Music was really great and a good volume and the tvs aren’t playing sports (big plus for me) lights get adjusted throughout the day and super groovy/romantic. Great place for a date night or to mingle with some friends!

After a few drinks and some dancing, I realized I had lost my wallet with precious photos of my son that recently passed away inside. Panic set in and I was searching everywhere and couldn't find it until an asian security with long hair who was at the door noticed and asked if I was missing something and without hesitation, he helped look and found it !

To that security if you ever see this I wanted to say thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness meant more than you know and we need more people like you in restaurants, bars and in life.

A great little.dive bar with amazing Thai food. The bartender and chef was our gracious host. We got the Shrimp Wraps, Mama Noodle Soup, and Pad Kee Mow (drunken noodles). All of it was great. Shrimp Wraps were perfectly crispy. The soup was flavorful. The Pad Kee Mow was so delicious and spicy. Also tried a Thai lager and some Thai tea.

We will return. Mainly suggestion is not to bring a big group just because the staff is small, intimate, and friendly, so small groups may be best.

Me and my friend were far away from homes on a Thanksgiving. We came along this bar just to have a drink.
The atmosphere in here was like a family celebration, they treated us with a dinner, turkey and candies.

Really great little place! They have cocktails and a pretty large selection of imported South Asian beers. It's a family owned business and you can feel the love they have for it.
The food is quite good and the price point is very good! They have a little kitchen with one cook, so sometimes you need to be patient, but it's totally worth it!
Not laid out for large groups, but they have a pretty good sized bar with seating that a larger group could utilize, and little booths that are best for 2 people (or 4 people who want to be cozy).
Pichya was working the front and she was super nice and friendly! She answered any questions I had and I enjoyed chatting with her

THE BEST Thai food in LA, hands down. Woman owned & such a hidden gem on every level.

Amazing Thai food! Super fresh. The noodles are never clumped or sticky. Friendly bar staff. Various artists and events happening on some nights, e.g., body painting, comedy, DJ's, etc. Seating is limited but the vibe is eclectic and friendly. Definitely worth checking out!

They stay open ‘til 2 a.m. but the kitchen closes much earlier, FYI. Like before midnight.

Everything about my experience was perfect up until I had the $4 CBD shot… It left me impaired for the whole day afterwards and “CBD” has never done that to me. Don’t think they should be serving that to just anyone

If you’re here for food, eat someplace else. The food is disgusting and service takes forever.
This is honestly a pit stop to make to the Biergarten across the street. Stay for one beer and keep it moving. The mixed drinks lack flavor and weak. The bartenders have issues; some days cool and some days moody. You guys earn tips last time I checked, treat customers with respect.

Amazinnnnng, My husband and I were hungry late night Christmas Eve and we wanted something to eat (Me,Thai 😅)really bad. We searched and searched, mind you it was around 12am. We (I, lol Husband was ready to give in) finally found this Gem and was COMPLETELY satisfied. VERRRY VERY welcoming, Bartender that night was amazing, the owner made out dish herself and it was more than I expected ! We felt home and that's the best feeling ever. To us home is Love and this place was field with the highest principle known to Men, LOVE. Definitely My new Favorite place in LA. Peace and Love Thai Angel! Also the name is a perfect fit! An Angel is a thought of Allah Manifested is Human flesh.

our check had false prices of items on it and the waitress said they changed the price of things yesterday but she didn’t seem so sure cause the menu had the “old prices” seemed suspicious and everything was as doubled

I'm so upset that I dined here. It was one of the worst dining experiences on top of the bartender offending us. The food took 40minutes!! Just the appetizers alone took 30min... it was just fried food. No crab in the crab fried rice. The drinks were soooo sweet. I asked for my drink without simple syrup and it was still TOO Sweet. On top of that the server brought food for the to go orders who came in after us. She asked if we were in a hurry as if that meant we weren't hungry?? She then offered free shots to the group who came in after us...but not us the group who ordered a bunch of food and have been waiting for 40minutes!! It was a strange experience. I will never eat or drink here again. I'm truly offended by this whole experience. I want my money back and I will get it back tomorrow

The Spicy Fried Rice w/crab was delicious as were the Eggrolls

Unassuming dive bar with just the right kind of atmosphere that will transport you away from the hustle of LA. Exceptional service from the owner (Jamie) and her staff who are some of the most gracious bar host I've met. Aside from the array of casual to exotic drinks that you can get at any bar in town, the food dishes served here are what sold me to keep coming back for more. There's an upstairs indoor private deck you can rent out for parties or just to partake in some good old fashioned karaoke. Hardly busy during the early hours of the evening, but it can get a little crowded on late night weekends.

Incredible food, drinks, and service with a laid-back atmosphere in a family-run establishment, what’s not to love? We had the Chicken Kra Pow, Bat Wings, and Pork Jerky, all of which my companion, who has spent a great deal of time in Thailand swears is better than anything he’s had in Bangkok!

The atmosphere on a post-pandemic Monday night was enjoyably chill and laid back, but we were told that if you’re looking for a great party vibe to come in on the weekends. Either way, I can’t recommend this place enough!

A great Thai restaurant in a friendly dive bar, Thai Angel did not look like a promising place to have dinner. It is relatively dark and looks more oriented towards drinking than eating. However, I soon discovered that the drink menu has several tasty original cocktails and that they have their own free parking lot behind the building. The bat wing appetizer was great with a dipping sauce that had a surprisingly complex flavor. Our entrees were also great. The pad see ewe was so tasty that I couldn't stop myself from polishing off the whole dish despite a level of spiciness that would usually stop me from eating more than half.

The food here is so good!! We ordered to go but the atmosphere was awesome and it I'm sure we'll be back to eat in.

Some of the best spring rolls I've ever had! Really fresh and flavorful food. Easy parking behind the building (rare in this area) and good service. Sadly no liquor license which is pretty terrible because nothing goes better with Thai food than beer. Great Thai coffee.

My wife and I frequented this establishment at their prior location. The staff there was always nice and friendly.

My daughter, grandson and son in law visited the new location for a late lunch on 04-14-18.

While there, my daughter sent me a text stating that the owner overheard my grandson asking for french fries. The owner took it upon herself to have fries delivered to the restaurant for my grandson to enjoy.
