Everything was well-packaged and hot/fresh! My only gripe is that none of the curries came with rice. Only the Pork Pad Kra Pow came with rice. 🔥 Overall a a solid spot for takeout/delivery Thai in Valencia/the SCV.

It was my first time ordering here. I was not greeted friendly. The food was ok. I’ve had way better. The soup felt to bland. The orange chicken is very bready. The only thing we enjoyed was the sticky rice with mango. But it was not enough to have us come back to this place. For a $45 dinner we were not impressed. I pass. They need to work on costumer service too!

This place has consistently never let me down even wen ordering takeout. You can taste just how much the cooks care about what they send out of the kitchen and I don't believe they know how to make a bad cream cheese rangoon, they always have clean oil on their food and you can smell/taste that they never reuse oil. The only reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is the glass for the milk tea is extremely small for the cost.

Always a good place to get some Thai food. Make sure to call ahead if you're going to get it to go. Waiting for the to go orders in person takes some time.

Beware when you get your check!!!! They will rob you! They charge gratuity but still give a receipt that has a tip line. I called them out and they were arguing with me. To top it off they were not giving me back my card!!! I took pictures and videos and do not recommend this place at all!!! Icing on the cake? The air conditioning does not work. Horrible place. Filthy too!

Super small less than half an order of Panang curry for $17. Less than half of it filled with chicken and didnt even come with rice for that overpriced amount of money. Ridiculous portion. Not even enough for my portion let alone trying to share.

Very delicious take out we ordered from this restaurant. The food was very well packaged and tasted fresh we got the pad Thai, Tom yum, panang curry, and crab fried rice. All dishes were very delicious, however the 2 dishes we got shrimp, the shrimp was a bit rubbery. We will definitely eat again but perhaps do a different protein to avoid that small issue. They also have good price and we love supporting local businesses!

I noticed a few harsh and negative reviews, I would recommend taking those with a grain of salt, as those reviews consistently involve individuals who ordering their non-Thai dishes. While this restaurant offers the option to order other Asian cuisines like Chinese food and Vietnamese food, I certainly would not grade a Thai restaurant based on their performance on Vietnamese or Chinese food, if you want that cuisine just drive down the block for that specialty!

My husband and typically enjoy the food here. We have ordered the short ribs, wonton soup, salmon steak, shrimp and crab noodles, crab cakes, egg roles. The restaurant looks meh the service is poor, the parking sucks but the food is always good

I always order through--- for delivery. For the 1st time I went to the restaurant to pick up the order one evening. It was a bit hard to locate the place, as their sign had no lights and it was in a corner of the location. Parking lot is a bit annoying, tiny spots for some reason and if you park it seems like you won't be able to get down due to cramped space & the same goes to the cars next to you 😉 lol. The restaurant is a small place and interior had no such ambiance for me. Emp Welcome wasn't good. Let's get to the food now, not every Dish is good but I haven't gone wrong with my most faves, Crab Fried rice, shrimp salad, BBQ short ribs, Thai ice tea, glass noodles.

We have been customers for more than 8 years. One of us have some special needs and they would accomodate. Last year we were dining in. We had some leftover. They have always packed the leftover for us. We asked Josh the server to pack it for us right after he packed it for another customer. He just gave the boxes to pack. I asked him why the difference, is it because of the way we look ? He started arguing. Another server took our food and packed for us. We thought of not going there again even after giving them so much business over the years. Still we decided to give them another chance. Over the pendamic we have always ordered every week from there and picked up. Today we ordered over the phone and we went to pick it up. They knew our order but there was a woman who would not give the sauces which they always used to provide. We were not asking for extra, we just wanted red chilli powder instead of red hot sauce. The woman became rude and started arguing. Nick, the guy who always took our order said sorry he cannot do anything. We are done with the Staff at the restaurant. This attitude of theirs is way beyond unproffessional ! They are not Loyal to their customer even if customer have been loyal to them. Sad.
Then and Now.
We went back after a long time as their food is excellent to give them another chance and we were content the way they have been taking care of the service. As earlier, we repeatedly go there almost every week. The food is excellent. The service is good. Their lunch special weekdays are the best value for the money. This is the only place where they use more than 7 different kind of vegetables in their Veggie Cashewnut curry.

Our favorite local spot. I haven’t had a dish I didn’t like from here! There was a point where we were ordering from here almost once a week. Cant go wrong with the curries, and the pad kee mao, yakisoba, and pad Thai are always a hit in our house.

This is one of the best Thai food in Valencia . How I rate this is solely from my own experience being an ex-resident of the Hollywood area. And I lived near Thai town for a long time . So this place by far comes very close to that authentic Thai flavor I'm familiar with. My top favorites are padthai, pad ka-prow with ground chicken,and panang curry. Don't forget the jasmine fried rice too.

It’s clean at various times when I come to pick up or dine in. A clean bathroom speaks volumes about management. Thank you. Food I have ordered is always delicious, on time, professional service and respectful.

I love Jasmine Thai and occasionally drive all the way from Pasadena to eat here. It's a small restaurant with an okay vibe, but the food is fantastic. I almost always order the khao kra pao. It's a basil stir fry with bell peppers, meat of choice, and is served with a delicious vinegary sauce on the side. It also comes with a scoop of white rice topped with a fried egg. It's wonderful.

Their egg rolls, house salads, and Thai Iced Tea is all really good. They have a decent selection of lunch specials that I enjoy. Every soup I've ever ordered here has been good, and my friends always try something new and have never complained.

I traveled 11/2 hours for this place. I had the panang curry. It was so flavorful! The customer service was amazing. I will definitely come back.

The food is really good. Have tried various dishes and have liked many of them. Giving them 3-stars because their service is usually a miss. For years I've ordered take-out and dined-in multiple times and the waiters are not attentive even when the place is empty with only one table seated. Just a heads up if you decide to dine-in. Also, you'll sometimes wait over 30+ minutes if you order take out/pick-up.

Got the Pad See Ew. Came with a little sweet chili sauce as well as some pickled chili on the side so you get to choose your own spice level. I went spicy! Noodles were super tender, good char on the chicken and ch.broccoli to give it that smokiness.

I like their prices and the food is really good. I've had pad Thai with tofu and eggplant curry with tofu. Enjoyed both dishes.

We got an order to go for the three of us and it was actually ready 10 to 15 minutes early. I like that. We picked it up. The food was really tasty and unfortunately I had a couple of cocktails so I'd have to reassess on the portion of it. And all that said, I will be back because the food is really good.

Came here on a Saturday night...im guessing right before closing because they told us we only had 15min to order before the kitchen closed. We got a Chai Tea and a Coke. They give you a Coke in a can which means no free refills. We ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, Mandarin Chicken and Pad See You. The Mandarin Chicken was not the best. The Shrimp Fried Rice was OK..could have used a few more pieces of Shrimp. The Pad See You was probably the only good thing we ordered. Overall the food was ok but not worth what we paid. I did take issue with the fact that they add their own gratuity to the bill....SO PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY at your bill...we barely caught it because they don't list the item next to the price and at the bottom they add the tax and their own gratuity....on top of that..when they run your card and give you your receipt to sign..they have another spot to voluntarily leave a tip..so if you didn't notice the already added gratuity you may accidentally DOUBLE TIP...so make sure you pay attention to that. Also the hallway to the bathroom had a really gross sewage smell.

The only thing i dont like here is the over priced small golden curry they give you and kanom jeep is not that good.

The wife and I stumbled upon this small place one night and wow... really good food!! We ordered the Crab fried rice, Shrimp Pad See Ew, and Chicken satay... loved all of it 😋😍 Can't wait to return again.

The Massaman curry tasted more like Indian curry than Thai curry, and did not come with a side of rice. The spicy Thai fried rice was not spicy, but sweet. They don't take American Express either. We will keep looking for other options.

Great food super slow service

The food was great, really liked the fried tofu! However, there was no distinction between the order and take-away lines inside - it was a bit chaotic during pick up. This is slowly becoming our favorite Thai place in SCV!

I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, it was almost 14 dollars. I only got 5 shrimp and the noodles were the greasiest noodles ive ever had with Pad thai. The taste was not great. I won't be coming back.

The wanton soup was poorly and horribly made, with the wanton disintegrated and with only 1 tiny baby shrimp. The pad Thai and shrimp was way too dry and was with only rice noodles and 5 tiny pieces of tofu but with no vegetables at all or egg.

Food is great but waiting for it suuuuucks, but then again everything these days is inconvenient thanks to covid19. My gripe is I ordered almost a hour ago, and the order is talking forever. The app said pick it up a 6:57, its now 7:35. Give yourself an extra hour to pick up your order (at least on a friday). Take the kids to the beach, write a short novel, perhaps a review. I suggest their T.V should be on another channel other than the news. Comedy central or something would be better than this.

I have ordered from here dozens and dozens of times. The food never disappoints and is the best Thai food in LA county. Out of all my orders, they’ve only messed up once and quickly corrected it in 10 minutes. Can’t wait for the next time I order from here.

My thai spot for lunch hands down. Incredible value and great tasting food. Service can be hit and miss but don't let that spoil your meal as their food is very good! Thaitanic soup is awesome if you like spicy seafood. Their lunch menu is great! Stop in and try some you will love it. Photo is one of my favorite lunch combos. Thai pork ribs comes with salad and rice as shown.

The food is okay here, it is very expensive, and they give very small portions. We ordered the Masaman Curry and my friend got Green Curry, and the portions were so small. Barely any vegetables.They definitely water down their curries, and there is not nearly enough coconut milk. The Pad See Ew was fine, but it could have had more flavor. The service was nice though, and the restaurant was clean. The small sides of fried rice are worth trying, and so are the egg rolls and crab ragoons. Definitely pass on the fried wontons.

Love the Salmon Emerald curry, Prik King, Tom Yum Soup and spicy friend rice! This place is so authentic - and the closest to the flavors I tasted in Thailand.

I think after the change in management this is the first we ever visited and it is so so so much better then what we remember from our previous experience. Would it be quality, quantity, service, servers, flavors our experience was right on today. They have a huge menu now which made choices a lot difficult ND confusing but at the end our food was great.

Oh and we ordered Pho Tom kha noodle soup, keep kanbom, and Tom Yum Soup...

Like the food but the services leaves a lot to be desired. I've found for me it's a better experience to call in for my food to go. And the parking sucks. I liked the old location on Bouquet better for parking.

Ordered take out today to try this place out. The prices are a bit high, but I have heard good things so was willing to give it a try. Our order was delivered within an hour, and the dishes were all really good. The chow mein sauce was a little too sweet for my liking. A big negative...the dishes didn’t include rice. What? Why? Every other place we have ordered from in SCV includes rice, especially with the curry dishes. It wasn’t even an option to select it with the dish when I ordered on-line, so I assumed it was included. Rice is soooooo cheap, just include it with the orders!

This is not real Thai food. It’s Americanized. Yes it’s good but its Asian/Chinese food that imitates Thai. If you have had REAL authentic Thai food then you will be very disappointed with this place. I’ve tried every Thai restaurant in SCV and all are basic Americanized food. If you want to try real Thai then Try Wanya in Canyon Country. It’s legit!!!

The Golden Curry here is amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area. The staff is great and the food is delicious.

Excellent meal and reasonably priced as well. What I really like about this restaurant is that the lunch special includes a drink. So one does not have to pan an extra 4 bucks just for a single iced tea. The $2.99 ice tea becomes over 4 bucks when you add tax and tip. The meal was very tasty and the spice was just right. I recommend the lunch special a lot if you happen to be there for lunch. The restaurant is generally a nice quiet place for a decent lunch at a reasonable price.

The food was wonderful. Pad Thai was the best I've had in a long time. I placed a call in order, came to pickup at time I was told and still waited an extra 15 mins standing awkwardly in the restaurant. So the service was slow, but I'm ok to wait for the things I enjoy.

Good food but very bad service. Asked the guy if everything was in the bag and said yes. Once i got home, food is missing. They made up for it by delivering the food to my house. Still, guy who works there needs to at least try to give a better service.

First time customers via delivery. Cheese wontons were delectable. Perfect crunch and flavor. Chicken pad thai was an excellent balance of hot and sweet. Very tasty and good portion. Kung pao chicken had amazing flavor, only we should have ordered it over rice or something because it showed up as more of a kung pao chicken soup. However based on flavor, we'll absolutely dine again.

I come here for the Panang, I like their recipe. Place is a little small so many times you have to wait for a table. I don't find the staff very friendly but I come for the food. Have been here several times for both eat in and take out and have had good experiences. However, I have noticed that they have been going downhill lately. Cutting back on food amount and increasing prices. Today’s experience takes the cake. I ordered a dish that was advertised as “shredded papaya and carrot with grilled shrimp”. How many shrimp would you expect? 5, maybe.....at least 4? This dish had 2 shrimp. $10.95 for a mound of shredded papaya and carrot and 2 shrimp. Rip. Off. With so many Thai choices in the area, this will be the last time I go to Jasmine Thai.
