It’s owned and operated by Thai people so the food can be made to be very authentic (which I love). The crispy catfish salad is super crispy and delicious—it's a rare find and absolutely amazing! Other dishes like tomyum, tomyum fried rice, khao soi, pad thai, etc are also very. Actually I loved everything here! Totally recommend!

While we lived close to this place for years, we never actually came and boy were we wrong for that.

We came, for the first time, during lunch and we soon found there were lunch specials which are such a good value. You get soup along with your dish for 10 bucks!

For dinner, the portions are more sizable but you lose out on some included sides like the rice and wonton chips, but the food is simply delicious. Not too salty, not too sweet, not too salty!

The service is always prompt and friendly. They check up on you and always take care of you, but not to the point where you can't hold a conversation with each other and it becomes annoying.

This location is surprisingly good! The eggplant dish was really good especially with the spice, pad see was soft and fresh, and the tom kha refreshing. The interior is much more welcoming than the exterior.

Fantastic restaurant if you want Thai food, the server who took our orders was attentive and always asked us if we needed anything which was great service to us. The food in the other hand was so good, appetizers I ordered Chicken Satay and it was fresh and the peanut sauce creamy and delicious, the main course a Penang Curry thick and creamy with perfect fluffy rice to go with it, all washed down with Thai tea! Hope to try more of the dishes in the future this place is chefs kiss amazing!

I brought my friends here for dinner because my family loves the food here. But the service was not that good. Our server was impatient and didn't even offer us drinks. He went straight to asking for our food order and it's like we felt pressured to hurry up and eat and leave because they would surround us like vultures just waiting for us to eat and take our dishes. To top it off, they add the tip themselves, not caring if the service was good or not. The tip is an option, not a charge of any sort. Very disappointed as my friends left with a very bad experience here. Might not go back.

I have seen this restaurant a lot since I worked out in this area before, but didn't get the chance to visit it till now. The food were good and you can't go wrong in Thai restaurants if you order pineapple fried rice, papaya salad, pad thai, and tom yum. My family always orders this combo in any Thai restaurant. If you are not sure what to order in Thai restaurant, order like me. Staff in Thai restaurants are always very nice and friendly.

I've been coming to this place for years I mean years and they always have the same consistency with food which is always great I've never had anything bad. You got to try the boat noodle that's probably one of the best dishes there for a noodle dish. Not to mention the staff is great The owner is awesome and you got to try it you just got to try it.

Stir mixed vegetables not well done

Intentional or not 3/7 of us got severe food poisoning. Im a regular customer and im NEVER coming back. Not sure if it’s because we ordered 7 dishes before they closed their kitchen but this is just completely unacceptable.

Curry didn’t come with rice and merchant didn’t mention it in the app, so I ended up driving 15 half an hour to find a restaurant that sells steamed rice. Also to-go order came with no utensils and napkins.

We’re so happy we gave this place a try! The food was fantastic, and the service was great too. We ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken, Pad See Ew, and Spicy Basil Fried Rice, all at medium spice level, and everything was delicious. The flavors and spice were spot on! I’ve been here a few times because my friend likes this place. I vouched for this place and told my husband he had try this place. He ordered the Thai BBQ chicken… he ate it… it was hot on the outside, but cold in the inside.

I continue to come because of my friend and I love their curry, fried rice, and peach iced tea!

My husband never wants to go here again, but I continue to go. Would have been a 5 star if my husband didn’t experience cold chicken.

Amazing thai food! Service is generally good. My kids love their Teriyaki Chicken. We love the Tom Kha coconut soup.

The yellow curry and the drunken noodle keep me coming back. So delicious, I order ahead of time and it’s always on time and perfect!

The clam was not fresh, then TOM YAM soup only had few piece of peeled shrimp, small mushrooms and 2 slices of tomato. Big disappointment!

This has been my go to place for years but lately the food has been too greasy and the quality of the ingredients is not the same. The fried rice I ordered last time was swimming in oil and the chicken was full of gristle that just ruins the taste. Also, make sure orders for dine-in are prepared first. It seems to go orders are given priority.

Their lunch specials are great for quick lunch deal, but served until 3 PM

The staff are nice, the food is well prepared, and their is ample seating if you have a big party. If you have not already done so, give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

The food tastes great. The value and price are the best. The female staff seem rude. Last time the bills with multiple people in our group had the tip included but didn’t disclose that, then bill asked for further tip. It’s always something with this place, previously another fellow in our group the staff didn’t return his credit card, later at our office he called and they stated they didn’t have it. Probably best for take out only…check your receipt always!!!!!

This has been my favorite Thai restaurant for years. I have eaten at expensive/inexpensive Thai restaurant (due to friends gatherings) but these has always been my favorite. The food combinations are amazing. The beef salad is the best I have ever tried.

First of all, the foods are just ok, not that goods compared with others Thai place around. Reasonable prices with small portion. The atmosphere is nice but the service (from one of the lady) was so mean, never see any smile from her, look very serious during the first checkin and while ordering. Be aware, they will automatically added 18% gratuity to the bill for the party of 6 and also leave the “tips” field blank on the Credit card, don’t be fool for double tips

We live very close to this restaurant, and always drive pass by this place without knowing this place is a hidden gem. One beautiful Saturday night, we decided to dine in. We were greeted by a gentleman and being guided to our table pretty quick. We ordered a Pad See Eu, shrimp tempura, calamari, mixed veggie stir fry, a Tom Yum, and Tsunami Fried Rice. We were surprised how good the food were. My parents are very picky when it comes to dining outside and they definitely approved this place. We will come back for sure!

Not a good experience, used to be better. They counted a baby as a person so added automatic 18%gratuity for 6+people, then gave horrible service. The food was ok, except for the cream cheese wontons which were not freshly made. The wontons were hard and the centers were cold. Not the best Thai in O. C. at all. I will never come back. I think the best Thai I have had in O.C. was at Mahkin Thai in H.B.

liars! order curry, spend 15 dollars o a plate of yellow curry and it shows up as a soup because they dont include rice. also be aware they wont include any additional requests. no chili, no pickled peppers and no extra sauces. Don't bother calling them and telling them you were npt satisfied either because they will hand the phone to a rude, inexperienced young person to tell you that YOU ARE WRONG. Thanks Jumpa thai for reminding me why Thai Avenue is the only thai place in garden grove worth eating at. What a joke.

Jumpa Thai is an easy going, pleasant place to eat. I like these folks alot because they let me adjust the menu to my diet, being a vegetarian. Tofu with veggies and mushrooms is my favorite, along with Somtum (papaya salad). We always get a pot of jasmine tea! These days a fun little robotic cart delivers your food and the waiter simply places it on your table.

Tjey have a very good menu with lunch specials. The restaurant is always clean and smells great. I had Tom yum soup with shrimp spicy. Very good and perfect for a cool day. My sis loves this place and loves the green curry. You can request custom prep if they can do it. Brown rice available. Thai iced tea is large And yummy. Staff are very attentive too. A fave

My boyfriend and I ordered chicken tom kha soup, pineapple fried rice, grilled beef, and beef pad see ew. The soup and fried rice was delicious! Pad see ew tasted a little different this time around, it was a bit mushy and a sweeter than what I’ve usually experience here. Grilled beef was tender and tasted good but unfortunately it came to our table cold.

Lunch was delicious. Tom yum soup with chicken. Baby corn with mushrooms and chicken. Chicken pad Thai!!!

Food is great when it arrives in a propper portion it's a hit or miss you cant count on the portions. Sometimes its a great serving and sometimes you'll be like where the chicken and get a soup of coconut with a few pieces of chicken. And many pieces of tomato among other things.

Great food. Friendly service. Reasonable price. What's not to love? Will definitely be coming here in the future for Thai food. They also have some Vietnamese dishes. Lots of parking in the surrounding parking lots. They also accept cards. And they have a robot waiter! So cool!

This is a really cool good Thai food restaurants. I tried the Thai coconut soup it was really good. Very large portion. If you're not into spice get the medium I felt that the medium was not even spicy to me, I would have gone for the hot if I had known the soup was not as spicy as I tasted.

04/13: Had lunch with my husband and our dining experience was not favorable. This is about the 3rd time we ordered Angel wings and were told they were out at 11:30 am. Our lunch specials were okay. We were hungry within an hour. Sad to say we will scratch the restaurant off our dining list.

I just moved to Anaheim and I’ve been trying different Thai restaurants and I finally found my new favorite spot. The food is so delicious i definitely recommend.

A very solid Thai restaurant with very reasonable prices. We always get the green curry and crispy pork with broccoli. Never had a bad meal in all the years we've gone here.

I love this place! So far I've tried their different curries and each time it has been amazing. The meats taste fresh and of good quality. I appreciate that the service has always been fast and friendly for me too. I'll definitely be back to try more!

Came here cuz I wanted tea leaf salad and we found this place on Google:) We ended up only ordering a roti, a salad, and a mango shrimp for the two of us. I love tea leaf salad but the salad here was very strong, more tea leaf flavor than at other places that I've had it. The mango shrimp was not memorable, the best part of it was were the pieces of mango! Roti was decent but thicker and less crispy than I would have liked.

The parking lot here was also kind of small, we ended up street parking on the residential street nearby.

The strangest part of this place for me was that it felt really casual and informal but the food was slightly pricey (considering we only ordered two things). It might have had something to do with the fact that they had the same flower plates that the boyfriend has at his place, hahaha.
