Sutha Thai Cuisine
We ordered veganized dishes: Drunken Noodle with tofu and no fish sauce or oyster sauce, Green Curry with tofu and no fish sauce, and Basil Tofu with no fish sauce. The food came out delicious. The only critics are too much oil and portions are not big. But the taste of each dish is amazing!
It seems that it is a neighborhood Thai restaurant with regular customers. The place is small with 5 tables only and crowded as every table was filled. They have outside tables too which are ok during a better weather.
They also have $10 lunch specials which are popular.
Sutha Thai Kitchen in Tustin is a charming little gem for anyone craving authentic and delicious Thai food. This quaint spot offers a cozy dine-in experience with a few tables, perfect for a casual meal. They also offer convenient take-out, which is a great option for busy weeknights.
What truly sets Sutha Thai Kitchen apart is the friendly and efficient service. The staff is always welcoming and the food is prepared relatively quickly, so you won't be left waiting long. And when your food arrives, you certainly won't be disappointed by the generous portions. You definitely get your money's worth here.
I highly recommend trying their Pineapple Fried Rice. It's bursting with flavor and a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Honestly, though, I've tried several dishes on their menu, and everything has been consistently excellent. You really can't go wrong with anything you choose. Whether you're dining in or taking out, Sutha Thai Kitchen is a must-try for Thai food lovers.
Pretty good food. I got the beef pad Thai. I got spice level 5. Very peppery. The wait staff is friendly. Turn around is fast even though they get a lot of online orders.
The restaurant is small inside and a little rundown. The walls need redone. And the front door doesn’t swing open or closed easily
This is a local favorite and is a small “mom and pop” hole in the wall. First and foremost, the food is great. The people are wonderful and they really try to make everything to your needs and to create a great experience. The place is small, but, if you are okay to sit outside there are spots to eat there as well.

Everyone in our company goes here for lunch. They got a great lunch special about five or six choices or 10 bucks. Real quick service and a hot meal. Just a perfect place to go

My go to Thai place by my house. I’ve eaten at the restaurant and had take out and it’s always a hit. My go to is any of the curry, pad see ew, and any of the fried rice.
Small hole in a wall with great value
Very delicious my go to Thai place. Local and family owned, love this place.
Very relaxing and efficient staff . Authentic Thai cuisine. I'll never forget the people there
Excellent service and excellent food - small restaurant

We enjoyed authentic Thai food and wonderful service.
This was our second time coming to this hidden gem - and it’s definitely not the last time! The service is amazing, the waitress is super friendly and attentive! And the food is delicious, fresh and full of flavor! You can literally order anything and it’s always good. Highly recommend this place!
Nice cozy restaurant with tasty Thai food. The Veggie Fries rice was delicious.
Drove by for a few years and decided to finally try Sutha Thai Kitchen for dinner. Sat down for dine in and my order was taken promptly. My chicken pad thai came out steaming hot and the waitress was attentive and accommodating. There were only a few people in the dining room but I saw a ton of to-go orders in the 40 minutes I was there. It has a "hole-in-the-wall" vibe but was clean. If you're looking for a quick place to grab a weeknight dinner I would recommend Sutha!
GREAT XMAS EVE DINNER....AWESOME FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE, THANK YOU SO MUCH
Not for me too spicy
Excellent Thai food. I come here over and over again. Can’t go wrong.
Great service and the good 5 stars, the red curry is delicious, full of flavor. The side salad very fresh and clean. Loved it!!!
The best Thai food I’ve ever had and I love Thai food! My favorite is the yellow curry. The flavors are so unique and wonderful. I also get the pad see ewe with tofu, another delicious entree!!
Very poor customer service
Best Thai food in Irvine Tustin area
Small but amazing place! The food was great and the staff is very welcoming.
Food was great. Got takeout from here and food taste wise was great. Quality was good but quantity not so much. Seemed like lesser quantity compared to other restaurants around town for take out.
We ordered for dinner on Postmates. The curries were really great. However the fried rice was mushy and was not fried.
Need to update hours. They close at 9 instead of 10.
Stopped for lunch, portions are fairly priced. Very friendly staff
the salads had lettuce instead of cabbage
pumpkin curry was good
remember to ask about spice levels
Great food! My favorite was their fried rice without tomatoes and their chicken satay.
Great taste. HOWEVER, I'm super bummed and disappointed. I've been getting their food for YEARS. This restaurant is playing the game of giving the consumer MUCH, MUCH LESS food thinking we'll not notice. Here's the recent difference in containers for the same price. And not even 5 pieces of meat, shrimp or chicken.
Such a solid spot! Feed was delicious. Support local!
The food was good, services wasn’t slow, but the price didn’t seem worth it. Pass on the shrimp, it’s an extra premium. Would try tofu next time.
All style and no substance. The papaya salad we got was small. The vegetable were not fresh and there were barely any papaya. The Tom Yum we ordered were too sour and almost no other flavor. But the customer service were top notched, they took our order right before they closed in the afternoon with no problem
Worst Thai food place I've been to. Rude service, sat at table to eat there and was brought plastic utensils with my food in a bag. Was reluctant to give me a plate to eat on. And never once asked if I needed anything else. Don't waste your time. Food too spicy and worst peanut sauce. Every other is better, trust me.
Terrible. This place is a tiny hole-in-the wall place that is so ridiculously expensive. I ordered thier lunch basil chicken and it came to $20 for a tiny portion. Omg what a rip off this place. Im done here.
Great small joint with yummy noodles and curries
Pesimo servicio y mal servicio
Al cliente no esperes nada bueno aqui
Yo intente por segunda ves y definitivamente no volvere
Nibrecomendar a mis amistades si alguien le sirve este comentario se
Evitara un disgusto
Regular Thai dishes. Nothing spectacular
Food is good, but online ordering is not. This has caused me to have horrible orders twice. one with no spice and another to much spice. I had to throw out cause it was to hot. You need to let people ad comments and tips to the online ordering system
Disgusting place, service was so bad,the old lady who work in the front was soooooo rude, and price is unacceptable, beef on the menu was 10.99,but they charged me 12.99 without any explained, never ever come back!!! They must update their management .otherwise shop will closing soon!!
Fantastic every time. I like the drunken noodles, pad thai, and the pineapple curry. Easily my favorite Thai restaurant in Tustin :-)
*Edited 11/16 to add: chicken Larb, Tom Yum Gai, Chicken Basil, Green Curry and Orange Chicken are all delicious. Best Orange Chicken in Tustin.
Kung Pao is delicious as is Pad See Ew and cheese wontons. Beef salad was tough and had a reddish sauce vs lime like I'm used to. Will be back but won't order that dish again. Very friendly and order is always ready when promised. Lot has ample parking and like being able to order online. We love it and visit once a week! Sawasdee kah!
Pad Thai came with overcooked shrimps. No peanuts , or lime or bean sprouts. Presentation is awful. Just a big pile of noodles with little seasonings.
Yellow curry chicken came with more potatoes than chicken, no fresh vegetables in sight. Can never trust the reviews . Very disappointing experience!!!!!!
Found a hidden gem in my neighborhood! Pad Thai and garlic pepper beef were both great. They did not skimp on the cream cheese in their wontons. Will definitely be going back!
Great food, served up by a nice family owned business. The lunch specials are really good and you can’t beat the price!
Friendly service and great food.
Been my go to Thai place for years. I travel a lot and eat thai all over the country and this is the place I compare all others to. If it's as good as Sutha Thai I am very happy although this has rarely been the case.
One of the best Thai food restaurants i have been to. Close to home and the staff is very polite. i love their chicken pad thai! I recommend going here forsure!
If anyone knows me, they know how much I love Thai food. And if you really know me, you know that the pad see ew is the only thing that hits home for me every time.
I wanted to try this restaurant out because it was the closest one near my home that actually looked decent. (We tried Thai spice and that was a huge miss.) I ordered the ever so popular pad see ew with beef along with the Thai fried rice with beef.
Pad see ew - definitely full of flavor but a bit too overcooked on the pan. Tastes a little burnt but not to the point where I hate it
Thai fried rice - definitely delicious but an overwhelming amount of rice in comparison to the meat and vegetable ratio.
Overall, I did enjoy it and even though it’s a bit of a hole in the wall the food is delicious and the customer service is great. Seriously, I ask them for extra tomatoes on the fried rice and they pack it on like no other! The only reason why I docked one star was because for some reason they mixed up my order once and made my fried rice with lots of mint. The mint was so overpowering that I couldn’t even taste anything else in the dish which was a huge turn off.
Other than that, this is definitely worth trying out. The prices are fair and the taste is definitely there!
Ordered the Thai style spicy fried rice 4/5 was a bit hot but really good. Also ordered the Pad See Ew was also really good. The dining room is small limited seating inside, but really good food, good service, friendly staff and affordable pricing.
Small family restaurant, well priced lunch special - always tasty
Intimate setting, great place to take a date. Priced Right, large portions.
Basic Thai cuisine, but the pad Thai was just ok. It could have a little more flavor. The service was good.
Came here for my lunch break cuz I love a good Thai lunch special. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming. An old picture of the menu said they had a $7.99 lunch special, but at the time of this review it's now $8.99 just FYI. Still a decent deal and really good. I got the chicken pad Thai and it is very satisfying. Not anything that will blow you away, but totally fine. The lunch combo gets you the entree, rice, wontons, soup and salad together so it's worth it. I'll have to come back and try their iced coffee and stocky rice next time.
Excellent little restaurant tucked away in a tiny strip mall. Don't let that fool you, the food is really good. I highly recommend it. We had green curry, kung pao and broccoli/chicken. All the dishes were fabulous!
Stopped in randomly and so happy I did. Food and service were amazing. $8.99 lunch combo filled me up.
Waiting waiting waiting. Don't say pickup food will be ready over a half hour before it is.
They have the best yellow curry in the tustin/Irvine area!!!!😋
Great food! All the dishes taste great, really good noodles.
Love their pad Thai! Great service and quality food.
Yellow curry with chicken, medium spicy, will hit the spot!
Consistently wonderful food. Fsvorites: panang curry, yellow curry, papaya salad, pad see ew. Get the mango sticky rice for dessert!
Finally I found a real Thai food. Happy Customer! 😊
My and coworkers’ lunch stable. Food tastes great. Decent size portions as well. Our favorites are the curries, pad kee mow, yellow fried rice and the beef salad!
Tasty
I've been driving past this little place for the past two years, finally tried it. For such a small place they put out big flavorful food. The best thai food I've ever had. We now try to stop by once or twice per month. A little pricey and you can have it as hot as you Want! ( made to order ) Truly one of Tustin's little gems.
This fantastic place is a small hole-in-the-wall, family-run restaurant. The seating is limited so to-go is a great option. But for all the times, we have choosen to sit-down, the ambience is pleasing and service friendly. It is my family's favorite comfort Thai food haven
Our favorite Thai in the area for lunch. Place is small and cozy, but service is great and fast, and the food is spot on flavorful.
I love this little place. The food is great and they have a good lunch menu with a fair price for the quality of food you receive.
The food was really good! The place is very tiny I would say it's maximum holds 15 to 20 people. But if you come at the off-hours it's well worth it because the food is very good. I will say there is outside seating that holds probably another 10 to 12 people. But you're right on the street and I prefer not to sit outside with that kind of a situation.
Delicious!! Chow mein very good, as well as the dish with the glass noodles! Good service.
Nice little hidden Thai with a great selection of different thai meals, my favorite was the bbq chicken but they took it off lunch specials, but everything else is still good! Portions are fairly big enough! Highly recommend
Best Thai food in SoCal
Always great food, large portions to share with a friend, good prices and the service is what keeps me coming back.
Solid Thai food. They close for an hour for lunch.
We came here because we know this place since last 3 years and been multiple of times .
Today we felt like the food quality is degraded and worse.
Tom ka khai soup has raw shrimp. After complain they still charged us for the soup.
We asked to see manager but lady who serve us didn’t listen to us properly and said manager is not here.
NO COME BACK
A few years ago it seemed better, but what happen when we went in February, it was like eating pure salt with a little food added to it. Wonderful employees but way too salty.
Great food, nice location.
If you like Thai food, this is the best. Their mango sticky rice is the best ever!!!
Best Thai food in Tustin.
Always a tasty lunch spot with great flavors
Love love love this little place! Food is really delicious and the staff are so friendly!
The food is delicious. They have a small lunch menu that makes for a quick cheap bite to eat. The place is small but cozy. The service is awesome.
Good food but store is too small...
Great food. Great service. Great ptice!
Fantastic thai
Pad see ew and spicy eggplant were fantastic! Recommended.
Best Thai food ever! That pineapple rice=major craves
Once a week it's GREAT
The most delicious Thai food I ever ate, and I love Thai food.
The place must have new owners. The food is not what we remembered it to be in quality..taste..or amount. So very disappointed. The previous owners knew how to cook and their customer service was amazing. Drove alll the way from Yorba Linda and we will NOT be back- it isn't worth a half-hour drive.
Great food, the green curry is amazing. Reasonably priced and they deliver!
Very busy and popular spot, doing a lot of take out business on a Monday night. We were pretty much ignored after sitting down. We ordered, and it took a very long time to come to the table. The chicken satay (previously enjoyed very much at this very place!) was tough and the portion size was tiny for the money. The soup was served but was not what we ordered; wait staff did not know how to handle this and tried to assign blame instead of just getting us the proper item without a discussion. Even trying to get out of there to pay was an ordeal since there were so many people in a tight space paying and picking up takeout.
So far so good! The reason I give them a 4 and not a 5 stars...is just becuase look like this place take out ordes more then anything else...it good don't take me wrong but when it's your first time in a place that was well recommended your specifications are higher then be waiting untill they finsh all the take out orders... other then that taste is excellent, portions are good and environment really inviting...well definitely not my last time. Great place after all.
A tiny whole in the wall restaraunt that is amazingly delicious. The food is always served hot and fresh. I typically order take out and even after a 30 min drive home everything is still warm and so flavorful. My absolute favorite Thai place, and I've tried many. My go to dish is the Pad See Ew.
Everything was extremely good. Panang chicken!
Great tasting food. Small but nice ambiance.
Nasty pad thai, stomach problem after eat there
I'm absolutely in love with their yellow curry. I come in once a week just for it! I usually get it with veggies, as their tofu is not the best. No idea how it is with animals in it but I'm sure it's delicious
Perhaps the only thing I would complain about is service. It's not bad but it's not good either.
Service so bad and make food so longtime don't go to here!
I love the food here! Best thai in OC
Decent quality and reasonable price.
Very good food but quite small. I would recommend to anyone.
Small quiet and quaint, this place has some really delicious food and provides a lot of different options if you like trying new things
Decent food. Better than Ninety-nine. A bit pricey.
Delicious food and very authentic Thai Cuisine.
Insta-diarrhea
Among the best Thai restaurants in Orange county. Although small, the service is fast and good. If you are a party of more than 4, its best to choose another restaurant. Plenty if street parking. Love the out door seating, its under the shade. All the dishes are good and my favorite is the Pad Kee Mao. Be careful when you mention the spice level. The spicy is really spicy, the sort of spicy that breaks a sweat.
Very good service. Very good food!!! Highly recommend this place...
Es lo peor k e comido no siver fui por 2 sopas de mariscos page 32 dls estabas mui mal 2 camarones mucho picante no se los recomiendo
Best Thai restaurant I have ever been. Great for quick to-go carryouts.
Very good food, great prices and nice service !
