessional and Disrespectful. So we left... I will never go back.. Bye, bye, new favorite place...

Diner Review №156

I was very happy to find this gem after moving from Aurora. Definitely my favorite Thai restaurant in Lakewood. It is a small menu that changes somewhat seasonally, so everything is always very fresh and well prepared. The Must Try entrees are just that, and if you are brave enough to venture outside the standard Pad Thai Noodles and curries, you won't regret it. I'm sure those dishes are also excellent, but I've been enjoying trying their unique dishes first. Service has always been excellent.

Diner Review №157

take out order of pork fried rice. it was better than average but got home and opened the bag and no soy sauce (would think it would be automatic) and no napkins.

Diner Review №158

Excellent authentic Thai food. Vegan larb is the best vegan dish I’ve ever had.

Diner Review №159

We got the khao soi, ,boat noodles, spring rolls, and rangoons and everything was excellent. Smooth and thick khao soi, spicy boat noodles, spring rolls were absolutely full of freshness and herbs, and even the rangoons were flavorful and fried up just right. I was very impressed!

Diner Review №161

Pad Gra Prow is DIVINE. one of the best meals I have had in a minute. Everything tasted so fresh, and I could literally hear them mincing the chicken in the back. My server advised against medium spicy, and warned that their spice levels are higher than most. Mild here is medium most other places, so be careful. I love spice, but mild was just right.

Diner Review №162

So confidence in their meal prep they don't even put soy sauce or spicy spread on the table. Spring rolls had something crunchy in them, in a good way. Highly recommend this place.
Update: they call those spring rolls summer rolls and they are so so good!

Very clean restaurant. Really fresh healthy vegetables. I had curry soup w-chicken spicy and was full of flavors. I'm going back.

Diner Review №166

Doesn't keep to posted hours, very rude owners.

Diner Review №167

Super authentic Thail / lao food! Really close to what you'll find in Thailand! Reasonable price great service delicious food!

Diner Review №168

Excellent restaurant whether dine in or take out. Great service, great food and environment. Really good tofu fried rice!

Diner Review №169

The best Thai in Lakewood. The crispy rice salad is an absolute must.

Diner Review №170

Had a salad. It was a bit salty, but excellent ingredients and reasonable portion. Will happily go back to try other menu items.

Diner Review №171

Delicious food and drinks! Excellent service. Many vegan and meat options. Loved it. Can't wait to return. The Burma tea party is phenomenal!

Diner Review №172

Absolutely great restaurant, amicable staff, and a good atmosphere. I got their Panang curry medium heat and it was delicious but was lacking on chicken and heavy on carrots but overall delicious. Seating was readily available, will dine here again.

Diner Review №173

Great little joint that comes with a good spin on Thai! Items on the menu that say hot come with a warning….spicy! Other menu items provide good variety and flavors. Defiantly worth a try!

Specifically had the Pineapple Fried Rice and it comes loaded. Try it out!

Diner Review №174

Diner Review №175

The food is good. Good vegetation options and meat. Prices are high for what it is, no kids options, and sterile environment with very bad music. Staff are the opposite of warm and friendly: seem kind of annoyed that you're there...
Spice levels: complicated chart where mild is decently spicy/hot, and medium is totally hot, so they're playing that game instead of just shifting the scale to what makes sense (I like my food hot and I was fine at mild). If you're a stand-off-ish vegetarian who likes very hot food and can afford to buy a house, this is your jam.

Diner Review №176

Deliciously fresh food and the pineapple fried rice was the bomb!

Diner Review №177

The floating market noodle soup is amazing! I can't think of anything else to compare the flavor to, will definitely be coming back to try more items off of the menu!

Diner Review №178

Fantastic when you dine in. Delivery is not kind to fresh Thai food.

Diner Review №179

This restaurant has been rated one of the best Thai restaurants in the Denver area, and after eating there I can heartily agree with that evaluation. The food was perfect, the service impeccable, and the restaurant was very nice, clean, and attractive.

Diner Review №180

Great Thai food. Spicy hot unless you ask for mild.

Diner Review №181

The best authentic Thai food by far . They offer a lot of dishes that generic Thai restaurants don’t offer but they are those dishes that are amazing. As a Thai, I drive two hours to eat here and it’s alway more than worth it . If you look for real Thai food , not Americanize Thai food , I highly recommended this place .

Diner Review №182

I got takeout. The pork in the pad see iew was really, really gross. Like it smelled bad. Tasted bad. And I usually love this dish a lot. But the meat was gross. Really disappointing… the mango sticky rice was delicious though.

Edit: I had the leftovers in the morning and even though the pork wasn’t very good the rest of the dish was delicious enough that I ate it all. Maybe just a bad batch. I also decided to try them again and got the yellow curry with chicken and absolutely DELICIOUS, including the chicken.

Diner Review №183

Solid Reliably Good Thai Cuisine. No added MSG upon request.

Diner Review №184

Authentic Thai foods, delicious and quick. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

อาหารไทยตามแบบฉบับไทยๆค่ะ อาหารจานด่วนแบบข้าวขาหมูหาทานได้ยากก็มีให้ทาน ต้มแซ่บอร่อยรสจัดจ้าน

Diner Review №185

Lots of good options on the menu. Will definitely go there again.

Diner Review №186

When ordering, definitely adjust your preferred spice level down by a level or three. I'm a fan of ultra-hot food, but the "thai spicy" pad kee mao was beyond enjoyment. I won't deny that I got what I requested, but the experience was more like eating a bowl of dried thai chili flakes than a tasty entree. My wife had "medium" heat and we both gave up on our dishes without finishing them. (I found her leftovers to be spiced about right for me.)

Order conservatively and get a side of hot sauce to add at your own pace. Your entire GI tract will thank you.

Diner Review №187

The Burma Tea Party salad is a must try and make sure to order a Thai Iced Tea. Everything we tried was delicious!

Diner Review №188

Server gleefully mocked my friend for a dish being too hot for them. It was cringey and unprofessional, the server was smiling and laughed at a customer struggling. This person loves spicy food and ordered their dish MILD because they understand Thai hot is different. Not vegetarian friendly, as they consider shrimp paste vegetarian. Menu needs some edits to avoid contradictions and a new heat scale. Service was slow and dismissive. Most of the dishes my group got were bland and too sweet.

Diner Review №189

Really can't recommend this place. Of all the Thai places I've been, this one is probably at the bottom of the list.

The service here took forever, and they bring out everyone's food one at a time. It's weird to sit there and eat while others are waiting.

I asked for mild, and was given some of the spiciest food I've had in a long time. I know thai food is spicy, but they specifically said mild. I actually love spicy food, but this was on another level. There is no mild here, only stomach melting hot.

My food smelled like sewage. Between that and the heat, it really killed my appetite.

The dishes here are also insanely overpriced. Most of them are around $20. For comparison, the Thai place I like that I normally go to is around $12 per plate.

Diner Review №190

4.5 stars. Reviews for this place are all over the board so I'm not sure what's going on. We went on a Saturday for dinner and there were only about 10 people there. My wife ordered the pad Thai and was not impressed. I tried it and it was fairly light on flavor. The noodles were also cut, maybe 1 inch long, instead of served in the traditional way. All the tables also had forks and you had to ask for chopsticks, which seemed odd. We were the only ones using chopsticks. I ordered the pad See lew and it was the most flavorful pad See lew I've had. It was also spicy, which took me off guard. We had the satay appetizer, which was great. Cooked well and flavorful. We also ended up ordering the mango sticky rice and it was the best I've ever had. The service for us was fine, as expected. The cost before tax and tip (no drinks) was $55. The couple next to us said their food was good as well. I know this place is fairly new and maybe they are still finding their groove with their operations based on previous reviews. This place does feel like a mom and pop place, but they had 3 people working front of house and 1 or 2 in the kitchen. I suspect they may be trying to "adjust" the food and approach for the typical clientele in Denver, but they don't need to. I will go back because honestly this is some of the best Thai food in Denver.

Diner Review №191

Food is great. Please update your recommended timeframes when ordering to give customers an idea of how long until they're going to eat. Pre-checkout told me 15-25 minutes. After ordering, my email said 45 minutes. Very different, and this has happened twice. Transparency would be nice. Thanks.

Diner Review №192

OMG food was so yummy I ordered the Tofu Summer Rolls and the Tofu Pat Thai so fresh and well seasoned. Will definitely be coming back when I am on this side of town!

Good food, decent atmosphere (large open space with lots of tables and chairs, but no booths), and friendly staff. They were several regulars there who clearly knew the staff and menu. I could see how this would be a place people would go to time and time again.

Diner Review №196

be warned, portions are big, i recommend sharing

Diner Review №197

Amazing and authentic Thai food, but the owners need to actively update their hours on google if they’ll be closed. A stranger and I both arrived today to be greeting by a sign that said “open” and the restaurant was closed.

The Thai food here is delicious. The curry and boat noodle were amazing. The thai tea is delicious and the pine apple fried rice. Can’t go wrong here if you are craving Thai food. It tends to be spicier so go down a level if you can’t handle the heat. Customer service is good and it’s a clean restaurant.
