Love this place! The food is thoughtfully elegant without being over the top on hot and spicey unless you want it that way. The cups of soup are delicious and perfect compliment to main dishes. Not the place to dine if in a hurry as food is cooked to order, and takes longer to expedite than larger scale restaurants. But totally worth the wait! They do offer delivery if you prefer to eat at home.

Had yellow curry tofu and peanut sauce spinich and tofu. Peanut sauce was much sweeter than I'm used to. Vegetables were reasonably fresh. Service was acceptable. Finishing with an pineapple ice cream was pleasant. A low key interior and meal. An inexpensive meal that was enjoyable.

Egg rolls were crisp and not greasy; pot stickers were tasty; beef curry with rice was really delicious and just the right amount of heat; and chicken pad Thai was full of flavour and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Impressed with how quick the delivery arrived from our ordering, and everything arrived hot! Two thumbs up!

Authenticity at its finest..I went in for pick up for the Lunch special, Great portions, delicious food at a great price. Definitely recommend. I got the pad thai, the some spring rolls & the garlic pepper. everything was on point.also have gotten the red curry & pad kee mao. Everything is delicious.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I have never seen my parents this sick from food it's honestly a little scary. An entire weekend away ruined. They even missed the wedding they came all the way from Georgia to attend. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS. My next stop might just be somewhere legal.

The PSE was small & missing oyster sauce. Kinda on the dry side, which isn't real Thai, still eatable as stirfy noodle dish.. but was expecting PSE; also pricey for the portions.. small.

I order lunch from Chada often. The food is always delicious. you can't beat the price for their lunch menu. It's cheaper than Mcdonalds and after one meal with Chada you will never go back to fast food. Service is always friendly and very quick. Try this place out and you wont regret it. Thank You!

Consistently the best Thai food in Palm Springs. We have tried them all and this is the most consistent. Very reasonable prices considering the great quality and portions. Great, fast service.

This is by far some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Their Pad Thai is on point, and they're mango sticky rice is absolutely phenomenal. My favorite dish is the Mixed Vegetables with steamed jasmine rice. It is my Thai soul food. I SWEAR it cured my covid 😊 I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Great home made Thai food. The owners are very friendly and the food is delicious and authentic. We ordered the Pad Thai, crab fried rice, and Pad Krapao, all of which were very tasty.

We first tried Chada Thai in the fall of 2018 and I'm happy to say they quality is still fantastic in 2022. We have tried several other Thai food options in Palm Springs but I recommend supporting this local restaurant which is only take out now. We walked in, ordered and it was ready within 10 minutes. Thank you for serving the true flavours and spices.

Even though our Uber Eats driver took forever to deliver, even cold, the food was excellent. Will try this again, maybe go in this time or pick up myself.

Did takeout from this restaurant for lunch and then dinner again because the food was great. Food smelled super nice too. We got Sweet Thai Basil, Pad Kee Mao and Spicy eggplant.

Called ahead a 2-item order for pickup. Gentleman on the phone told me it would be 30min so I said to please disregard my order because I couldn’t wait that long and would order from another place. He then said he’d have it ready in 20, so I accepted. My partner arrived to grab the order 20min later and she was told they didn’t actually prepare the food. Very frustrating. Hope to give them another try

We ordered two Pad Thai take out,it was too big piles of noodles, with very little flavoured sauce, a few pieces of chicken and Egg And bean sprouts. Very disappointing.

I've ordered from here twice and each time I've enjoyed it.I really like the orange chicken and spicy fried rice!

Since this place is conveniently located about 1000 feet from my front door I really wanted it to be, at the very least, moderately good. Alas, it isn't. Which is not to say that the food here is bad. It isn't. It's just not very good Thai food, and I've eaten a lot of it, from Phuket to Honolulu. I have ordered from here three times, each time ordering something different in hopes that I would discover a dish worthy of a good review, Each time I have been disappointed. My last order consisted of Cashew Nuts with Beef, and Pad Kee Mao with Chicken. The beef dish was bland, with the cashews seemingly boiled in to the dish, which left them soft and soggy instead of firm and crunchy, as I have experienced this dish elsewhere. The Pad Kee Mao was even worse. It was completely void of flavor. It was as if the chef forgot to add any seasoning. No saltiness, so savoriness, no heat or spice. Nothing. It's like it was a movie prop. It looked good, but it had no discernible taste. If this dish was a car it would be a Nissan Versa. Yes, it may get you around, but it is completely devoid of substance or style. The few wilted basil leaves that were there could not save this dish. I resorted to throwing a tablespoon of Grandma's Sauce in to it just to make it taste like something.

In short, this isn't bad food. All the ingredients were fresh. This just isn't good Thai food. I haven't tried their curries, which I will grudgingly do at some point. Something on this menu must be edible, right?

If you are looking for a full mouthgasam than Chada Thai is for you. The flavor and visual presentation is incredible not to mention the pricing. They have lunch and dinner specials that will suit everyone's taste and budget. If you are a local or an out of towner and want to treat you stomach to something special visit Chada Thai Cuisine.

Food is good, but first time ordered we asked for no fish sauce and they had no problem. Second time, I was told they make it prior and can’t take fish sauce out. I said thank you anyway and was hung up on. Rude experience

We came early on a Sunday, so the place was quiet, but not empty. Food was fabulous and they accommodated our request for a vegetarian version of one of their typically meat dishes. Spiciness of the food was exactly where we like it. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices were reasonable.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Palm Springs. It is never crowded and the prices are much better than Thai Smile(and no line ups).

Very good food. What I enjoyed most was what was not in the food - no excess salt/sugar, no cornstarch. All very fresh in our dishes. We were able to finish what we ordered, so portions are not excessive, but tasty. I would say "just right."

This place is awful and the service even worse! Be aware if you have a party of 5 be ready to pay 18% service fee.

The food is about average in the valley. the price is lower than average which is why we come here more often. The fried banana with ice cream was bad, the banana breading was doughy and chalky and the coconut ice cream had ice crystals. Service was slow for a lunch hour with 3 tables.

I love their fried rice and their Wonton soup with shrimp and cabbage. So so good. I order these 2 every time. Their location is not very big. Because of that I like ordering from them using Postmates. They’re pretty quick with their online orders. The food is still steaming when I receive it. So tasty !

I went there on an early Tuesday evening, got my food to go, and ate it about 2 hours later. It was delicious. I got tofu pad thai, sticky rice with mango, and iced coffee; my husband and I shared, and we were both full.

The food is always great. The staff is super friendly. You get more food for the price with comparison to Thai Smile or Le Basil. It is always a great experience.

Went for lunch. Had a beef vegetable dish. Saturday menu--so no lunch specials. A bit higher priced than other Asian restaurants here in the valley. Veggies, fresh and well prepared, the few slices of beef were moderate at best, one slice not even edible (tough). Probably won't be on my "go to" list. Too bad, because the place is attractive and service attentive.

Good tom-kah, I wish they'd sauteed their tofu before putting it in there's stewed dishes like the Penang.

The manager/owner argues with you about what you did or didn't order, and refuses to acknowledge when he's made a mistake or been unclear about things. The food took nearly 40 minutes to reach our table. Food was average. There are much better options just down the street. Try Thai Smile or Peppers Thai for a better experience.

We were greeted and seated promptly. The service was fast and friendly and never felt rushed. The food was amazing and the room was tastefully appointed. Overall a great experience!

My husband found this place and the food was delicious, fresh and some of the best Thai we have tasted. We had the papaya salad and it was very fresh, not soggy as some we have tasted elsewhere. He had green curry and was very tasty and well prepared and not too spicy. I had yellow curry with steamed tofu and it was so yummy. We had enough to have for breakfast the next day. You won't be disappointed if you love Thai food, we highly recommend this place and will go back again.

Been to a dozen + Thai food places from LA to Palm springs, and the curry here is bar none the best I've ever have, nothing gives me a boost like good panang curry!

Located in North Palm springs, it is not busy. But having eaten at most of the Thai places in PS, I rate it the best.

Best Pad Thai I’ve had in a long time. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is tasty, flavorful, and definitely reminiscent of Asian street food. There are also off menu dishes you should ask for, which are lovely surprises. The ladies who cook in the open kitchen know what they're doing. As they say in my family and in African American culture,
"they put their foot in it" -- the ultimate compliment. Though the place can get busy, they work fast to get you food. The one draw back--for such small plates it's a bit pricey and could be too expensive to feed a big family. But if money is no object order away. You will be happy.

This man is the rudest man I have encountered at any restaurant. We ordered from here two nights ago. I got the spring rolls and they were okay, but not great. My husband loved their wontons. We ordered again tonight and I made sure we ordered the egg rolls. When my husband got back with the order, I got the spring rolls again. I was listening while he placed the order. When I called to tell the owner, he argued with me and would not let me talk. When I asked him to allow me to talk, he hung up on me and would not answer when I called back. I used my landline and he answered and had to admit he hung up with on me, then hung up again. I have left only positive reviews with 1 other negative review. I would never do business with this restaurant again.

Very disappointing. Very slow service and subpar food..spicy noodle was not very fresh. All in all, it was also pretty expensive.

Chada Thai has three of my favorite Thai foods: subtly spicy curry, tender eggplant, and ripe mango (in season).

Customer service is amazing and at the same time the food was delicious. This was me and my wifes first time having dinner here. We will definitely be going back.

The meat in the food tastes frozen, cooked, refrigerated, then cooked again. Green curry at 5/5 spiciness had this weird sickly sweet taste that over powered the spicy. The chow mein tasted like the sauce was watered down soy sauce mixed with oil. The server crams you Into a corner with everyone else even though the place is large enough to have privacy between tables. Poor food, poor experience.

Family-owned food is outstanding service is excellent it's a little tiny bit out of Palm Springs but well worth it.
