I can't believe I didn't know about this hidden gem sooner. I'm so happy we decided to dine here, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for great food and excellent service!

I ordered 3 items for takeout today that costs about $48. This restaurant has raised their price. Price increase is totally understandable nowadays but given the fact that they also give less portion of the food which is not acceptable.

I used to order a large Tom Yum/Tom Ka soup for takeout and they usually give the full whole bowl of soup up to the cover. This time I ordered was very disappointed. The portion was literally little more than half bowl but charged for full price $14.99.

I will not order takeout from this restaurant ever again. Not worth it anymore.

Admittedly I only get the Duck Curry here so I couldn't speak to anything else. But this is the only duck curry I've had where I feel very satisfied by the duck portion. A lot of restaurants only give what feels like a few crumbs of duck with their duck curries.

The first time tried to get a takeout and it was a miserable experience. The food is mid and it is super expensive. Usually, I thought that green curry would go with rice on the side, because who eats curry without rice? - Guess me because I didn't expect that I needed to order rice as extra or prepare home rice in advance. The fresh rolls are called fresh not-for-nothing because there was only lettuce and somewhere a little bit of something else.

This Thai restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The food was a gastronomic journey through Thailand – each dish was a masterpiece. The ambiance was charming, with soft Thai music in the background and a lovely blend of traditional and modern decor. This is now my go-to spot for authentic Thai cuisine.

This neighborhood spot recently changed owners and the menu has been refreshed. We are enjoying the new recipes! New phone number too. It's easy to grab takeout, which is always ready in 10-15 min.

I have been to Thailand many times and this is the most authentic Thai food I have ever eaten in the United States. It is as if you are ordering it directly from a great restaurant on the streets of Thailand. The Tom Yum noodles are wonderful.

One of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been to. This place is fantastic. The service was excellent and it is very clean restaurant is spotless. There’s also sushi. The sushi chef is very fantastic he told me the restaurant is under new management started Sep 1,2024. I try Big boss Roll and Sacramento Roll are very delicious. And one of my favorites is Khao soi is a coconut milk-based noodle soup from northern Thailand. The taste is authentic so awesome. If I have a chance to go back, I will definitely come back to this restaurant again.

Everything was amazing. The service and food was great. The chef was really accommodating. I don’t live around the area but when I was there, I went at least 3-4 times before I left. Definitely will be visiting again if I’m in town. Thank you everyone!

We ordered takeout online. Panang with shrimp and Spicy Fried Rice with chicken. This was our first time ordering from here but we'll be back.

The food was ready quickly and was packed to safely transport with no mess. Everything looked good and the portions were big. The ingredients tasted fresh and we were both very happy with our meals. Thank you!

Visited on a weekday during lunch hours. Not busy - though a good number of orders for takeout were had.
I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. Costed a little over $14.

I've never had Pad Thai that looked as pink as this one did, so I was a bit alarmed. After tasting it - it was just okay. It was definitely sweeter than past Pad Thais I've had. There was also a lot of sauce on the noodles, borderline "gravy-like." I guess that's either a positive or negative depending on who you ask (negative for me). Not a lot of vegetables or protein in the dish. The serving size was decent.

I have mixed feelings about the atmosphere. The decor is pretty dated. Though, it does have a "mom and pop shop" kind of vibe, which is always nice. The owners are soft-spoken and gentle in their service. Unfortunately, being nice isn't the only quality I'm looking for in a restaurant.

For the price, I don't think it was worth the visit.

Would I come again if I was craving Thai Food?

My family has been going for years and they have always been very friendly.

This place is not Authentic, and the food lacks flavor. The pad thai is pink and too sweet. I ordered the crazy chicken because someone said in the reviews it was to die for...definitely not worth dying over. I recommend Changs Thai Cuisine in natomas for anyone seeking authentic Thai food.

My boyfriend and I have to get takeout from Thai Smile at least once every two weeks. The tofu red curry is to die for. I crave it almost every day. My boyfriend is a big fan of their beef pad Thai. I also would recommend the crab rangoons.

By far the worst Thai food Ive ever had. Feel like this place caters to non Asian people (palette wise). Even the non Asian people here in this thread said it was bad. That’s how u know it’s bad. Meat portions were also very small. Ordered the basil pork for $14, didn’t come with rice, came with like 6 small slices of pork and it was majority vegetables. Had to order rice separately for another $2. Papaya salad was the worst. I’m south East Asian and know what papaya salad is supposed to taste like. That was probably the worst papaya I’ve ever had. I went fishing in the area and left the spot with Pho in mind. Had a pho restaurant locked into my Navi/GPS but happened to see this place first and stopped by. Biggest regret lol. If you are expecting real thai food I suggest going somewhere else

Visible from the main street, very few parking spaces are available in the front. However, if you don't mind walking, there are plenty of spaces available around the building. The restaurant is outdated and due for a serious renovation. The menu is large, and portions are ok.

One of the most tasty Thai restaurants I’ve been to. The stuff is incredibly kind and caring. They serve fast, and they really care for customer’s satisfaction. I became a regular customer like a half year ago and ever since just keep coming whenever I want to eat Thai food. The spirit here is very warm. It looks like it’s a family business and they all are amazing! Interior is simple. But once they spoke nicely to you and brought you your tasty dish, interior is going on the back of the scene. Recommend to give this place a try.

They call it Thai Food, but I disagree. I've never had Thai food with sweet & sour sauce in the Pad Thai. The food was edible, but not worth revisiting.

I went in today around noon and got my order. The guy asked me if I wanted chicken or beef and replied with beef. To my surprise he gave me chicken. Went back and asked for beef. Gave me chicken and beef. Wondering if he cant hear me I waited a total of 30 mins for my plate. The guy before me also had an order and had to wait for the right one. Once I was leaving I asked for a complimentary drink/ water for the extra wait. Tells me "that's it leave" I'm left wondering with the service. Tell me "don't come back here ever again!" I'd this how you treat the customer when he complains about the food? Unprofessional and very low quality food. Had like 4 strip of beef and forgot the soy sauce. Shame on your cashier and everything in general

Shrimp` Pad Thai the noodles were so overcooked, just a big blob of mush- couldn't even force myself to eat it ,there were only 4 little shrimp on top, and the one shrimp I tasted I spit out because it tasted and smelled bad!. `` Spicy shrimp fried rice, no fresh basil, not spicy and the 5 shrimp were under cooked-inedible!! It's sad that people don't take pride in what they do anymore. I feel insulted that they would serve me such garbage. My order was take out.

Some dishes that people won't recognize but are so good the barbecue salmon spicy catfish and the green curry curry for a delicate but yummy taste

But three dishes I highly recommend Tom kha crazy chicken and Pad Thai so freaking good. And the people that run the place are just fantastic nice people

I ordered the lunch pad Thai and asked for spicy with extra eggs and extra peanuts. I have never had pad Thai that is sweet and pink. I called trying to find out what sauce was used to make it pink and sweet but no one answered. I would not recommend this restaurant. In my opinion it is really hard to mess up pad Thai but they in did.

I ordered through the phone and my husband picked it up. It was ready in like 15 minutes or even faster. The food is really good! The spicy catfish tastes amazing and still crispy when it got home. I love the flavor of the beef larb, not too tangy. We also ordered the peanut beef curry. I am not a big fan of peanut, but it was good as well.

I think this place gonna be my new favorite Thai place from now on. My husband also mentioned the male cashier was so nice when he came in and picked up the food. Lovely spot!

I was staying in the area and Thai sounded good. I haven't had it in awhile. I ordered Tom Yum seafood soup and roti. The soup was good, nice flavors but it was on the sweet side. The roti was unusual. They were cut into triangles like Doritos. I'm not sure if they cut like this before or after cooking. The texture was extra crisp but al dente in the middle. It lost the flake warm softness that I'm used too. The roti also came with cucumber salad which I found on the sweet side as well. A little more tang from rice vinegar would have balanced it out better.

However, the old couple there cooking and working the front hit me in the heart as sweet, family and love. Seeing them felt like home.

I will be going back and will try something different. They are worth another try.

I specifically asked for NO RICE because my doctor has me on a low sugar/starch diet. You can see IN THE PICTURE the big heaping scoop of rice. Seriously, why did you leave room for comment when ordering online if you aren't going to read the comment. Now I have to dig that big ball of empty calorie blood sugar unfriendly rice out of my meal.

This is the worst Thai fried rice i have ever had. It can not get worse than this. Food was made with absolutely no effort. The rice coloration was floating, the food tasted absolutely inconsistent depending on what side of the plate you grabbed! The roasted chilli was plain chilli. I will never eat here again! All the reviews are lies and misleading. I wouldn't have been mad if i had not uber for 20bucks for 2miles from the marriot to pay for a $14 disgust!

Proportions were off but maybe in a good way. A lot of meat and vegetables for the quantity of rice or noodles. I enjoyed the green curry and the pad see yew but we got there right before a large lunch party on Friday so we had to wait quite a while for food. The pad see yew had nearly a whole head of broccoli on top. The curry bowl provided was an odd shape for consuming but I really liked it so I will be back regardless. Thai tea was tasty too, no weird aftertaste

If you don't want to feel rushed, this is the place to go! The music that plays is very calming. The spices are ground only when an order is placed. The food is authentic. Absolutely tasty!
