Tried Panang curry with Tofu, pretty good

Diner Review β„–3

The Green Curry was so flavorful and perfectly spiced. We also had the BBQ chicken, the ribs, and the Pad Thai. They were all delicious! My husband orders the coconut to drink/eat and it was an actual coconut πŸ₯₯. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. We'll be going back!

Diner Review β„–5

The dish I had was not tasty at all. It was chicken yellow curry. The chicken did not taste to anything and the curry was like powder mixed with water.

One of the best Thai places in the South Bay! The cashew and papaya salad are just out of this world! Tom Kha soup and the drunken noodles are must tries too. Finally the mango with sticky rice seals the deal! The service is timely and the ambiance is good. The portion size could be a bit better. But will definitely return!

Diner Review β„–9

food really good! Duck curry and soup are both very tasty!

Diner Review β„–10

Diner Review β„–11

Short staffed and average food

Diner Review β„–12

Overall really bad food. We ordered Singapore noodles. This is nothing like the dish. It’s brown and wet/gooey. Should be heavy on yellow curry and not wet.

We also ordered Mongolian beef. The beef was tough and sparse. The dish was mostly wet onions. Will not order again and will not recommend.

We ordered for takeout. Had we dined in, we would have sent the food back and left for a better restaurant. Unfortunately we are stuck with bad food at home.

Diner Review β„–13

Food is not tasty at all, their Mongolian beef is lots of cooked onions in water with a few pieces of not mongolian beef.

We ordered 3 foods from this restaurant. There is a big piece of plastic bag in the food, it seems it was cooked with the food. So so disgusting. Will never order food from this restaurant again!!

Diner Review β„–16

The staffs are very very sweet :))) They have very fresh young coconut and which they taste much better than any other restaurant πŸ˜‹ πŸ˜€ They let me sit and chill with my young coconut with the best seating in the front:)))) Amazing experience ❀️❀️

Drinks are a little weak and food is a little expensive. Food tastes okay, close relatively late, and very casual.

Diner Review β„–19

Hair in spring roll.

Diner Review β„–20

Pad see ew with chicken was delicious! Cute spot in Palo Alto

Diner Review β„–21

Diner Review β„–22

Diner Review β„–23

Got the Friend got pad see ew!

Appetizer of golden eggplant with a sweet chili sauce. Very lightly fried, good texture and density to the eggplant.

Red bamboo curry with chicken and jasmine coconut rice. Great flavors, not too spicy, wish there had been more food in general for the price ($17). Down side was you had to pay $4 extra for the rice and was told it’d have more of a sweet rich flavor/texture but it tasted very ordinary. Friend got pad see ew which she gets every single time! Quick service and delightful flirty atmosphere.

Diner Review β„–25

Overall a really bad experience. Food tastes below average, no service at all in between, had to catch a server to get the bill, the server passed me an iPad with suggested tipping starting from 18% after tax.

Diner Review β„–26

Diner Review β„–27

I had some great entrees that were delicious. I look forward to eating here because its fresh cook to order, delicious, and has nice flavors. This type of food doesn’t make me tired and helps keep me feeling healthy πŸ˜€

Diner Review β„–28

Service was nice. The food cost $22 but I’d rather pay $40 to not eat it.

You’re better off staying home and eating instant ramen noodles. Waste of money. Mango curry was just water with vegetables.

Diner Review β„–29

Had a great time. Food was amazing and great deals. Thai tea was great. Can recommend it to anyone, they have so many options.

Diner Review β„–30

We stopped by for dinner here which happened to coincide with their Happy Hour! I had Red Curry with Rice and an order of the Veggie Egg Rolls. My guest ordered a soup and Chicken Noodles.

I liked the spices of my dish but the rice was too soggy with too much sauce in the serving dish.

Would like to come back and try their specials next time specially since they have food selection of good IPAs at the bar.

Diner Review β„–31

Absolutely underrated. This is my favorite restaurant in Palo Alto.

I’m Palo Alto resident.

Diner Review β„–32

Diner Review β„–33

Love this place. We started ordering through Doordash during the pandemic, and when places opened up we were happy to come in and eat at the restaurant. Food is always excellent, and the restaurant ambiance is nice.

Diner Review β„–34

Always a great experience when we go there! Their curries are really flavorful and their coconut rice is truly amazing! The atmosphere inside is pretty cozy and the service is always fast and attentive. Would recommend without hesitation!

Diner Review β„–35

expensive and tastes bad

Diner Review β„–38

Disrespectful staff making you wait outside burning in the sun while making your takeout order

Diner Review β„–39

Diner Review β„–40

I ordered green cury salmon, and they forgot the rice! Then, when I called, they said I had to order a side of rice.

Diner Review β„–41

Diner Review β„–42

Diner Review β„–43

I paid so much money to add extra meat and 99% of the content was ALL noodles. I saw like one or two meat pieces and I paid like $45 for two people meal. What am I supposed to do? Pay $5000 for my noodle to have adequate amount of meat in my meal. Absolutely ridiculous.

Diner Review β„–44

Diner Review β„–45

A bit pricey, but the food is pretty good. Like the pad see ew. Get chicken.

Diner Review β„–50

Based on reviews I didn’t expect much but it is actually pretty good and conveniently located. I guess that’s why giving it a 5 as I feel it’s definitely a decent place for Thai food. We had drunken noodles and green curry, both were tasty and portions were good.

Diner Review β„–51

Decent food but nice ambience

Diner Review β„–52

Loved the red curry.

Diner Review β„–53

Food is terrible.

Diner Review β„–54

The food was average. Generally I have always liked Thai but this did not feel right. Too salty

Diner Review β„–55

Mango sticky rice is disappointing at best

Diner Review β„–56

Diner Review β„–57

Diner Review β„–58

They give very little food when you order online compared to other local Thai restaurants. Did nothing when I called to let them know my annoyance.

Diner Review β„–59

Diner Review β„–60

Wow! Food was beautifully delicious! Great customer service, definitely will be back. Sticky rice, ice cream, with fresh mango is a must.

Diner Review β„–61

Pad see ew: beef was tough, tastes fine.
Golden shrimp: basically just battered shrimp with their own sauce. Lettuce was browning.
Mussuman curry: the potatoes were undercooked. A little hard, yet the beef was meltingly tender.

They get the flavors down, but the textures are all off. Some parts are overcooked, others are under. Won't come back.

Diner Review β„–62

Diner Review β„–63

Our party agreed about one thing that night - the food is absolutely terrible.

Nice atmosphere and kind service earned them the second star.

Diner Review β„–64

Ordered takeout and the roti prata was drenched in grease; the egg rolls were dripping in oil and left an awful aftertaste (old oil maybe?); the Pad Thai was all stuck together and clumpy. Only the yellow chicken curry was ok, though not a ton of chicken in there though. Very disappointing. Felt like they might have just given us the leftovers from earlier. Going to go back to Siam Royale around the corner for our takeout.

Diner Review β„–65

Nice ambiance on the patio and kind server. But the food was really bad. Pad Thai nothing like a proper pad thai which is my baseline for the Thai restaurants. Aside from a really non traditional take on the flavor and very oily, could barely find the egg in there. Our curry had very rubbery, overcooked chicken and the curry flavor tasted what I could've made from a packet at the grocery store.

Diner Review β„–80

Ordered the papaya salad and the pad see ew for delivery using uber eats. The papaya salad was ok, personally not super impressed by the depth of flavor but appreciated a couple of the poached shrimp as a nice addition. Fish sauce wasn’t too overpowering though. Pad see ew was good but nothing exceptional. This one lacked spice and depth but contained typical Thai flavors. Noodle texture was ok but not quite springy and bouncy like the best Thai cuisine.

Diner Review β„–81

Food was really tasty and the place has a nice vibe

Diner Review β„–82

Pad Thai was good!

Diner Review β„–83

Appetizers are good.

Diner Review β„–86

Very good and tasty Thai food! Highly recommend any noodle plates πŸ˜‹. James was very nice

Diner Review β„–87

Super flavorful food and great service.

Diner Review β„–88

Better than Siam Royale (on Univ Ave) - much better service and food.

Diner Review β„–89

Diner Review β„–90

Diner Review β„–91

There interpretation of Thai food has too much of an American twist and has become less and less authentic since they opened.

Diner Review β„–92

Diner Review β„–93

Diner Review β„–94

Really good Thai food, loved the curry, we had 2 different dishes, shared brown rice, it was amazing!

Diner Review β„–96

Diner Review β„–98

Good food good prices. Service was great.

Salt vs sugar. If your a salt person you need to ask them to add more. For sugar it's a great just the right amount of sweetness in every bite.

Also they need to give every table more napkins . One is not enough.

Diner Review β„–104

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
Each entry costs almost $20, but the portion is MINIMAL. There are literally two tiny pieces of chicken in my curry. Totally a rip-off. Will never order from them again.

Diner Review β„–105

Great fusion of different Asian flavors ( including Indian !). Don't miss the spring rolls with duck. Fabulous.

Diner Review β„–106

Used to be my favorite Thai place around Stanford, but the quality really declined in recent years since they started using frozen veg instead of fresh. (Right?!)

Diner Review β„–107

Decent prices and good food

Diner Review β„–108

tasteless cr*p! bears little resemblance to any Thai dish I have ever enjoyed! eggs rolls were limp, rice was overcooked, beef was tough and chewy, pad thai was unseasoned and simply boring! I suspect that the Thaiphoon hot the kitchen! - you have been warned - this is *not* worth the money or the calories ...

Diner Review β„–109

The Tom yum soup was just like I made it randomly at home...

Diner Review β„–110

I ordered the Yellow Curry Chicken, spring rolls and a Thai iced tea. The curry was good, although the chicken was underwhelming. The spring rolls & sauce were good. The iced tea was horrible, don’t order it.

Diner Review β„–111

I really like their service and the food. Very delicious and fresh. Despite the current situation they were trying really hard to be accommodating and friendly. I recommend a reservation if you have plan for dine-in especially for Friday night.

Great flavors and quick service. Our kids couldn't have been happier with their meal and are looking forward to going back soon.

Diner Review β„–134

Worst experience ever! Went during lunch on a weekday and it took over an hour for us to get our food. All food orders were incorrect and there were items that we never received. When we asked to see manager about our dissatisfaction the owners wife told us β€œwhat do you want me to do? We are short staffed”. Will never visit again.

Diner Review β„–135

Diner Review β„–136

Great food and great music! I ordered the yellow curry last time I ate there and they were playing 90s R&B! Nice staff as well!

Diner Review β„–137

Diner Review β„–138

Thai food is an excellent location. Vast menu. More like an Americanized Thai cuisine. Well cooked meats and tasty food. We tried Chicken Pad Thai, Thai Basil Beef, Kung Pao Shrimp and Green Curry Chicken. All good food.

Diner Review β„–163

Thai basil chicken is excellent, as are the duck spring rolls. Surprisingly good mixed drinks as well.

Diner Review β„–164

Diner Review β„–165

Bland as hell. Pad Thai is like a plate of dry noodles with a small pile of ground peanuts on the side. If a Thai restaurant cannot make pad Thai...

Diner Review β„–173

Great food.. Loved the shrimp with Penang curry dish. Mango tango cocktail was really good too, would go try that drink again!

Diner Review β„–174

Diner Review β„–175

Atmosphere was nice for business teams. Food was delicious. Very busy at lunch.

Highly recommend this amazing restaurant🌸

Diner Review β„–182

Diner Review β„–184

Diner Review β„–185

Diner Review β„–186

Great fried rice and pad see ew!! Quiet atmosphere

Diner Review β„–187

Place is really meh. We ordered food and drinks, and this is how everything came out: three out of the four meals, then one of the drinks, then the last meal, and then the rest of our drinks. When we asked the server where our drinks were, he said "the drinks are not my responsibility, you need to ask someone else about drinks". Okay...

I had the Pad Thai, and honestly, it feels like I went to Walmart and got a package of Annie Chun's Pad Thai off the aisle...except I'll be able to buy a 12 pack of Annie's with the money I spent on one plate here.

So far, I'm disappointed with service, disappointed with food, and disappointed with the price. The drinks were good though. But, I don't think this restaurant produced our Heinekens.

Diner Review β„–188

The roast duck curry was very good, with great flavor. I would have liked a bit more duck, though. The veggie spring rolls tasted fresh.

I took chicken fried rice and Indian tasted samosa. That's awesome.

Diner Review β„–199

Padsiew was delicious. It was well fried and had a good smoky taste that a fried noodle dish should possess.
