Food: the food was good! Anyone who ca dry tofu to perfection is good with me! The tofu lives by its name crispy! Loved dipping it in the peanut sauce and the vinegar (should try it if you haven’t) sauce not bad with it. The honey wings were not deep fried but it still had that crispy taste, loved that as well. The other dishes we ordered were of course tasty as well but the tofu and wings were the ones I wanted to highlight during this visit.

Service: our servers were friendly, however when we finished our meal and we’re having dessert I found my water glass empty they didn’t fill it up again.

Ambiance: it never fails, when I come to an Asian restaurant the decor is always beautiful in my opinion. I loved that I did not have to look hard for parking.

Price: the prices were really good! Standard pricing for Tracy area. I recommend this place, if you’re out in Tracy!

Oh, how lucky we were to discover this restaurant. AND even better, on my birthday! The food is stellar; the ambiance in the restaurant, authentic. I couldn't be happier! Everything I wanted to eat for my birthday lunch was deliciously prepared, from my Thai tea beverage, to the fresh Spring Rolls with peanut sauce to the Panang Curry (I love mine with tofu), combo Pad Thai to the Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Pretty good Thai food at a reasonable price. The service staff is attentive and makes recommendations based on what you like.

I've had several dishes there and I don't have any complaints about them and they were all good. I just don't crave the place like I have some other Thai restaurants, hence the 4 stars.

Honestly, the angel wings are the best and most delicious dish at Tracy Thai. Everything else was okay. There's a nice ambiance and they the staff is pretty responsive. I wasnt a fan of the staff checking on us every 5 to 10 minutes though. It made me feel like they were trying to rush me out.

Other than that, they have a bar and some TVs setup.

Take Away order!! Food is ok. I have been to Thailand 20 times so I know what Basil Ground Chicken tastes like! Chili-sauce was half filled containers. Will not be going there again. Pad-thai was too sweet. I get it that it will not be like Thailand but it needs to be close to it! Oh yeah entrees are big portion and server didn't tell me so I bought two. One would have been enough!

We went couple of times to this restaurant. The food is ok but the service staff ( especially one middle aged white lady) is very rude. I never saw this kinda behavior in any other restaurants. Very disappointed and I will never step in to there again.

We have been going to Tracy Thai since 2008. They have never disappointed. The Thai Hot Chicken Basil sure is perfectly spicy🥵. We love the chicken satay and veggie rolls as appetizers. We love the chicken basil, mango paradise, string bean, garlic pork, eggplant, green beans with steak, golden string noodles, and so much more. YUM!

I always get the basil fried rice with shrimp and and the fried bananas in coconut ice cream

Our waiter was very nice and the food was very good. I personally went for the roasted duck and it was good, a little different than the roasted duck you can normally find at Asian markets but good in its own right for a roasted duck.

Walked in and it was hot as hell inside asked reception if they can turn on AC and they said it is on. Only go eat here if you want to eat food while you're sweating. Imagine the cooks sweating all over the food while cooking it!! Winter time might be the best time to eat here!!

I don't recommend this restaurant if you are dying for authentic Thai food. The food there overall is Americanized so you would only get the bland taste. But it's worth the price regardless of the authenticity.

Great place for affordable Thai food. Everything we had was fresh and flavorful. Parking was easy and in a safe and friendly area. The curry dishes were amazing, and the garlic chicken was tender and very flavorful. For dessert, the fried bananas and mango sweet rice can't be beat.

I recently visited Tracy Thai Restaurant and I can't say enough good things about it! The Fresh Rolls, Tom Kha Gai, and Oriental chicken Salad are all exceptional. The food is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The portions are generous and filling, making this spot an excellent choice for lunch.

The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming, with a great atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service and making sure you have a wonderful dining experience.

Superb vegetarian options!

Ordered take out on Valentine day but order was not ready when we reached after an hour. We waited for another 45 mins in restaurant but only partial order was ready so we decided to cancel whatever not ready. horrible behaviour from front desk lady, no apology just one rudely answer we are short of staff. why to take order and false commitment that food will be ready in 30-45 mins. we drove 15 miles to pickup food.

Updated: Went again for dinner tonight with family.Found few things which were awkward:-
1. They only had green tea with peppermint .Now that's a really bad choice ,for me .
2.Ordered chicken fried rice along with other dishes in the dinner .It was the worst chicken fried rice I had in my life. Looked like sticky rice cooked with big chunky pieces of chicken with some cucumber and one big piece of tomato.Couldn't find any egg in it .
3. Asked for soy sauce to go with my fried rice .Never got any nor I was told that I won't be getting any.
Long story short,won't be coming back again there .

We ordered a Thai basil fried rice which hardly had any basil or tasted good.
Pine apple rice had pineapples which were tasting too bad and very bland.

Had the Tom Yum Koong soup with noodles and panang curry. It was good. Wish the soup had more veggies n some more heat. But over all the restaurant atmosphere and the food was good.

We don't go to this place often, but when we do, we always enjoy it. The pad Thai is excellent. The coconut shrimp is delicious and crispy. I love their curries. We would go more often, but we don't eat out as much as we used to.

We showed up just before 2:30 since they don't close until three, the sign said opened, but they informed us they wouldn't let us sit down since it was almost 2:30 and would only take togo orders. Who does that!? I would understand if we came closer to three but over half an hour is plenty of time to eat. If you're not open till three, don't post your hours as such.

By far, this is the best Thai restaurant in Tracy.

This evening, we had supper at this restaurant, which we have dined on numerous previous occasions.

Upon entering, we were received right away and seated at a corner table.  The inside of this restaurant always reminds me of Hawaii, because the interior décor has that Polynesian appearance.

It didn't take us more than a couple of minutes to decide on what we wanted to order.

When our server was welcoming and took our order but when I asked her what type of "soup" she could recommend, she said, she didn't know.

We ordered the crispy Egg-rolls as an appetizer for starters, along with Prawn Pad Thai, Prawn Fried Rice, eggplant, Chicken Curry, and another Chicken Appetizer.  "Can you tell, we like chicken and prawns?"

The crispy egg rolls came first and as advertised, they were crispy, well cooked and pretty good.  The Egg-rolls came with a fish dipping sauce or at least that's what it tasted like but milder.  The sauce really complimented the Egg-rolls and gave it a little tangy sweet flavor.  It didn't take long to finish the plate.

Next came the Chicken Curry followed by the Prawn Fried Rice.  I thought the curry came out a little thin on the consommé side, but there was no objections in the flavor.

The Prawn Fried Rice was delightful but then again, I've always been partial to fried rice.  The next dish was the Prawn Pad Thai, which was another wonderful dish and went well with the fried rice.

Our server was attentive, replenishing our glasses with tea and beverages. We enjoyed the rest of our meal.

Our bill came out to $93.00 and some change plus tip and the overall dining experience here for the thirtiest time in as many years was very enjoyable.

Everyone one of the dishes were prepared well and no one conveyed any criticisms.

We will continue to dine at this delightful restaurant.

Excellent Thai food, the Pad woon sen is some of the best I’ve had. But do yourself a favor and substitute the meat that comes with it for the duck. Your welcome l!

We had family from out of town visiting us and we decided to go to a nice sit down dinner. Thank you for such a great place to dine at locally. Our server m, Jeannette was such a great hostess. The food and service was absolutely amazing.

Ok, so food was DELICIOUS. Crying Tiger was great, Oriental Chicken Salad was great, Pineapple Fried Rice was great.... their spring rolls with peanut sauce was worth every penny... but here's the down side... we were charged $10 gratuity for 2 adults and 2 kids (under 11) and our friend's who went, were sitting at the same table but we had separate checks- 1 adult and 2 kids (under 9yrs old) was charged $8.00 gratuity.
This place is overcharging and forcing tips out of a group that was very low maintenance.

We won't be back.
