He recommended delicious dishes and attended our table at all times during our time there. We had a couple different sushi rolls which were very yummy and some appetizers. I live in Coral Gables and have been eating at Moon for years. Great pan Asian menu with lots of sushi, Thai, and Japanese/Chinese. If I had one complaint, it’s that the place needs a deep power washing cleaning or a remodeling.

When questioned why same item is in two menus brought to my table the manager told me that “those where old prices and an old menu” lost a customer for the horrible customer service. BEWARE! they have altered prices DO NOT COME HERE!

The service was fantastic and the food was great. Had the tom ka soup which had a great lemony flavor and nice kick to it, spice it to your liking. Main course was the mussaman curry which had great flavor, kids chicken teriyaki was good and the sushi was fresh. Have been coming here for a few years and it never disappoints, highly recommend if you’re looking for Asian cuisine.

We had the chicken satay, chicken/shrimp pad thai mix, and volcano chicken. All tasted amazing, we were stuffed but ordered another dish and a couple boxes to keep trying more. Would definitely recommend!

Chill environment with amazing food and great service. I got the yellow curry with chicken and it was divine! For appetizers, I got the steamed bbq buns, vegetables rolls, and krab wontons. I enjoyed everything that I ordered. My server was wonderful too and very attentive to our needs 😊

Well this used to be one of my favorites. I do have to say that although the service and atmosphere were still exceptional. The quality of the food is not what it used to be. Prices are up and quantity is down. The difference in plate size and food was obvious from past visits. Very disappointing.

I went to Moon Thai this past weekend and I ordered chicken fried rice and it was really cold. The service was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager and she was even worse than my server. Saying they couldn’t do anything about my order, and couldn’t get a refund.

If i could rate 0 stars i would.

I use to go to the one at Southland mall now I go here. The meso soup feels so good. I normally get the Santa Monica with peanut salad. The seaweed salad is a very unique texture and taste, it is like nothing else. This place is not super fancy, but it would be a good place to bring a date. Thank you for offering a military discount.

We use to go every week and spend appx $130. The food was always ok but the service was just horrible! It's way too slow, the waiters don't know what they're doing, etc. It's just not worth it so we stopped going. Shame.

The place itself was very nice and found parking quick plus it was close to the ice rink.
The food wasn’t the great but our server was one of the best parts of our dinning experience.
I did like that they have a kids menu, my niece ordered the California roll and it came in a count of 6 sushi plus 3 other yummy rolls they add to the order, she said it was a 7 out of 10.
The barbecue pork buns were not edible, couldn’t finish them, we each took a bit and place it right back on the plate but the server noticed and was nice enough to ask our opinion and removed them from the bill.
I ordered the California roll from the regular menu and let me tell you, 4 out of 10 for me because the avocado was on the dark side and it wasn’t all that great for sushi.

We also ordered the steak gyoza, 🥟 3 out of 10 for me, not fresh and not home made, didn’t enjoy, very mediocre and disappointing.

The steak fried rice 🍚, never again it was plain, even the meat was plain, hard and dry. Everything but the food was great, the food was bland no taste.

Excellent Happy Hour from 4:30 - 6:30PM and ladies 2x1 drinks!!

Horrible service that take an hour just for an appetizer PICK UP ORDER not even sitting… something placed on the phone over an hour ago.. on top of that I went again another time and they took 40 min for another pickup order to have me standing in the restaurant for another 15 just to tell me they were out of what I had ordered AND ALREADY PAID FOR. The service is horrible no one attends to you at all and the food isn’t worth the wait hassle or money.

Moon Thai in Kendall was our go to Thai spot located close to home. The ambiance was always amazing and the food was the best in the area. They changed management and their menu and the place went from a 10 to a 0. We have never been so disappointed. We thought maybe it was a 1 off with the new menu/management so we gave it another try. We walked into what looked like a banquet hall party. They had dimmed all the lights and had a DJ with music blasting. It was embarrassing to see what they are doing this to this place. Very very sad. Moon Thai in Coral Gables will now be our go to.

I usually dine in but this time I decided to place a pick up order. Everything goes properly and in perfect timing. But I get little upset when I saw my chicken teriyaki, it was a simple sliced chicken breast grilled ( even little undercooked) with a splash of sauce on top . Definitely not the best dish. I like chicken teriyaki and I also like this place , hopefully they can consider to find out a better recipe for it.

I like to thank Salvador and management for making my birthday very special! We really enjoyed the food and ambiance, but mostly Salvador’s kind and attentive service. He went above and beyond my expectations!
