We have been eating at this place for years, the food still maintains its good flavor, it is delicious but the wait for a table is long, there is a parking problem but what they have had for years and continues to get worse is the cleanliness, under the table the floor has leftovers and everything is sticky from floors that have been dirty and poorly cleaned for a long time, but the bathroom is the complaint that I can't let go. I'm leaving you a picture here so you can help me clean them.

Don’t come with large parties here. Our bill was $531.06 before paying I counted the money 5x and it was $550 when my husband went to go pay he was told him he was missing $11 dollars. My husband handed him $11 dollars. How? The cashier ran to my husband and told him “oh sorry. I was wrong. Here’s your $10” so now I am missing $20 because he kept the extra dollar. This isn’t the first time this happens. Stay clear from this place. It’s ridiculous how they steal money from people. We aren’t made of money.

I’ve been going here since I was a child and the recipes/taste quality has stayed consistently delicious the entire time! It’s crazy how this place has been here since the 80s which makes sense because everything has been great from the seafood soup to the pork jerky💗 wish they took credit card so make sure to bring enough cash to tip the staff😇 Thank you Vims love uu

I received a few broken shells on my soup, I choked on it and accidentally bit into one of the broken shells. I came to my dentist office and was told that I have a broken/cracked tooth because of the shells. I tired to speak to not one but 2 different employees the night of the incident and none were helpful. I paid for bad service and bad quality of food. I tired to call once I was at my dentist office and spoke to a " Manager " name NATHALIE which was rude and disrespectful. Speaking over me and not letting me fully explain myself. Even if the restaurant will not be responsible for anything I would still like to speak with someone's regarding the quality to avoid this from happening to anyone or any ones children. I was eating a soup why would there be broken shells?? My family and I have been loyal customers for the past 20 years+ and after receiving bad customer service from supervisor is not acceptable. Like I said before even If I do not receive any help with my dentists cost I still firmly believe I should be giving the chance to fully express and explain myself without being disrespected.

Tasty food, take out orders prepared in adequate time, not long of a wait. Parking is extremely scarce or non existent. Avoid the headache and park on the street and walk to pick up your order.

How do I park in the parking spots with signs blocking them?” The restaurant worker told me that “It is for the market.” I think that is some sort of delivery. I asked when that would be and they said an hour or so. They claimed that I could not park in any of the 6 parking spots blocked off with signs, so I left. They did not make any effort to accommodate me, so they do not deserve my business. It seems like they are in a turf war with the other businesses that share a parking lot. I’m not interested in supporting businesses like this.

Food/Service was 10/10. Only downside is it’s CASH ONLY. Also place outdated with no parking.

The food is good but I hate reggaeton and this is the only type of music they put.

This place is better then ocha. I've beengoing here ever since they were located off Vermont. 30+ years of great thai food. Best in California

Buena comida y servicio rápido .

The delicious food is the best Tom Yum soup I have ever tried: the orange shrimp fry and the chow mein noodles are to die for.
I immensely recommend it.

I have been going since I was little no matter the commute we do. But I am excited about the Pico Rivera location hopefully they open soon.

For a Thai restaurant in my opinion the food isn’t tasty and their soup is no flavorful as other please rate it.. fried rice was very mushy, not to be mean but my friend rice comes out better.. combination chow mein was very rare and difficult to eat

Look, this place has high reviews because it’s cheap and has large portions, not because of good food. I have never left food at a restaurant like that (usually take it home), but the pad Thai was just not that good. My wife and I barely even touched it.

Beef salad was ok, but it tasted like Mexican barbecue - good but not why we went here.

Still hungry… going home to eat now.

Service was good though! I don’t want to knock them on that - they were responsive and had a good attitude.

Siamo stati a pranzo da Vim Hollywood. Le porzioni sono giganti ma buonissime.
Abbiamo mangiato del riso mooooooooolto buono, due tipi: con gamberi (più buono); normale con carne.
Abbiamo mangiato anche della carne in della salsa buonissima, maiale saltato con l'aglio. Abbiamo pagato 50$  per 3 piatti.
Unica pecca, i bagni sono sporchi!

Muy sabrosa la comida yo vengo especialmente por la sopa 7 mares, arroz frito combinación y alitas bbq. Delicioso todo. El precio por estos 3 platillos y 1 bebida ustedes juzguen fueron $59.00

A nice 40+ yrs establishment in Hollywood. The food is good and place could use a renovation especially since it is 40+yrs in Hollywood. NOTE- this place is very close to the Thai community in Hollywood. I would come to the place if in the neighborhood again.

MY SON AND I LOVED IT

We had the spicy beef curry with bamboo and the broccoli beef with oistersaus. We accidently ordered the pork jerky, but we were not sorry.

The food was awesome! So much flavor!

Fast and good food

I've been coming to this restaurant with family and friends since I was kid grow up in California.

Came back to LA for a visit. This place has such an excellent consistency in the taste and quality of their food. Haven’t been able to find the same type of Seafood Soup anywhere else.

Excelente comida

Authentic Thai food! We simply had Spicy Vermicelli Salad, BBQ Pork and Wanton Soup and Pork Fried Rice with a-must-have Thai Chili-Fish Sauce - we enjoyed them all!

Esta muy rica la comoda y muy buen sason y el precio no esta mal la verda por los platiilos que tienen vale la pena lo unico que no me gusto fue que dura una asiendo linia asta hora y media 😢 eso no entonces poreso le doy 3 estrellas y el estacionamiento tambien es muy chiquito ay que esperar que salgan para poder entrar y no que hueva si no es gratis .

Overrated. Most dishes are larger-than-average sizes with average pricing but subpar ingredients, e.g., they use cheap "filler" vegetables such as cabbage and tomato. My pad thai appeared to contain zero tamarind sauce and an excess of orange food dye (WHY?! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THE NECESSITY OF THIS?). Didn't even taste like pad thai. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Would not recommend.

The food was good, not great. Went the other night, a Thursday, got 3 soups, 2 were the same, and egg rolls, and 2 sodas. She didn't write anything down and couldn't remember our order. She kept repeating the soups, but only 2, and added fried wonton AND egg rolls. Whatever, took the egg rolls and the wonton. Got our bill, which should have only been around $65, it was $100!!!! Didn't realize until after we left. Too late to do anything about it now.... won't be returning. And just a bit of warning to anyone going.... double check the prices because what is on the menu is NOT what they charge you.

Boxed up food & gave it to homeless. Not real Thai Food in Thai Town. It was cheap and tasteless Chinese fried rice and a lot of it. I prefer smaller portion of quality food. $4 for a small Thai ice tea that was half filled with ice and watered down. As someone wrote, if you don't see Asians as workers or as customers, keep it moving down the street. Also only Thai restaurant I've been to without vegetarian options. Hope the homeless person enjoyed a hot meal, free meal.

Still a pretty good place to eat. But i feel it lost some of it's luster. The increase in it's prices put itself in comparison with other restaurants in the area, that for my dollar, are a better option.

Amazing experience. The staff was very nice and got our food out quick. The prices were good, and the food was excellent. Apart from the great service, we even got a free drink from the house. Very happy with my experience, and I strongly recommend this place.
