Wow what an amazing service and food. We came here because wifey wanted Thai food not to far from home. Came and found this hidden gem and was very hidden and wasn't sure it was open at first. When i walked in they were playing low mellow music and had the air condition at 65* a bit chilly but with the heat wave well worth it 😁. Went up to the counter with wifey and suegra (mother-in-law) but the hostess had told us we can sit where we would like and use QR code for the menu 😏. Fancy. So we used the QR ordered golden shrimp and pad thai and a thai tea. The food came out and was delicious 😋. So much food they served enough for us to take home for tomorrow ❤️❤️😍. We couldn't leave without dessert 🍰 and ordered the mango sticky rice 🍚 and jeez that was delicious 😋. It was getting late and asked the time they closed and told us they already were close 🔐 OMG 😰. But they told us it was fine and to enjoy the meal. What a wonderful place with great food and atmosphere 😁. Will be back here soon for even more food and sticky rice 🍚 😋.

First time in here. Customer service is really nice and fast. Place is clean and comfortable… food is very tasty, for sure we will come back soon!

The flavor of the food is not the same anymore and now the portions are really small 😬 the only dish that I really enjoyed was Kung Pao with Tofu and the egg rolls were okay (I ordered 7 dishes and 2 soups) I think it was expensive compared with the last time we were here.

Food is delicious & they have vegan food options as well. We were 8 and ordered 6 plates and that was more than enough. The price is fantastic and cheap compared with other places. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Valerie our waiter was always checking on us. Definitely we're coming back!

Tried the Tom Yum Goong soups and grabbed an orange chicken to go. They have several Buddha pictures on the walls that add to the atmosphere. Felt like they should play some music for ambience but the food is delicious, very tasty! The service was great. Parking is great too.

Nice little place to have some Thai food. We ordered the Pad See Ew with beef, Sriracha Fried Rice with shrimp and the Tom Yum Goong soup. We also got Thai Iced Tea; they were delicious. I was more than satisfied with the taste and the portions. 👏 The waiter was very attentive. He would check up on us every few minutes. By the way, there are no public restrooms. I did notice that it's a very popular spot for pick up orders. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in the mood for Thai. 👌

The food is spot on such as its light, fulfilling, and they have delivery. I love that about them. I have sat down and ate there but I prefer to eat it home. Check them out though you might find this place something to come back too.

I was excited because majority of the other reviews were good.. I ordered fried wontons and what I recieved was really just fried wonton wrappers. There was barely a pinch chicken in each. Also, I was disappointed with the yellow curry. I wouldn't recommend these dishes.

An owner is nice with a good personality. When it comes to food. For me, it was a bit blent. They don't put much seasoning or sauce.

I tried a new dish. Mango sticky rice.
My Husband doesn't eat rice but he thought it was pretty good. I also ordered the hot beef salad. Extra spicy. My Husband loves their salad. We've been customers for over 5 years.

Today I placed and order by phone and the pero so who got my order was a male and he was rude after I called and told him my order was wrong!

Always a favorite spot to go have Thai food. Very generous servings as always. And the food is just delicious and not greasy. Service is quick and smooth. It's nice to know they are still operating, despite Covid-19 times. Must try. Hidden gem in the hood.

UPDATE: Just came to Jaruwan expecting to have a great meal as always. But unfortunately I was extremely dissatisfied this time around. So much that I don’t think I would come back to eat Thai food anymore. I ordered 2 drunken noodles with beef extra spicy, Philadelphia wontons, a strawberry lemonade and a raspberry iced tea. The noodles were super over cooked that they would break apart, the sauce was barely there. So overall the main dish was not good at all. I didn’t even bring home my leftovers this time. The wontons were better, just super stuffed with cream cheese. So I don’t know I take back my previous review. Total let down, I don’t know what went wrong with this place. It is definitely not the same.

Mom and Pop restaurant, decent thai food, probably from a different place within Thailand and not the capital.. they close rather early around 8PM....no alcohol served but you can bring your own... enjoy it my dear friends

I called in an order in the 3 o'clock hour, and I was reassured that I would be able to pick up my order within 30 minutes. When I arrived, I waited for a couple of minutes and finally the front host asked how she could help. I told her I had called in my order, which was noodles And some extra side orders. Her facial exoression was baffled and then said she had already given my order to someone else thinking that I was the person who had ordered it. I told her to then go ahead and make me another plate. She then said she couldn't because the cook had left & they closed at 4:00pm. I asked her how is it that you take the name of the person placing the orders and yet you don't get the name of the person who's picking the food up.
All she could say I'm Sorry...(I can't stand that stupid word!) I just walked out of the restaurant.

Service was very nice. Pad Thai was syrupy and overly sweet. Covered in way too much sauce that tasted like it was from a can, not from scratch. I hate to be so critical because the staff was very kind and I like to support local business, but the quality of the pad Thai was poor. Maybe the other dishes are great.

Do not go here. Apparently they don't serve Black people. They saw me coming and locked the door, even though they were clearly open for business. And when we knocked we were ignored.

It is lousy customer service, the owner or the person in charge who is serving in front of the counter asks the client that to use the bathroom you have to put on the toilet, when he himself, being the owner of the place, does not even use it and enters the food area without his mask

This place has a guy who is very bad customer service. He requested the customers to use the mask, but he didn't. When we asked him that why he didn't use the mask, he only got mad and tell us went away.We promise never come back this stupid place again.

When we arrived at the place we ordered takeout,
we pay and obviously we have to wait for the preparation of food about 20 to 25 minutes,I had to use the restroom, and the manager or owner to tell me where his toilet is and he told me that if he wanted to go to the toilet he had to use a face mask, He pointed out that the restroom was passing through the kitchen area. The curious thing was that he came from the kitchen area and did not have his own mask but he was demanding that I as a client could not enter the restroom,In addition, we are no longer with the law of mandatory use of a mask and I know that is why he was not using it, but he wants customers to use the mask to enter the restroom

I only had their lunch special when I was craving Thai food nearby and randomly found them.

I ordered pad Thai lunch special which I would not recommend. It had a bit too much sauce. The sauce tasted a bit on the sweet side. They served Pad Thai with fried rice as part of the lunch special. Some people may like it, but it is not typical of an Asian restaurant to do that. Pad Thai or chow fun is already carb, shouldn't be pairing with rice!

The special does not come with drinks, and they serve bottled water only, no filtered tap water.

Service was friendly and fast!

Smaller portions than before...food honestly had no taste to it...we ordered the soup...medium spicy...it had no kick to it...very few shrimp 5 for the whole pot...wrong mushrooms for this soup...over all the soup was horrible...no chili tray...just a red bottle with watered down chili...my family and I were very disappointed....must be under new ownership...we wont be going back again....anyone who thinks its good has not had a good thai meal....the lady taking our order had her hair all messy and her clothes looked like she slepted in them...sorry but that is not a clean look for a restaurant. Yuck! $85 down the drain...

Been coming here for over 8 years. This is one of our favorites. We have done dine in and service was great. Take out is also great, timely and accurate orders. Large portions, fresh ingredients and amazing customer service. I highly recommend

Came during evening. Small crowed but then got really busy. Small location. Food was tasty, good portions. Plate was a bit dirty... wondered how clean it was. Price a bit higher than average than other simular locations. Food wasn't as great as other locations but ok. Employees was nice. The started moving faster when the crowd came in. Their Thai icetea was a good portion larger than other simular locations. No bathrooms for customers. So wash your hands before you walk in or use their sanitizer. Small parking area. Could of been more stars with better amenities and cleaner dishes.

Covid 19 changed the service of this thai place. Take forever to get your order ready even if you order online. One more thing, they are very disorganized they mix orders from one customer to other, i order a soup and rice and they forgot to include a spoon and condiments definetly they need to improve otherwise they going to start loosing a lot of customers.

The TUM KhA was kind of plain tasting said it had coconut milk but It was very watery and not savory at all. It was my first time their I should of ordered something else I guess.!!

I have mixed feelings because this has been my go to place: but with COVID everything is unorganized and often times orders are being messed up. I waited about an hour more because the person who took my order mixed it with another person. Nonetheless the service is mediocre but the food is decent. I enjoy their egg rolls quite a lot and their strawberry lemonade.
- the flavor isn’t as there as before. But I still occasionally swing by for egg rolls and lemonade.

I love the food I have ordered here. The last few times I have ordered their Mixed Vegetable Chicken. It's full of flavor and filling. I usually order the dinner special of this. My only issue like with all Asian restaurants is they give way too much rice but overall I have no complaints about this wonderful eatery.

Went by this place last night and bought a bunch of food for my family and it was fresh and hot and it was so good my mom ate all of it in the parking lot and I got Thai and it was so delicious that I had to bring it to work and there was so much of it I'm still eating it right now it's so good, and I got my daughter the wontong soup. I just hope I don't burn myself out on it by going back and I hope every time I go it's just as amazing. But oh my gosh , every single bite it so yummy!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been eating at this Thai place for years. Typically would order the basics. Pad see ew, and pad Thai, fried. Rice. Today I decided to try their house special noodles with curry which is a Version os Khao soi, and let me tell you, it’s FANTASTIC. Definitely will be ordering again.

This place is soooo good its only gotten better throughout the years! Ive been coming here for years and ive enjoyed it as a meat eater and as a vegan. Vegan accomidation upon request and their coco thai tea is smooth and flavorful. Cute place for date night or lunch with friends and fam. Staff is friendly and attentive and they deliver!
