SCV.. lots of vegan options and most things can be made vegan, the lemon Thai tea is amazing Ive never had something like this you definitely need to try it. Also the curry potato wheel is the best. They now have so much room and more tables I can now bring all my friends and family. The service is always great they are so nice and welcoming every time I can't say enough about it.

5 Star Road Trip Stop! We were passing through at dinner time and looking for something quick and easy to eat in the car. Very easy online ordering experience. When we arrived we found they had patio seating out front. The hosts were so gracious in letting us sit out front (traveling with our dog). They brought out waters, plates and cutlery so we could have a real meal instead of eating in the car. My boyfriend and I shared the chicken satay (moist, delicious peanut sauce and not too sweet). We both ordered Pad Thai (him - shrimp, me - chicken). We both loved our meals. The perfect balance of tangy, salty, sweet… YUM! The thai lemonade was also amazing. I recommend to anyone in the area. Amazing hospitality. We will keep this on our list to visit anytime we pass through.

It was a nice treat to get a free thai lemon tea drink after our yelp Check In. It was very sweet and we don’t normally drink this much sugar so we def had to cut our drink with water.

We tried their combo special with chicken gluten free pad thai and (not gluten free) bangkok chicken. Pad Thai was as expected, no complaints on that. We enjoyed a solid dish.

I was not as keen on the bangkok chicken. The chicken and breading texture was dense. It was very filling and very saucy. I’m not sure the saucy pad thai complimented an equally saucy chicken. I think I would have enjoyed it more with the fried rice. I’ll try that next time.

Over all a solid place to try and looking forward to trying it again another time.

Authentic Thai taste. Great balance of spicy, tangy, savory. I recommend getting the spicy fried rice with shrimps. Change your protein to something else if you have crustacean allergy. But the plump, yummy shrimps complement the fried rice really well, esp if drizzled with curry sauce on. The tofu dish was also good! I dont know how they did it, but the tofu felt light and crispy. As if it were aerated before being cooked.

The best Pad See Ew I’ve ever had in my life.

Let's Thai is one of the best Thai restaurants in the Santa Clarita Valley. They are family own and operated. They have authentic Thai cuisine. I highly recommend that you visit this restaurant. Great food and service. They treat everyone like you're Family. The restaurant has many vegetarian dishes. They offer dine-in and takeout.

Probably the best thai food I’ve had in the US. Super friendly staff, they were very sweet to my toddler too.

We got Bangkok Tofu and the sauce was amazing and portion was more than generous! We also got orange soy chicken and wow wow wow seriously so fresh and flavorful! The spring rolls were also a hit! The dipping sauce was sweet with a nice little zing to it!

I will forever remember this place and when I return to the area I will make sure I go back! Please check them you will not be disappointed!!! :)

This place was absolutely FANTASTIC! The food was top-notch and the service was exceptional. Additionally, the menu is extensive and several food allergies and/or preferences can be accommodated. The staff was also very friendly and went out of their way to make our visit special (comforted my kids when they were upset, provided ice for our cooler bag so our leftovers would survive our long trip home, etc.). I was highly impressed with my entire experience and definitely plan to return the next time I am in the area. Thank you, Let's Thai, for a job well done!

What a great experience and authentic Thai food. I took my mother here for her birthday lunch and the service and food did not disappoint. My partner and I were driving on Soledad towards Valencia to grab a Firehouse subway when the white , bright and beautiful sinage " Let's Thai " immediately caught my attention so we decided to try it out.

I ordered the spring rolls and these are hands down my favorite spring rolls that I have ever tasted ! They were absolutely delicious. I loved that they were crunchy however they weren't greasy at all. I highly recommend these as an appetizer.

For my main course I ordered the yellow curry and the basil shrimp fried rice !

Both were absolutely tasty ! I loved the large pieces of veggies in the rice along with the flavors.

The yellow curry was also tasty and had a good coconut flavor along with the carrots and potatoes.

Besides the food being so good, I also liked the ambiance and decor. It was clean and very well lit.

The service was phenomenal! Annie was very kind and offered great service.

The lemon Thai tea was also tasty !

If you're a foodie like me and love Thai food, this restaurant is a must try !

So delicious! We got the pad thai, panang curry, and calamari. Everything was so good and flavorful. The calamari is a must get!

Life Thai Fusion is my go-to place for Thai food. The food is always excellent - try the crab cheese wontons (my fave) - and the owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating, which is a big part of what makes it such a special place. My partner and his teenage kids also love eating here. Very high-quality, yummy food and not overpriced. It's small and cozy inside, and there's always a Thai show on the TV (muted with subtitles) that I find myself fascinated by. And if I can't finish my meal and take a to-go container, they usually throw in extra rice for me. Highly recommend!

Within one week, we ate here 3 times. The hook, ORANGE CHICKEN. Never have we ever enjoyed OC as much as here. They make the chicken so light and crispy, tender and flavorful. The sauce is spectacular, and if you bite into the orange slices, the hot juice intensifies the yum by a million. We've also ordered PAD THAI, FRIED MUSHROOMS like you've never had before, PAD SEE EW, MASSAMAN CHICKEN CURRY. We could start from one end of the menu to the other and be happy. I'm betting it all goes good with the orange chicken. Bet the orange shrimp would rival our fave. Next time...

If you like authentic Thai, heck this place out! They have the friendliest staff. The food was all delicious… perfect seasoning… not too salty not to spicy not too many bell peppers… there was a good portions of protein. We came here for a date night, and will return. It wasn’t too busy, maybe 4 customers/tables were occupied. We did get the two main dishes before the appetizer, but that’s fine… the shrimp tum yum was delicious. Hubby had a chicken dish and we ordered some iced coffee and wontons.

The location was clean… and you know it’s going to be amazing when there’s tons of sauces and utensils at the table. Also I love the menu with many pictures because sometimes you don’t know what a dish consists of and the pics for the plates is really helpful.

Definitely recommend this place.

She takes the time to get to know and care about her customers, ensuring their dining experience is noteworthy.

Recently, she created a special black cod dish that was lightly deep fried to perfection. The skin was nice and crisp and the fish was moist and flakey. She expertly top this off with a homemade dipping sauce of mango, red onion, cashews, cilantro, and lime juice. Dipping the crispy fish into this sauce produced an explosion of exotic tastes and freshness.

Additionally, we'd like to acknowledge Ahm, who provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly attentiveness.

This restaurant is frequented by a diverse clientele from around the world. Sitting here, enjoying a fantastic meal, and listening to a multitude of languages being spoken is an amazing dining experience.

Hands down best Thai in Santa Clarita. My wife didn't like Thai food before this place; now she does. She's nuts for the Orange Chicken. I am, too, but I also try to mix it up. Tonight I got the Pad Prik Khing (spicy level 5). Super delicious. Just the right amount of sweet to go with that heat. Last time I got the Kra-Pow, which is just as good and goes great with some lettuce cups. I always finish off with some of their Tom Kha soup. It's really good. The best thing about the food is that it travels well. You know how when you go to pick up food or have it delivered and by the time you get it home it's all gross and soggy? Not here. The food tastes just as fresh as when you're dining in. And the service here is top notch. They're always so friendly and seem genuinely happy to be sharing their delicious food with you.

The person serving us was very sweet, but the food was not what we expected. The garlic chicken was uneventful and the beef in our other dish seemed like it was microwaved. On top of everything they served our orders I. Take out dish. Very disappointed….will keep looking for a good Thai place.

Food is OK, nothing special $13 for lunch special. But woman who works there is rude and aggressive short hair. Asked her to explain the difference between yellow and red curry she shrugged rudely, refused to say, impatiently demanded red or yellow? I sat down to wait for takeout order when it was ready she clapped her hands and almost shouted at me "Mama! Mama!" I'm not a dog. Bizarre. Won't return.

We had a horrible and possibly racially motivated experience.

We went to order take-out and the cashier asked us to wait outside, which we did. Soon after, a white customer walked in and they promptly took his order. When we asked if we were next, she said he was there first. He had clearly just arrived. It seemed odd but we decided to wait and not make a big deal.

Once the other customer stepped outside, we asked if we could order now. The cashier seemed hesitant and didn’t want to take our order. You could tell she did not like us as she was more rude to us than the white customers before us and after us. She then started making excuses and was trying to come up with every possible explanation to not take our orders. She stared at us for a bit and then said, “orders are taking 35 minutes. Are you sure you want to wait?” She had a bad attitude the whole time. She didn’t have that same horrible attitude toward the white customers.

We were really excited to try this place, since the ratings were great, but soon found out that if you’re not white, they will treat you horribly.

This place is DELICIOUS!. The Chicken Pad Thai is my GO TO, but I really don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. During the beginning of the pandemic, the owner was making hand sanitizer for customers when the stores were sold out. She is so friendly and the atmosphere is quaint. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Really excellent thai food that was also affordable. Portions were big so I could save half my dish for tomorrow. I got the green thai curry and it was the best I'd had in years. They had great vegetarian and vegan options with a variety of imitation meats if you are into that sort of thing, as well as tofu.

Very kid friendly as well. They have a variety of toys and books for kids to play with in the back and plastic kid's dishes with different sections.

Im convinced that the people here in SCV have never had real authentic Thai food because I’ve been to all of them... and all of them have good reviews... many stating that it was good Chinese food. This isn’t Thai!!... It’s Americanized Asian food that imitates thai. If you want to know what real Thai tastes like try Wanya in Canyon Country. I tried it yesterday and am so happy I found real legit thai food!!!

This is a small easy to overlook location with AMAZING food. Yes, eat here! Yes, order the deep fried tofu. It's done differently from other deep fried tofu but with the sauce is a taste sensation. The service is also great!

This place has delicious food and they're very careful to prepare your food correctly if you are vegan. The manager informed me that she has special training for her kitchen staff on vegan food preparation. Everything I've tried so far is great. My favorites are the pad see ewe (vegan) with faux beef, soy prik king fish (spice level 3), and the soy orange chicken.
My kids love the soy chicken satay and soy orange chicken.
Also the fried mushroom appetizer is delicious and crispy, it kinda reminded me of getting fried calamari except the mushroom melts in your mouth!

I wasn't very fond of the pad thai but that might just be because pad thai isn't usually my go to.

The only negative I would say is sometimes the service is sub par. There's one waitress in particular who wears her hair in a very high bun atop her head who is difficult to communicate with. I'm here now and had to ask her 4 times what vegetables come in the yellow curry before I got a clear answer. She comes off a bit rude but that might be due to a language barrier. This is the second time I've had her as my server and both times I've been unhappy.

Fortunately for life thai fusion, the food is good enough to keep me coming back in spite of her (customer service training would hurt though).

I'm extremely loyal to my local Thai restaurant. Go there at least once a week. Was passing through and decided to take a gamble on Thai fusion. Well worth it. Curry was spot on, lunch special was huge for the price, while still having quality. I should have paid 20$ a plate but instead it was half of that. Great place. Definitely worth the try.

This is a great little gem in Santa Clarita. Delicious food. Lots of choices.

They also had no problems easily catering to my wife's no dairy alternatives!

An instant favorite! Their motto is "May all who come as guests leave as friends" and they mean it! The service is very friendly with a wonderful attitude! The food is delicious and there are good vegetarian and vegan options! Try the crunchy mushrooms! We were very impressed! And the Trio Spumoni is a delicious dessert that you'll want to savor slowly! One of the best energies of any restaurant for miles!

Their fried tofu is one of the best things I've ever eaten. I wish I could eat it all the time.

The food is excellent! The service is excellent! You can order any variation of any item from the menu. Everything is fresh and tasty. We had lunch there today and everything was served quickly and hot. My favorite is the fried tofu. Get the fried tofu! Like pillows of air! Dip it in the sauce for a swift nip in the ass. I could eat it everyday. Here's another tip. If you can't handle spicy food you can order it off the grid. I wanted the yellow curry but wasn't in the mood for anything spicy today. So when she asked me how spicy I wanted it, on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being spicy death, I asked for 0. And I got zero heat. All flavor without the facemelt.

The best Thai food EVER. So many vegan options!

This is the only Thai restaurant in the Santa Clarita valley worth visiting. Order the spicy catfish and a bottle of chardonnay, finish it off with a sticky rice mango and you're done for the night.

Was driving down Soledad canyon almost bouquet canyon and stopped by for lunch special at life thai, had the kra pow. Chef was on the mark, kicked up the heat like I asked was not disappointed. I shall return.

My wife and I are both vegan and we love their vegan chicken with brown rice and vegetables excellent. Plus it doesn't have any fish sauce which we can't eat because my wife and I are both vegan. I found out about this place from my son who is also a vegan in fact the whole family are vegans even his dog is a vegan and my dog is a vegan too. Excellent food
