Also, they are accomodating for my mom's food allergies and are receptive to any changes you may want in the dishes.

Just had dinner with my wife for the first time. Ordered spring rolls with shrimp. When it cam out we had a mess fir presentation and with raw white cabbage and zucchini. 3 rolls with a total of 2 shrimps cut in 1/2. One roll had 2 halves. One roll had 1/2 anfd the other roll had the last 1/2. And the tofu had a sour smell. The pad thai had 4 shrimps and the papaya salad had 2 shrimps. All I can say is this the last time we are eating out any where. So cheap with the servings while charging you high prices that lacks the quality is taking full advantage of the customers

This is a great place! Great food, great service, wonderful owners! I realized I was missing my watch and came back to see if it was at the restaurant. The owner and staff were so kind and went above and beyond helping us search for it. (I finally found it in my car much later :-/ ) They were so great and helpful though! We'll be back!

A taste of real Thai foods with a relaxed atmosphere. The owner is very kind and attentive. We came here for dinner on Saturday and impressed with the taste and variety of foods. Will come back again for sure.

Our 5 Tom ka gai soups came out looking like none I've ever seen before. We tried a few bites and it was room temperature. We mentioned it to our server. He collected them, took them in the back and 10 min later brought us back the EXACT same bowls with the EXACT same contents. He just handed them out randomly to us. We could tell that we didn't even get our own soup back.

Additionally, we were there for over 20 min before we got water, we got our Thai after a long wait but sooner than our water. We waited another 20+ min after being done before he came to check on us or ask if we wanted the tab. Two of us got the pineapple curry lunch special (one beef, one chicken). Both dishes were literally 90% pineapple. There were exactly 4 quarter sizes pieces of meat in my entire dish.

To be clear this was not an issue of them being overly busy. We were one of five tables occupied in the entire restaurant.

Not crowded at all when I came in for lunch. Everything was very clean and neat except for a few untended tables. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful and it’s a great place for a conversation over lunch.
The green curry and pineapple curries were both excellent. Really large portions and very filling and flavorful. Not the best I’ve tasted but definitely close to it. Prices were really good too.

Taking two stars off for the staff. Our waitress was not friendly and was very abrupt. Maybe she was just overworked or something as it looked like she was the only one in. But even when we’d thank her for bringing the food or refilling a drink she’d just stay silent and keep a sour face on. And it was slow. Three larger parties that came in after me (lunch for 2) had their orders taken and got their food well before my friend and I did.

The owner seemed very nice but gave us the wrong check and we had to get that straightened out.

All in all it could be an excellent place, but due to the shortcomings of the staff it’s merely okay to good.

I’ve gotten takeout before several times and they’ve always been really good with that.

Came around 3 during weekday. Not crowded after all. The noodle dishes we tried were delicious. They even had angel wings here. However, they didn't grind the chicken meat as well as some places I've been to. Think this place is a family owned. They did have some kids running around ( think it was their lunch time). If you don't mind that, I would try this place out.

This place is really good and affordable. Will be coming back soon.

Best thai food

Ah Moy made us feel super comfortable. Best customer service ever. This is the first my 19 month old was treated royally with his own placemat, spiderman cup and toy. The food tasted yum. I will highly recommend this restaurant to families with young kids.

Was craving some Thai food late and saw Pailin Thai was closing soon, a spot I've frequented since a young age. Called at 8:25 pm, google said they were closing at 8:30 pm. Not encouraging this last-second type behavior but I asked if I could still place an order for pickup and they said yes no problem. I believe I was speaking to the owner on the phone. Considering its a Tuesday night in a local area for the owner to be there is impressive. I ordered a Pad Thai chicken (spicy level 7) with no bean sprouts. They had it ready within 10 minutes. It was delicious and the spice level was perfect, best Pad Thai I've had in a while (Arizona's Thai food is no match for San Diego's, Pailin is a local spot that has been around a long time and does it authentically). No photo because I had to eat, it was too good. Portion size was perfect (might I add that it was a bit more than I have received in the past which is awesome).

Fantastic food, amazing service, looking forward to visiting again soon.

Tried the lunch specials on this recent visit and they were good. I had the chicken panang curry and my friend had chicken pad thai noodles. The lunch specials include soup, salad, spring roll, wonton and a good size entree. Good value! Seated promptly and service was good.

You are missing out if you don't come eat here! Usually we get take out but tonight, we decided to change it up and dine in. The food came out quick, fresh and absolutely delicious. The service we were treated with was par to none. The decor and tranquil music established a peaceful ambience. We had soup followed by curry and then for dessert we had ice cream and sticky rice. We had a lovely conversation with one of the owners about the fresh mint and ripe mangoes (ask him to show you some pictures from his garden 🤩)
Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. We don’t live in the area, but we have appointments in the area sometimes. The food and service have been very good every time. I also know that Pallin Thai has a very beautiful atmosphere.

Had a nice romantic dinner with the Mrs. We met the owner, Pete, was very friendly and welcoming. Food was good, had mango sticky rice for dessert. Amazing!

Superb service. Nice, clean, traditionally dark, chill atmosphere. I had Chicken Panang which was too sweet and too heavy, thick creamy for my taste, plus long green beans were missing (else I would’ve given 5 stars and posted pic) but otherwise barely sufficient for my chicken Panang love. Nice little restaurant. I will definitely go back and try a different dish based on all other points.

Pete the owner is a wonderful kind man, and the food is something I would eat 3 or 4 times a week. I love the red curry with chicken.

Great food. Since covid the prices have gone up which I don’t like, but I guess prices have gone up everywhere.

Service was horrible waitresses argumentative and question my choices. Food was a little below average. Not worth the money.

I wanted to love the food, but I don't. I ordered the:

Pad Thai - it tastes just too tangy and sour, no sweetness.

Pineapple Curry: the coconut milk looked over boiled, it was frothy and curdled. It also lacked dimension in flavor. It basically tasted like only pineapple and coconut soup, not curry/spices or anything else to it.

Thai Iced Tea: this was soooo sweet, it tasted like sugar water, not Thai tea.

I ordered through Door Dash.

Always friendly, good quality food, I consider this place better than many chains of thai restaurants. I love their fresh springrolls, they're petite enough to bite into without making a mess, their veggies fresh, and the rice paper wrap is fresh too, not sticky/hard/old like at some places. Great for small and large groups, kids, and overall very accommodating. Service is fast, friendly. Highly recommend it!

Highly recommend the lunch special! I was wowed by the See Ew Noodles lunch special. I order them everywhere I go, and theirs were far above average! The pad thai looks really good as well. The lunch special is a bit pricey, $11-15 depending on the meat, but you receive a good size portion, and the taste is quality. Definitely worth stopping for! I am going to add this to my regular rotation for Thai food!

Worst food ever. Ordered Mee Krab which had 2 shrimp and a tiny piece of chicken. All was very dry and when asked where the rest of the shrimp was, he said only two. Really??? For $12.95? You gotta be kidding!!! Will never go there again.

If you are in for spicy food, you have options. Love the soup and fried rice. Could never go wrong.

Love the dishes and but they served us old rice. The rice is yellow overcooked as it sat in the rice cooker over a day or two. For a $60 order, I would think rice is the last thing I have to comment about. Will go there again and I hope they serve new rice, cooked in the same day. Will ask for new rice next time.

This place has all the standard Thai dishes you'd ever want and somethings that I'd never seen before.

The menu is huge, it took some time to get through it. Give yourself some time to look everything over.

Be careful with the spice level, I ordered a #5 and it was a SPICY and that's not necessarily a bad thing. The general consensus was that this place doesn't mess around when it it comes to the liberal use of spicy peppers.

At this time it's take-home only, dine-in eating is off the table because of stupid COVID. I placed a large order Friday evening, right in the middle of the dinner rush and picked it up 15 minutes later.

Excellent Pad Thai and sticky rice with mango. Ample serving size. Nice people.

During Covid-19, these people were very kind in replacing our meal after it was stolen. They didn't mess up any part of our order, just remade it perfectly. And in less than 15 minutes, which I think was impressive. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience here. Definitely going to return.

So delicious! We had the Panang Curry and the Pad Thai and they were both so good. Definitely some of the best Thai I've ever had! As a side note, don't order the cheapest wine on the menu, it wasnt very good. I would add a photo of the food but we devoured it.

Wonderful lunch menu. Includes entree, soup, and eggroll & wonton. We had a short time line and were in and out quickly...especially considering it is a sit down restaurant. The staff was very attentive and took our order right away. Pad Thai (spicy factor 6) was great. My husband ordered a curry (I forget which one) and it was creamy with basil. Yum! I look forward to coming again.

I love in east hemet about 1 hour n 15 mns away from this place and let me tell you something it worth the time and the travel just to go to San Diego and eat there ! My other favorite thai place is in San Diego in the Hillcrest area , trust me on this one I work all over California and I find few places that I love to make or leave a review on the restaurants and this one is one of them .... eat and enjoy the hospitality of the owner nice and cool man.....
