Popular Thai curries, stir-fries & noodle dishes served in a casual restaurant with modern decor.
I hate to give a negative review but my tofu pad Thai with extra vegetables was just not good. It had a sour taste and as you can see from the picture, the upcharge for extra veggies resulted in just two broccoli spears. I cannot recommend this place and don’t intend on returning.
TS Thai is a small little eatery in Santa Monica. Parking is on the street or in the huge lot right across the street. It is easy to miss so look for the red curtain. Inside is nothing special, but it is very clean and the service is so great, you are happy you walked in.
This is a family run business that really got hit by Covid, so they can use more walk ins. It looks like they have a ton of delivery, but we were seated right away at a very nice clean table and waited on like Kings since there was not that many people actually inside. The owner is just wonderful and the food is outstanding.
Try their garlic noodles and Pad Thai. Both are great. We also had a wonderful fried rice with chicken and beef and it was so good. They give you a lot of food, and we were able to take some home.
The bathrooms are spotless. The prices are really fair. We love it. Give them a try.
Food here is awful. 😥 Got the tom ka gai (coconut mushroom soup with chicken). But I was served what was basics hot lemonade with some (dairy?) cream. Definitely there was no coconut flavor. The mushrooms in the soup were unbelievably from a jar. Literally. I suspect that's what made it so sour. Chicken pieces were overcooked and tough. Extremely unpleasant food.
Stopped for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It’s really hard to mess up a Thai green. The grocery bought paste is probably a good standard to start with. Drop down a hundred stories and hit this place. They managed to desecrate the graves of whoever founded the curry. Super watery and ZERO flavor.
I tried sending it back or asking the lady to add more paste or coconut milk to it. She was super mean and said straight up no. I barely even finished a spoon of it.
Service:0 Lady would ask me to come to the counter when I needed something.
Atmosphere: 2 being the only ones in the stores at 1 o clock on a Sunday afternoon says a lot about the place. The two stars are for the nice Westwood area.
Food: 0 Can’t say anymore about it. Absolute TRASH.
Lovely home-town small Thai place. Immediate seating, good selection of dishes, rapid service. Food was hot and delicious. Music was, mercifully, not loud--bonus points.
Food is more Laos than Thai.
Pad Thai has no tofu and no scallions. Very few sprouts. Literally only peanuts meat and noodles. I would not eat here again.
No Beer or Sake.

The cream cheese wontons are some of the best I've ever had, with large portion size. The yellow curry was watery like other reviews mention, but very flavorful. Easy takeout experience.
Update: Pad thai is not good. Tasted like it has 10 grams of sodium.
always yummy!
Worst Thai food place!

Very cozy and very good.
The food is terrible and so little. I will never come to this restaurant again
The food was reasonably priced. Rice with chicken and shrimp cost $16.
Probably the worst Thai food I've had in my my life. I'd say the dishes barely represent the names they're given. The Pad Thai contained the bare minimum ingredients. What I received was rice noodles and chicken strips covered in an incredibly oily peanut sauce. That was literally it. No spice or seasoning at all. As bland as it could be. Felt a bit sick eating it.
I don’t normally write reviews but..
I showed up at 11 and they said it was takeout only for the next hour.. I waited in my car for dine in. I then ordered a Tom Ka Kai soup.. and there was literally black mold on the lemongrass. Not just a little bit. It was literally rotting. Needless to say this was a negative experience. I hope I don’t get sick from the 1 sip of soup I took. (Which wasn’t spicy at all after I asked for maximum extra spicy)
It was an unplanned trip, and I entertained my adventurous side.
Food was not real Thai but I will give 5 star for kind old lady
The staples here are good and it's a clean spot; I was quite content!
I came here for lunch. The initial soup they serve is inedible. It’s just hot water with boild veggies. To be honest it was boiled salad bits. The food smells like a pet store. Like hamster bedding. Overall it’s an unpleasant odor and the lady who serves the customers looks upset to serve you. Overall cannot see myself spending any money here from now on. It’s mostly disappointing.
The service and atmosphere is nice but the taste of Thai curry is over sweet and watery, terrible.
The family owned vibe of this restaurant gives me nostalgia, joy, and peace. I hope this business is met with success.
I ordered it to go. Amazing glass noodles 🍜
Penang chicken curry was almost flavorless and the chicken was, well I'm not sure what it was. Flavorless and unpleasant texture. The fresh spring rolls were 7/10. I rate 1 if I won't go back, and 5 if I would.
Don't waste your money, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. The food is HORRIBLE, the service is terrible and the worst thing is that it is very expensive!! the bathroom is literally leaving the restaurant on a door outside. The Pad Thai I ordered tasted like vomit with egg, it wasn't like the photo because it didn't come with a salad either. The food hurt my boyfriend. really save yourself a lot of money.

Muy rica la comida..la atención es poco mal especialmente cuando se ordena por teléfono

Omg the best THAI ON THE CITY
The wonton soup is amazing 👏 😋
Most amazing most delicious most beloved Ty, what fighter maunyan
Everything and everyone was kind and respectful.
Food could maybe do a tad bit better but overall would come back for pepper garlic chicken
A Cute, small restaurant in Santa Monica!
The food was delicious and made promptly—very little wait time, with an extensive menu and many options. I ordered the chow mein, and my husband had the red curry. Both dishes were excellent.
The restrooms are located outside of the restaurant. This place is unsuitable for groups as it's small and intimate.
Plenty of options for Vegetarians and Vegans.
Great service.
Flavorful dishes, great location, and excellently priced!
Fantastic food, reasonable price too. Can’t wait to come back
Updating 4 years later: STILL one of the best Thai restaurants in SoCal. We drove miles and miles to come back here every couple months. A special place. Give it a try if you haven’t already! Pepper Garlic beef and Chow Mein are musts.
Food was really poor
very sad staff
I love their authentic food! It’s very good. I like the vibe too. So quiet and peaceful.
The Spicy basil and Thai Egg rolls are good.
Good food and fast service at no-frills restaurant. I gave 3 stars (instead of higher) as the handwritten bill given had some figures distorted to disguise the extra 4 or 5 dollars that was tacked onto the bill that was different to the price set in the menu in the hopes that I wouldn't notice. It was only about $5 extra so I let it slide.
Came with my friends for thanksgiving dinner at this restaurant. Although it is a smaller restaurant, they were able to accommodate a fairly large group. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent food, great location and host
Loved the thai food cooked here - really authentic - roasted peanut and grilled vegetables and chicken absolutely tasty. Tried the desert with sticky rice and mango - was delicious.
Went here twice during my stay in Santa Monica, dine in and one take out. Good food, friendly people, good service! I had the pineapple rice and kung pao chicken and both were very good. Price might be a bit high for what it is but i found that with a lot of places
Fast service, large portion, food more expensive than menu said. Decent flavor
Pad thai and customer service was mid, price is better than other places in Santa Monica.
Need to correct hours..says you are open on Monday..went today to find a big sign CLOSED ON MONDAY! Thx a lot
Willing to modify a dish upon request
Very nice!
Good service but food is lacking flavors.
I ended up tossing away the chicken pad Thai after a few bites.
T's thai is a cozy cute little place in Santa Monica. Food is fresh, tasty, and good portions. Love their lunch specials, shrimp pad thai , cashew nut chicken, wonton soup is always so delicious and my go to.
Had the Won Ton soup, delish with lots of dumplings, chicken and shrimp. Highly recommend
Food is fine. We ordered the chicken pad Thai. Chicken isn’t seasoned and the noodles are very greasy, as mentioned below. It’s a very basic dining experience, no frills, etc. I thought people were exaggerating after reading the prior reviews, but they’re not. Lol.
Really bad unfortunately :( rubbery meat and vegetables seemed canned (small cubed carrots and mushy peas). The sauce was good but needs better meat and veggies
In my opinion the best Thai restaurant in Santa Monica.
Been going here for many years. Good service and good people. Food is very much tasty and excellent. Favorite is the curries.
very bland but orders prepared quickly
T's Thai is authentic and delicious. I have been ordering consistently from here for many months now and the food has never disappointed. Highly recommend the pad kee mao (drunken noodles).
It is a little pricey but very delicious. Try The Sea food Soup!
I love this place! I work next door and I will never get tired of their fresh, delicious food. Broccoli chicken special with two hot sauce !
Ordered pad thai.
Cons: Expensive for the dish (I got it plain $12), extremely oily. No lime on the side.
Pros: Fast
Fantastic curries, ready quick, super friendly!
super yummy thai food. they're service was amazing and they had a wide-variety of option on the menu. highly recommend!!
My favorite place in Santa Monica !!! 10/10 would recommend
Best egg roll ever
I had possibly the worst pad thai Ive ever had. The pud siu was actuakly disgusting and tasted off. Ive never been one to critisize a resturante but this was terrible.
Plenty of vegan options on the menu! We enjoyed the vegetable fried rice (ask for no egg to make it vegan) and fresh rolls. Our to-go order was ready within 20min. Ocean Ave is a few blocks away, with a ton of grassy spots that make for a lovely picnic overlooking the beach.
Best Thai food for the price. Spicy yellow chicken curry add vegetables is the move.
Recomendable!!! Muy rico!
T's has a small, informal dinning room nestled between a church and Santa Monica playhouse. The food is what you expect from Thai - curries with coconut, pad Thai, and rice dishes. I particularly enjoy the pineapple curry and Pad Thai. The fresh rolls have a burst of mint and crispy greens and very much feels like the best kind of salad wrap. The servers are attentive and when they noticed I didn't care for a dish suggested by the server (Rad Nar - the gravy missed the mark for me), they returned with a discounted bill.
Food was great, friendly service, price was great for the area!
Sehr gutes Essen zum günstigen Preis.
Outstanding food time and time again. Food comes out typically fast even during busy lunch rush
Services was excellent but the food was a little bland for my taste. Aside from that the Ambiance was wonderful.
I love this place, hands down the best place in sanmo
Foods and service are wonderful. Highly recommended.
T's is a solid option if you're craving Pad Thai and don't feel like:
A.) Whipping it up yourself
B.) Driving to Thai Town
It's right next door to Santa Monica Playhouse, so it's a good spot to grab a bite before a show. It's not inexpensive for what it is and loses a star for that, because I don't think the quality and price are aligned. I often order the Pad See Ew (vegetarian) with extra vegetables (+$2) for takeaway, which became $14 and change. They're good with substitutions though and changed my regular noodles to cellophane noodles made from mung bean. I love their healthy Fresh Rolls with peanut sauce, which are vegan.
Their front-of-house server Seth is extremely friendly, warm and helpful. A pretty good option for last minute delivery or takeout, but wouldn't recommend for seated dining.
Food is good but over priced for what you get. No rice with your entree? Doesn't make any sense
Super good. Definitely the best value Thai food in down town santa Monica. Green curry is very solid.
Quick and cheap Thai food that is certainly not “the best” but is sometimes exactly what you’re looking for from takeout.
Service was amazing. The lady who served us was super nice & very welcoming. I had the pad thai & it was SO good! I would recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely be coming back!
I absolutely love coming here! I work around the corner and ordered their Seafood (Red) curry one day on a whim. Now I order it at least once a week!
I've tried many seafood curries around LA to find my favorite one, but T's Thai has the best one. Their portions are huge and generous with customizable spice levels.
Their shop is a small quaint restaurant downtown Santa Monica and if you choose to dine in, service is quick and good! I highly recommend this place!
The food was OK and the place was reasonably clean. I thought their Pad thai was missing quiet a few ingredients! What I liked about it was they give you 10% off if you pay cash.
Love the service...the food is great.
Amazing chicken fried rice for a little over $10
Ordered the massaman curry on Postmates. It was amazing. Hadn’t had it in a long time and was very satisfied
Tasty Thai restaurant. Enjoyed the food
Always it's a good visit
Really disappointing. The fried rice was basically flavorless, the veggie dumplings were soggy and may or may not have contained meat (very hard to tell what those gray lumps were), and the pad see ew was the worst I've had by a mile. The sauce managed to be too sweet and too salty at the same time. At least they were quick, but wish we'd ordered from elsewhere.
Food not great. I had the green curry which was watery and really not very good. The cream cheese wonton are a personal favourite though!
Loved the food ...
small place but authentic
Loved the Broccoli Delight and Fresh Rolls!!
I give them one star because i cant give them none. Their service was awful. I ordered food and I was dissatisfied wanted to exchange something else and wasn't accepted. Will NEVER return!
The food was good, but it feels Americanized more than authentically Thai. Prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. We were not in a rush, but the guy next to us ordered, ate, and left in under 15 minutes! Quick service.
I go here every time I'm in Santa Monica - the food & service is great!
Delicious food. I'd hope they had Ginger stir fry chicken to their lunch special too.
Cute, small restaurant in Santa Monica!
Food was delicious and made in a timely manner. Very little wait time with an extensive menu and lots of options.
Spice levels are all medium.
The woman who took our order and served us was very patient and accommodating!
Definitely would go again.
Quiet and cute neighborhood place. Stopped in for a quick bite before heading to a concert across the street at the Santa Monica Bay Women's center. Had the spicy seafood talay and the fresh rolls. Standard Thai fare with friendly service. We would go back again for sure. Signs were posted that they are closed from 12/20/17 - 1/5/18.
I think my food was over priced it wasn’t I expected my soup was flavorless and I ordered garlic chicken but I a small portion of chicken and some steamed broccoli and I was charged for the rice
Way better than average, quiet little place
Nice delicious Tofu curry and Pad Thai.
Ordered Pad Se ew. It was made with American broccoli, which is not good or authentic. The flavor was just too fishy and not what I'm used to. The picture in the menu was authentic, though so I was expecting it. The attitudes of the ladies were very bad after I complained. Someone else ordered Curry and it was really good. Will probably still never go back.
good one to try
Food is ok. The service was bad and rude.
Food was not fresh and service was terrible. Prices are too high for the low quality. Should be fast food prices for service and quality. Maybe some people accept the overpriced food because downtown SM is so expensive.
Fried rice was a teeny bit on the too spicy side but still good. Staff could crack a smile every now and then
T's Thai is a cozy cute little place in Santa Monica. Food is fresh, tasty, and spicy if you want it to be. The variety of Curries are delicious! My only complaint is the curry can be a bit watery even though full of flavor. Tried the Penang, the Red curry and the wonton soup.
Always good food and great service. Good place for lunch and the Thai tea is delicious.
I have had delivery from T's Thai twice now and ordered the pad see ew, green curry and boiled rice. They have a special on GrubHub when you spend $20 or more you get a free thai iced tea (which is my fav!). The food always comes earlier than expected which is always nice with delivery, the food is hot and fresh - and super tasty!
I would definitely recommend!
Sort of a hole in the wall. The food is flavorful, the staff friendly, and the prices were more than reasonable in a very expensive neighborhood.
Stay away from this place. The food is horrible. I ordered the Panang Curry and it was disgusting. They should be ashamed to call it curry. It was more like soup. Very watery and barely any flavor. Was the worst Panang Curry I have ever tasted. It doesn't end there either. I also ordered the Crispy Orange chicken and it was just as nasty. It was soggy and looked like microwave orange chicken. Just horrible food. They did manage to get the Won Ton soup right. That's about the only thing this place could offer that was half-way decent. Overall, they did earn 1 star for serving ok Won Ton soup and friendly service but if you want good Thai food I would definitely go elsewhere. You have been warned.
Very inexpensive, with a traditional thai menu with some modern additions. Pleasant service and good food made this a great lunch stop.
A nice, quiet Thai place. Great for a quick lunch while at work.
The pad Thai is very flavorful, you may want to ask for light suace if you don't like strong flavors. The staff is very friendly.
Got the worst food poisoning from thai food by far from this restaurant. Ordered the tom yum and had it replaced with pad ke mow. The tom yum tasted repulsive and did not sit right. When the pad ke mow arrived the noodles were over cooked and loaded with chili flakes that made this dish unbearably spicy. My boyfriend thought his panang curry wasn't the best either. Both of us ended up sick the next day from this place . This restaurant might be cheap but if you value your bodies health I wouldn't recommend going here.
I ordered the yellow curry and its was good and basic but nothing special for the price which is a little on the steaper side but its understandable in a city like Santa Monica. Serivce was nice and friendly. Restaurant was clean and neat with a very casual decor.
It's delicious! I always go in to pick up my order rather than getting it delivered...the aroma inside the restaurant is amazing.
Fast service good food
When I order (delivery) from here I order the Pad Thai beef extra spicy with no nuts and they get it right every time and it always comes fresh. Don't sleep on their Thai-Tea, its great!
Awesome food and awesome services
Great Thai takeaway type food. They are nervous to spice anything too much so tell them you want it properly spicy if so... Happy movie night deliveries...
I absolutely love this place! I've been coming here for 12 years now. The Spicy Noodle with chicken & Red Curry are my favorites! Pretty darn cheap & they deliver.
Great food, awesome service, awesome lemonade, I would recommend that anyone looking for good Thai food should try this place out, it's pretty awesome
Just got to try this place and must say that the food was pretty good. Two of us tried Tom Kah Gai, Panang Curry and chicken satae. Couldn't finish all of our food because the portions are huge! Chicken satae is simply amazing. Soup and curry were also very good. Will return to try other dishes.
T's Thai is great for when you're craving delicious, cheap thai food. The food itself isn't INCREDIBLE, but it's very tasty for the price you're paying. Also, delivery is super fast which is awesome! We always get chicken pad see ew and chicken curry, very delicious. We also love the thai tea!
Not much "Thai" about this place. Lunch specials are bland pseudo-Thai, leaning more towards American-Chinese. It's fine, but why bother?
Pad see ew disaster. Usually eat enough for two, barely ate enough to justify the cost. Won't be returning.
アルコールを出さないので低評価が多いかもしれないけど、満足できるレベルのタイ料理です。パッタイはなぜかケチャップ味でしたが、それ以外は美味しかった。安いし。
