I ordered hot food along with my sushi this time and it was a hit. The 🍲🥦beef & broccoli with fried rice was awesome. I only have 2 complaints. 1. We never get enough spicy mayo. My order is always over $100 and I always ask for extra and always order at least 4 sushi rolls. Can a girl just get some more spicy mayo please? 2. Although the spring rolls are crispy and delicious, being that they are no bigger than the size of your thumb, I feel like you should get more than 2 in your order. Boon, can you please spring for a third roll & some more spicy mayo?

Hidden Gem in West Boca.

Most people like me have to drive 30 minutes east to eat some good Thai food. This place is right down the street in a shopping plaza with a ton of free parking. A must if you are a West Boca resident! Try the Miami Roll you will not be disappointed. Our Waitress Naomi was kind and knowledgeable and enjoyed talking about her native Japan.😊

This was my first time ordering from this place and I am completely in love with their food! I wonder how they do in normal conditions when you can dine in, but as far as their take out (due to covid-19, you can’t dine in) I was impressed by how organized it was.

There were a lot of people ordering and I had almost no wait and my food was ready in 15mins. I did find their prices a bit on the expensive side, but you are definitely paying for what you are getting. Really fresh taste, good portions, beautifully made and everything was delicious! The weather was so nice I ate my food in a park near by and everything kept its right temperature. Definitely coming back whenever I’m in Boca Raton again.

I just love this place. Consistently good year after year. We eat here at least once a week every single week. They do not have a weak area on the menu at all. Exceptional Japanese and Thai cuisine. They have the absolute best sushi and especially sashimi of anywhere in South Florida. The fish is always exceptionally fresh. They even have delicacies such as Uni, Amaebi, and Saba that you don't see in a lot of sushi menus.

A hidden gem. Delicious food and great service. I don't want the secret to get out because then it will be too hard to get in.

Ordered via Uber eats several times. They didn’t have an option to add eel sauce on the app and I called to request for me and the guy otp said he would add it in the order. Every single time they say yes they will add it to the order and not once is it actually put into the order. Very disappointing they drop the ball on such a small service detail.

Owner always takes care to make sure food and service is the best in West Boca.

My women's social group had dinner there last night. The staff was very accommodating and patient. The food was delicious and all 18 of us had a fabulous time. Hats off to our waiters and the chef!!

My favorite restaurant in west Boca!

You never get utensils from these people. You can tick the box on Uber eats, or you can call when you place your order to ask for utensils, to make double sure. And you won’t get them. I’ve ordered from Boon’s 20 times in the last year and never got so much as a chop stick in the bag. It’s hilarious.

By far the best sushi I have had in awhile. Super fresh, great presentation, and the staff was amazing. Green dragon roll was so good and the spider roll was awesome.

This place is very close to me so we go there all the time. The food there is delicious 😋 The chicken pad Thai, the Mexican roll and the Ocean Rainbow roll are my favorite. The Sashimi dinner is also yummy. Everything there is so fresh. Definitely a thumbs up 👍🏼

Great experience

Quite a variety of asian food. So far consistent food taste and quality. Also the staff is very attentive. Everytime we eat in our server checks on us like 8-10 times a little too much but not obnoxious.
For take out they seem to pay close attention too. They always put “1 of 2” etc on the bags. Been ordering here since i moved in boca last summer and so far take out has been right and complete

Ordered the Yaki Udon Bowl spicy on line like I often do but there was no heat in it whatsoever. Very disappointing.

I ordered the pad Thai and it came with someone’s hair , I called the restaurant told them about it and she said she would return it !! Long story short they didn’t .. I’m sad because I loved their restaurant when they open in Delray .sadly because of this experience I will never RETURN!! I wonder if anyone else of African American decent experience such ?

This is one of my gfs and my favorite places to eat. Its been open forever and her family introduced it to me. Boons is a must try in Boca, and while a bit pricy it never disappoints. I'll choose boons over their competition 10/10 times.

Best chicken satay ever! Curry was delicious and the pad thai was OK. I'm not a regular, but I could tell many other people were. The restaurant staff would greet patrons by name upon arrival.

I have been getting sushi at this place for a while as I have lived in West Boca pretty much my whole life and they never disappoint, so fresh and tasty! The people who work there are the sweetest and the family that own are amazing, they even will give us discounts or a free ginger salad because my boyfriend Justin and I order there a lot. Delicious rolls you should try it yourself and you won’t regret it.

Let me start by saying I'm an extremely picky eater when it comes to dining out; by far, Boon's is the freshest, tastiest Asian Bistro in the area. We dined in and the service was quick and courteous while the food was fresh and portions were plentiful! Would 100% recommend dining in at Boon's...top notch... Chef's kiss... Bravo!

i ordered from boons on doordash twice. i got a kids katsu box, thai tea, and miso soup. everything tasted great, but for the thai tea, how they packaged it was odd. idk if it was the driver or the store tbh but when it arrived to me the drink was wrapped in plastic wrap, placed in the bag, and it fell over of course so it spilled on everything. idk why it just wasn’t carried separately AS A DRINK. at least most of it remained in the cup. the second time i got a duck soup and for the price paid, kind of disappointed. the menu is very pricey.
UPDATE: I always had this food through doordash but this was the first time i've sat down to eat here. We came on an extremely rainy day. Easy parking even though I still got soaked running in from the lot. It wasn't busy and the lady and younger guy that served us were so nice. The food was delicious, inexpensive, and nicely and quickly prepared. Really big portions too. I had a kid's chicken katsu and that was even too much for me. The Thai tea is delicious, but very sweet. Def bring home and add more creamer or milk to it. More to drink! My cousin liked the kid's chicken lo mein, and mom loved her soup and shumai.

The Best Tai restaurant in West Boca

I had headed up to visit a friend I hadn't seen in over 12 years. We talked and talked for ages and realized I hadn't had lunch, yet.
I was starved. Unfortunately I am on a diet so needed to ensure I have a fiber, protein and veggie.
The waitress was pleasant, took my order and within a short time, I received the order. It was very quick. Although, the restaurant wasn't so busy.
I asked for a plate so I can arrange my food since I have to take a photo of it and send to my Nutritionist. My waitress accommodated my request happily.
I will definitely be coming back here.

If you love Thai food you NEED to visit this place 😍! I ordered the wonton soup and chicken tempura rolls for an appetizer. They both were so good! The Thai tea was also very creamy and delicious. For my entree I ordered vegetable lo-mein that was yummy. I usually order from this restaurant through Uber eats but dining in was a great experience!

Lovely local spot with affable service. Expect Japanese and Thai menu options. They do an enormous amount of take-out business. But my family and I prefer to a corner booth where we can take our time and savor the fresh and savory options.

The food is prepared deliciously and are very quick.
Our waiter was called Bobby, I have to say his service in such a way that he would put 5 star places to shame, never let our drinks get low, our order was made perfectly ...extra crispy on the duck!
Gave us fresh white rice to take home and even wrapped our to go bag with a handle!
Bobby was very attentive the whole time we were there and gave us the so respectful thank you and good by .
If you want great service Bobby is a must go to!

Sunday and I was in the mood for sashimi. I haven't been to Boon's in years and decided to try it again.
I ordered the Sashimi Dinner, 16 slices of assorted fish, served with a bowl of sushi rice and a green salad.

Very fresh fish and very good.

Terrible quality fish and rice. Smelled fishy, and they gave me pieces of raw octopus and a fake crab stick as sushi entree. Disgusting and cheap.

I have dined at Boons when it first opened many years ago. Although I don't live in Boca, I stopped thru to pick up a take out order of sushi rolls and miso soup. The soup was bland and pasty, the rolls were unappetizing, too big and some were failing apart. Sushi rolls should be bite size slices. Those pictures are what was held together.
So disappointed.😕

Good portion sizes

The Chicken Fried Rice is excellent, even though some other dishes are a little salty. Take out some salt to make the food even better.

A nice, local sushi bar w a fun mix of modern rolls and dishes. Service is warm and friendly, and pricing is good. Standouts for me included the summer rolls and fried rice.

Boon’s Asian bistro is the best Pad Thai my wife and I have had since we last visited Chiang Mai, Thailand. In the past two weeks we’ve eaten there 5x. Another winner dish we like there is the hamachi jalapeño appetizer. If you love Thai food and sushi this is the place to eat!

I would love to have given them a 5-star review as sometimes their food and service deserves it, however it's a lack of consistency with their Thai dishes that's the problem. I enjoy authentic spicy Thai food and if for example you order their red curry and order it spicy it is spicy every time. Unfortunately this doesn't extend to the whole menu. Their "from the wok" section for example about half the time I order spicy basil chicken or red chili sauce or mixed vegetable it's authentic Thai spicy and half the time it's very disappointing. Possibly an issue with who the chef is that night, but now they'll only get me as a customer if I'm in the mood for red curry, for other dishes I'll go to another Thai restaurant.

We had no complaints previously. It was no chopsticks, wasabi and instead of soy sauce they had delivered rice wine vinegar.

EDIT: It’s been great! We usually order Friday and I always order ceviche mix and I loved it all times, but we ordered on Monday this time, and seems the restaurant has different chefs and it makes significant difference in the same exact ceviche this time it contained artificial crab meat, octopus 🐙 and shrimp 🦐 and no dressing at all (the sauce that made me addicted to the ceviche on Friday is not there anymore ) :( which is less tasty (( to me than the one on Friday I wish it wasn’t changed at all. Just so you know I leave it here.
Please try to not change the recipe so much.
