Amazing Thai Food on PB!!
Our Restaurant has been serving on Pacific Beach community since the 2000s. We have vegetarian options, which are reasonable prices.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! The food is absolutely incredible – every dish bursts with authentic Thai flavors, and the ingredients taste so fresh. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, the curries were rich and creamy, and the portions were generous. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was so friendly, attentive, and quick to accommodate special requests. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual night out or a special occasion. If you’re in Pacific Beach and love Thai food, this is a must-visit spot.
Highly recommend!
nothing short of SPECTACULAR. best Thai food I’ve ever had in America by far. 10/10 recommend any dish and we finished all the food with ease. My husband is actually Thai and we both decided that this is better than anything he’s ever made.
Chicken satay: 10/10
Chicken fried rice: 10/10
Eggplant tofu: 10/10
We’ve been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always loved our food. Super delicious Pad Thai With chicken and shrimp. Wonderful curry. If you like Thai food, do not miss the Thai Village..
One of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. We had spring roles, the house curry-seafood mix, and pad see ew- tofu with pineapple added.
I would 100% go back to this place! For spice levels, I enjoy spicy food and my wife enjoys it, but less than I do. I had a 5 out of 10 that was a pretty great medium, not too spicy to distract but had a kick. My wife had 3 out of 10 which she felt like didn’t have much heat.
Quaint spot with amazing, authentic flavors. This place is busy and popular, but they know how to turn over tables quickly (I think there are only 8 tables). We were seated immediately and received our food in less than five minutes, but it was hot and fresh. We ordered the duck house curry, chicken pad thai, and spicy noodles, and it was all great. The service was excellent. They were very kind and attentive. If you’re eating out, it’s worth spending your money here.
The yellow curry is amazing! I ordered the Chicken Yellow Curry at a spice level of 7 out of 10 as I like spicy food. It ties for the best curry I've ever had. Been to Thailand and hundreds of Thai restaurants. At a spice level of 7, it was pretty spicy but never too spicy. It took me right to the border of almost too spicy land but the curry is spiced so perfectly it brought me back every time. Marked safe from the curry 😉. I would order an appetizer, the yellow curry, and an additional side of jasmine rice if two people are eating together and you'll have the perfect amount of food for being pleasantly full and having no leftovers. But then again, the food is so good you might want your own entrée and leftovers. The waitress working was absolutely fabulous. She was polite, pleasant, quick, and spot on at all times. Highly highly recommend!!
A non pretentious small restaurant with superb atmosphere and excellent food as well. Highly recommended. Try the Pad Thai with duck!!
We’ve been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always loved our food. Super delicious Pad Thai With chicken and shrimp. Wonderful curry. If you like Thai food, do not miss the Thai Village..
We love this place. Food is great, employees are sweet, and attentive.
The papaya salad was the worst I’ve ever had and tasted nothing like papaya salad. No flavor, no fish sauce, no lime, no sour taste, nothing. Not sure how they are still in business. I regret coming here for dinner.

Highly recommend!
Best Thai in Pacific Beach. Great curry, nice Cashew Nut Shrimp. Handcrafted special recipe for Coconut Ice Cream too

This place charges 20% tip for a party of 5 or more!!! The food quality is really bad and pricy! The food is very salty! And not easy to park either!
best thai in SD
Best food in San Diego!
Had takeout pad se iew, it was pretty solid for US Thai standards
Take away soup was the worst tum yum i ever had..
The food was unbelievable! The best Thai food we’ve ever had. The service was great, too. Super fast and they were willing to cook for us with many adjustments! Amazing place, totally coming back soon!

Great Thai food! A little bit spendy but worth it!
The restaurant closes at 9.30 but when we go at 9.25, they say it’s closed and had to order take out. Update your closing time to 9.25 or whatever the earlier time is
I have only eaten here once so far but I will be going back I had an excellent PADTHAI it had all the right flavors and also what I liked was the tofu was cooked separately before added to the noodle dish it was also I think two dollars less than at the takeout place on Garnett
and the server was very friendly and nice
Food is good just small portions like kids meals .
Un restaurant à ne pas manquer sur San Diego! De la qualité, du goût et de la gentillesse ! Je recommande !
Perfect place, small and quiet, Perfect service with smile and excellent food, very helpfull between all the burgers around !!!
Kao Soi, Yellow curry, and coconut shrimp tasted great! Service was solid and nice overall atmosphere
Amazing food and service! Try the ginger tea and egg noodle!
Great eats. Great service. Great location Authentic Thai experience.
Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had!
When it comes to starting to be busy, I hope she needs at least one helper. Basically, she was doing multitasking like in cashier, receiving food orders, bringing foods at table and cleaning the tables. I just finished my food and sat on the table and I've been waiting for my food order to go, to give it to me, unfortunately I waited for about 20 minutes. The food is actually ready, and I know she was very busy and totally understood that. When I asked if my to go food is ready, then she gave it to me. Finally, going out the door exit, then she asked me if I paid already. I said I paid already before taking my food orders at the cashier. But she apologized, and I don't blame her because she was kinda tired. Anyway, she has good personality and customer service. Also, the food is delicious.
They don’t let me use the bathroom, and I am a regular customer I’m not going there any more
Very tasty just about all their food is great ❤️
Worst food, worst environment, don't waste your time there. Food takes so long to be ready. Don't recommend it at all.
Ok here are my favorite dishes from this DELICIOUS spot-
1. Glass noodles
2. Avocado curry
3. Mango sticky rice
Ordered the Fried Rice and filled me up real good when I was starving.
Best Yellow Curry and I've had some curry
This is the best Thai food we’ve had in Pacific Beach! Highly recommend the Red Curry and Spicy Fried Rice.
This place is small and cozy. They’re not tryna trick you though. Hands down, one of the best drunken noodles I have had. Also, house Penang curry is just fantastic!!!
Just ate here and already want to be back soon!
Avocado curry is 🔥
The red curry was good but the fresh spring rolls did not have any noodles or fresh mint in them. It was just iceberg lettuce and cabbage so it didn’t have much spring roll flavor to it.
The fresh rolls were good.
Pumpkin curry was ok.
Pad Thai was unacceptable: it had a very strong chloride taste to it and other than the chemical taste it was rather bland. We didn’t eat much of it, it was so bad.
Amazing food!!!
Excellent food, especially spicy fried rice. Huge portions. Amazing customer service. Best Thai food in San Diego.
Super good drunken noodles
So happy to discover this hidden gem. We got pumpkin curry, pad thai, and could not get enough of it. Best vibes. Friendliest staff. Vegan/ veg options. Delectable!!!!
The noodles were totally mush and choppy. The vegetables were undercooked, and the sauce was clunked up.
The food was so disappointing. I don’t know how this place has good ratings. The rice was mushy and the curry was oddly thick and lacked favor. So disappointed.
Thai Village is good but it was better when Nana was there.
Still ok now.
Ordered a pickup, the food was good but their portion size was given in very little quantity. Also their Tom yum soup is so watery.
Got takeout one night and the Pad Thai and Green Curry. The Pad thai was really bland. The green curry was decent. I'd recommend trying a different spot.
This place slaps
Un descubrimiento de una deliciosa comida Thai en Pacific beach !! 😋
Food was bland and veggies seemed like they came from a frozen mixed veggies pack. Nothing seemed fresh and overall was not worth the price. One dish was supposed to be level 6 spicy and had no spice at all. But, the service was good and restaurant was clean.
Really great yellow curry. Sweet and not too spicy. Tender beef and sweet onions.
Red curry is delicious. I added pineapple (they have pineapple curry but I wanted all the veggies). Highly recommend. Big enough portion for two but maybe get some extra rice.
Papaya salad was great but the drunken noodles were just sad.. dry noodles with barely any veggies or basil on it
So yummy
Amazing food and very genuinely friendly service
I ordered chicken/shrimp wonton soup and shrimp pad Thai to go. So it is super hot fresh and veggies are crunchy! I love it! Thank you!
P. S. Girl on the counter is very nice.
We had dinner. Ordered three items fish cake, drunken noodles, and spicy hot basil. All had very good flavors. The next day we came back for take-out lunch. The 3 items were all excellent again. Pumpkin curry, pad see ew, and chicken larb were good. Too bad we are more than 550 miles away.
Awesome flavors on all dishes. We went back the next day and had a total of six dishes. Pumpkin Curry, Chicken Larb, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles with veggies, Fish Cake, Hot Basil.
Highly recommend!!!
Food was ok. But the cashier was pushy for keeping the change on a takeout order for a tip. It was late so I couldn't dine in so I'm not taking time away from tables. I was required to take out I'm not happy about being pressured for a tip in any circumstance but especially a take out order.
Expect to be overcharged 5$ for condiments and not receive your order from Uber eats, if you like being stolen from and not receiving your order then go for it! Try COCONUT GIRL, instead , condiments are free and the kitchen is 100 times more clean! Not a friend of the owner, an honest very pleased patron of coconut girl right down the street from Thai village.
One of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. We had spring roles, the house curry-seafood mix, and pad see ew- tofu with pineapple added.

Food is okay, vegetables slightly undercooked and curry was on par. Needed to add pepper and salt. Spice is pretty however.
We got the coconut shrimp, yellow curry, pineapple curry, mango curry & pad Thai- all were INCREDIBLE!! Delicious! And it was a cute little place! (Good luck finding free parking this close to the beach though, haha! Though there are paid parking lots nearby)
Marvelous little place. We had a party of seven which took up a fair portion of their admittedly limited dining space, but the service was great, and the food even better. We tried a fully variety of Curries and Pad Thai. Only possible complaint would be that they could give more rice with the curry, but the price is reasonable enough there is no need to nitpick.
Buenísima comida, la atención inigualable, lunes y miércoles son los mejores dias
Best Thai in PB
Cute place to grab a quick Thai meal. Limited menu, however, food fulfills the occasional Thai craving.
Great pad Thai! Very quick and good service.
Tom yum was good, pad Thai was too sweet for me. Would try their other dishes next time
Simple and yummy.
authentic food yummy food knowledgeable friendly staff
Insane panang curry. Amazing service, they served us food in a very late afternoon. Would recommend this to anyone who wants great homely Thai food!
Hands down some of the best drunken noodle in San Diego. I make it a point to try as many thai food spots in San Diego county when I see one and time permits. I have been to at least 15 different thai places from El Cajon, North Park, downtown, Linda Vista, Scripps Ranch, Carlsbad, Convoy St....you name it I have tried every place that has been recommended and this place is easy top 2 in San Diego. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for as I have learned with thai food. Worth every penny...my go to is drunken noodle and Tom Khar soup..
The service and food were awesome
Great food, service and price. Enjoy!!
Great food and fast. Glad I tried this eatery.
Cute little Thai restaurant with great food. Lots of vegetarian options.
I got glass noodles, my wife got the hot basil entree. Both were delicious. Many good vegetarian and vegan options.
Best Thai food in SD so far! Been to so many Thai places here and I'm so glad I found this gem.
Thai always On Point 👍🤗❤️
Really good food. The Pad Thai. Thai Fried rice. Really good. My only problem is the price. It’s like $17 for a pad Thai!
Very dank food🔥 I
Best Thai food I’ve ever had, hands down- and I lived in Thailand. The yellow curry is incredible.
Excellent food with multiple vegetarian options. The staff is super polite and attentive. The Tom Yum soup was absolutely delicious. My husband and I ordered Hot Thai Basil for entree. It was full of delectable flavors. We ended the meal with hot ginger and honey tea which gave a truly euphoric ending to the whole meal. Definitely recommend this place.
Awesome food!!! Had Spicy noodles and peanut sauce with rice. Being a vegetarian person in US this is one of the best meals I have had on a budget!
Upon entering the restaurant we were told we could sit anywhere that we liked, we were a party of 3 and chose to sit outside to watch the night life of Pacific Beach. Water was given to us right away as we decided what to order. We had a great waitress who was very happy to answer all of our questions about the food prior to ordering. Food was piping hot when it was served to us. The menu had lots of options to chose from, it is setup as choosing proteins then choosing noodles style. Everything was absolutely delicious, tastes were distinctively different from dish to dish, portions were very generous! Will return next time around in PB!
Bad Food preparation. Tofu was so chewy that could not be eaten there were barely any vegetables in the preparations. It had a weird smell in it too. Would never go there again.
Food was really good! Best pad de ewe ever !
We got the chicken pad Thai, beef drunken noodles, and wonton soup. Everything was decent, but nothing outstanding. Each dish was very flavorful, which I like. But the soy sauce was a bit too strong with the drunken noodles and the vinegar too strong with the pad Thai. The meat in both dishes was overcooked, dry, and tough. Portion sizes seemed small for the price. Apparently, they recently raised prices due to rent increases. There's now an additional $2 up charge for chicken and $4 for beef. The large wonton soup increased from $8.95 to $13.95! It was almost $50 for these 3 dishes. Overall, I'd give it more like 3.5 stars if I could. Def prefer our usual place Thai Orient Cafe nearby.
This was a great place! Very good food and attentive service staff. Healthy food choices too.
Every time we are in Pacific Beach we eat here! The food is delicious!! We are so glad they survived the pandemic. We even checked online last summer when we couldn't get to San Diego to see if they were still around. Making up for it by eating there twice this trip!
I love Thai Village with all my heart. I get it once a week and strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys delicious food.
This place was great. The service was quick and our order was flawless when it came out. The food was great! I just wish we would have ordered more spicy/hot items.
Best Thai I have found so far in PB!
the food my family and i ate here was comparable to what we remember eating when we were in Thailand. SO. GOOD.
I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and it was so good ! Can’t wait to order again :)
Very nice and willing to accommodate a late pickup order but the food was not good. I took two bites of my yellow curry noodles which looked awful (clumps of caked noodles and large pieces of potato and carrot) and tasted like mustard and threw it out. The crispy egg rolls were mushy and cold on the inside like they were frozen and not fully cooked. The red curry tasted ok but was curdled and brownish and looked completely unappetizing. Would absolutely never go back.
My chicken red curry with spiciness level 4 was perfect and the price was perfect as well.
Great food, great service, great price! A small restaurant & was empty during lunch but I’m sure they do get busy. The server was so sweet & attentive. The yum woon sen was very authentic. The mango & sticky rice was so good!
Horrible place found a band aid in my food that was delivered and they never answered my call
Fantastic Thai food and outstanding service!
We got 5 dishes delivered and they were all fresh, hot and delicious with just the right amount of spice .
Very bad service. We come to Thai Village for first time in San Diego. We order sweet and sour beef. The beef was super tough. I can't even cut the beef with the knife. So I talked to the young lady who is my server about the beef. Her first reaction is asking me "What do you want me to do?". She never apologize, never offer to fix the issue. We ended up paying for the food that we cannot eat. Do not recommend this restaurant.
I had pad Thai. It was moist. Great flavor. Reasonable cost. Husband had red curry. We both thought better than most that we've had in the past. We got, on a scale of 1-10 spicy, 7. It was plenty spicy.
A must visit every time we stay at Mission Beach. Quick and absolutely delicious.
The food so good. Haven’t had Thai food this good since I lived in the SF area. Cute place get the ginger tea. It’s SO good!
Amazing food, great service and definitely coming back!
If there was a rating of 10 stars out of giving it to this restaurant. I have eaten Thai food all over the world and this is by far the best that I've ever eaten. The small restaurant with a great ambience and amazing food and wonderful service... What more can one ask for...
We are vegetarians and their no egg no fish oil options are amazing too...
Perfect, quick, delicious!! Absolutely every time
WOW WOW WOW!! This place is unreal. The flavor is spot on, I felt like I was back in Thailand. The service was also spectacular and the speedy. We are here for one week and I must go back (at least) once more before we leave. Check this spot out!! They offer spicy levels 1-10! 🤤
Best Thai in PB
We ordered takeout. The server was friendly and helpful. It was ready quickly. Food wasn’t bad! Not the best Thai I’ve had but you can’t go wrong with a panang curry and pad see ew.
Food was good. Atmosphere was a little crowded for me. Most likely will be returning.
Great food. Pad thai was delicious.
We are visiting PB from Colorado and loved Thai Village! Everything was super fresh and delicious. And prepared very quickly without sacrificing quality. Great meal to celebrate 2021!
House curry noodle, pad thai, and thai tea. THEE BEST I've had from anywhere!
Great service, food and atmosphere....
Always so good! We get the vegi pad thai, and it has lots of good vegis not just cabbage like a lot of other places, and the avacado curry. Its soo good we like spicy so we get it spicy number 8 and its soo bomb!
Had the red curry. The taste and quantity both were just right.
Excellent food preparation, nice balance of spices, and great service. Great dining experience overall.
The food is just so good and the workers so friendly! I e been going here for 17 years!
Mmmmm my favorite is the Chicken Pad Thai!! The Seafood combo and Chicken Fried Rice are really good too!
This place is amazing! The Penut sauce entree was the highlight. It was soooo good. Sweet, savoury, gorgeous! We also order the Red curry, for me it could have been spicier but it was the best I've ever had. I have to say it was better that what I got in Thailand🙄. Great portion sizes for a cheap price ($10.75). I highly recommend it!
Ordered via Door Dash. The Pad Thai was overly greasy, for some reason sour, and didn't have a taste resembling any Pad Thai I've had before. I ordered Super Spicy, and this wasn't even regular spicy. The chicken with the noodles was also wayyyy too dry. Also $14 for such a small portion size is a rip off when there are much better Thai places around. Pretty disappointed. But Papaya Salad is amazing.
Super good food. New to town and a big Thai fan. Very impressed by the Pad Thai and especially the Mango Curry I had tonight.
The coconut shrimp was OK the peanut noodles were OK as well the red chicken curry was pretty good except it was gritty and powdery still. The server was nice although it was on the pick up for take away.
Best avocado curry
Absolutely amazing food! Real authentic! I've been to Thailand a couple of times, Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya City and this place is as good!! Friendly service! Would definitely eat there again and again and again!! Thank you!!!
Rude and terrible customer service heard the cashier talking smack in her language to the other employees
My favorite Thai food in PB. It never disappoints!
The staff was great and the food was so good. We loved the Mango Sticky Rice!
They accommodated our party of 10 and we ALL loved our entrees. Super friendly staff, food came out the perfect temperature. Delicious flavors almost like comfort food. We will be back again.
