Found this Thai restaurant on accident on a late night my family was in town and hungry. Ever since having food here, I drive sometimes 30 min from Mid City just for this restaurant.
The food is outstanding and very affordable! It is also a mom/pop restaurant and I love that I’m supporting an authentic Thai small business. Thank you Thai Taste! You are my favorite Thai restaurant in LA! May your business continue to thrive and expand!

We ordered "Sweet & Sour" and expected some thing Thai cuisines. But we disappointed it tasted like totally Chinese cuisine. Also there were a lot of pineapples instead of meats. That's why it was too sweet. Other food were pretty good! And staffs were good.

I called ahead because I’m a vegetarian so I always want to double check the ingredients, and they were super sweet and accommodating, letting me know which dishes could be altered. I ordered online and it’s fairly priced especially for the portions. I picked it up and it was ready early, food was hot, and the restaurant was really clean and cute. The food was delicious, I got the Pad See Ew with vegetables and tofu, and the veggies were really fresh and tasty (bok choy, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, peppers, celery…). The flavor was great and it wasn’t too heavy. Would definitely order again! It’s a little hidden gem

Sweet late night dinner spot!

I have been dining here since they opened in the 90s. They are family owned. The taste of the food is very satisfying, amazing, well portioned, and consistent.

Was craving pineapple fried rice, was $18 with shrimp, delicious and exactly what I was looking for, they had it ready in 10 minutes. Very sweet people And I was really thankful that they're open pretty late.

Too bad I don't live in the neighborhood or else I go there way more often but it was really easy to find.

If you order pickup, over the phone so they don't have to pay the apps.

The food is tasty, and the portions are very generous. The restaurant is small, but the service is friendly and efficient.
I often order food to be delivered or picked up, and the service is prompt and accurate.
I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. It is wonderful.

Horrible service!! They make me wait 45 minutes for my pick up order which was ordered on the phone before I arrive.

The food was amazing, truly felt like a home cooked meal, I feel they have their own taste and it’s so good! The service was even better the man working the register, serving tables, & even cooking he’s awesome!

Edit: This place was affected by a fire within the plaza where it’s located 1 year before the pandemic started. After more than 2 years, they are back open and still as good. Come see for yourself.

Been coming here since I was born and my parents have been too since before they got married 24 years ago. Their chow mein never fails and their broccoli and beef lunch special is always on point.

I worked in many 4 star restaurants. but nothing beats the flavor here very authentic as you can get with out having a Asian Granma. glad there open again . best so far in L.A.

I love this thai restaurant, it's Great for a third date that you know is going nowhere. They don't sell wine only beer and sodas, So the best time to come eat here is during lunch time. They have have all the traditional thai food. Orange chicken with a salad is my favorite.

I'd love to give a full review of this place, but it is closed until December 2019. Multiple family members and I met here to get a quick bite to eat, but it is closed down and not accepting business for now.

Looks like there were electrical problems that affected most of the businesses in the strip, since they each had similar signs in their windows.

I have be ordering from Thai taste for over 10 years. They have some of the best pad Thai I have ever had!!!!

A friend and I had dinner here last week. The lady server was very friendly and knowledgeable, she answered all our questions patiently and completely. Food was very good.

I don't like to give negative reviews, but sometimes it can’t be helped. If service is important to you, then this place is probably not where you want to go. Two months ago, a group of us went here along with a small quiet service dog (with proper documents). The waitress didn't want to let us in with the dog, but we showed her the legal documents, sat down and proceeded to wait, wait, wait, while others got served. We asked 3 times for the menu but were ignored while others got service. We finally left. She demonstrated a bad mood, terrible attitude and no clue of laws related to service animals. Her attitude was the total opposite of what one would expect from a Thai place… NO smiles here! We gave the place another chance a few days ago (without a dog) and guess who was still there. After a good wait, she came over asking what we wanted to order without ever offering a menu. We left again (for the last time)…

First time trying Pad Thai here, and made me fall in love with it. Service was super friendly, and great!

Been coming here for 12 yes. The food is so good. Best wontons, Thai salad, pad Thai and the teryaki chicken is different but better to me.

Added $5 for tip for order $19 THEMSELVES after I pick up the Togo. Not honest business mind.

The waitress had attitude problem, the food wasn't great and small portion. Mostly Chinese food, instead of Thai. For $9 lunch special, they serve a very cheap noodle as Chow Mein. Parking is limited & very narrow, hard to manuver. Heavy traffic, hard to make left turn or even to get out from the complex. Won't come back.

Best Thai in LA for an INCREDIBLE price.
Our favorites are the Tom Ka soup, but you really can't go wrong on this menu. We eat here about once a week and it never lets us down!

I'm just SOOO amazed at how stupid some businesses are. I was there to get some take-out that I had ordered over the phone. When I arrived, I realised that I had forgotten to get rice, with is $1. The bill was $15.15. I had $16 in my pocket. I asked the manager, "Can you throw in a small rice if I give you $16?" The answer was, No.

What stupidity! People go back to a restaurant because the food is good AND because they feel good going there. That 15 cent discount would have engendered gratitude, loyalty and a desire to return. Instead, here I am posting how annoyed I am on Facebook and Google and naming names! Don't be a dum-dum... learn how to cultivate customer loyalty.

Excellent food. I had the green curry and my husband had orange chicken. Both dishes were tasty. The lunch prices range from 6 to 10 dollars per person. I will definitely go back again.

There was a little wait after being seated, but the food was inexpensive, tasty & plentiful. Weird: restroom is through the kitchen.
