I was told about this place a few years ago by the owner, he didn't have it officially open yet: I randomly found it today and it was an awesome decision! Also I met the owner again and he is a very sweet man! Just a beautiful atmosphere all around. Food is delicious and it needs more people! Spread the word, this place is fabulous!

We got it here on a lunch rush with a party of 9, but they were able to seat us in 15 mins. That's quite a feat! Our server was very friendly and efficient. Despite working by himself (the restaurant was full!), he was able to get our orders and drinks on time with very minimal wait. Bravo!

Beef Salad - one of my favorite! It's an upgrade from traditional Thai beef salad in freshness and flavor. They add vegetables and peanuts to the finely chopped beef, and the authentic Thai flavors of fish sauce, lime, chili, and toasted rice powder still bring out the familiar flavors.

Tom Kha Soup - This is also one of my favorite soups here. I don't typically order Tom Kha, my friend ordered it, and I ended up loving it. It's sweet, coconut creamy, savory and tangy with lemongrass, galangal, keffir lime leaf, and the other aromatic flavors.

This place is fresh, fun, and flavorful!

Food was good - spice balances and fresh tasting veggies etc - but nothing especially noteworthy. Friendly and efficient service, plus (literal) robotic table service too. Clean, modern space, compared with many of the nearby “hole in the wall” Thai places. Menu includes some non-Thai things too, like gumbo.

I was in the mood for trying something new and never had Thai food before today I am glad I did go in to get a Togo order the service was Amazing it all started server Khamporn R was fantastic I ask what was recommended he replied with Thai Basil with beef but i sub the beef with jumbo shrimp 🍤 an mild for the spice the food was beautiful with color it was very delicious 🤤. Food was ready in few minutes. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Thank you Khamporn R for the recommendation it was amazing

The Staff and Manager/Owner are the most generous people I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Its always such a friendly and welcoming time while eating there no matter the amount of guests you are with. The owner is constantly checking up on customers making sure the food is made to their liking. They are VERY good with handling diets and allergies in the food. Overall an amazing time EVERY time. You will not regret it or be disappointed in the food or service. I get the Panang Curry and Drunken Noodles every time and it is always the best I’ve ever tasted

This place is really good. I had the chicken Larb medium spicy and it was very spicy but still pretty tasty. Also the main gentleman that works there is very friendly

This is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Certainly the best I’ve had in California. Better than most Thai places I’ve had the pleasure of eating inside of Thailand itself. The flavors, texture, quality of cooked meat and levels of spice of the dish come together harmoniously. I’m no food critic, no writer, I wish I was so that I could properly give this place the praise it deserves. I stumbled upon this spot and when I did… I order it 3 times that same week. Being there personally now, I understand what makes it so special. The care of the craft. A rarity that makes certain restaurants stand above the rest. This is one of them. The ambiance is pleasant. It’s clean, simple and well-thought out. The owner is terrific. A key piece of that care of craft I mentioned earlier. Try this food. You will not be disappointed. The cherry on top being, for the quality and care you’re getting here, the food portions will feed you 2-3 times, it’s very reasonably priced and the customer service is top notch. New Thai place and it's freaking amazing. Regionally different than my local place at home, but so amazing in every way. The presentation was an 11 out of 10. Flavor? Portion size? Service? All the same. The most noticable difference was how runny the sauce was for my yellow curry but the flavor was amazing and the rice soaked it up and I would have licked the plate clean. Sorry, it was so good I'm rambling.

Amazing. Had the panang curry, mildly spicy. The curry was flavorful, with the perfect amount of heat. The curry grew in complexity and just got better as I ate it. The veggies were perfectly cooked and complemented the meat well. Don't miss this place.

Although not a traditional Thai ambiance, it's all about the food . The modern approach to their noodle dishes is fantastic. The addition of fresh vegetables really elevates the pad thai. The panang curry is fresh with a thicker consistency. The West Valley is littered with mediocrity when it comes to thai food. Blai arrives just in time to save us .....the owners have impressed me with their culinary vision .

FINALLY!!! I MEAN IT, FINALLY AUTHENTIC SOULFUL DRUNKEN NOODLES IN LA! AND it is about dang time! I was able to sneak in and take a pic between my kiddos devouring it. It is beautifully seasoned, not too sweet not too salty. The sauces are chef's kiss! It has been over 15 years since I have had this done so well when not in a friends house having an Oma to make it for me. This is THAT good.

Now let's talk gumbo. Yes , GUMBO IN LA ...that isn't vegan or some fake wanna be. This is REAL! OKRA AND ALL THE GOODNESS. Did you see the shrimp? Large, in charge and not the fake mess most places are selling now- a-days. The flavor is just right and NOT SALTY.

We had a wonderful dining experience here. We tried a drunken noodles and panang curry which were both great! Our server was very friendly and sent us a few beverages on their robot server “Plato”, which was kind of fun. We also ordered some Thai tea for the road which was a nice way to finish off the meal. Great Thai food. The owner himself was serving us today and was extremely friendly. The food is excellent and very well done. I have to strongly recommend the drunken noodles. He has different levels of spiciness. None, mild, spicy, extra spicy. Mild can be hot for people with low tolerance but I love spicy and the spicy was excellent for me. Serving size is great and the drink robot is cute as it wants around with your drinks on top. Highly recommend this.

The meals taste different from my experience with other Thai restaurants, not to my favorite (I ordered mild but came with a spoonful of chili pepper, and it was way too spicy for me, versus my friends who ordered mild as well didn't get any chili pepper on their dishes and theirs were not spicy at all). But the decorations in the restaurant was really good. There wasn't many staffs, so it took a while to get our meals served, but the staffs were all very nice, and the manager constantly check with you to make sure you had a good experience in their restaurant, he also asked how did we heard of them. I can tell he wanted to make it a better place for everyone to enjoy.

My wife and I came here after a hike and really enjoyed the drunken noodles and spicy basil beef. The vibe was great as was the food, the owner is a nice guy.

The customer service was awesome. The owners are working hard in there to make this place a great restaurant. It’s so clean, they are so friendly and the food was SO GOOD! We got the Thai coffee (10000/10) the Thai tea (100000/10) chicken egg fried rice (10000/10) crepes with Nutella and fruit (1000/10) the big omelet with curry (1000000/10) pad Thai (100000/10). So authentic and clean real ingredients. Also the prices are amazing especially for their location.

Blai Gumbo is delicious, you must try it !

Food and service are excellent. Fresh and bold flavors. We tried the Pad Thai, Tom Kha (soup), yellow curry, and Thai Basil. All delicious. We asked for spicy and got spicy! Robot delivering the drinks was cool too. We will definitely be back.

Amazing new spot for delicious and authentic Thai food! The food is absolutely amazing made with quality ingredients and love that chef Kay adds into every dish, every bite feels like home and leaves nothing but satisfaction behind. The restaurant is clean and well lit, it feels welcoming and fresh. The decor is absolutely lovely and breathes a personal touch of Thailand into a modern setting. Lastly, the service is amazing and you feel well attended and cared for. I will definitely return hungry for another delicious bite from one of the best chefs I've met. (Try the papaya salad, my absolute favorite)

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to leave my 2 cents about this place. I got the drunken noodles and it was delicious with different tangy flavors and fulfilling. The staff is amazing, very friendly and outgoing. Will definitely be coming back for more.

The food at Blai was exceptional, truly the best food my family and I have eaten in a long time. We ordered the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and Papaya Salad. The vegetables were julienned and cooked perfectly. We requested spicy and we were not disappointed. The owners were friendly and courteous, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!
