We tried Thai Villa Nipomo for the first time the other night, and wow, what a treat! Every dish was a flavor-packed adventure with amazing aromas and beautiful presentation. The owner was super friendly and gave us awesome recommendations for next time.

We kicked things off with the Tom Kha soup, which was a deliciously tangy and creamy start. Then came the Thai Green Curry with rice and the Pad Kee Mao with ramen noodles—both were out of this world! We wrapped up with Honey Toast, which was a sweet and dreamy finale. And don’t forget the Thai Tea; it’s the perfect sweet sip between bites!

We’ll definitely be back for more fun and fantastic food!

The atmosphere is very welcoming. The food was amazing, taste perfect. Large portions. It was a great dinner with my daughters and I. We'll be back again soon.

I have to say I will never come here again. When my family and I arrived the restaurant was empty so we were the first ones there. When we were seated we weren't asked if we wanted anything to drink as to which we were waiting on two other people. We had to wave down the server, which I assume is the owner for water and we then ordered an appetizer. When the other two family members came we were of course were given more time to decide. The server came back after we looked over the menu and our order was placed.
There was white sediment in my water, one of my family members wanted sauce because her noodles were dry. She was told to grab some from one of our plates which I was floored because that's something you don't tell your guests. When we left there was no fond farewell or anyone in sure as we left. My family was literally saying thank you to air. Nobody came out and it was awkward silence. Horrible experience and it wasn't even busy whatsoever for this bad service. Every time we needed something, we had to wave the server down,plus she was on her phone out in the open on a table in the distance. If I could give 1 Star I would.

I love this Thai restaurant! Best food in Nipomo that I found so far, but then again, I moved here from LA, and where you can find great food anywhere! I do recommend this place if you like Thai food or vegetarian dishes!

What a great meal! It's a little expensive, but the food and service were terrific. Trust whatever dish the server recommends - it will be delightful.

We enjoyed a fantastic, authentic Thai meal. The green curry was the best I've had. The portions are large and the food is fresh! 2 of us got the Bau Buns and 1 order of green curry. It was plenty to share and had a container to take home. The server was very pleasant. It does get busy on a Saturday night so be prepared :-) A lot of takeout orders kept the chefs hopping!

Service took a while to come to us and when we ordered something that was available, but on the menu, she laughed and said it wasn’t available 🤷‍♂️ I ordered the tofu green curry which came out white and no option to choose level of spicy/heat. It was very delicious and did taste like what I am used to, it just through me off. The mango sticky rice was amazing and a must try. Bathrooms aren’t great. Overall nice experience but probably wouldn’t be in my top five choices to go.

The food is 5 star Love the green curry but $18 per container is too much for this portion. If it was bigger like it used to be then I’d pay that but they upped the price and cut the amount not a good combo, that’s why I come here less $36 total for this

Everything were too bland… so disappointing

Delicious variety of vegetarian dishes. Great service and atmosphere, but a bit pricey. I had the avocado curry special with tofu. My daughter had the gai kua with tofu. Our friend got the yellow curry with chicken. We got sides of brown rice and white rice and a fried tofu appetizer to share.

Very disappointed with today's meal. Yellow curry was like water. Too expensive for what we ordered. Good experience in the past. Not so sure about a return meal. Good luck when you order.

Bbq duck is on point

We had my birthday dinner here. I've eaten lunch here many times and always liked the food and staff. Two of us had Pad Thai and I had brown curry. We loved the soup, the second one on the menu. Made with coconut milk and galangal spice that was good as always. My granddaughter is kinda fussy about food, especially something she perceives as "foreign". She told her mom today that she loves Thai food.

First time here not bad enjoyed the outdoor seating the food was really good I would go there again

Stopped on the LA-SF drive and just can't eat any more fast food. Very pleasantly surprised! Lots of veggies and vegan options as well as good meat and seafood available. Definitely worth the stop if you are looking for a good meal on the road.

We had stir fried vegetables with chicken and one with pork. Very nicely done, with fresh vegetables and the chicken and pork was tender and cooked properly. Very mild spices, my wife asked for the spice tray (I'm a lightweight with spices, so the food was just perfect for me). The place is very clean and presents well. Service was outstanding. Prices reasonable, especially for this quality of setting. I had a Thai beer in glass, nicely chilled.

I had the absolute best "chicken pad thai" here tonight. It was a to go order but the service was excellent! Thank you!

Love this place and I've reviewed before with a stellar rating. However went today at opening time, 11:00. Store hours dictated that they should be open but doors were locked and not a soul around. Of your going to run a restaurant you need to be dependable. After discovering my local options I'm not sure they'll get a second chance visit from me.

Took my mother to lunch here as she constantly craves Thai food. They did not disappoint. We were the only people in the entire restaurant..the place was immaculate and very welcoming. The waiter was very friendly and informative. Ordered lunch and my mother got the jasmine tea. Very fancy setup..lunch was served within 10 minutes and came out piping hot and so fresh. The garlic pepper dish was next level tasty with huge chunks of roasted garlic. Everything was excellent. The portions are huge so keep that in mind when ordering and marginally hungry. Could have easily split a dish. I will return for more menu offerings. So happy to have such a great Thai restaurant just a couple of miles from our house. Keep up the good work. You blew my mind.

Food service has always been slow in-house, but not unacceptable when food is freshly made. However, we are giving up trying to get takeout. It takes literally a half hour to get through by phone, and then you are put on hold for longer than 15 minutes. This is the third and last time I waste my time. They should better accommodate for weekend evenings with more staff. Upon pickup, the restaurant usually has only 1-2 active tables, so it seems unreasonable to have such bad phone service. Sad to say, but I give up.

I like to support local business. But the quality of the food has diminished. I hope they can get back on track. I the meantime we'll be going elsewhere.

Horrible 2 hour wait for curdled chunky over sweet green curry, I wouldn't even call it curry! Part of our family ate "a/hour's apart from each other at the same table. Worst part is, the management blamed the new young waitress for the food issues in front of everybody!! Ha! When the waitress was the only one doing her job correctly! 2 hours of wait time 1 glass of wine that they were sold out of every wine other the the most expensive one on the menu... all in all 2 hours no food an a $35 dollar tab for 2 cheap glasses also shorted wine in the glass!

Food was very tasty but not nearly as spicy as most Thai food I've had. There also was no option given to order it spicier.

We absolutely love Thai! And this place did not disappoint!!! The staff was amazing!! And the young man who was our server and the only server handled a full house so clam! We will be back!!!! We had (disregard my spelling) thom kai, pad thai, veggies, garlic beef... All great!!!

Living in Thailand I must say this is the worst Thai food I have ever had. Grapow was nothing like it should be...all peppers..penang curry was water, and pineapple rice had more vegetables than rice. 3 entrees and appetizer and we had to go order pizza across the street after we left so hungry...

So today was the 3rd time I gave Thai villa a try and still disappointed. Our order of fresh rolls again came w no noodles or tofu, it was all lettuce and a few strands of carrot & cucumber and a tiny amount of dipping sauce. $20 for 2 ice teas and and appetizer😞👎

They have the best and freshest ingredients. The portions are large and the quality is excellent. You can't go wrong with any of their dishes.

Even if you don’t love Thai food, you will love the food here. Their ingredients are fresh, really good, and you can find things that work with counting your macros. (Fresh spring rolls-minus the sauce, a little rice with grilled shrimp or
Chicken, add extra vegetables to any meal...they have hot sauces that are very good but not crazy with the calories).

The food is out of this world amazing . I order take out all the time and eat there every week . Jay and Chris do a wonderful job cooking and keeping that place up to scale . Even the atmosphere is great ! I highly recommend this place !! They even have a special menu for lunch that comes with a salad and is a smaller portion for 1. Thank you thai villa 🙏.
