Came here on a Sunday with the family paid bout 100 for my meal we'll spent I might add food was good.. the bad part here is the service 4 beverages gave me 2 straws served me my soup but didn't bring my rice out ...if you wanted anything from the waiter you had to get up and go tell them at the front cause just by you looking at them trying to make eye contact with them is not going to work. This was my experience 11/10/24

The servers need to acknowledge more and appreciate . No personality whatsoever and awkward. Jade Siam on Slauson does not have that issue. Had I known any better I would have skipped this place. It's important to read reviews!

First time coming to this place we had a hard time finding parking since the restaurant don't have a parking. The food was good the wonton soup was ok not exactly what I expected, the customer service wasn't that great. The restroom is not baby friendly, it sure was very inconvenience since we had to change the baby pamper.

Loved my Mongolian plate. Didn't quite enjoy my husband's Coconut, mushroom, lemongrass soup it was a little too bitter. I've had this soup at other restaurants and never had any issues with it. Also, service was terrible and I would understand if the place was full but it wasn't. I will say this though I'll give it another chance due to the menu 😍😍

Fantastic Thai food, especially their curries and Thai soups!! Everything has its own unique flavor and is worth trying over and over again. There are also choices for levels of spiceness on curries and other entrees...if you prefer it very spicy then they got you cover it...if you like it more mild, that's an option too.

Thai food here is great. I drive from Hawthorne just to get their food. It is worth coming here to taste their food.

Muy buena sopa de mariscos picosa un 10 , los eggroll también un 10 . El showering un 8 /10 (mi gusto). Super recomendado

Experience was bad ! We had a table of 5 as soon as we walk in it was really bad service. the lady with blonde hair is rude. Was ask to wait outside for a booth while it was cold under 45 degrees. She didn’t understand/ or hear anything we said. We ask if we can order while we wait for a booth or take it to go and her answer was no didn’t even try to accommodate the customer at all. We been coming for couple of years and now the customer service is BAD! Don’t waste your time there no parking and they have you stand outside to wait too.

First time trying this establishment and the food was delicious. Had the Spicy Mixed Fried Rice, the Teriyaki Chicken and seafood food and it was great. They do take some time to prepare the food, but its very good so its not an issue for us. 😎

Always a good experience. Parking can be difficult to find but usually no wait to get seated, unless you’re a big group of course. Food doesn’t take too long and is always delicious.

I also see a lot of negative comments regarding the ladies that work there and listen a lot of you have to understand these are professional workers there to work and serve not to make a 10 minute conversation or for male customers to try and hit on. Did not have what I originally wanted, came and order in person to go, sat at a booth with company and were asked to stand to leave the booths for people… the place was barely filled. Bad customer service, won’t be coming back. They had plenty of space and booths for people to sit. Too top it off no condiments…

Araya is good. Since I found this spot I can't go anywhere else. Food is great. Staff is nice.

Called 6 times they didn’t pick up, went in to order and it took 30 mins to get my food. Not to mention the attitude of the lady who took my order and when I went in to order as I was ordering she took a phone call. In addition when I went it wasn’t pact or anything, there was 3 tables of 3 ppl in each. Every other table was empty. So it’s not like they were busy. They have good food but the service was just not the best.

the first time I went to Ariya on e.gage,h.p. I was very surprised that the manager or owner treated one of his employees very very rudely right in front of the customers,on that occasion he yelled and scolded his waiter like as a child or worse..... I haven't been there since 7 months ago. The food was acceptable tasty.

This is usually my go to place for Thai food, but lately service has been getting worse. Today I went in got handed the Menu and got forgotten. Every one that got seated after me was getting their orders taken. I walk up to register and asked cashier if some one was going to take my order because I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes. This new male waiter walks behind me and with a really nasty attitude yells, Every one has been waiting for over 20 minutes which was a lie because the 2 parties sat after me and behind me got their drinks and orders taken. So honestly I just walked out and took my business some where else.

Great spot in HP. The quality is top notch too. Definitely worth checking out. The Chow Mein is different than advertised on the window. We got a thicker noodle than i saw. Not the best, not the worst. Definitely enjoyed the orange chicken, pad thai, and beef fried rice. The beef was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best fried rice ive had in a while.

Before they was nice and helpful then they start raisin prices and food and services getting really bad every time I expend $150-$200 so I have to look for better place to buy...really bad..

The food is great don’t get me wrong but the service is awful. My family came in at 4:00 got seated around 4:25 and didn’t get our food till 6:00. Besides a few servers, the workers don’t seem like they care.

Food is but service is very bad, my friend and I, went for dinner , server brought my dish first and 10 minutes later my friend 's dish , I tried to talk to the server and she walked away, 3 servers were working it wasn't that busy, they never came back to us to see what we need. Even though I left 10% gratuity, I shouldn't leave anything.

This has been my go to place for lunch for many years. They discontinued the lunch special. Its hard to buy plates when its just for 1 person. I don't mind paying more if that was the issue. I wont be going back anymore. The food is good, but not if you're just going for a 1 person lunch

This is to the owner/owners…… I place an order via-phone, $135 then I was asked for my credit card info…. I go and pick-up the order…. I get told order does not get charge then why ask in the 1st place…..I attempted to pay with Apple Pay/tap to pay and again, you don’t take payment…. Are you kidding me! 1st and last visit! Made me turn around to get my physical card. The food is alright btw

Parking is limited on the street but doable. Visited 2x in one week. Next week.. Orange Chicken or Drunken 🥴 Noodles 🍜??

Customer service it's always very good. I used to eat here at least once a week but last few times I ate here the quality of food wasn't very good, sometimes very oily, sometimes the Chao mein was overcooked. I always crave this restaurant but then I remember how food was last time and I don't want it anymore.

I used to love the food there. I stopped going because the waiters/waitresses were deliberately providing great customer service to two white ladies while my husband and I waited and never got our order. I regret not speaking to a manager. At that point we just wanted to leave. Never have I ever felt so discriminated.

I'm a regular customer and all I have to say is that I'm never disappionted with their food and their friendly customer service. The blonde waitress and the tall waiter know my order by memory and knows what condiments I want in my bag. They have the best pad thai in town anywhere else I wouldn't recommend ordering.
