When I called the owner she said I’m busy don’t have time to talk to you. And she said I can change any ingredients with out telling you!!!! If she told me I wouldn’t order from them. This is the last time I order from them. Very very poor costumer service.

I hate to give this rating because I used to love this place. The food is still decent, but it tastes different. Ironically, the Thai ice tea was awful!!

Rude staff and horrible food. Probably should have guessed that by how empty the restaurant was. The middle-aged lady at the desk has a very bad attitude and the people working in the kitchen don't seem to be the most hygienic people!

Amazing soup and great quick service

Great little spot we stumbled upon when another restaurant we were planning to go to was closed. I had the Pad Thai, it was excellent and the waitress was very friendly. Will definitely be back.

I'm so disappointed in the customer service I received with this restaurant. I have my spot that I always go to and loyal to but decided to give this restaurant a try the food is good but the customer service is horrible. The first time ordering we ordered for delivery and directly from their website so they delivery guy (from restaurant ) was very rude when dropping off food. So 2nd time came around and same person ( I believe must be a worker/co owner of restaurant) dropped off food and had the nerve to ask for more tip (keep in mind tip was added when ordering) when we ordered $63 worth of food and it states free delivery with $20 minimum purchase. He said because gas is too high and rude while asking for more $ and also keep in mind the restaurant is less than 10 mins away. WOW shocking . Last time our company will order from here.

I thought their food was really bland. I ordered pad see ew and there was no flavor, no spice. It didn't look like they even used the dark soy sauce. Same goes for the fried rice. Lacks any flavor.

Generous serving, affordable, and delicious!! I requested for more onions and they sure did put a lot lol

Don't order from them, they won't deliver.

I use Grub hub and have ordered from this restaurant a lot.

Generally speaking they are on time, polite, and have my order correct.

However, tonight they were late 40 minutes.

I called the restaurant just to get an ETA since I know everything is super busy with Covid.

I was told that my order had been dropped off.

I said that since I use Grub hub I marked the option to notify me by text, and never received one.

The person on the phone said it was and that it must have been picked up by a room mate (I live with my parents, and neither of them were home).

He then said he'd get the driver, and put him on the phone.

The dude proceeded to argue with me that he had delivered my order and texted me.

I politely told him that was not true and wanted to know when he would be dropping off my order.

He said he would not and I would have to contact Grub hub for any further assistance.

So that's what I did and got my order refunded.

It's really sad because I really enjoyed the food, but if you're going to treat me like that when you have made a mistake, then you have permanently lost a customer.

Don't order from them as they won't deliver it to you and won't help you if they make a mistake.

Just get Pink Elephant instead.

5/16/20 We ordered food for the family for the first time from Exotic Thai in Woodland Hills. We happen to be in the area. It was a $70 purchase and all went to the trash except the coconut ice cream (which is not made there).
Sorry to say, but it's hard to find a place with such awful Thai food in town.

I would love to be able to say this place has average, good or even excellent food. However, I cannot do so yet as it has now been over an hour since I placed the order on Postmates. I feel bad for the driver. He has been sitting at the restaurant for over 25 minutes waiting on the restaurant to complete it. I specifically ordered from this location as I had a meeting that was 2 hours from the time I ordered and was hoping I could be finished eating in time. Needless to say the meeting is starting in 4 minutes and my driver is still waiting on the food. NEVER AGAIN!!! POOR POOR POOR SERVICE and no concern from them at all.....TOO BAD WE'RE BUSY!!! LOL

I had a great experience with Exotic Thai. The Chicken Satay with the peanut sauce was very tasty, I really enjoyed it. Their team took the time to answer all the questions I had when I reached out to them directly about their offerings and helped me decide on what to get. Their delivery on GrubHub was flawless, fast, and the driver was professional and friendly. I encourage everyone to check this place out and ask them about the best dishes they have as well.

It’s an OK place for a Thai food if you want to get cheap Thai food that is still decent but I wouldn’t recommend it I tried the spicy fried rice and it was not good at all it was actually not spicy at all I was very disappointed in that I asked him if I could trade it for another dish since I didn’t even eat it and he said well I can put more spicy in it for you and that did not help at all I had a feeling he didn’t want to make another dish and being lazy I don’t think he wanted me to even trade it for another one he’s very greedy about it. I tried couple things there and it’s deafly not a great place to eat there.

Little Gem, excellent food. Nice people and good service. Order with confidence, they nail all your favorites. The pineapple curry is amazing, my girlfriend doesn't like spicy food and she loves this. Order a large Singha and enjoy.

Zero stars if I could. I accidentally ordered food to this location instead of the one near me due to being confused by their website. When I arrived at the location near me and discovered my mistake, I immediately called this location to cancel. The staff member on the other end proceeded to yell and tell me off for the following 5 minutes and would have continued if I hadn't ended the call. Absolutely horrible customer service skills.

Just moved up the street. Decided to try this place because it looked cute. Wow, my mistake. Ordered ahead, only to walk in 30 mins and be told it isn't ready. Fine. I wait. Another 20 minutes passed and the people who walked in behind me (to eat there) are being served. The woman who works here could care less. She starts apologizing to other people about the wait. By now it's clear she didn't get the takeout order, and just had the chef make it while I sat there. Without telling me. Or even offering an apology for the hour I waited. I don't care about the food, because with service like thus I won't be eating here again. There's a better Thai place, Red Ginger, near this place that's MUCH better. Go there.

I'm so glad I went here today! The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I'm looking forward to trying the Mango Sticky Rice. 🤩

Ordered Chicken Pad Thai takeout. It was pretty much just a box of noodles with chicken and no seasoning. Noodles were over cooked and soggy, no lime garnish and what’s worst of all, it did not have any peanuts!
This Pad Thai tasted like plain top ramen noodles without the most important part, the seasoning. And then topped with chicken.
I only ate some of the chicken and tried to stomach the noodles. I threw most of it away in my garbage disposal.
I will never patronized this location again when i have a craving for Thai food again.

Great food. 4 star worthy but this location tends to mess up the order alot. At least in my experience. If it weren't for that easy 4 stars.

Average Food and Over priced. I've eaten at many different Thai restaurants and like the food. ordered take out while back and while the portions are big and decent, it is little on the expensive side and lower than expected quality for the price.

Came on Friday afternoon for lunch with my co-workers, 8 of us. Place is small and parking can be found in adjacent lot with street parking if needed. The service was slow. Initially it was fast when ordering drinks; afterwards it was slow. We ordered out food and it took rouhgly 20 minutes to come out. One of the dishes, the lunch special was last. Took about 30 minutes. I ordered the Pad Se Ew with beef and spicy, which was good. Not spicy enough but it was still good. My coworker ordered the lunch special with Pad Thai and she didn't like it at all. The thai iced tea with boba was good. When my friend went to pay they made a mistake and had charged him incorrectly, which took another 5-10 minutes; we had one bill and all paid cash except him. After ordering our drinks they didn't come around often. While there, it wasn't really busy.

Such a cute Quaint place. Decorations are beautiful, I felt very relaxed in this setting. Food and service was great, although the server did over charge me for something and then when I asked for the reciept, she corrected her mistake. All good. :)

O.k.should have listened ... no rice except for an approx $2.85 tiny scoop only if I asked for it. Even though we ordered yellow chicken curry ..there are no noodles and NEEDS a Base... like rice... Chicken saray was dry rubbery,, and tasted like fish spoiled in the microwave and not grilled.... where did the fish taste come from unless they tried to deep fry the frozen satay sticks from the previous night... well what can you say about a peanut sauce that runs like a soup all over the place.... when the check finally comes for this torturous birthday meal, it i's $ 70.00 for 4 $ 10 dishes and a can of coke. There is a $21.00 chare on the bill and she tells us that this is sombody else's check.. except there is nobody else in the place. They get a big laugh out of this and we are given a new check but the $ 2100 item is now nearer the bottom. There is also a $3.49 ? Item that she now grabs the check from me and yells across the restaurant that it is for the 2 pieces from the chicken satay that were eaten. Except the first bite was in front of the server and not swallowed. Cold anyway.... We left them cash for fear of what they might do to access to my credit card ..... no more garbage restaurants for us just because we wish to have.somebody " professional" create a meal that I do not have the experience to prepare.. DO NOT waste your time or money ... and certainly do the math on your check..... really charging for part of a returned appetizer that was spit out in front of the server and then laughing about trying to charge for all of the other restaurant created problems??????
Note: no Daniel ..... they tried twice to add a $21.00 dish . Not on the menu,,,, and I really do not appreciate being called "You" when a dressing me like hey you are you ready to order ..... sir is my father's name ... ( joke here ) but is much better than You and not even and you too sir???? She acted like an owner... and was funneled away from us by the other staff ... would not give me names ..... when I asked ... maybe some good people cab be transferred here from their other restaurants... this neighborhood does not deserve this ......
