I dropped a star in my rating and uploaded the menu of February 2023 because the prices have been increasing at a significant rate. I deleted my photos of the October 2022 menu (over 3600 views) because in the three months since I posted those photos the prices went up 6-13% (depending on the menu item). I hope the Thai restaurant that will be opening near Amazon Fresh has a menu of better value for the quality and offers some competition that will slow the rate of these rapid price increases.

I loved the lunch special with yellow curry with tofu. Great service too and very good value for money.

Used to be our go to Thai place, years ago, but quality went way down with a change of ownership (I think). I heard it was good and gave it another try, but was very disappointed with the taste. Might be a subjective personal taste, but we were 3 and none of us liked the food.

I always get the lunch special Pad Thai that comes with a small spring roll. It's my favorite Pad Thai place when I'm passing through Moorpark. They offer the convenience of ordering over the phone or online, both of which have been fast and reliable.

We decided to eat here after the thai place we used to eat at went out of business, we'd eaten here once around 7 years ago and I believe it was under different ownership at the time and the food the wasn't anything great but as of recently its become our go to place for thai food, the food is good and we absolutely love Pam, the only complaints are as follows, the parking is awful, second the restaraunt itself is a bit crowded and lastly there have been times where one or two of the people at our table will recieve their order and the others orders don't come out until much later

Decided to try this place for the first time. Placed an order for pickup an hour before they closed and they said it would be 5-10 minutes. I thought great, what great quick service. Got there in 10 minutes and my order was waiting for me steaming hot, again I thought great. I’ve ordered drunken noodles many times from different restaurants and never been disappointed, until tonight. Usually you get some noodles that stick to each other but in literally received a block glob of noodles that I had to cut with my fork like I was eating a cake. So bland and flavorless aside from the basil and the chicken was so dry. I know it’s the end of the day but there is no reason for such a low quality dish. Will never try them again.

My wife just picked up 2 Cashew Nut Chicken dishes. I could not eat it, the chicken is overcooked and dry, and is tasteless. It was a total waste of money (over $30) and time. Maybe their chef is off on Sundays, in which case they should just be closed rather than serving this kind of food. It looks good in the photo until you taste it. Never again.

Really disappointed and frustrated with this restaurant. Have been going here for years because we like the food but having to wait 45 minutes for pickup and then having to wait another 45 minutes is unacceptable.

I love Rachada Thai Cuisine. They have awesome selection of Thai food and as authentic as it can be here in the US. My favorite dishes here are the green curry and spicy glass noodles. If you are in the moorpark area I’d highly recommend to give them a try if you are in the mood for Thai food :)

My wife and I have traveled to over 20 countries and we eat Thai food almost everywhere we go. Our favorite is still Rechada Thai in Moorpark.

I ordered food online New Years Day and had to wait 40 mins. They were slammed. Felt so bad for the guys working upfront and actually the chefs and everyone cuz they were so busy. I have to admit I was a little annoyed I had to wait so long for an online order but honestly it was worth it. The food is phenomenal. Has been every time. Wish I left a bigger tip. I always leave a decent tip but they deserved a mega tip. They were working their butts off. Thank you for the amazing food and staff🙏🏼🙏🏼

Rude service. The server sat us next to an open door when it was 43 degrees outside. The server told us to hurry up and order because there were a lot of to-go orders coming in. We ordered yellow curry and the server asked IF WE WANTED RICE WITH THE CURRY BECAUSE RICE COSTS EXTRA!! I was so confused. It’s like ordering a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for $14, then charging $1.50 extra for the bread. “Um, no thanks. Just put the globs of peanut butter and jelly on a plate and I’ll lick it off. Thanks.” We left the restaurant after this bit of info was brought to our attention.

Don’t order online, my wife placed an order at 5pm and they told her that our food would be ready for pick up at 5:30pm. When she arrived at 5:30pm they told her that her order was next. My wife waited for 40 minutes before deciding to cancel her order and get a refund. (They didn’t even care that she cancelled) They need to improve their online ordering process. Who keeps a costumer waiting for 40 minutes past when their food was suppose to be done? This is the second time they have done this, the first time it was me and I didn’t mind as much, but I was upset when they did it to my wife.

Great food, seriously it's really solid. My problem is always their customer service. Always rushing and treat you like your not really important. Called with 10 minutes to spare for a lunch special (ik isn't cool of me either) but to have me on hold for 10 minutes and then to not honor the lunch special time was a new level of unprofessionalism. If you're just grabbing food and barely need to talk to the front workers, then this is a great place for you! If you wanna sit down or have an issue with your food, they don't care about their customers enough to retain them. If there was a 2.5 star, they'd get that rating

Great service, food was pretty good but not amazing. I had the Chicken tom kha soup. I saw on the bill that it was mild. I would have eaten it at around medium spicy but I didn't know it was a option until I finished it. The Thai tea, sans boba, was tasty, quite strong, and had a good sweetness, not too much. I could have had it less sweet though. It was nice that the soup came with a salad. I didn't know that was part of the purchase. It would be nice if they offered a smaller portion. I think the soup could be split between two people.

Literally the best Thai food I’ve ever had. This coming from someone who is obsessed with Thai food. Classics like Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, and Pad See Ew are so incredibly well-flavored and delicious. This latest time they made a small mistake with my order (first time in dozens of orders) and came and hand delivered it to my house.

FANTASTIC food! Love the drunken noodles :-) There is so much FLAVOR in their food, unlike the diluted taste of most other Thai fare in these parts.

Just picked up my order from here and noticed that one of the orders were wrong. Since it was kinda far and I come here often, I decided to just call and let them know. I even explained to the lady on the phone that I was just letting them know and it doesn’t matter I’ll just eat it. The reply I got on the phone was, “you must not know what To ordered and your wife needs to learn to speak clearer”. Never coming back here again.

Worst Thai food I ever had. This food tastes like someone opened a bag of frozen food and microwaved it. I have been to Thailand many times and had great Thai food around LA but this place does not even come close to comparing. Just sad food.

I have dined-in and ordered-out from Rachada and everytime the food is fresh and tastes amazing! The staff is very nice. I have explored a lot of this menu, and would recommend you do the same. I haven't tried anything I didn't like.

I called in for a pick-up order for a large tum yung gai soup, and a large white rice. I always double check when I’m ordering and let them know I don’t want any coconut milk and I want it about level 7-8 on the spicy scale. I guess they heard me wrong and I ended up walking out with the soup with coconut milk in it. I didn’t check it because they’ve gotten my order right every other time, and I order quite frequently here. I drove a long ways away and when I finally checked it I realized it was wrong and I had no receipt because I paid cash. I called in to let them know it was made wrong and asked if they could write a note somewhere for me for the next time I came in since I didn’t have a receipt. The lady remembered me but then started insisting I ordered the one with coconut milk, and I told repeated what I said when I had ordered it the first time and she told me I never said anything about no coconut milk. She kept repeating herself that I was wrong and she made my order right and wouldn’t offer to fix it or even apologize. I know it’s my fault for not checking before I left, but customer service is a huge factor for me when it comes to buying anything. I used to eat here 2-4 times per month and now it’s going to be zero times per month. Great job guys.

We have never eaten inside the restaurant. We have always had delivery. That being said, WOW! This is the BEST Thai we have ever had. AMAZING! Some of their dishes we have tried to re-create at home but it never even comes close.

The red Thai curry gravy is good, chicken is good, but they only put frozen green beans in it. The other Thai restaurant in Moorpark puts five different fresh vegetables in their curry and its 3 dollars cheaper.

Good place to go for lunch if it's not too crowded. If they have a lot to do they fall back and it gets pretty sketchy. Ive gone in at some times where everything was absolutely fabulous. Its only when its very busy.

Lunch service was fast.. partially because of their 'right sized' lunch menu. I was in and out in 30 minutes and it came with a small soup and salad with a tastey yogurt dressing. Everything was hot and tastey. The server was quick and responsive. I was asked several times how everything was. There is an outside patio dining area as well. They have boba and a large dessert menu on a sign as you walk in. Parking is a little scarce directly in front but there are always spaces somewhere in the center.

Pretty good. Good sauces. Good meat quality. Too many bell peppers.

Food needs more thai influences, but still great service. Dont water down your soups. Flavor comes from the stock/broth

My friends and I went there for lunch and we happened to get there right before their lunch rush. There was only one male server and once we ordered, our salads and soups come. We asked to replace our salads because there was an abundance of dressing on them. We asked to get them replaced with less dressing or the dressing on the side and although he says ok, he never comes back with the new salads so the first salads remain on the table. Our soups were luke-warm but we decided not to say anything and instead not eat the soups. I ordered one of their lunch special "basil beef" and when my order arrived it was "basil chicken" I repeated my order and he said that he would charge me $2 extra. I asked him to take the meal back and if I could have the menu to replace my meal. He brought the menu and never returned, not even to refill our drinks. I will never eat there again.

My son said this place was good so we stop in for a carryout on the way home. The place was not very busy and they said it would be 20 minutes. We agreed on the time, placed our order, and went to the store. We came back 25 minutes later and waited another 15 minutes. The guy finally called us up but was very smarmy. He followed us to the car and said he needed to take order back because it was wrong. He took the order inside then came back a few minutes later. He said the order was right and he was just messing with us. Not that impressed and will not return.

Great place, service is fast ( for lunch). Phad Tai was a bit bland. And they did not ask "how hot do you want it" they put hot spice on table and up to you... Great for a lunch date, but not a Dinner 2nd date.. But for an afternoon retreat: , try Rachada Thai for lunch then get foot massage at place next door.. great cool combo and affordable
