As far as Thai Food goes, this is one of the best places I've ever been to.
Everything we ordered was good, but the Honey Ribs specifically were sublime - Flavorful and melt off the bone soft.
Our waiter was very friendly, and the food was served impressively quickly.
The place is also designed quite traditionally and has a very quaint ambiance.
It's definitely a great place if you're in the area and even worth a drive.
I'll definitely be coming back to try their other dishes.
One of the best Thai food restaurants in the valley! We had the yellow curry and chicken pad thai, both were flavorful and portions sizes are enough to share. The waiters are friendly and the service is quick. The waitress makes great recommendations and if you're new to Thai cuisine you can ask any questions without hesitation. The ambiance is cozy and great for a date night. We went on a mid Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy but it was quickly getting busy after we arrived. Seems like it could get very busy for dinner since seating is limited but they do have outdoor seating. Parking is in the back but limited as well.
Good Thai restaurant in the Valley. We ordered the appetizer sampler which I thought was just ok (the breading was a bit on the thick side) but the rest of the dishes were pretty decent. Our table shared a fried fish, red curry, boat noodles, and pad see ew. The dishes were all well flavored but the mild red curry was basically not spicy at all.
Great food, well seasoned. You could definately taste the flavor of every dish. Love the seafood soup. Chowmein was on the sweet side. Yes, they serve Thai and Chinese food here. First time I went the wait was kinda long which I think is always a good sign so I didn't mind waiting at all. My second trip I made a reservation and was seated right away. Overall great experience.
We’ve only done take out, so I can only speak about the food/service. Great regional/general Thai food. From the rice to the classic Thai dishes are some of the the tastiest in NORTHRIDGE area.
My new favorite Thai spot!! We had the chicken pad thai, fish prik king, orange chicken, pineapple fried rice and pork belly in red curry sauce. All the food was DELICIOUS! The service was incredibly fast and the servers were friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for the food, which is great when you have hungry kids. I cannot wait to go back and try more dishes. I definitely recommend this restaurant. 👌
This Thai restaurant is a hidden gem! The vast menu offers something for everyone, and the portions are incredibly generous. My Pad See Ew with chicken was delicious, and it was enough to share with my toddler and have leftovers.
The atmosphere is fun and inviting, with plenty of seating and friendly service. I can see why they're so popular. As I was leaving, they had a ton of to go orders ready, so it’s definitely a popular spot with the locals.
They even have ample free parking, both on the street out front and in a lot out back (accessible through the alley).
They're open until 10, told us take out only when we arrived at 9:25, because they were "just about to close" then gave us old dry chicken and old rice and charged us $40 for it. We won't be back. I feel bad for the owner that his employees clearly don't like him, or just don't care about doing a good job. This place is going under unless someone starts hiring people who want to work.

Delicious local gem!
Loved the food and service.
I used to love this place but they are serving cold food, over done noodles, the curry was so watery, I could drink it as a soup. Something has changed, not for the good.
Very tasty dishes, helpful staff, will return.
Like long lost lovers, they find each other in the night.
On one such night, when the Santa Anna winds sweep across the valley, as they often do in the fall, a refuge, not far from the University, and equidistant from the 101 and the 118 you'll find a quaint little restaurant, a haven, serving all the classics from Satay to to Tom Kha.
If you find yourself cold, in need of something warm, to soothe a tired body the duck noodle soup will do just that.
I've been here many times over the years, and it never disappoints. Much love.

I’ve eaten here years ago several times. The food was good. Nothing special but good. I think the location in Encino is far superior. But the other night my friend and I had dinner here and it was horrible. The food was over-cooked and had no flavor. One dish curdled and definitely came out wrong and they served it anyways. I would be completely embarrassed to serve that food to any human being. Shameful. Especially for the prices they are charging smh.
Great dine in experience. Last month ordered take out and the food wasn’t as good as usual. They gave us credit for the next order. Today we used the credit and everything is great as usual. Thank you for excellence customer service!
Great food, delicious, order was ready on time during pickup.
everything about this place sucks! The Manager/Owner is very rude. I think he purposely put extra salt in my meal to piss me and my family off. The atmosphere is messy with a dirty bathroom that makes you want to lose your appetite. I am surprised they are still in business.
Best Thai food in the valley. Friendly staff and chill vibes.
The yellow curry is my favorite there.
Most of the food is decent but I’m mostly ranting here about the Fried Wontons. They are “chicken flavored” but have no actual meat in them. In fact, they have nothing in them at all, they are just flavored fried dough. This is NOT clear on the menu and no consideration was given when requesting to return or refund the dish
Food was excellent! Much better than Thai restaurants in the area in my opinion. Open kitchen too! One recommend is I would change the music 😅
Love the food, love the service. The northridge location is the best.
Food tasted below my expectation.Tom Yum Goong tasted little bitter and not very fragrant. Crying tiger sauce is missing vital ingredient (fried and crushed rice). Pad Thai noodle was over-cooked and very sweet, on the other hand Green curry chicken was missing the sweetness. Service was quick and the ambience was good, but the food tasted below average.
Most of the food we ordered was good. A couple of people didn't like the fried rice.
We ordered hot and sour soup it was not great had no taste besides sour and it was too sour DO NOT RECOMMEND soup however, pad thai was really good!!! Overall service was good as well.
Dine-in experience is efficient and delicious!
Thai food is always good, especially when authentic and freshly cooked like this place. This is one of the few Thai restaurants that serve the northern red curry.
Flavor town! Definitely recommend this place! Great food and customer service!
I was surprised with the menu. The fact that they have Thai noodles soup like boat noodle made me think that they must be authentic. Turns that the food is just ok
Wow this place is so good. Beef noodle soup and red curry were amazing! Will definitely be coming back for more :)
Service was terrible I ordered takeout on the phone and I had to wait 45 minutes for my food to get out the kitchen. It wasn’t even busy. The staff were unresponsive and didn’t talk to the kitchen until I asked them for the third time. Food is also mid at best. Never coming here again.
This used to wonderful place to eat. I'm not sure, but the appearance of the outside (with those old dirty and nasty temporary tents) in the back lot (along with all the empty, smelly food boxes strewn all around the trash dump) really makes me wonder what else have they "let go" in the kitchen? What a shame.... I'm going back to Bamboo Thai on Tampa. Always looks nice, great food, cheaper! and better in every way from L.K.N.

Orange chicken & chow mien so good
Food is very good...but the service is terrible so hard to get the waiters attention he ignores you as he walks by
I'm giving it five stars for the hand wash and menu. My food hasn't arrived yet.
This place so fire i thought i was in bangkok. My favorites are yelllow curry, pad kee mao, and shrimp rolls
Been wanting to to try this place for a while and so glad I did!! We had the tempera combo platter, pad thai and beef jerky; everything tasted amazing and the food came out quickly. The service was a bit slow but they were busy so I didn’t mind! If you like thai and are in the area this place is a MUST! Need to come back and try other dishes!!

Great Thai place in the valley, good service
convenient parking
Delicious food and very very nice place to sit back and enjoy dinner.
Never again ugh
They served us a seafood fried rice where the rice was mushy
$22 for sticky rice that was unseasoned that is meant to be fried rice
The waitress even said oh because they used newly cooked rice and didn’t have refrigerated rice as they are supposed to use that…. Didn’t even bother to fix it or take it off
Almost everything was under seasoned
Nice and authentic Thai cuisine.
Always take out, drunken noodles great flavor, nice spice level
Always the best Thai food consistently and have been going there for years. They have a location and Encino and tarzana waitresses and stuff always very friendly and take care of you
This has been my favorite Thai place to go. I love all the food, service and the taste is authentic.
Encino 2nd branch is very appealing and bigger.
Love love love this place
You cannot go wrong. The food is clean and delicious. Everything is always fresh and vibrant. Real flavors! The curries are my favorite
Really good food, with good service, priced correctly
valley staple/hole in the wall type of spiel
low level service

Very tasty food rich in flavor
Worst! doesn't taste thai at all. All foods are tasteless. Also I was sick and I have sore throat after I ate this restaurant.
Do not order the broccoli beef. It was very dry. Also, over $17 for a single serving.
some of the best food I've had!!! and always so kind!
I order out from here way too much and I love them so much
Food taste really bad, there are better Thai places in the valley
My new favorite Thai spot!! We had the chicken pad thai, fish prik king, orange chicken, pineapple fried rice and pork belly in red curry sauce. All the food was DELICIOUS! I enjoyed the green curry dish with sea food and squid as well 😋
My favorite item on the menu was the thai iced tea with coconut milk. Definitely recommend it. The sittin was nicely designed and allow for conversation. This place is very affordable too and great customer service.
Food was ok not the freshest I’d say
I've tried many Thai restaurants and this is by far my favorite, the Pad Thai with shrimp is excellent. The only other Pad Thai that comes close is Siam Rice in Valencia. Just a warning, never take Pad thai to go.
Excellent selection of Thai dishes. Lovely, casual Thai restaurant. The food is all made fresh to order, so you may wait a little longer to get your food, but it is well worth the wait. What I love about Thai cuisine is that they give you a lot of options to choose from. They have so many options for Vegans and Vegetarians.
The staff is super friendly and helpful.
I've been to their other location on Ventura Blvd, and this one is way better.
Good
Muy sabrosa la comida y una atencion especial.
Great decor inside! Really admired the maroon interior and displayed art. Had the yellow curry which was hearty and served in a substantial portion size. Would highly recommend
First time being blown away by LA food
Hot fresh and delusions, plenty of vegan options and friendly service.
This food deserves a round of applause!
My second time trying Thai food in my life but this is actually the first time I've had really great Thai food.
Go-to spot for great Thai. ‘Spicy’ is like- dang this has some heat and is still delicious. ‘Very spicy’ is like- I’ve never seen my Indian in-laws so happy! The dining room is always packed and the staff is very positive and happy, every time! Great experience
Not as good as the Encino site. I literally was sick for two days after eating there, and it wasn't really good.
I'm gonna keep it short. Its my no.1 favorite Thai food in the valley area. And I know a good Thai when I try one. This place and Palms in Hollywood and HoyKa are my other top picks.
Your food is exquisite!
Spicy noodles and fried rice were so delicious and the atmosphere was good.
Drunken noodles are a must and the yellow curry is good, its a coconut milk base, but very good with the white rice. Also you can choose a level of spiciness for your dishes!
Got there a little past the last hour. The service quality was equal to inconsiderate.
I love the selection of the dishes and everything was marvelous and I will be going back over and over
This is such a cute spot. The food is really good. I have there yellow curry and was amazed by the flavors. As well I go the pad Thai and it was very tasty. Everything is good about this place. I just wish the music would of been a little different. They were playing EDM music and it’s just a little too crazy for eating dinner 😂 other than that the location and parking is really easy to get too
Ordered our favorite dish Kang-Ho, and tried a new dish called "Gai-Kau southern style" (actually it has a name but I forgot) both were very yummy and tasty.
The food is a hit or miss... but the curry is always good
Great flavors and great service
Very good Thai restaurant. Great customer service- always pleasant 👍
I've been coming here for ten years. The more you know about Thai food the better your experience will be, since there are many northern and southern dishes you have never heard of. MY SUGGESTION ON WHAT TO ORDER IF YOU'RE NEW: Start with Tom kha Gai (Thai soup with coconut milk) and papaya salad (Thai-Style option on the salad) make sure to get a large white or purple rice to eat WITH the papaya salad. Next you will want to choose the pad Kee mao (drunken noodle) then after noodle dish you will eat a curry. I like green or panang curry (if you want potatoes get yellow or massuman) THEN comes the main course, get a grilled whole mackerel fish, or branzino steamed with soybean sauce. You may need more rice with the fish. Go to handels ice cream down the street for dessert 😁
Food is pretty decent. The service seem to be awesome for everyone else. For me it was not that great. Maybe when you go it will be great for you.
This is a all around 4 ,don't expect any more than this . Just didn't seem like they had much interest in their customers needs or if you would like anything else to add to your meal. A little lax for the service side.
Great place to go to! Less greasy Thai food. Clean and nice ambiance too. The waiting time can be a bit long sometimes because this is a small place with a lot of fans :-) They say the "crouching tiger" - a beef dish is good (I hope I said it right). My friends gave a good feedback for that, but I haven't tried. I like the spicy mint leaves dish. The wonton soup is also yummy. You should try this place. Parking at the back or street parking. You won't be disappointed.
Good Quality Thai Food..
Always great food and nice staff.
Very tasty dishes, we got the pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp, the beef and broccoli, the fried tofu, and the chicken sate with peanut sauce. Loved the minced roasted garlic on the beef and broccoli. The sweet and sour peanut sauce that came with the tofu was a hit.
Wasn't impressed. Food was way over priced for the taste. Service was great though.
Been here to many times. I have been coming here for years. I think more than a decade ?
I always get the pineapple fried rice with wild rice substitute. Just say purple rice. You are going to love it !
Local legend, eat here
Great Thai place. Huge menu, everything good. But also, there's a lunch special menu for half price. So great place to go, esp for lunch imo. When there's not that many good lunch special places around.
Love the decor. Very authentic place. Everyone is Thai who works there. Just talking about it now is making me hungry. Think I'll go there now 🙂
Fuimos aquí a comer. La comida esta buena . Pero cuidado al pedir porque pueden poner mucho picante. Les recomiendo no pedir muy picante.
Es acogedor adentro . Y patio area.
Poco parqueo. Banyos limpios. Es comida thailandesa.
Nos Encanto la experiencia. Se los recomiendo. Son sabores diferentes.
This is one of the best Thai restaurant in the valley. Personally my favorite.
Excellent food so tasty we ordered green curry plus ground chicken basil with fried egg and calamari every thing was so good plus we got a tom yum shrimp soup to go ate it at home also very good i Definitely recommend this place
Good as always!
Calling the food mediocre it's actually a compliment. You can get warmer noodles when you order them with doordash and wait for one hour, also a lack of flavour. Soup was so sour like it was made only from lemon juice.... I don't recommend
Well that was one of the most disgusting and sad meals we’ve had in a while. Everything was swimming in low quality oil, nothing tasted good except maybe the purple rice. All the sauces were not good. Super expensive for the shameful quality of food we’ve received. We had to throw away $100 worth of food. We love Thai food and wanted to treat ourselves so we ordered take away. The terrible waste, the high price point, and frankly, the feeling of the cooks not caring about our experience, all drove me here to write this review.
Update: Still loving it here!!!
Love this place. It gets very busy so we try to get there early. Menu is huge so you might want to check it out online before going. Can seat large groups. Friends had the glass noodles, I'm always pleasantly pleased with the yellow curry. There is parking in the back if no street parking is available. Wish they were quicker on drink refills, but truly, that's my only gripe.
Absolute incredible dining experience!
Delicious. Tried coconut soup , their curry beef and Pad Thai it was all so good and lots of food
Lump Ka Naad is a low key place, mainly known by locals. We went to this restaurant by pure accident. The surprise was unexpected. The food the flavor, tastes are simply incredible. The menu is quite extended, and you simply want to come back to see of the next dish can be better than the previous one. A simply delicious and flavorful restaurant
Terrible service. I asked for mild spice and the dish came out with full spice. No one in my (indian) family could even handle it so I knew it was not mild. My mouth was burning and I couldn't even eat more than a couple bites. So I asked if we could send it back (the food was barely tocuhed) and have the dish with less spice. The waiter took our food and then another waiter came back with my same dish saying that you asked for spice right? And I said I asked for mild and he said oh maybe you got confused?? And gave me my same dish back. Never been to a restaurant where they messed up, blamed the customer and then refused to change the dish when it was completely full.
I don't know what happened..a new cook?? I ordered Green curry chicken and for the first time it was somewhat tasteless..I don't know if they were cutting down on something but it wasn't the same.
Tried thier lunch special with spicy glaric tofu which was accompanied with a salad, egg roll and steamed rice.It was amazing... and please beware when ordering the spice levels since they are not going to be skimpy.
It was my first time there, and found it staff to be nice. I already know what my next order is going to be.
Please note the lunch special doesn't have any of the "currys" on it... but on the items they do have, definently worth trying.
First time there, but will be back. Great food. Excellent staff
Love Love this place. The food is always great but the staff is always top notch. when I call in my order they always know its me calling in and know what I want lol I guess I order often. I service is amazing. :)
Best Thai I have had in CA. The duck salad and chicken satay are very good. Thai iced tea is phenomenal.
Staff are all very friendly and attentive.
This place serves some real good Thai good. The service is typically super quick. Definitely recommend this.
Most enjoyable Thai food I recommend this place.
Excellent Food. Good service
DELICIOUS thai food - generous portions. Excited to get back again.
A quant and lovely Thai restaurant nestled in Northridge where you can see your meals being prepared through a glass corned kitchen. Great dinning experience with friends and family alike.
Great food, fast service, ideal for lunch.
