Ordered some of their delicious Ramen through a 3rd party delivery service. They unfortunately forgot to the soy egg. I don't mind paying for food food, but with prices as high as they are I do expect accuracy and an disappointed that my order was incomplete.

Scam would be too nice of a word. I paid $15 for sesame chicken with fried rice. I might as well have gotten a side of fried rice and added chicken because that’s the amount of chicken I received. Just go to the Lindbergh tin drum and call it a day. And I waited 20+ min for a mobile order. It seems like they have an unlimited supply of rice and little to no chicken

The service was top-notch. We were given a run-down of the menu - what was popular, what was not too spicy, what taste good, and what others recommended. He was honest and transparent. He even offered some dishes he wasn't a fan of but thought we might like them.

My son enjoyed their boba tea a lot. He ordered the brown sugar pearl and loved it.

We also ordered the tokyo crinkcle fries which were good and are a nice side dish.
I wanted something light so I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap which was a perfect size for what I wanted. I didn't get to finish it because I was getting full off the fries.

We ordered a koreano sandwich, chinatown lo mein, sweet and savory sesame, and the thai basil fried rice. Everything was delicious. The portion sizes are good for the price. And, I love that they offer many vegetarian options.

Food was very fresh and delicious. Love the flavor profiles. They also have Bubble Tea now, absolutely delicious. Prices are fair, bites apprx $3+, entrees starting about $10+, staff was nice. Going to do my best to make it through the whole menu....lol

I’ve been coming to the Druid Hills location for some years now. I’m really loving it, the people, the food and all around a cool place to chill and enjoy some good food. Today was extra special with the two women that helped me. I was all over the place with my order, Mariella started taking my order and she was very patient and sweet, she never once showed any irritation. I was ordering for the house so I had multiple orders and everyone wanted something different and a certain way. Mariella asked for helped with an option, that’s when Trina with the beautiful smile stepped in and was also very kind and patient. Trina let me know the rewards had been acting up but if I had time I could download the app and also receive a free drink😍 which was yummy. Every question or substitution I needed to have done was answered and taken care of. Again this is the reason why I will drive to come to this location. Thank you ladies continue to shine your light✨✨

If they get your order wrong, they won't make it right. I picked up lunch for our office and when we opened the stapled bag of my boss's order, instead of a tonkatsu ramen with dumplings in the stapled bag, there was a stir fry inside. (I normally double check orders before I leave but because the bag was stapled with the order printed on the outside, I trusted it). I called the manager and instead of an apology and quick resolution I was told I needed to come back to the store. When I declined (why should we be inconvenienced twice, on an already short lunch break to drive all the way back?) I was told we would receive the refund on our next visit to the store. When I said that still wasn't acceptable to my boss, I was told the only way we could receive a refund was if he placed the order through the app. Because he placed the order through Tin Drum's Google's interface, they would not send him a refund.

I understand that mistakes happen, but this is no way to treat a customer, especially seeing as they overpaid for items they didn't even receive. They have lost our office's business now. If you want a good Tin Drum experience, I recommend the Sandy Springs location or other Brookhaven location.

I do want to shout out to the girl who worked the counter that day - she was really sweet and helpful.

The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and everything I ordered was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. I was particularly impressed with the Singapore, which was a true highlight of the meal. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

If I could leave a -5 for Service, I would. I wanted to enjoy my day off so I decided to WALK in my neighborhood and enjoy the fresh air and get some food from one of my favorite good quick spots, which is Tin Drum. I have been getting the SAME meal for the past month and a half once a week. General TSO sub rice noodle which is served with the “Singapore Curry Chow Mein” , chicken dumplings and crab egg roll . The server at the register is always nice and ALWAYS explained to me that she had to charge me an additional $2.50 to sub the rice noodle. She also explained that she had to use the “Soba Noodle” button because there was not a button for the rice noodle for substitution. I had a different server today, who was equally as nice. I clarified that I wanted the rice noodle that comes with the “Singapore Curry Chow Mein”. She said ok. I pay for my order and leave a 20% tip for TAKE OUT. I get home after my 15min WALK, open my meal and have SOBA noodle with my General TSO. I work in the restaurant industry and usually would not care but I want what I asked and paid for. I have NEVER had an issue at this location or restaurant AT ALL, and I have been living in this area for over four years. I do not like Soba Noodles. I decided to drive back and get my food simply re-made, so I hoped.

A young man with lighter skin and dark brown hair was at the register. I politely told him my situation, and asked him to remake my food because I come here very often and have never had a problem. He opened my bag and looked at my food, which was untouched and said to me “I cannot do anything for you. We do not sub Saba noodles for rice noodles. “ I kindly explained to him that I have ordered this for over a month and a half and have never had a problem. He then explain to me that they are no longer under the same management, because the previous managers would let the guests do whatever they wanted to do with substitutions. He said that he “runs” the Children’s Hospital location and now the North Druid Hills location as well.
I then asked to speak with someone other than Hisself , The young man said, “ He. stepped away, and I could only speak with him.

I have been a manager for over 20years. I have Never experienced such HORRIBLE customer resolution and service, especially when the restaurant was at fault. I did not ask to change the recipe at all, I only ask to change the noodle; which is cooked separately from the recipe anyway.

In the end he accommodated me. However, If you changed your policy and/or going to in force it, then simply state that, BEFORE, I finalize my order.

I will Never order from this location again.

So I've been coming here almost a year and I shall say the best customer service is always over the weekend. Gio nd alo always make my experience well worth. Food is alwaysalways fresh and hot and, if needed, extra spicy. Love that. Plus, you tell the chef to make any adjustments he definitely tries his best to accommodate. The store always cleans when I drop in, and customer service is always the best.

Our first visit Sat. 8/24/2024: our family walked in and greeted by the the most amazing staff. The food was great. The staff was patient while the 5 of us took forever to order. Atmosphere is relaxed. This place is a keeper for us. My only regret is that I forgot the name of the kind employee who took the time to take a family photo as we were leaving.

Today was my first time trying Tin Drum and it was bussin! My girl been talking about it and I’m glad I finally tried it. The server Trina was amazing her service was on point! Her boba drink referral was delicious! I actually threw away my smoothie to drink the pineapple dragonfruit freeze with the strawberry AND mango boba. 10 out of 10 will be back.

Trina was amazingly helpful and pleasant. Her patience and recommendations were a hit. She catered to my friend (1st timer) and I (a loyal tin drum lover) and walked us through what was added to the menu. This was my first time at this location but I will definitely be back! The miso ramen with salmon was amazing perfect spice level🤌🏾🤤. The veggie delight, veggie spring rolls and potstickers were great appetizers and dipping bits. Also I was delighted to find out that the broth was chicken based not pork or beef!🙌🏾 Last but not least the boba flavor pairing Trina recommended was amazing and won my friend over who had a bad experience with boba before. We had the frozen pineapple dragonfruit mix with mango and strawberry boba🤤🤤🤤🤤. Soooo worth the extra two miles I’ll run tomorrow!!! I will definitely be back!

sesame chicken is trash. the sauce is watery and the lo mien tastes like old spaghetti noodles. had go in 3x to fix my order and they kept messing up just to give me this garbage. should have just refunded it the THIRD time.

Today I visited the store on Cobb Pkwy in Atlanta. Bought the ramen noodle bowl and added salmon.
The meal was horrible. The salmon was cooked to the point that it tasted link rubber. The egg was brown, the ginger was process and dehydrated. I wanted a fresh meal, but instead I received a processed one.
I will never eat at this chain restaurants again. Fake food!

Food was amazing. Portions are huge so come with an empty stomach. Really good. Highly recommend. Pad Thai and the fried chicken are definitely worth ordering.

One of my favorite places to grab food from! Trina is an absolutely amazing server with the brightest personality. She always welcomes me back! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

once i stepped foot into this place it was out of this world. the customer service was very welcoming and homey i was greeted with a smile. the restaurant was very clean. the artistic design on the walls were very appealing. THE FOOD was amazing. i got the sesame chicken stir fry rice. my choice of rice was brown. eating it all together was mind wondering very flavorful. the chicken was cooked to perfection. the rice was served with glazed sesame sauce. THE EMPLOYEE Mrs. Trina was so wholesome. she made sure that my food was up to part. she checked on me periodically. beautiful smile great attitude. i highly recommend this place.

The Hispanic male manager hates his job & needs to do better. Rice was oily and mushy while I requested light oil. He did not want to fix it. Usually good experience when the other manager is there but this guy sucks.

I ordered Sesame chicken stir fry and literally had 3 pieces of chicken and the rest rice. So I literally paid $15 for some white rice, very disappointing!!

The food didn't taste as flavorful. I don't blame the staff, I just think the chain is becoming like any other chain. The recipe wasn't the same. However, there was a young lady behind the counter who was amazing. So pleasant and positive. The cooking crew in the back were smiling as well. Location was very clean.

This place has been my goto for +4 years. The staff folks are great and the food is cooked in seconds. It always tastes delicious and if you have the app, you get free food or appetizers!

Tin-drum in general is a good pan-asian food joint. mid-way to being a fast food/ Restaurant. prices reflect that mix as well. fresh food and quite flavorful. Glad i found this particular location. Their Penang curry and singapore chowmein are fabulous - i always have the basil fried rice, this place made a very good one.

In town for a business trip, and was craving a nice bowl of ramen. Got that, an order of the gyoza, and a Thai tea delivered, and it's just not good.

Love the staff at this location! We go relatively frequently and I always get the same dish (with a few modifications, I’m picky, haha). Today, I picked up my order and noticed when I got home that I got the regular version. I called just to see if they might be able to fix it (I would’ve been ok if not) and they were more than happy to give me a brand new dish. I always feel bad and awkward when something isn’t as I ordered it, but the staff never made me feel weird and in fact were nothing but kind to me. They remade my order correctly in just a few minutes (despite being busy) and were very courteous. In my opinion this is kind of rare in customer service but I’ve never had a bad experience here and tonight reaffirmed that. So, I am sorry for being annoying, but thank you for the great food and great service! The staff who was on this evening 11-15 around 7:30pm all deserve some major kudos.

As far as food - Our faves are the Singapore Curry Chow Mein (with added spice) and the Fried Potstickers.

I had so much rice!!! Took up 2/3 of the container. Not enough sesame chicken. The broccoli wasn't cooked with the chicken, so the broccoli was just dry. No sesame sauce was on it.
The Tim Drums in decatur isn't perfect, but I always have enough chicken to eat with my rice.

The staff at the Briarcliff location exceptional every single time!! Trina is always going above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. She remembered me and safely secure my credit card tht was left behind until I returned to retrieve it!

You’re in the mood for Tin Drum go to the one on Piedmont the workers here in North Druid Hills seem to only care about up, charging and doing less work as possible. They ruined my complete experience. They had new wings that Piedmont offer to separate sauces that I did not even ask for which was wonderful customer service when I wanted to know if you were Hills to get the same treatment, they refused, and they wanted to up charge me ridiculous amounts for sauces and he just simply split my wings. it said, I have to travel 17 minutes to get the same customer service from Buckhead The North Druid Hills refuses to provide. I order from Tin Drum all the time and wanted to try something different. Unfortunately I picked the wrong thing, bangkok sweet chili curry. It was DOUSED in peanut sauce. I like peanuts, love pad thai, peanut dressing salads etc. But nobody would enjoy what I got. I mean seriously smothered it. Not what you expect when you hear “bangkok sweet chili”. Otherwise good boba and crab egg rolls but this peanut chicken and rice dish is why I’m giving 3 stars. Gross

Took my daughter to dunwoody location and she came out with superb food, the cauliflower was crispy to the last drop and her noodle were mix with perfect amount of veggies in every spoon. MY MISTAKE ! I WORK IN THE SAME PLAZA AND ENDED UP WITH THIS SORRY LOCATION, I ORDERED ONLINE AND WHEN GIT TIME OF PICK UP IT SAID 18 min away! On my BREAK! OmG! SO ANYWAY I PICKED UP firecracker CAULIFLOWER, WHICH WAS SOOOOOGGY, AND TASTED STARCHY, I GOT LEVEL 2 spice, NO SPICE. THE CRAB RAGOON SPRING ROLL WAS OK, just DIFFERENT WRAP STYLE FOR 1 $2 roll, THE STEAM Rice TASTED LIKE JASMINE STARCHY RICE, not the traditional Asian rice. The brown SIDE SAUCE WAS OK. I could have just got soy sauce and been ok, the THAI TEA HAD BARLEY AAAAAAANY MILK IN IT! IM USED TO THAI TEA AND THIS NOT IT. And I clicked extra sweet it was nooooooot! NEXT TIME ILL MAKE SURE I GOT RIGHT LOCATION ! Then she had a prob with giving me a side sauce . Nope never again…. #New to the area uuugh!

We've only had the Boba drinks, they're made fresh and we find them extremely refreshing and delicious. Will definitely be back to try more flavors. Service was fast and helpful with any questions we had about the variety of drinks.

The food and Boba slushee excellent. Very excellent. Food took a reasonable amount of time. Cashier answered questions about the menu. The music sets a good vibe, somewhat relaxing. We intend to return soon.

I used to order Chinatown Lo Mein and Singapore Curry Chow Mein every weekend at here. The price is getting more and more expensive (from $9.99 to $11.99) since the Covid but it's still a reasonable place for lunch.

This was my first experience with Tin Drum Asian Kitchen, I was a little confused by the menu I really didn't know what to choose from so upon ordering I asked the cashier about a certain dish that look pretty good that I wanted to try. So I ended up getting the Thai Basil Fried Rice with fried chicken and it was delicious, they also gave me some teriyaki sauce on the side if I decided to put it on my rice bowl. They're a little bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it so check it out if you're in the North Druid Hills area.

I had the WORST boba tea today from this place. I don't know what it was supposed to be but it was not made correctly. I had to throw the whole thing in the trash when I got home. Do not continue to attempt bubble drinks if they are going to taste as disgusting as mine did today.

Libe their food. Its full of flavor and you can choose spice level. The tikka massala spice level 3 is my go to. Ive had other items and haven't been disappointed. Give this place a try.

Wonderful food! Came here to get a quick bite for my lunch break and ordered Phuket sautéed chicken and Thai Milk tea. The food was hot and very delicious! The Milk tea had the right amount of sweetness! Definitely would recommend eating here!

You order at the counter from a variety of delicious-looking dishes. I got the Citrus Pad Thai. I've Pad Thai from lots of restaurants and this one was really good. I'll definitely get it again. Serving size was big too. More than I could even eat actually. Reasonably priced at around $11 or so for the entree.

The atmosphere was pretty chill and relaxed. Their lobby and dining areas was clean and organized. Tin Drum has a whole variety of BoBa Teas from slushes to drinks! Their menu's have enlarged lettering, so don't worry if you forget your reading glasses!🤓 I didn't visit the restrooms but assuming how clean the lobby was, it was clean and was handicap accessible too! The food was delicious! I ordered crab and cheese rolls which were priced at: one for $2 , the Pad Woon Seen $12 with steak $4, (which are glass noodles), then sweet tea for $2.75 (which really wasn't southern style sweet tea) lolz!! If dining in, they will bring out your order in these huge black bowls! You can add any protein to any bowl etc for an additional fee. See menu for details

The food is fresh and generally ok. Service is good. I really don’t have an issue with this place at all. I know it’s a chain so I get what I pay for but honestly for much less I can get authentic Thai. I do not understand why fake versions of international foods get marketed such heavily here. I feel like I’m paying too much for the quality but overall it does the job when my other spots are closed Monday

I've only ordered delivery from here, never eaten inside, but would love to soon. The Tokyo Crinkle Fries are my absolute favorite! They're ALWAYS very fresh - slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the Sriracha Mayo sauce is SO tasty! The Spicy Chicken Ramen is good, very flavorful, but so spicy I couldn't finish it. (I can't handle very spicy foods, but if you can then you'll like this.) The Chinatown Lo Mein, which I got with steak, is probably the best Lo Mein I've ever had! Everything tastes so fresh. The noodles are AMAZING, and the veggies are crisp - not too crunchy, but not soft & limp. And the streak was very tender, not chewy at all. I will definitely be eating here again, hopefully in person next time!!!

I love the place, the employees are awesome I love the seasoning and the food. I would recommend anything with chicken and coconut milk. I eat small portions usually, I shared a plate with my mom. So if you eat small as me 1 is enough for 2.

Such a contrast difference of the one on N. Decatur Rd. This location should be the way all Tin Drum should mimic. Professional, hospitable, food good, correct and hot! They get the job done!

The food isn't bad, but I didn't get any more than I would at panda express, actually less and paid $16.00 for one container of food. I watched the guy in front of me stunned at the price increase who had to call a friend to bring more money not expecting it. I heard the virus etc being explained....no, that's a lot for one container of food. It was already pricey, I won't return.

I would not eat anything here but the wings and appetizers. Everything else is a waste of your time and money. The management also needs more training.

This food is pure trash.. Nothing is authentic and they argue with you if you have an issue. Poor quality beware

The food is good, but the customer service is terrible if you eat inside. They don’t have a water fountain and then make you pay for water. They didn’t even have metal spoons, and when I asked, the employee copped an attitude with me.

Gio and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our meal. Needless to say we were and will be back very soon!

Love this Tin Drum, every time I come it's very clean, the quality is consistent, and the employees go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. I go out of my way to go to this location because it's always on point.

Won’t be eating here again. They forgot something in my order and the little rude girl that works at the register went to the back to get it and touched my spring roll without gloves. I told her to make it again with gloves. Then she got an attitude because I asked her to be sanitary.

Vegetarian basil fried rice with tofu (no jalapeño) had great flavor! I’m not giving a 5 star only because I didn’t see or taste the basil. Lol! So much on the menu that I want to try. Geo took our order and energy was great- 5 stars for Geo!!

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The person who took my order was really helpful and competent. He invited me to come back on my way out with my to-go order.
Food was hot upon arriving home and tasted delicious. Ordered the Bangkok Sweet Chili Curry. Was hoping for a little more spice but overall it was good. Serving was good for the price. I would go back and visit this location.

All I have to say is tiktok made me do it! It was really good but don’t let them lie to you the “spicy miso potsticker ramen” is not just a little bit of heat. It is SPICY.. my lips are on fire. I would definitely come back for Tokyo fries alone!

This is my second time eating at this location. I prefer it vs the one on Lindbergh. But both times my meals were fresh and delicious. I LOVE the Firecracker Cauliflower, I always eat a couple before I even make it home lol. I like the Firecracker Wings as well.

First time trying this place spent close to $30 for some bland mediocre food! Like I don’t know if I ordered the wrong thing ( Drunken Noodles) but my meal barely had any chicken or veggies and the chicken they gave me was big and chunky. My broccoli was discolored as if it wasn’t so fresh. And everything else was bland and boring! My husband took a couple of bites of his ( sweet and savory chicken) and stop eating! Nothing was savory about it! Now I have to hear that we SHOULD’VE just went to panda express which is a waaaay more tastier than what we got!! I feel ripped off because now I have two full plates of food that’s nobody wants!!!

It was great and they had gluten free options, but I asked if the meal was spicy and was told that it wasn't, it was sweet. Well, my mouth burned from the first bite! Even the person with me said it was spicy. Thanks for offering gf options, but please try to back off the spice when someone asks.

BEST food in the toco hills area! Don’t confuse this for some kind of cheap tasting food. It’s ALWAYS fresh food, it’s VERY clear after having it the first time. Truly EVERYBODY who works here is always extremely helpful and kind during my experiences. You can really tell that all the food is MADE TO ORDER. Tastes great, looking forward to my next meal there! (Hungry just thinking about it!)

I've recently discovered Tin Drum, and this is my absolute FAVORITE location! I'm becoming quite the regular, and the staff is always super friendly and my order is always delicious! So glad I've discovered this place!

I highly recommend the Tokyo Crinkle Fries. They're delicious with a crispy exterior sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds. It comes with a spicy dipping sauce. I also recommend getting whatever dish you choose with a scoop of Thai chili! I have tried many dishes and never been disappointed. The sesame chicken is especially delicious. If you have the time, go inside. They have little candies and drinks for sale that you can't find easily otherwise, like lychee gummies.

If you are looking for great Asian food this is the spot! I throughly enjoyed my food and staff is great, not to mention the stylish decor! I had the Panang Curry King with tofu. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself.

I came here after a 10-hour work day, on my feet in a cookware retail store. It was December, so you know I was running around all day. I came in with a coupon code and tried to use it on the app. It didn't work. We kept trying and nothing would work. I was close to tears because this was 2 days before payday. I was broke and really needed this coupon to work. The Manager stepped in and tried his best to make the app work. Still nothing. He looked at me and said "I'll take care of you" and did the discount manually. He didn't have to, but he did. The food was amazing and got me through until payday. I really appreciate the manager and staff there. They are all very sweet and the food is always great. Thank you guys!
